一年中的节日榆林人最注重的还是春节。这里至今仍保留着古老而浓郁的传统习俗，无论这些年俗有多么古老、程序有多么繁杂，但这片黄土地上的老老少少还是愿意年复一年地重温、上演。

榆林的年是用红色染成的，年俗的主旋律是用红色音符谱成的。红灯笼、红窗花、红对联、红鞭炮、红被子、红鞋垫、红裤带、红内衣，闹红火用的红旗、红战鼓、红绸子、红扇子、红伞、红腰带、红袄子，姑娘抹的红口红，唢呐手用的红手套，长号上、鼓槌上系的红布条，吃的红烧肉、喝的红西凤、唱的红太阳、扭的红五角图案，给闹红火的人们赏的红苹果、大红枣、红皮鸡蛋，给娃娃包压岁钱用的红纸包，女人围的红围巾等。哪里红色最艳丽，哪里的年气就最浓重；哪里最红火，哪里的人就最快乐！

送灶君上天

榆林人从过年前的一个月就开始准备了，一直到正月十五吃元宵、闹秧歌、转九曲、观灯、放花才算基本结束。榆林人讲究过富年，对于年货的准备极为重视。腊月里踏进集市，会看到一派热闹非凡的红火景象。

腊月二十三是恭送灶王爷、灶王奶奶升天向玉皇大帝汇报的日子，家家都要杀只鸡（据说它将成为灶王爷的坐骑）、上供香，恳求灶王爷“上天言好事，下界保平安”。关于祭灶糖的作用有两种说法：一种是说这种糖很甜，让灶君和灶王奶奶吃了之后就不在人间搬弄是非。而另一种说法则是，这种糖很粘，可以把灶君和灶王奶奶的嘴粘住，让他们不能乱说话。腊月二十三榆林人要送灶君上天

年茶饭

临近过年了，最具特色的就是忙前忙后做那些年茶饭

主食有白面馍馍、软米油糕。豆沙馅黄米馍馍，像个圆圈的油馍馍，还有切得像纸一样薄的灌肠。真正引起榆林人极大兴趣的是那些丰盛的菜肴。家家户户的主人会把猪、羊、鸡、鸭、兔子诸种肉做成八大盘菜，一起做出来。或者，将八种菜盛于一碗，一人一碗，又称“首顿八碗”，也有做成十三碗或十五碗的，多则能上二十四个菜。

家家做油馍馍。油馍馍也是用黄米兑上软米浸泡一夜后，捞出来，在碾子上压成面，发酵一夜，然后做成环状，在油锅上炸熟即可食用了。油馍馍讲究小巧玲珑，颜色金黄，味道甜美，醇香可口。

还要蒸黄馍馍。黄馍馍是用黄米兑上软米，淘洗过并浸泡一夜后，捞出来，在碾子上压成面，然后在锅里炒一炒，发酵一夜，在笼上蒸成的。黄馍馍可以包上枣泥馅或豆沙馅，金黄金黄，又香又甜，别有风味。过年时，正是数九天，黄馍馍冻上冰渣渣了，孩子们仍吃它，味道更甜美，更好吃。

也要蒸白馍馍。白馍馍上还要点上食品红绿点点，图个好看吉利。

更要做米糕。米糕是过年的必吃食品，“糕”者，高也，期盼年年高、代代高。

家家还要做豆腐、生豆芽。豆芽有绿豆芽、黄豆芽之分。绿豆芽供炒热菜用，黄豆芽供调凉菜用。还要推杂面、烧猪肉，榆林城人爱吃拼三鲜，尤其重视做烧肉、酥鸡、丸子等。榆林的年茶饭

除夕在陕北叫月尽，人们在这一天贴完窗花贴对联，大门贴，二门贴，窗上贴完路口上贴，门口、石碾子甚至连鸡窝上都要贴上吉利的门贴，一般有“五谷丰登”“年年有余”等。傍晚家家门口都要挂起红灯笼，大人和孩子都要穿上红色的新衣服，图个红红火火。紧接着，村中各家各户都冒起了阵阵炊烟，准备除夕宴。鸡鸭鱼肉是必不可少的，还得加上自家的粉汤炖羊肉和自酿的黄米酒，通常都是双数，十大碗、八大碟，满满当当，意味着年年有余。除夕夜还有守夜的习惯，通常是全家人会聚在一起吃年夜饭，然后再一起收看中央电视台的春节联欢晚会，一起度过除夕。零点过后，大人会在小孩的枕头下放炮仗、大蒜、面花和压岁钱。院中要挂起长明灯，家中的长辈则在自家的锅里放些吃的东西，叫“照锅”，象征一年不愁吃喝，在门口放把菜刀或斧子，叫“照门”，驱邪辟魔，保全家四季平安。

