古代，过年喝酒，非常注意酒的品质，有些酒现在已经没有了，只留下许多动人的酒名，如“葡萄醅”，“兰尾酒”，“宜春酒”，“梅花酒”，“桃花酒”，“屠苏酒”等等。在这些酒中间，流传最久，最普遍的，还是屠苏酒。但是屠苏酒的名称是如何来的又是用什么制作的从来传说不一。
