来到屈原广场，这里正在举行隆重的纪念活动，人们以吟唱诗词，跳传统舞蹈的方式，传承诗人的爱国精神。从屈原广场走进去，不一会就来到了屈原祠门前，那大门像一个“山”字，配上飞檐翘角，显得格外壮丽。走进大门，里面建筑青砖黑瓦，飞檐白墙，古色古香。进入前殿，首先映入眼帘的是一块高达3。5米，重达10吨的石头，它有着悠久的历史，名叫“前言石”。继续向前就是著名的“十里诗廊”，这里，镌刻着屈原写的一首首著名的诗：《离骚》、《天问》、《九章》、《九歌》……

过了前殿，从南配房一路参观过来，就到了大殿。一尊屈原铜像伫立在我们的眼前，他身穿长袍，头戴峨冠，手持佩剑，正低头沉思，也许正在琢磨优美动人的诗句，也许正在思考拯救人民于水火，也许正在探寻楚国的前途和命运。站在大殿回首眺望，长江奔流东去，雄伟的三峡大坝如在眼前。我想，如果诗人还在，一定会为今天祖国的成就而惊叹，而诗兴大发吧?

走出屈原祠，山上、路边、房前屋后，到处都种植着橘树，满眼的橘树郁郁葱葱。我不由想起老师给我们讲过的，屈原写的一首诗《橘颂》，就是赞美家乡的橘子甘甜可口的。

下了山，我们又收获了一个惊喜：饭馆里免费提供粽子。家乡的人们就是这样淳朴、热情，温暖着我们的心。吃着美味的粽子，我自然而然想起了吃粽子的美好传说：屈原被小人陷害流放到沅、湘流域。后来，听说秦军攻破楚国京都，眼看自己的祖国被侵略，心如刀割，抱石投汨罗江自尽。百姓们担心江河里的鱼虾吃掉他的身体，就纷纷回家拿来米团投入江中，以免鱼虾糟蹋屈原的尸体，后来就有了端午吃粽子的习俗。

《儒林外史》开篇描写了诸暨县一个乡村少年王冕，因家境贫寒，自小替秦老放牛，但他却勤奋好学，用每日攒下的点心钱买书看。由于王冕聪明勤勉，又博览群书，还画得一手好荷花，不到二十岁，便成了县内的名人。他不愿意求取功名利禄，县令登门拜访，他躲避不见;朱元璋授他咨议参军之职，他也不接受。王冕怕再有人聘他做官，就逃到会稽山中，过着隐居的生活。像这样淡泊名利的读书人，在作者生活的年代真是少之又少，因此作者对王冕大加赞赏。

The main importance of goal setting is that it provides us with direction and purpose. When we have goals, we know what we want to achieve so that we can focus our mindson a single worthwhile target and avoid getting distracted easily. Personal goal setting also provides us with motivation to achieve what we want to achieve.

Goal setting is of especial significance for today’s students. A study reveals that when students set goals, they learn the importance of taking responsibility, of minimizing excuses and of helping others. 置之死地而后生。我生性缺乏气概，甚至于有些怯弱。习惯了散漫，做事不够谨细。唯唯诺诺，做事之前有太多顾虑，因而会错过很多锻炼与成长的机会。当把雕琢自己看成一种乐事的时候，大概是在走上坡路的。所以，我能接受这种锻炼与雕琢，我渴望在这种近乎苛刻而没有人情的严苛中规范自己的行为，从而走得更远。

世界万物在时刻变化，似乎没有一劳永逸的买卖。所以不断调整自己，不断增进自己的才干与能力是必要的和必须的。人太恐惧变化了，我也是。我害怕从一个熟悉的环境走出，投入另一个陌生，开始认识一些之前几乎没有任何相遇机会的各色人，并开始接触一套新的规则，按照这套规则行事。但是，从大多数人越来越远的求学，工作经历来看。人只有在不断的“走出”与“走入”中才能快速成长。所以，接受新的事物，从中得到新的启示，从另一些人身上学习，对个人而言，有益无害。

成功容易么？爱因斯坦说，成功=勤奋+正确的方法+少说废话。这条公式貌似简单，但是今天可以坚持学习，明天可以，难得的是几十年如一日的勤奋。方法重要么？没有正确的方向和方法，你之前付出的所有辛劳都将是无意义的。

很少人能从这样的现象后看到其实质。造成这种情况的原因何在？是的，当人在矜矜业业埋头苦干的时候，你在想着怎么能更轻松；当人在积极进取的时候你在想着怎能投机取巧。眼高手低，缺乏脚踏实地的苦干精神是造成这种现象的主要原因。

还有一点：当一个人的获得与付出成正比的时候，你的存在就很危险。为什么？因为任何一个比你多付出的人都能替代你的存在价值。换个角度，当你以一种少劳多得的思考来谋生的时候，你大概是为人做事的。而当你能在比较少的回报中，情愿多付出的时候，你大概是为自己做事业的。

为人处世，之前听过很多。一般都强调“人”品行方面的能力，有时候从上到下只注重能力的培养。往往忽略作为人才的必要素质，二者是不可或缺的。

之于这次视频后的提醒，我之后努力目标当为两个：第一，在新的环境中积极主动学习，尽快掌握工作基本能力。并且能有所突破与进步。第二，注重自己德育。从日常细节开始，培养扫一屋也扫天下的能力。

推己及人，渡人者先渡己。自己做好了才有评说别人的资格。一个不懂佛法真义的人给人讲佛，徒增笑耳，滑稽之极。在这方面我需要很大力改变。口中跑马千里，腹囊空空如也，既无真才实学，也无实干精神。——执行力比较差，亟需改变。

习惯成性。性格和习惯有很大关系，如果学会严谨实干的习惯，就不会有松散浮躁夸夸其谈的性格。

成功在哪里？一个人该坚持多久？找到一个正确的方向，当你坚持到人体的极限，近乎不能忍受生命之沉重的时候，你就快要成功了。成功的曙光在黎明前的片刻黑暗。所以，你需要再坚持一小会，再坚持一小会。

之前文字随意恣肆，没有章法，但最殷切的期望还是能将这次总结与思考作为自理与自励的一个新开始。
