寒假期间，我读了《史记》这本书，这是爷爷读过的书，里面有许多令人回味的故事。其中，我最喜欢《舜的传奇》和《大禹治水》这两个故事。故事是这样的：

虞舜，名叫重华，当时他的后母生了一个弟弟叫象，舜在家里的地位一落千丈，稍微犯点错误，就会被父亲责罚，家人对他很是苛刻，但是他却经常以德报怨，做一个好儿子、好兄长，他恭顺地侍奉父亲和后母，对象也是处处忍让。因此在舜20岁的时候，就已经因为孝顺而盛名天下了。

当时的统治者尧准备找一个继承人，很多大臣推荐了舜，因此尧对舜进行了一番考察，并且把自己的女儿娥皇和女英许配给舜，把自己的儿子也搬迁到舜的隔壁做邻居，尧发现他的儿子和女儿并没有因为出生贵族而对舜和舜的家人傲慢无礼，这都是受到了舜的影响。因此尧就把舜召到身边学习怎么管理天下，果然，交给舜的事情，舜总是能很好地完成，尧死后，舜就成了国家的统治者。

舜在位期间，洪水泛滥，他启用了大禹，禹经过细心地考察，用了疏而不是堵的方法，把洪水引进大江大海大湖，因此洪水很快就退去了。舜死后，禹就成了新一任的天下管理者。

在故事中，我特别喜欢舜和禹。舜是中华民族的道德始祖，以孝闻名，是德的化身，他谦恭礼让，以德报怨，孝敬父母，仁爱宽厚，这些都是中华民族的传统美德，在这个故事中，我受到了启迪，“修身，起家，治国，平天下”，舜就是这样实践着，努力着，成功着，因此在自己的人生道路上，我更要去学习和践行。

大禹治水的故事天下闻名，他以身作则，与群众同甘共苦，在外治水13年，三过家门而不入，他这种刻苦耐劳，遇到困难运用智慧解决的精神，坚持不懈的精神都值得我们去学习，我们学生在学习的时候也要秉承这种精神，“坚持不放弃”，“运用自己的智慧和知识去解决难题”，这样才能获得丰硕的果实。

不一会儿，他们就走到了平台前。就在这个时候，雄伟的《义勇军进行曲》响了起来，国旗开始缓缓地向上升，大人们行起了注目礼，而我和同学们则行起了队礼。也不知道为什么，我的心里非常激动，眼睛里也悄悄地泛起了泪花，嘴里跟着一起唱起了国歌。过了大概一分钟的时间，歌声停了下来，国旗也已经升到了旗杆的顶端。升国旗仪式结束，人们又再一次欢呼起来。

原来，现场看升国旗，跟在电视上看的感觉是那么的不同。至于看升国旗的意义，爸爸是这样告诉我的：“我们每一个人都是护旗手。五星红旗是用烈士们的鲜血染成的，我们今天的幸福生活来之不易，我们要继承先烈们的遗志。发愤读书，将来成为祖国的有用人才，用实际行动去捍卫五星红旗，其意义是非常深远的。”

面对新型冠状病毒感染的疫情形势，日益增长的肺炎病例数量，为了增强学生自我防病意识和社会信心，响应国家号召全力做好新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情防控工作，进一步鼓舞斗志、凝聚合力，生物医学工程与技术学院以班级为单位，围绕理性爱国、青春报国为主题积极展开线上班会，各班分别通过QQ群和微信群，针对如何防治疫情进行讨论，思考“我”能做些什么。

前几天是8月24日，也就是北京奥运会的闭幕式。我们期待的奥运会，就这样过了16天就结束了。我们的运动员，努力下，取得了51金，创下了世界纪录。 闭幕式的第一项是元首讲话。各国元首，站在设计好的五环台上读开了，虽然语言不通，但心是一样的。

I Like Sunny Days

I really like sunny days. My mood is very good on sunny days because the sun is shining and I can see the beautiful sky. On days when the weather is not good, I would have to stay outside, and it can become boring. However if it is sunny I can enjoy the outdoors. It is good weather for jogging, taking a walk, or riding a bike. It is even better if there is a breeze, because then it is cool so it is more pleasant to be outside. Popsicles and ice creams are very good snacks for warm, sunny days. The coldness helps me cool down and feel good. I like to play games with my friends outside. We like jumping rope, playing volleyball and badminton. If the sun is very bright, sometimes it is hard to see if the sunlight is reflected into my eyes. It would be useful to have sunglasses to block the sunlight. It feels good to sweat because of exercise, because I know I am becoming healthier.

To be honest, I was surprised in the first class when I learned a teacher at your age could speak English in such a fluent way.(I didnt mean you are old, youre young at heart.) Moreover, you know well how to keep your class attractive. Youve got such an active mind that you can keep talking during the whole class without a pause. 等了很久，终于到我了。我走上了舞台，心“咚咚”地跳着，而且跳得越来越快。但当我坐下来，琴键随着我的手指轻快的弹来弹去时，我不再害怕了。可能是因为我弹的太入神了，变得一点都不紧张;也可能是因为全场都安静下来了，所以我的心情平静下来了。我的身体随着琴声动起来，我弹的太顺利了，清脆悦耳的琴声把我陶醉了。我弹的越来越兴奋，手指如行云流水般在琴键上飞舞。我仿佛来到了一片广阔的原野上，尽情地奔跑。当我演奏完最后一个音符时，场上立刻响起雷鸣般的掌声。
