In my opinion, there are many disadvantages of game addiction.Firstly, online games take up a lot of players time for study. Many of the addicts found themselves forced to drop out of school for poor academic performance. Secondly, addicts tend to isolate themselves from the reality. Finally, we arrived in Guilin. After breakfast, we went to River Li. We

listened to the guide and enjoyed the views on boat. But I found the water in

River Li is dirty, many people washed clothes there. I feel angry and the trip

became boring and exhausting.

收获一：法律认识提高。

网络安全法是20__年6月正式实施的，目前网络安全已上升到法律层面，我们单位作为网络运营者，是要依法行事的，有权利和义务，我要回去好好研究一下，用法律来保护好我们单位和个人。

收获二：工作难题解决。

学习之前，单位工作上接到上级网安支队下发的整改通知书，对于后门漏洞，我第一次听说，内心是很恐慌的，可问了老师和同学之后，这个是很正常的问题，就象我们建筑上的质量通病。依稀记得自己刚上班时，跟随局长接待群访事件，面对群众夸大其词说出的墙体裂缝等问题，我们局长很淡定的用了句质量通病稍作解释便搞定了。但是漏洞始终是隐患，这也是正好提升我们自身网络安全保护能力的绝佳时机。培训之余，老师和同学给了我很好解决方案的思路，一是寻求外力。让等保公司为我们网站做渗透测试;

二是依靠自己。从技术和管理两个层面进行，不断增强自身免疫能力。尽快启动网络安全等保工作，对网站开展全面自身检查;

三是协调监管。在网站运营维护技术委托乙方的同时，界定双方的责任边界。老师说：“三分技术，七分管”。协调监管则是重中之重。

一、精心组织，加强领导

我校接到通知后立即召开会议，筹划安排部署"网络安全宣传周"的宣传活动工作，成立了以温克健校长为组长、卢惠莲为副组长、全体班班主任为组员的领导小组，落实责任分工，明确活动的目的，突出宣传的实效性和思想性。

二、开展讲堂，感受安全

我校邀请了驻校民警到学校对全体师生进行《小学生网络安全知识》讲座，在讲座上刘警官希望全体学生熟记10条网络安全守则，遵守《全国青少年网络文明公约》。通过讲座提高了学生的网络安全防范意识和能力。

三、发放材料，加强宣传

为了使学生更进一步明确网络安全工作的重要性，懂得更多的网络安全防范知识和自我保护知识。刘警官司发放了近一百张的漫画揭穿骗术到学生手中，并要求学生与家长一起阅读，以免上当受骗，另外在学校主道宣传栏上张贴有关网络安全方面的宣传单，提高学生的网络安全意识。

四、教师宣传，提高防范

网络安全教育，也是每位任课教师的协助工作。把网络安全教育工作渗透到课堂中是每位科任教师义不容辞的责任。因此刘警官又给全体教师发放了《天盾》，希望全体老师在平时的教学中渗透网络安全知识，使学生时时都注意到"网络安全"，提高安全防范意识。

通过"网络安全为人民、网络安全靠人民"这一主题活动，增强了学生的自我保护意识，使得每位学生更扎实的理解了网络安全的重要性。

这时我要参加数学竞赛，便从网络试着找资料。此时有一定上网经验的我很快找到了“”，并且，我通过友情连接发现了一大批的站，我就如窜进宝库的强盗，这时却不知选哪件宝物了。一阵欢喜地搜寻后我得到了许多试卷、讲解，让同学惊讶得问我怎么得到资料的，我说：“网上多的是！”
