我的缺点到底很明显，缺乏持之以恒的耐心。假以青春之名，唯一的优点或者长处大概就是火热的激情。面对一件感兴趣的事物，我可以很情愿的付出与努力。网络也是我喜欢的方面，所以我愿意在这方面有所作为。

方向很重要，这也是看过励志讲课视频后的一个重要感触。

所以，我才决定静下心来，放弃专业的东西，做之前做过的与专业无关的工作。人生有很多这样的赌博，有的时候输赢的机会只有一次。我大概不会再说要是我这方面做不好的话，再谋出路重新开始。有时候就要逼自己一把，否则你永远不知道自己有多大能量，当没有尽全力去做一件事的时候，就不该轻言放弃。成功者哪个不是先苦后甜的？哪个不是不断在“自虐”的修炼中成长起来的。我们离成功太远，是因为我们吃的苦还不够，坚持的还不够，做的还太少，想的还太少。

置之死地而后生。我生性缺乏气概，甚至于有些怯弱。习惯了散漫，做事不够谨细。唯唯诺诺，做事之前有太多顾虑，因而会错过很多锻炼与成长的机会。当把雕琢自己看成一种乐事的时候，大概是在走上坡路的。所以，我能接受这种锻炼与雕琢，我渴望在这种近乎苛刻而没有人情的严苛中规范自己的行为，从而走得更远。

世界万物在时刻变化，似乎没有一劳永逸的买卖。所以不断调整自己，不断增进自己的才干与能力是必要的和必须的。人太恐惧变化了，我也是。我害怕从一个熟悉的环境走出，投入另一个陌生，开始认识一些之前几乎没有任何相遇机会的各色人，并开始接触一套新的规则，按照这套规则行事。但是，从大多数人越来越远的求学，工作经历来看。人只有在不断的“走出”与“走入”中才能快速成长。所以，接受新的事物，从中得到新的启示，从另一些人身上学习，对个人而言，有益无害。

成功容易么？爱因斯坦说，成功=勤奋+正确的方法+少说废话。这条公式貌似简单，但是今天可以坚持学习，明天可以，难得的是几十年如一日的勤奋。方法重要么？没有正确的方向和方法，你之前付出的所有辛劳都将是无意义的。

很少人能从这样的现象后看到其实质。造成这种情况的原因何在？是的，当人在矜矜业业埋头苦干的时候，你在想着怎么能更轻松；当人在积极进取的时候你在想着怎能投机取巧。眼高手低，缺乏脚踏实地的苦干精神是造成这种现象的主要原因。

还有一点：当一个人的获得与付出成正比的时候，你的存在就很危险。为什么？因为任何一个比你多付出的人都能替代你的存在价值。换个角度，当你以一种少劳多得的思考来谋生的时候，你大概是为人做事的。而当你能在比较少的回报中，情愿多付出的时候，你大概是为自己做事业的。

为人处世，之前听过很多。一般都强调“人”品行方面的能力，有时候从上到下只注重能力的培养。往往忽略作为人才的必要素质，二者是不可或缺的。

前些天，我看了美国著名作家海明威的小说《老人与海》，让我感慨万千。

这本书所讲的是这样一个故事：老渔夫桑提亚哥一连84天都没有钓到一条鱼，但他仍不肯认输，再次出海，经过两天两夜的奋战，终于捕获了一条大马林鱼。在返航的途中，一群群鲨鱼冲向桑提亚哥的船，蚕食了大马林鱼。桑提亚哥只拖回了一副鱼骨架。

虽然桑提亚哥失败了，输给了一群鲨鱼。但是他的坚持、勇敢值得我们学习。一连84天没有捕到鱼，仍然信心十足，换成是我们，我们早就唉声叹气，叫苦连天了：“捕什么鱼呀?干脆放弃算了!回家睡大头觉有多舒服!这捕鱼简直在受罪吗!”

上幼儿园的时候，我看到好多人都会弹钢琴、电子琴什么的，就兴致勃勃地跟老妈说：“妈妈!我要学电子琴!你看他们多厉害!我也要学，我也要学!”妈妈爽快的答应了，她心里一定很开心：“女儿主动学习，真是件好事。”
