那四本厚厚的名著，是每个自诩热爱中国古代文化的人必须修读的。我自然不能免俗，刀光剑影，勾心斗角，爱恨缠绵，都不适合此时阅读，于是再次翻开了《西游记》，进入了光怪陆离色彩斑斓的神话世界。这是一部所有人都爱读的经典大作，每个人都能在解读它时获取不同的感受和启示。有人喜欢它鲜明的人物个性;有人喜欢它瑰丽的整体形象;有人喜欢它活泼诙谐的语言;有人干脆把它当作道德修养小说或政治寓言。但在我看来，它什么都不是，它只是“游戏之作”，是一个单纯的神话世界。我在读这本小说时常常有一种共鸣感，想必这是我内心深处对于自由的欲望在呼喊吧!

一、自由在经历了又一个个性受制约的学期后，孙悟空这个形象完全激发了我内心潜在的，但根深蒂固的向往——对彻底的自由的向往。孙悟空破土而出，“不优麒麟辖，不优凤凰管，又不优人间王位所拘束”，闯龙宫，闹冥司，在花果山自在称王，可以说已经达到人性摆脱一切束缚，彻底自由的状态。孙悟空其实就是自由的化身，他的品质中最突出的特点就是向往自由，他始终在追求自由，他的一切斗争也都是为了自由。这样一个鲜活的形象给予了我一种寻找自由、追逐自由的力量和勇气。总之，我觉得现代人对于自己的生存状态，尤其是精神方面较为安于现状，缺乏一种开拓进取，寻找更大自由的精神。

二、神话如今也是一个远离神话的时代。日常生活过于现实，使充满幻想的事物遭到排斥。神话绝非幼稚的产物，它有深邃的哲学意义和丰富的文化内涵。谢林在他的名著《艺术哲学》中说：“神话乃是各种艺术的必要条件的原始质料。《西游记》是中国神话小说的颠峰，也是神话文化的至高境界，然后中国的神话文化渐渐没落了，神话不被人重视，连《西游记》也少有人问津，只有孩子们会被孙悟空征服，于是也只有孩子们抱有对未来浪漫的、梦幻般的希望。”

三、英雄“英雄”有许多不同解释。《辞海》中说英雄是杰出的人物，曹操说英雄要有包容宇宙之机，吞吐天地之胸。我认为，英雄是那些顽强地掌握自己命运，并为崇高理想而奋斗的人。孙悟空无疑是英雄的典型，他为了自由，为了自己的尊严，不怕与一切进行斗争。正因为这种对抗的差距悬殊，发自内心而拼尽全力的抗争才显得悲壮。明知不可为而为的勇士才能凸现出其英雄本色。复读《西游记》，让我觉得其不属于一般名著的特点。我相信，也希望它永远向大家展示着“自由、神话、英雄”三个主题，给大家带来激励和源自内心的力量。

恰逢春节假期，病毒肆虐而至，大家被困在家中，不能像往常春节一般，探亲访友。

全国人民自行隔离，于是便都成了“被困人员”准备好一个月吃食，都窝在家中。

中国网友无聊至极，看手机看到想吐，也勤奋起来，做起了家务。家务也是有限的，于是有人便打起了自家鱼缸的注意，开始在家“钓鱼”鱼也很无辜，本来悠闲自在，却不得不为人类服务。大家纷纷发出了对麦当劳的思念。可惜啊，思念并没有回响。

这一切，还要从一只蝙蝠说起……

可别小看一只小小的蝙蝠，它携带了上百种病毒。但是它们生活在阴暗的洞穴中，晚上出行，与人类互不相干。从未想过要伤害人类。可是到底是道德的沦丧还是人性的泯灭!人类主动去伤害蝙蝠，将它送上了餐桌!他们丝毫没有觉得不对，甚至吃的津津有味，还拍视频传到网上!这到底是为什么?为了胶原蛋白?是大鸡腿不好吃吗?蝙蝠已经尽量长的不像食材了，人们还要去伤害它。

