There are many advantages to ride the bicycle. In the first place, riding

for environment protection, because it wont emit any waste gas. Moreover,

bicycle riding is also a good sport. While riding a bicycle, I can exercise

about the pneumonia caused by the new coronavirus, which is an acute human to

human pneumonia. The source of the virus is said to be small wild animals, such

as badgers, bats, snakes and so on. Doctors said that the new virus has a fast

and strong infectivity, can spread through breathing and contact, and the

epidemic development is particularly rapid. People are getting infected every

day all over the country.

我家有只狗叫大花。因为这只狗的毛是花的，又有十几岁了，所以我叫它大花。

有一次，大花饿了，它就拼命地蹭我的腿。我去拿了一块骨头给它吃，它就一下子扑过去，不理我了。大花先把骨头咬到嘴里，咬碎了，再用一只“手”把骨头拽出来。它先吃掉嘴巴里的碎骨头，再来吃剩下的骨头。大花吃完了骨头很高兴，就摆尾巴。

还有一次，我在睡午觉。我醒了的时候，奶奶正好洗碗去了。我一个人没劲，就拿了一个树枝扔着玩。我把树枝扔出去，大花就把它捡回来。我又扔一次，大花又捡一次。我们反复地这样玩，可开心了，一直玩到了奶奶洗好碗回来了。

Recently, I have been reading a book named Communication Arts. In this

book, the author Doctor Li introduces many methods to communicate with others

successfully and tells readers why everyone should be a polite person. My

favorite sentence in this book is “Everyone has potential, and everyone can

determine your own future by developing positive psychological, mastering

communication arts and showing your personality charm. In that way, you can have

a wonderful life!”

During whole sections, this book tells us human should live in a large

group, since people can’t solve all problems by their own. For that matter,

human beings should learn a series of manners to deal with any situation which

might happen wherever and whenever. After that, Doctor Li makes a point that

people need to realize how to resolve disagreements between friends, families or

colleagues. There always appears this kind of situation in social life, so it’s

important to understand how to settle it. Finally he teaches us that

communication techniques not only reflect in normal talk but also within body

languages.

In each part of the book, the author takes a large number of examples in

daily life to confirm his points. These examples in daily life are easy to

understand and accept.

After reading the book, I find many shortages of my communication skills. I

used to lack of patience when I talk to others, even got mad at them. This was

impolite and might destroy relationships between my friends and me. Therefore I

would try my best to improve myself and be welcome.

如果有人问我最喜欢的动物是什么，我就毫不犹豫地告诉他，不是小兔，不是小猫，而是我家的小狗。

它的名字叫大黑，每次我到哪里，它就去哪里，像跟屁虫似的，可是我一点也不讨厌它。它的浑身黑黑的，像黑油漆泼过似的，耳朵像一把黑色的扇子，它的眼睛像两颗黑珍珠。它的鼻子很灵敏，有一点气味，它都闻得出来。它的嘴巴大大的，牙齿非常锋利。它的四肢很发达，跑起来像箭一样。

大黑最爱吃骨头，每次我拿着一根肉骨头的时候，它马上就把我手上的肉骨头抢走，狼吞虎咽地吃了起来。

大黑也有调皮捣蛋的时候。上次我去外婆家的时候，我刚把鞋脱下来，我的好朋友周启昊请我去玩，我急忙跑去穿鞋，发现只有一只鞋。我想，肯定是爸爸不准我出去玩，把我的鞋藏了起来。我大哭大闹，妈妈听见了，帮我去找鞋，过了一段时间，鞋还是没找到。这时，大黑从它的窝里钻了出来，狗嘴里叼着一只我的鞋，原来罪魁祸首就是它呀！

虽然大黑很调皮捣蛋，但我还是很喜欢它。

果冻十分调皮，常常上蹿下跳，不让人省心。它跳的极高，而且跑的速度也极快，活像一位跳高运动员。有一次，它从卫生间里“飞”出来，只听“砰”一声，它用力过猛，跳到沙发上后刹不住车，一头撞到了靠背上……

