我平时上网时，即使是玩游戏每次持续上网也不超过半小时，我还给自己定了个规则，每星期最多只玩一小时，每次玩不能超过半小时，即使一次性用完，中间也要放松10分钟。我在玩游戏时，对游戏内容也是有选择的，对于暴力的、黄色的绝对不上；不健康的网站不上；有空时玩玩绿色的、大型的儿童游戏，比如摩尔庄园、赛尔号等游戏。