吃了便吃了，有病毒的第一时间大家都会想到的是隔离，预防。而武汉这次确实没有及时采取措施，再加上春运期间，武汉市出来共有五百多万人，这也是导致病毒传播速度很快的原因之一。

但是现在已经成为这样了，我们便不要再纠结武汉的问题了，应该乖乖待在家中，没事不要出门。即使要出门，也要带好口罩，做好防护措施，不去人多的地方。全世界都在支援武汉，我们也应该尽一己之力去帮助武汉。

There has been a long time since I came back from Hainan―wowhainan is such a wonderful place that I will never forget it .It‘s really a good place where gave me a rather good impression. I feel so wonderful during the journey as I have experienced a lot of things for the first time.

In January 7th ---the first day of my journey the fluttering snowflakes diffused over Changzhou. I first took the train to shanghai then took the plane to Hainan in Pudong airport. Although it’s my second time to take plane I felt even more excited than the first time. When flying I found that I was flying over the cloud of different types and colors. The sky is also brighter and clearer than that I had ever seen. Soon we arrived in Meilan airport in Haikou the climate is totally different from that in Changzhou It was warm there and we could see coconut trees everywhere.

After 3 days competition I went to BoAo where is famous for its forum. It was my first time to experience the sea and the beach in the sunshine. When sitting on the cruise I could clearly see the ocean waves pushing the windows of the cruise. It seemed that I was surrounded by the waves and the crystal water. I felt as if a fish which had been living in the sea happily. Then we land on the beach. The sand on the beach was so soft that it was cosy to lie on the beach. I tried searching for the shells on the beach but failed. The beach was totally different from what I heard before as there was nothing except footsteps on the beach. In the afternoon I played football on beach and scored a goal with my new friends from all around China. It was really interesting and challenging.

The next day I went to Haikou. I first visited the tomb of Hairui an officer in Qing dynasty who was famous for rectitude. I think he should be the role model of every person. In the afternoon I went to the geological park of volcano. A lot of stones of different shapes came into views. When arriving the top of the park it seemed that the while city was under my view. Also I had seen plenty of interesting and rare types of the plants. I also got into a small hole in the park it is said that the hold was exactly the original hole where maqma came from. But the volcano had stopped from erupting for thousands of years.

I can’t forget this trip not only does it give me a lot of joy knowledge and good memory but also it give me a chance to make friends with people from different fart in China. By enjoying the excellent scenery I think I have fallen in love with this beautiful city. I will cherish this experience.

Free Admission to Parks

To encourage people to go outside and relax, a mounting number of parks offer free admission now. People benefit from it, especially during these tough economic times. With free entry, more people will have the opportunity for affordable vacations for families, taking pleasure in the natural landscape.

Fresh air and landscapes in parks are good for people. However, too many people

flocking into parks might not be so good for the parks.

For example, some visitors leave their garbage behind, which may cause environmental pollution. And people’s barbeques and stamping will also bring damage to the grassland and other greeneries in parks.

As a university student, I’m in favor of free admission to parks. Free entry to parks not only saves people’s expenditure, but also makes things fairer — people like the poor and students can go to parks frequently as well. On the other hand, visitors should be informed to preserve the environment while enjoying the beauty of the nature.

