今天是植树节，我“全副武装”，一手拿着铲子，一手提着树苗，背上还背着个包（这里面装满了肥料），肩上挑着个扁担，两头挂着两个大水桶，里面盛满了水，跟同学们一起向着小山坡出发了。

Save the Wild Animals

Many wild animals are facing the danger of extinction, because the environment that they are living in has changed greatly. For example, with the developmet of cities, the using of insecticide and serious pollution, their living areas have become narrowcr and narrower. Many of the wild animals, now are confronted with food crisis. At the same time, man is killing off species just for getting their fur, skin, horns, teeth and meat.

In order to protect our resources of ecology, people should realize that the loss of any species is at least the loss of source of knowledge and a source of natural beauty. 今天是我实习的最后一天。因为课程安排在上午一、二两节，所以我得起早，偏偏天公不作美，下着小雨，清晨躺在床上的我真的不想起床，看看表，哎呀!快六点了，再不起来就会迟到了，可是由于昨晚备课到很晚加上心里一直惦记着今天要起早。所以整夜没睡好，夜里醒了好几次，真不想起床啊......然而想到那些学生们，我自问我有理由迟到吗?最后我终于没有给我的实习留下什么遗憾，事后我却想了许多，也明白了由立志到实现目标非常关键的一点就在于坚持。坚持对于我们来说都是再熟悉不过的字眼，可是真正把握住它的人却凤毛麟角，坚持需要毅力，需要对目标价值的深切期望和正确估价，有时甚至需要人格力量来支撑。事情的成功有时往往便在于我们能否坚持那关键的一步，走过去，前面就可能是另一番海阔天空，而习惯了坚持，久而久之，这一信念范畴的东西便会逐渐地融入我们的个性之中，成为一种素养，一种道德，现在的我们马上面临毕业，就要踏入社会了，或许一些人会认为到了现在我们可以不再努力，毕业后找份工作，那便是一生了。如果这样的话，那么我们就永远失去了成就某种事业的机会。事实上作为师范专业的学生，我们更应该树立正确的劳动观念和道德意识。为人师表，认真而严肃的从事自己所热爱的事业，愉快而充实的度过我们平凡的一生。、

大概在五六年前，有一本《考拉小巫的英语学习日记》的书横扫几大论坛，好评如潮，销量达百万册。作者叫考拉小巫，是伊甸园字幕组组长，写书的时候已经逆袭成功，到美国求学。

这本书在豆瓣上的评价很高，万人以上评价，评分8.1，相当不错的成绩。这本书即是一本收录了她实战经验的外语学习招法集，也是她自我的回忆录，一部从差生到优生的奋斗史和逆袭史。考拉小巫本科不是特别好，后来通过努力，出国留学，攻下硕士学位。作者考拉小巫在整本书中都流露出一种真实的态度，行就行，不行就不行。阅读整本书就感觉在和读者的内心进行一次真诚的对话。看他人的人生，用于反思自己。几年前我也读过，几年后重读此书，自然也有一些新的感悟。

关于坚持

现在最新的成功学都提到了一件事，就是专注加坚持，尤其是坚持。我们中大多数人的努力其实都没有达到需要拼天赋的程度。什么时候才是拼天赋的时候?梅西和C罗那个层次，天赋才可能会起到决定性作用，不要忘记C罗是一个极度自律的人，他走向人生巅峰绝对于此不无关系。

考拉小巫在自己的书中里面无数次提到她自创的“傻子哲学”。她说“傻子为什么能成功，因为他很傻，不管做不做成他都一直在坚持”。很多人学外语可能最多两个月就坚持不下去了，我想说，母语者以高负荷的方式训练了几十年的技能，你一业余选手凭什么和人家比。

关于发音和模仿

她在书中着重强调了是语调问题。这个问题是绝大多数中国英语学习者忽略了的问题。因为汉语是声调语言，单个字的声调以固定频率的形式出现，所以句子的语调基本是平的。很多外语学习者可能不知道，英语语调有传递情绪的功能，语调变化甚至能传递说话人的潜台词，比如：反语、讽刺、犹豫、建议等等。错误的语调会让听话人疑惑。考拉小巫的纠正方法是录音，和原文对比。不过几年之后的今天有简单的解决办法，下个配音软件，一切就OK了。

光比对原声不行，还得改善，考拉小巫的方式简单粗暴，就两个字——模仿。

口语自我修炼法

考拉小巫用方法的核心和十二国外语大神本尼·刘易斯的“一分钟迷你讲话稿”不谋而合。也是准备一些小的短文，从向对方描述自己的一天，从这些简单的开始，慢慢加大难度，用口语去形容一个事物和形容一个人物。后面开始甚至还要求举实例论证，最后是现学现用，把学过的词马上使用起来。

隐藏的听写大法

考拉小巫有字幕组的经历，我认为这可能是她英语突飞猛进的一个关键因素。她在做电影字幕，很多时候有听译，听译实际上我们平时的听写是差不多的，而且字幕是要见人的，所以从头到尾容不得一点马虎，可以说，考拉小巫在强迫自己一次一次做高强度听写+理解输出。而且在听译这么多电影的过程中，她一定大量有反复听同一电影的经历。所以，她被她嚼烂了的电影的量，甚至高过一部分人泛读的量。精听精读是提高技能的一个关键步骤，如果她精听的量超过了普通人精读的量，那么我们有理由相信，她至少在接收信息这一方面，有了很大的提高。

关于词汇量的论述

在这本书中，考拉小巫研究来研究去，最后发现影响阅读速度的第一大天敌还是词汇量的问题。她引用了一句话说：“GRE的单词是有用的，在美国读研究生的时候自然就知道了”。

被忽视的机械练习

现在我们提得最多的是刻意练习，学外语都想到的是克拉申、交际法等等。殊不知刻意练习的基础是机械练习，习得一切复杂技能的基础也是机械练习。没有把单个子技能练到炉火纯青，是逃不出舒适区的，更不用说把各个子技能最后串联起来，形成我们所说的技能。考拉小巫说她初中一个吴姓老师奉行fifty

times，就是简单重复50次，我比较赞同这种观点，大量的重复有助于深层次的机械及肌肉及本能记忆。

从初级走向高级的精进之路

精进之路只有一条，坚持，拓展。不过注意到下面这几点，可能会拓展得快一点。

第一，适当接触一些方言和非标准口音。

第二，逐渐积累俚语。

第三，扩充自己的知识面，其中以母语所在国的文化最为重要!

最后呢，考拉小巫还分享了很多小技巧，包括应试、申请材料等很现实的东西。如果想简单点可以直接先照搬她的计划，再适当调整。

I have a great time during the winter holiday, because I enjoy myself as

important in winter holiday that would occupy much time to celebrate it.

Therefore, I finished my homework first, so that it won’t bother my enjoyment

during the festival. I finished my home work in one week. And I went shopping

with my parents. We bought a lot of things, especially snacks and fruits. Then,

it was the Spring Festival. We had a big dinner on the New Year’s Eve. My
