大家吃饱了，爷爷拿出压岁钱发给大家。接着，收到爸妈、叔叔婶婶的大红包，小孩子一个个兴奋的活蹦乱跳，我也开心的跑进房间，赶快算一算到底拿了多少钱。 之后，爸爸拿出鞭炮，我们一群孩子在院子里玩了很多鞭炮：有冲炮、蝴蝶炮、甩炮……尤其是冲天炮最好玩。每当冲天炮爆开时，我的心花也跟的不断怒放。

大年初一，爸妈领着我和姐姐到亲戚家拜年。“恭喜发财”大家彼此互道恭喜。大年初二，我们凌晨三点就出发到外婆家，到了外婆家，我们兴奋的跑向外婆大声说：“虎年行大运，天天大吉大利”，拜年完，外婆马上就给我一个大大的红包。晚上舅舅带我们到餐厅吃大餐，我吃了很多东西，肚子像西瓜一样大。

过年就是要说吉祥话，听这些吉祥话让人感觉非常的愉快，彷佛一整年真的就要好运连连呢!真希望平时大家也要像过年一样的互道恭喜或祝福，让人人心田充满快乐的情愫。

这个过年，我和爸爸在夜市吃尽琳琅满目的小吃，过年真好。

每到过春节的时候，家家户户都要贴春联。春联是对联的一种，因在春节时张贴，故名。最初人们是以桃木刻成人形挂在门旁用以避邪，后来简化为在桃木板上题写门神的名字。春联多用红纸书写，代表着吉祥、幸福。

每到过春节的时候，家家户户都有除夕守岁的习惯。守岁从吃年夜饭开始，这顿年夜饭要慢慢地吃，从掌灯时分入席，有的人家一直要吃到深夜，而孩子们则耐不住性子，索性跑出去在外面一起玩。守岁的习俗，既有对如水逝去的岁月含惜别留恋之情，又有对来临的新年寄以美好希望之意。

当午夜交正子时，新年钟声敲响之际，整个城市的上空，爆竹声震响天宇。在这一刻，有的人家还在庭院里垒旺火，以示旺气通天，兴隆繁盛。在熊熊燃烧的旺火周围，孩子们放爆竹，欢乐地活蹦乱跳。这时，屋内是通明的灯火，庭前是灿烂的火花，屋外是震天的响声，把除夕的热闹气氛推向了最高潮。还有萝卜俗称菜头，祝愿有好彩头；龙虾、爆鱼等煎炸食物，预祝家运兴旺如烈火烹油。最后多为一道甜食，祝福往后的日子甜甜蜜蜜，这天，即使不会喝酒的，也要多少喝一点。