上学时就知道抗美援朝的历史，也知道一些相关的英雄故事。但是此前，抗美援朝仅作为一种历史认知，存于我的大脑，有过感叹，却未曾激荡过情感，更没有为之流过泪。

然而昨天，看大型纪录片《为了和平》时，我是忍不住多次落泪。这部为纪念抗美援朝70周年而拍摄的纪录片，把那段可歌可泣的历史，具象化在观众眼前，直抵人心，催人泪下。

该纪录片一共6集，分别为《正义担当》《殊死较量》《血性迸发》《英雄赞歌》《万众一心》《伟大胜利》，每集约50分钟，以史论结合、故事表达的方式，传递历史观念，激发爱国热情。

纪录片首先对抗美援朝的历史背景进行了全面而深刻地剖析，指出中国人民志愿军出国作战的正义性，是取得伟大胜利的根本原因。抗美援朝战争是美帝国主义强加于中国人民的战争，为求生存、保和平，中国人民不得不战。

放眼当今世界格局，回顾当年历史形势，会发现，_，他们的政治眼光和政治智慧，实在令人折服，抗美援朝的确是立国之战。

打得一拳开，免得百拳来。正是抗美援朝的胜利，奠定了新中国的世界地位，换来了直至今日的和平。而如果当年不支持朝鲜，任由美帝国打到鸭绿江边，那后果真是不可想象的。

在这场战争中，共有197653名中国人民志愿军牺牲，万千忠骨长眠在那片盛开着金达莱花的土地上。因那青春的热血与不屈的灵魂，金达莱花更加娇艳明媚，动人心魄。

有些英雄故事，上小学时就学过，但那时年幼懵懂，不解英雄之血性与悲壮，而今观之感之，心不能平，情不能禁，泪不能止。

黄继光，主动去炸敌人的火力点，炸不成竟毅然扑上去，用血肉之躯挡住了喷射的机枪。

苍天可鉴，21岁的年轻战士，用这舍命一扑，让敌人胆战心寒，机枪哑了，志愿军冲了上来……

邱少云，埋伏在山下，大火烧着了身上的棉衣，烧焦了肉体，但30多分钟里他却坚如铁打，纹丝不动。

大地为证，邱少云身上燃烧的，是那炽热的爱国之心，是那坚强的卫国之志!26岁的英灵，在烈火中永生!

杨根思，守卫阵地，战斗到最后一个人，面对汹涌而上的敌人，毅然抱起炸药包冲向敌群!

山河有灵，28岁的杨根思用不屈的生命证明“三个不相信”：不相信有完成不了的任务;不相信有克服不了的困难;不相信有战胜不了的敌人。

还有曹玉海，毛岸英，张桃芳，刘光子，杨连弟，袁孝文王海……正如解说所言，一部抗美援朝战争史，就是一部英雄的史诗。在两年零九个月的抗美援朝战争中，涌现出近6000个功臣集体和30万个战斗英雄。

英雄流血我流泪，看一次我流一次。血战飞鼓山，血战长津湖，血战三所里，血战横城，血战砥平里，血战铁原，血战汉江，血战上甘岭。每一次血战都写满英雄的故事，每一个战场都回荡着英雄的赞歌。

牺牲的英灵我们永远铭记，凯旋的英雄我们顶礼膜拜。他们的英雄事迹和革命精神，充分彰显中华民族不畏强暴、维护和平的坚定决心，向帝国主义证明：中国人民已经组织起来了，是惹不得的，如果惹翻了，是不好办的。

70年过去了，新中国通过打赢那场帝国主义强加的战争，在世界舞台上站稳了脚跟，赢得了尊重，换来了和平。70

I like traveling very much. My trip to XiAn is really unforgettable. Before

I went there, I always wanted to see Bin Ma Yong, so I chose to go there.

I went to there by train with my parents and I had breakfast in the hotel.

Then we went there by bus. When I got off the bus, I was very excited. I saw a

I took many pictures. Finally we went back the hotel in the afternoon.

"I will be back before twelve oclock," says Cinderella. She gets into the coach to go to the party.

The princes palace is full of people. They are all happy to be at the big party. All the girls want to marry the prince. Then Cinderella walks into the palace. "Who is she?" everyone asks. "Shes so beautiful," they say.

The prince sees Cinderella. He asks her to dance with him. All night long they dance and talk. The prince and Cinderella fall in love. At twelve oclock, Cinderella runs out of the palace.

