I was ill because of the cold weather.I was tired, sleepy and had no strength. My parents are worried about my health. In fact, it didn’t matter. I was always in the room with air-conditioner and opened it in a low temperature. So when i went out, the high temperature disagreed to me. Finally, i was ill.

我这人可胆小了。也许是看多了恐怖片的缘故吧！一到晚上做完作业后，就会飞快地跑进被窝里，没有妈妈的陪伴，总是睡不着觉。妈妈常对我说：独立能力差的孩子，长大后对身心健康有不同程度的影响。为此，爸爸、妈妈就开始锻炼我的生活独立能力。

第一步就是让我自己养成独立睡觉的好习惯，计划开始了﹒一天傍晚，妈妈微笑着对我说：“我和你爸出去办点事，很快就回来，做完作业就自己在家先睡吧！好吗？”一听这话我连忙说：“我也要去。”爸爸看了看我笑着说：“怎么害怕了？”“哼，睡就睡，谁怕谁？”我生气地说。爸妈走后，我就后悔说了气话，“哎！”没办法只好赶紧行动起来，先把各个房间的灯全部打开，然后到厨房里拿了一把刀，这才急急忙忙钻进了被窝里，捂得严严实实地，可捂得越严实心里就越紧张、害怕，脑海里又再现了恐怖片中的一桩桩杀人案，妖魔鬼怪的撕杀﹒想着想着就忍不住哭了，大声地喊：“爸爸、妈妈你们在哪里啊”话音未落，忽然听到屋子里好像有动静，便更加害怕了，心想是妖怪还是小偷？

这时也顾不得哭了，闭着眼睛拿起手中的刀，大声地喊：“赶快出来受死吧！”我用力地挥舞着手中的刀，砍了几下没砍着，又砍了几下还是没砍着。睁开眼睛一看，自己都笑了，原来是风刮的门在响动，什么都没有。这时我明白了，没什么大不了的，害怕只是心理的作用。这样一想现在的我已经不再害怕了，于是把房间里的灯全部关上，重新又钻进了被窝里，心里非常地平静。这时，爸爸、妈妈推门进来了，原来他们没有出去，而是一直站在门口，是在有意考验我啊！这件事情到现在我仍然记忆犹新，也似乎明白了许多。

今天，我跟小姨来到我们那里的家乐园，一进商场我就来到了超市，小姨带着我来到巧克力的柜台前，小姨先拿了一盒巧克力，我就趁小姨不注意的时候，偷偷地拿了一盒巧克力装在自己的衣服里。

出去的的时候，我低着头，自己想：要是被查出来那就糟了，妈妈会来吵我的，没查出来，进家里妈妈也会感到异样的。我就像前面是灼热的岩浆，后面是深不见底的海水，前后都是危险，只要迈一步，就会被岩浆烧死，被水淹死，但我现在只能硬着头皮迈着小步往前走，生怕售货员会查出来我藏了巧克力，我忐忑不安的望了望售货员，我的心里像一块大石头悬在自己的心上。最终我还是走了出来，回到家妈妈问我说：“你买了点什么？”我结结巴巴地说：“我没买东西。”经过妈妈的一系列问题，我还是说出了真相，让我不可思议的是妈妈竟然没有吵我，而是说：“你以后不能这样了。”

由此，我懂得了以后不可以再偷拿东西了。我永远要切记这次是亲。

每个人都有属于自己难忘的经历，这些经历促进者我们的成长，而那一次的经历如烙印般地印在我的心底。

那是一个假期，妈妈替我报名去哈尔滨参加舞蹈比赛。听到这个消息的我既开心又紧张，怕自己得不到奖，知道消息后，我的集训课就开始了。

终于，我踏上了去比赛的旅程，搭了5个小时的飞机后，我到达了哈尔滨，领队老师告诉了我们下午的安排，下午先去彩排，晚上开小会。下午，我们开始彩排了，按着顺序，一个接一个的过节目。这是，我已经紧张的不行了，毕竟这是我第一次比赛，到了我的节目，我跳着，跳到一半的时候，“啊!，痛!”我摔了下来，由于天气太冷，所以地板变得很潮湿，我忍着痛坚持着，心里在想：刚才是穿着软底鞋跳的，明天比赛的时候就要立足尖鞋了，万一比赛的时候滑到了，那我的努力不就全白费了!老师似乎看出了我的心思，走过来拍拍我的肩对我说：“没关系，放松点，明天弄点石灰粉就不怕了。”“也只好这样了”我小声的嘀咕着。

到了比赛当天，我好紧张，可能因为冷和紧张，我的全身都在发抖，有20多个比赛的选手，我是第5个，时间一分一秒地过去，主持人念了我的名字，我紧张的走去候场。

这时，老师走过来对我说“放轻松点，像平时练的那样跳就行了，加油!你是最棒的!”听了老师的话我放松了很多，主持人报了我的节目，我走出去摆好了姿势，音乐响起，我随着音乐的旋律欢快的跳着，旋转，微笑，此时的我充满了自信，觉得自己是全场的焦点，最后一个动作，行礼。大家的掌声越来越激烈。那一刻，我知道自己成功了，结果，也的确是我想象中的，我拿了金奖。

这一次的经历，为我以后的路作了铺垫，让我现在更加的自信。我相信，只要努力就会有回报。所以，我要更自信的跳下去，这个经历，我永生难忘!

每个人都会经历许许多多的事，它们就象沙滩五颜六色的贝壳数也数不完。我选一个我最难忘的事跟各位分享分享！

在我三年级放暑假的时候，我有一次我在去补习课补习的路上见到一群同学在路上玩。他们对我说：＂XXX，来，一起玩吧。＂我不知怎的就跟他们玩上了。我跟他们由早上玩到了中午连补习班也忘了上。回到家时，妈妈说：＂去哪了？连补习班也不去上，你知不知道一节课要多少钱？说，去哪疯了？是不是又和XXX他们去玩了。他们的父母不管他们的，你是不是也想变得跟他们一样……我不禁顶了她一句：＂我去哪玩有怎么样？我跟谁玩关你什么事？你管我不着。＂她一听就生气了给了我一巴掌，我捂着脸跑了出去。我跑到了一个小区的角落里哭了起来。一个同学看见了我，就问我：＂你怎么了，为什么哭啊？走，咱们去玩。＂就这样我们玩到了晚上９：００。我不敢回家，最后爸爸妈妈找到了我，爸爸正想冲上来打我，但被我的大姨妈拉住了。最后我还是被我爸打了一顿。

唉！小孩不易做啊，想发泄一下也不行。