过年每天有不同的讲究：初一不出门，初二走亲戚、回娘家，初三起秧歌、闹红火。初三这一天，村里的秧歌队“闪亮登场”，小伙子们白羊肚手巾扎在头上，腰中挎着柳木鼓，神采飞扬，威武神气，那种打扮会让人想起在央视《星光大道》节目中走红的民间歌手阿宝。随着铳炮响起，秧歌队先拜庙、敬神、娱神，然后就是“沿门子”秧歌拜年。榆林的各个集镇、县城每年一度的秧歌汇演是最热闹的，将春节推向高潮。各乡各村选送的秧歌、腰鼓、社火，使集镇、县城的大街小巷被人塞得满满的，万人空巷，人流如潮。文场子、武场子、划旱船、放竹马、扭秧歌、踩高跷、唱道情，唢呐声吹得人如痴如醉，放眼望去，人山人海，从街这边挤到街那边，有的孩子还骑在了大人的脖子上，一样看得津津有味。元宵节

元宵节在榆林是春节期间最热闹的日子，这一天家家户户张灯结彩，大街小巷锣鼓喧天，鞭炮声、欢笑声连成一片。吃元宵、闹秧歌、转九曲、观灯、放花是榆林特有的活动。转九曲是元宵节的一大景观。这一天，村头、街头、门前要用大块煤炭垒成宝塔形状，当地人叫“火塔塔”。最大的火塔塔要用三四车优质煤炭来垒，每当明月升起，全村的人们围着燃烧的煤塔载歌载舞，希望来年的日子也能像火塔塔燃烧般过得红红火火。熊熊的火焰旁，唢呐吹手如痴如醉，牛皮鼓子铿锵有力，欢歌笑语回荡在黄土高原上空。大人不时抱起小孩在火上燎一燎，这叫“燎百病”，保百病不得，平平安安。过完热热闹闹的正月十五，这个年才算基本过完了。吃“年例”

近年来，榆林人喜欢吃“年例”。其实，过年吃的不仅是美食，更是一种乡情，是每个出门在外的榆林人的一种乡土情结。而现在的“年例”以宴请朋友的方式过年，既分享了年的喜庆，也分享了每个人的成功与喜悦；“年例”成为联系亲情、友情的一种方式，从中体现了榆林人淳朴、厚道、热情、乐观的精神状态和生活态度。

Spring Festival is our traditional festival, as the saying goes, Chinese New Year.

今天是除夕，我家的年夜饭是饺子哦！

晚上，我们一家人当中的女性都在厨房聚着（包括我哦），在做饺子，我是负责把饺子放进锅里的！而奶奶则是擀饺子皮，只见奶奶把面用擀面杖擀平，再用一个圆形的模具，在面上，压了一个又一个的小圆圈，接下来就是妈妈了，只见妈妈把饺子皮放在手上，用筷子把饺子馅放在饺子皮上，然后包成一个元宝，好漂亮！我也把饺子放进锅里了，白白胖胖的饺子在锅里尽情地游泳，开心的嬉戏，慢慢的，它们熟了，便跳上盘子来，睡起了长长的大觉！我们也开始吃了，在我吃的第三个饺子时，我吃到了一枚硬币，奶奶说只有一枚的，看来我真的是好幸运啊！竟然吃到了唯一的一枚硬币，我心里想：会不会是奶奶为了让我开心，而故意给我的吧？而让我高兴吗？不过不可能吧！因为奶奶平时不会这样的，她不会偏心我的，看来真的是我运气好啊！

过年运气好，吃到幸运硬币运气更好！

欢乐而又喜庆的春节，在我的脑海中留下了无数美好的回忆。今年春节，我来到了南京。紫金山上挂满红灯笼的松柏树、夫子庙灯会上一盏盏精致、可爱的花灯、白鹭洲公园里那只耍戏穿着小红褂的小猴……尤其是瞻仰雨花台公园，更是给我留下了深刻印象。

