腊月二十三，这是春节前一个重要的民间节日，人们也称它为“祭灶节”。在这天家家都会停下手中的各种活计，忙忙碌碌地例行年前的祭灶送神活动，家里的男主人一大早准备好烛台和蜡烛，在前面放上祭灶果，水果等供品，到了晚上，祭灶果供好了，小孩子们就会迫不及待地大吃特吃。这红红的红果、纯纯的白果，细长的油果，脆脆的冻米糖，那个咪道别提多好吃了。

过了腊月二十三就是人们购置年货的时候。超市里人山人海，家家都在为过年置办年货什么：各种糖果、各种海鲜，五花八门的年货，红红火火的对联都是必不可少的，特别是海鲜，说到海鲜就不得不提一下我们家过年餐桌上一道必不可少的菜，鳗鱼干，宁波人喜欢自制鳗鱼干。鳗干的做法十分复杂，我的妈妈一般在除夕的一周前就开始制作了，她先把买来的海鳗剪开肚子，仔细清除完内脏，用干净的毛巾把鳗鱼的内部擦干，用食盐倒进鳗肚里用手涂抹均匀，最后把鳗鱼吊在后窗外，听妈妈说这样做是因为鳗鱼不适合晒到太阳，让西北风吹个三四天晒出来的鳗干就无比鲜美，到了过年时，蒸熟后蘸上醋吃那叫一个鲜!

元宵，元宵，在元宵节这天吃汤圆可是必不可少的一件大事，汤圆的主要食材是由猪油、黑芝麻、白糖、糯米粉组成。我妈妈一大早就开始做了起来，她把黑芝麻洗净并用小火炒出香味，那香味使人难忘，让芝麻冷却后压成粉末状，芝麻压碎后的香味更使人永世难忘。把芝麻粉放在一边，拿出猪板油洗净用工具小心翼翼地取下猪油，放入容器中，再倒入香气扑鼻的芝麻粉，再放入甜甜的白糖，混合起来就变成了黑芝麻馅，爸爸把糯米粉加入开水，反复揉搓指糯米面成团。于是，我也加入包汤圆行列中，把猪油馅搓成一个个小小的圆球，捏一小块糯米团包住搓成圆球，传统美食“猪油汤圆”就大功告成。吃着糯糯的皮和甜甜的馅，心中的年味又加重了一些。

?过年时，最高兴的还是我们小孩子，家人都会发压岁钱，这样，我们就可以拿着钱去买东西吃，买水喝了。更重要的是我们用钱交书费、牛奶钱等，那样子的话，就不用让爸爸妈妈交钱了。我们除了领压岁钱以外，还可以高高兴兴的放鞭炮，吃年夜饭呢。

我们过年时，不但可以吃丰盛的一日三餐，还可以看各个频道的春节联欢晚会，看演员们唱歌、跳舞。在过年期间，除了串家门、看春节联欢晚会、放鞭炮以外，还有一件最重要的事，那就是拜年了!春节不管遇到谁，小孩子都会鞠躬拜年。

过年，是孩子们的自由;过年，是新一年的到来;过年，是孩子们的希望;过年，是希望和梦想的到来。
