There have been numerous fantasies: facing the chaoyang, walking on the road to school; Walking the sunset, walking on the way home. Fresh morning, running on the campus streets; Warm afternoon, walk on the campus path. On the early spring morning, playing with my classmates in the playground. In the summer evening, under the tree of the campus to rehearse programs; On autumn afternoon, read in the school chair; On a winter morning, I have a snowball fight with my classmates and make a snowman... How comfortable these are.

Listen to the adults say, middle school this stage is very important, want to lay a good foundation, later learn to be not tired. 透过窗户，看着日落。太阳慢慢从地平线消失，越来越少，越来越小。就像我的假期，也快结束了，开学在倒计时中慢慢迎来。

度过了自由自在、无拘无束的两个月，马上要迎来新的学期。不禁感叹道短暂的自由时光过得真快。转念想想，开学后又可以见到两个月未曾谋面的同学和老师，心里就有一丝兴奋。但是，即将投入紧张的学习状态，每天在题海里遨游，难得有个双休日也不能松口气，歇一歇，心里又添了些许焦虑。恋恋不舍的告别了两个月的假期生活，又埋怨时间为什么过得这么快。

六年的小学生活结束了，即将踏入中学。

中学，一个既陌生又熟悉的词，它蕴含着一丝神秘。曾经无数次思考着：中学生活会是什么样的呢？是紧张吗？还是别的什么？会和曾经的小学同学分到一个班吗？会认识新同学并成为朋友吗？上了中学以后学习成绩会和现在一样吗？是更好还是会下降呢？一切都是个未知数。

曾经也无数次幻想：迎着朝阳，走在上学的路上；踏着夕阳，走在回家的路上。清新的早晨，奔跑在校园的街头；温暖的午后，漫步在校园的小路上。初春的早晨，和同学们在操场嬉戏；夏天的傍晚，在校园的大树下排练节目；秋日的午后，在学校的椅子上看书；冬日的上午，和同学们在一起打雪仗、堆雪人……这些是多么惬意。

听大人们说，中学这个阶段很重要，要打好基础，以后学起来才不会累。曾经有一个学姐(她比我高一年级，很优秀，是个非常好的姐姐)对我说：“中学这个阶段很重要，一切要以学习为主，别的都是次要的。”学姐这番意味深长的话，使我有很大的感悟。谢谢你，学姐，那让我们一起加油吧！

MY SCHOOL LIFE 我的学校生活

When I was six years old, I began to go to school. The first school (which) I attended was a primary school. There were many subjects (which were taught in the school, such as Chinese, arithmetic, history, geography, drawing and so forth. Since I was (became) a student, I studied very hard. My parents were quite proud of me.

After I had studied there for three years, I entered a junior high school. When I was twelve years old, I became a student of a senior high school. I still studied very hard. Except on sick leave I was never absent from class. Everybody looked upon me as a model student.

我六岁的时候，就开始上学了。我第一个上的学校是一所国小。学校里教的课目有许多，诸如国文，算术，史地，画图等等。既然我是一个学生，我就用功读书。我父母深以我为荣。

Summer can be very hot in southern Taiwan where the temperature usually goes up to 32"C or more. Because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. Also because of this I stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky. Actually I like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim. In the summer vacation that has just ended I went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time. This summer vacation, however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. As a second-year senior student I had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were only a year away. In other words, I must find time to study, too. So I divided my time between work and play during the summer vacation and derived much benefit from this arrangement.

I spent this summer vacation in quite a different way. I used to run about every day in previous summer vacations, but this summer vacation I simply could not afford to do so.