Cinderella runs and loses one of her glass shoes. She must get home before twelve. She is late. She runs into the house. Now, she is wearing her old dress again.

different opinions about using it.

Some students think WeChat is a very useful tool. It can provide a platform

to communicate with their friends. Besides they can make more friends and learn

more knowledge by WeChat. However, some students think WeChat will affect their

study if they spend too much time using it. And they may be tricked by strange

net friends. Last but not least, it will also affect their vision to use WeChat

for a long time.

In my opinion, we should use WeChat properly by not using it more than two

hours a day, and make sure that we dont use it when we are studying. In

上周末，我们全家去吴桥游玩。在那里，我觉得最开心的地方就是吴桥杂技大世界的“江湖文化城”。

对于学生来说，教师就是指路灯，当他们遇到困难或者是面临选择时，他们都会去向老师咨询，争取老师的意见，这样他们才会心安，由此可见，教师对于学生的影响很大，为了让教师发挥他们的优势，并且使教师具备高尚的美德，教师需要进行师德师风学习，当然，我也一样，在这次学习中，我得到了很多，下面我将我的心得体会进行说明。

一、心灵关怀的无知——比比皆是的伤害

教师对于学生思想和情感的影响价值是不言而喻的，教师的一言一行、一举一动，都将直接或间接地影响到学生心灵的成长和发育。然而，许多教师至今却还并未明确地意识到这一点，以致于对学生心灵的关怀一直以来漠然而无知，由此所引起的心灵伤害也就断然不可避免了。曾经有一位探索教师对学生心灵的伤害问题的探研者，对325名教师和653名学生就教师伤害学生一事进行了调查。在调查中表现，年龄越小，年级越低，学生受到的伤害越大。有的学生被老师骂，有的教师甚至随意举手打学生;还有的教师不顾学生的颜面，故意贬损学生的人格，等等。在学生遭受的伤害中，被调查者认为，体罚是表面的，而心罚所受到的伤害则是长期的，甚至是终身的。

曾经有一位这样的学生，他的英语成绩很差，他自己很想学好，但又不知道怎样学，有一天上课时，英语老师按顺序叫学生站起来回答问题，眼看就要轮到他了，他心里很激动，因为那道题他能做出来，但还是有点紧张，然而，英语老师却没有叫他，而是叫了他后面的同学，这时，这位学生感到侮辱，后来升高中时，英语才考了48分，使他进不了重点中学。这是一个极其普通的例子，尤其是在老师讲公开刘课、观察课、优质课、示范课的课堂上更为多见，客观地讲，英语老师没叫他回答问题是无意的，而是认为英语老师可能一时疏忽，但对于这个学生来说却不是无意的，他认为是英语老师看不起她，嫌她英语太差才不让回答问题。从此例中，英语教师的无意伤害极大地改变了这个学生的学业发展和心理状况。她不仅放弃努力学习英语的动机，而且发展到害怕上英语课。这直接导致了她升学的失败和对未来的焦虑。当然，引发无意伤害的根本原因也应归之于这个学生，归之于她的无中生有和过度自尊。但是，这并非说老师没有任何责任，从心灵关注的角度来看，老师的言行任何时候都应是教育的一个组成部分，不能随心所欲，更不能漫不经心。