它看起来很“萌”但它其实也有凶的时候，每当有人在楼梯口走过的时候总是汪汪大叫，特别是它吃东西的时候发现有人靠近就发出“呼”的声音，。

这就是我家淘气小萌狗——果冻，我非常喜欢它。

我家养了一只可爱的小狗，它的名字叫大黑，因为它全身都是黑色的，大黑长着一对招风耳，尖尖的耳朵总是竖起来的，让人感觉非常灵敏的样子，它的眼睛圆溜溜的，好像两颗黑珍珠，弯弯的的尾巴，像钟摆一样，可爱极了！

每当我放学回到家，一听到我的脚步声，它就摇晃着尾巴，出来迎接我，围着我转，不停地舔我的裤脚，温柔地叫几声：“汪汪……”。就像见了多年不见的好朋友一样亲密，然后它又像撒娇的小孩子一样往我身边靠，让我抱它，我抱起它，它就半眯着眼睛，很听话。

我家养了一只狗叫大白，我特别喜欢它。

还没等我又吃上一口，大白又摇了摇尾巴，舌头舔了舔我的手，头还伸到我身旁，嘿，这条狗真是贪吃到了极点。哼，我就让你流口水。这下大白可急了，叫了起来，不时地抬起前脚要站起来，目不转睛地盯着面包，仿佛成了它的囊中之物。大白吃饱了，转身朝它的窝走去。我叫了它几下，它理都不理我。我生气了，这忘恩负义的家伙，吃完了东西就拍拍屁股走人了。

大白睡眠很好，我家大白最不喜欢的声音，最不喜欢的那就是猫的声音，可大白它还是在睡觉，它可以从晚上睡到白天七八点，太阳晒屁股了还不起床，可见大白爱睡觉有多懒。

大白是我的开心果，也是我家的小保安，它是我的好朋友，我非常喜欢它。

The Laba Festival is a traditional Chinese holiday celebrated on the eighth day of the twelfth month of the lunar Chinese calendar. "La" is the name given to the 12th lunar month and 8 is pronounced as "ba" in Chinese, which translated is "Laba." There are several legends about the origin of this festivity and we could not tell which one is true. But what we know today is that this festival started as a sacrificial offering to ancestors. It was also a time for the ancient Chinese to pray to heaven and earth that there would be a bountiful harvest. Many people hoped for good luck as well for the coming year.

农历十二月初八是中国的传统节日——腊八节，腊代表中国农历的十二月，而八是eight的发音，因此，这个节日被翻译成腊八。关于腊八起源的传说有很多，我们已经不能辨其真假。时至今日，我们确定的是这个节日起初是为了祭祀祖先，祈求丰收以及为即将来到的一年祈福。

Traditionally, the Laba rice porridge is the most important element of the festival. Generally, the porridge contains eight ingredients which can include glutinous rice, red beans, millet, Chinese sorghum, peas, dried lotus seeds and some other ingredients, such as dried dates, chestnut meat, walnut meat, almond, peanut, etc. The porridge must be boiled for many hours and then offered as a sacrifice to the ancestors. This must be done before noontime. Also, it is tradition that family members eat the porridge together. Then they leave some as a symbol of hope for a good harvest the coming year.

Oh! it was winter holiday. i was very happy. i read my favourite books. i have many wonderful books. but i could not read these books too much. i also had a lot of homework to do. i like playing computer games, too. it’s very interesting. but i could not play it too much. i wear glasses, i’m very sad. it’s not good for my eyes to play computer games too much.

我家以前养了一只可爱的狗，我给它取了个名字叫“小熊猫”。

之所以叫“小熊猫”，第一是长得像熊猫，“小熊猫”两只黑色的大眼圈中长着一对圆圆的大眼睛，弯弯的大嘴周围的黑毛，看着像有几簇大胡子，“小熊猫”圆头圆脑的很可爱，它下半身更好看，它的脚掌是黑的，肚脐周围的也是黑的，其余是白的，它是贵宾犬，是卷毛翘尾。如果“小熊猫”能站起来，那就是一个没睡好穿着白色衬衣戴黑色手套的小矮人啦！