来到雨花台烈士纪念馆，一进门我便被那肃穆的气氛所震撼，人们神情庄重，缅怀着一个又一个在这里牺牲的革命英雄，这里一共有127位革命烈士的介绍。其中令我最感动的故事是一个青年战士与母亲分“梨”的故事，有个叫孙津州的年轻人被捕后，一天他的母亲来看望他，母亲拿出一个梨子，他只吃了一半，一半分给母亲，其实他是用分“梨”吃来表示可能跟母亲要永远的分“离”了，他很清楚自己今天是跟母亲见最后一面了，母子间的分离都要用这种暗语，连一句告别的话都不能说出来。这种母子分离的场景，在我心中泛起了阵阵涟漪，泪水涟涟，不禁模糊了双眼，让我不忍再看下去。不仅如此，在炮火连天的战争岁月，千千万万的英雄烈士们为了新中国的成立，为了让我们能过上幸福的生活，不惜抛头颅、洒热血，献出了自己宝贵的生命。

让我们牢记这段历史，记住这些可亲可敬的革命烈士们。今年春节，让我学会了珍惜!

Spring Festival is the most favorite festival in China.It‘s to celebrate the lunar calendar ’s new year.In the evening before the Spring Festival ，families get together and have a big meal.In many places people like to set off firecrackers.Dumplings are the most traditional food.Children like the festival very much ，because they can have delicious food and wear new clothes.They can also get some money from their parents。 This money is given to children for good luck. People put New Year scrolls on the wall for good fortune.

The Spring Festival lasts about 15 days long.People visit relatives and friends with the words “Have all your wishes ”。 People enjoy the Spring Festival ，during this time they can have a good rest.

大年三十晚上，家家户户都在边吃团圆饭，边看春节联欢晚会，等待着新年钟声的敲响，我们家也不例外。

我双眼无神地盯着时钟，此刻时间仿佛成了一个小气鬼，一秒钟都仿佛变成了永恒的时刻。我无可奈何地叫起来：“天呐!时间怎么过得这么慢呀!”“心急吃不了热豆腐，耐心等着吧!”哥哥拿起电视遥控器，换了换台，意味深长地笑了笑。

时间悄悄地流向十点，新年的钟声，一步一步向我们无声无息地走来。仿佛有一只瞌睡虫爬到了我的身上，我两个眼皮气势汹汹地打起来架。“啪啪”，电光火石间，我的屁股像被火烧了似的疼痛。在一旁的哥哥满脸阴笑：“呵呵!我看你要睡着了，就提醒了你一下。为了不让你睡着，我们来玩个游戏——打扫卫生。”我拿起扫帚打着哈欠，一边扫地，一边抱怨：“真烦，要是玩数绵羊的游戏，该有多好啊!”

时间如水一般从我手中流失，睡觉的欲望如野草似的在我心里一般疯长。正当我要睡着时，只听一声“过年啦!”霎时间，一束烟花像一支利箭一般，冲向天空炸出了一张美丽的笑脸。紧接着，不计其数的烟花像机关枪里的子弹一般以迅雷不及掩耳之势冲上天空，炸出了一朵朵美丽的鲜花。

此刻，天空成了花的海洋。烟花像仙女般美丽，礼花如公主般高雅，它们绽开笑脸，仿佛在向我们祝贺“新春快乐!”哥哥郑重地拍了一下我的肩膀：“祝贺你守岁成功，新春快乐!”我开心地笑了!

春节是祖国的传统节日，今天就是春节的前一天“除夕”。

在除夕夜里我们一家忙个不停我、爸爸、妈妈、奶奶一块包水饺，因为水饺像个小元宝，所以吃水饺就意味着在新的一年里“财源滚滚”。我们一家一边吃水饺一边看精彩的春季晚会，突然，我看到了除夕的来历：夕是一个怪物，一位勇士顽强的除掉了夕，所以为了纪念这天就把除夕定在春节的前一天。到了12点，我和爸爸一起到楼下放爆竹迎接新年的到来!真有“爆竹声声除旧岁”感觉爆竹、礼花让节日的夜晚变的更加多彩祥和!每个礼花那么好看那么壮观，让我留恋忘返!你们知道吗每个焰火都表示了“步步高升”的含义哦。

除夕过去了，春节来临了，今天大家每顿饭都少不了水饺，因为水饺是我国的传统小吃，一日三顿吃水饺就会“荣华富贵，欣欣向荣”的!

春节过去了春天悄悄降临了。一切植物充满生机，向日葵又开始对着太阳微微笑，花朵从新竞相开放，大树们又开始亭亭玉立，湖水上的冰也渐渐化了……

这真是一个愉快的节日!