二、心灵关怀的前提——了解学生的心灵

事实上，许多教师行为偏差，也正是由于不了解学生的心理特点而造成的。

我们常说，教学要获得应有的实效或效果，必须依赖于我们对教育的两条基本规律的遵循。一条是，教育的内容符合社会的要求。这是从教育与社会的关系来看的，教育首先是一种社会现象，它必须为社会的政治、经济服务，才会有安身立足之本，因此，教育要紧紧地随时代的脉搏，时时关注重社会的发展和需求。另一条就是，教育还必须遵循儿童身心发展的规律。即，教育的内容与方式都要符合儿童的年龄特征，这样，教育才会成为儿童自身的需要，并为儿童所接受。而这一条主要是从教育与人的关系出发来看的，这就是说，教育还是一种培养人的实践活动，如果教育脱离了人的身心实际，那么，就很难言人的身心发展了，因此，教育中的有关年龄特征的问题，是不能被忽视的。在这两条规律中，就教师的工作性质而言，主要应该是对第二条规律的把握。原因有两点：第一，教育与社会的关系往往是被子政府部门的大政方针所决定的，教师并无权利随意更改教材的内容，但怎样把时代精神、教育的方针政策以及教材内容中的规范与要求有效地落实到学生身上，却是教师义不容辞的责任，这就离不开教师对学生本身的研究了;第二，教育为社会服务的最终目标，还是为了促进人本身的身心素质的发展，是为了人类的生存幸福而服务的;同时，社会的要求也只有凝聚为人的个体的一种内在的，永恒不变的身心素质之时，教育的效果才会真正显露出来，我们才可以说教育是成功的，而教育要有效地促进人的身心发展，外在教育影响要凝结为人的内在素质，则又都离不开教师对学生现有身心发展水平与特征的了解和遵循，也就是说，以人为本，以人的身心素质为本，这不仅是教育的出发点，而且也是教育的最终归宿，对此，任何人都是不能忽略或轻视的，否则，就无真正的教育效果可言!因此，从心灵关注的角度来看，儿童的心灵具有可塑性，同时也是一颗脆弱的心灵，一颗向上的心灵，一颗善于学习的心灵。所以教育的效果，并不在于教育内容本身的正确与否，而主要在教育内容与教育方式是否贴近和符合受教育者的身心实际。同时，符合儿童身心实际的教育，又首先是建立在对儿童年龄特征的尊重与了解基础之上的，要关注学生心灵的成长，要使教师真正具有一种富有实效的教育行为，教师就必须认真研究和了解学生的心理特点与年龄特征，并以此作为教育的起点。

三、心灵关怀的策略：掌握教育的方式与艺术

心灵关怀在了解了学生心灵发育的特点之后，还应注意掌握一些具体的

的教育方式与艺术，这是教育怎样更好地防止教育伤害，避免无意伤害，根除有意伤害的又一重要的前提条件，在学生心灵成长的道路上，需要教师的辅助，教师对学生的帮助要得体，爱学生，还要会爱学生。爱，不仅仅只是一种付出和给予，它包含了丰富的内涵和灵巧的艺术，爱是奉献，爱也是理解;爱可以通过满意而传达，爱同样也可以通过不满意而流露;做为教师，就要体察学生心灵的变化，学会附耳细说，学会正面暗示。据说韩国有个官员在微服私访，路过田间时，看到一个农夫驾着两头牛正在耕地，就大声问：“你这两头牛，哪个更棒?”农夫看着他一言不发，等到了地头，牛到一旁吃草去了，农夫才附在官员的耳边小声地说：“边上的那头牛更好。”官员很奇怪问：“你干嘛用那么小声地说活?”农夫说到：“牛虽是畜类，但心却是和人一样的，如果我大声说这头牛好，那头牛不好，它们能从我的眼神手势、声音里分辨出我对它们的评论，那头虽然尽了力，但仍不够优秀的牛心里会难过……”试想，一位农夫对待一头牛尚且如此讲究方式、方法，那么，我们做教师的在对学生进行评价时，不是更应该加以注意吗?尤其是教师的评价性语言，其意义对于学生而言，不是终生的，也是短期内难以忘怀的，无意伤害是无心的结果，但无心之过变有过，归根到底，还是与教师的素质有关。

教师不仅承担着教书育人的责任，对于教师本身来说，他们学识渊博。教师是一个伟大的职业，他带个人们无限的潜力，没有教师，就没有国家源源不断的人才，所以，我在这里郑重的说上一句：“我为我是一名教师而感到自豪。”
