我刚刚看了_。我为什么看_呢?原来，在2010年“两会”期间，全国政协委员、军事科学院世界军事研究部原副部长罗援在接受_的采访时提出，要隆重纪念抗美援朝战争。我本人一直对抗日战争的话题很有兴趣，有了这个新闻后，也开始关注抗美援朝战争了。

我注意到，军事科学院的罗援提出了一些“要隆重纪念抗美援朝”的理念：

其一，忘记过去就意味着背叛，而且应该用新中国成立六十周年的机会弘扬我们革命英雄主义和爱国主义的精神。这些老同志说得非常好，说我们不怕死亡，但是我们怕被遗忘。

其二，罗援说，俄罗斯有《军人地位法》，德国有《军人地位法》，美国有《军人福利待遇法》。我觉得不管是现役军人、预备役军人还是退役军人，以及其家庭成员，他们在社会上处于什么样的法律地位、他们应该享受什么样的待遇、应该得到什么样的福利，这些还没有一个非常规范的法律上的界定和保障。

因为军人是一个特殊的群体，《中华人民共和国宪法》规定我们军人要无条件地服从国家的召唤，要用我们的鲜血和生命捍卫国家的主权和领土完整。由于这一种特殊的义务，那么就要享受一种特殊的待遇。

其三，罗援说，参加过抗美援朝的老兵健在的不多了，当我谈六十周年的时候，我们就设想这些老同志当时是十五岁参军，那么现在也七十五岁了。抗美援朝六十年，就看我们当时的志愿军、小战士，他去的时候如果是十五岁，现在也都是七十五岁，也都是老人了。

可能再往下的时间对他们也是非常珍贵的，我觉得应该抓紧时间给他们一种褒奖，对他们的历史给予一种肯定。特别是抗美援朝，我觉得这场战争是我们中国共产党人独立自主地领导的一次对外战争。而且这场战争打出了我们的国荣、打出了我们的军威，大长中国人志气。当时我们面对的是谁?我们面对的是比八国联军多出一倍的十六国联军，我们把十六国联军打败了。在这场战争中，我们中国人民志愿军体现了我们中国人民的志气，形成了一种志愿军的精神。

我查询了一下新华社的报道：

今年10月25日是中国人民志愿军抗美援朝出国作战七十周年纪念日。这场战争，是一场伟大的反侵略的正义战争。在朝鲜民主主义人民共和国处于危急关头，我国安全受到严重威胁的情况下，党中央做出了“抗美援朝，保家卫国”的英明决策，以彭德怀同志为司令员的中国人民志愿军跨过鸭绿江，百万中华优秀儿女先后入朝作战，创造了震惊世界的英雄业绩。刚刚获得解放的中国人民，万众一心、节衣缩食、全力以赴支援前线。经过两年零九个月的浴血奋战，终于同朝鲜人民一起赢得了这场战争的胜利。抗美援朝战争的胜利，粉碎了侵略者侵吞朝鲜民主主义人民共和国的图谋，保卫了新中国，维护了亚洲和世界和平，不仅极大地振奋了中国人民的民族精神，增强了我们的民族自信心和自豪感，而且大大鼓舞了世界上一切爱好和平的国家和人民，在世界反侵略战争历史上写下了光辉的一页。

以上都是官方的报道。我看了李峰先生的著作后，对抗美援朝有了更深刻的认识。

原来，我对抗美援朝是有误解的。1991年，我在日本留学的时候，看过一本日本人写的图书。他们分析：“中国如果不出兵朝鲜，美国人不会打到中国去。中国出兵朝鲜，给本国经济造成巨大损失。而且，是在帮助苏联与美国争夺在亚洲的势力范围。”

李峰先生的著作，我完全改变了看法。李峰写的《决战朝鲜》一书以恢宏的气势、凝练的语言、饱满的激情、翔实的史料，全景式再现了中国人民志愿军抗美援朝的历史。而且，作者李峰为了写《决战朝鲜》参考了大量图书，这种认真做学问的态度令人钦佩。

我非常喜欢这本图书，我固执地认为：“书如其人。”这个意思就是：书写得好，作者必是一位德才兼备的好人。我父亲是卢沟桥事变后参加八路军的，全国解放后他就在中国青年出版社工作。我从小见过的作家多了去了。本书责编陈智富先生告诉我：“确实‘书如其人’。李峰是一个隐士，淡薄名利，为人低调。这次《决战朝鲜》(白金纪念版)将新增作者的自序和简介，便于读者对作者及创作情况有进一步的了解。”这就很好。

据说，在英语流行开来的时候，许多欧洲人纷纷开始学习。目的很明确：读英语小说原文。一方面，这是一种审美的需求，另一方面，这也是社会阶层的划分依据：从此，身边的人分为两种，即能读英语小说原著的，和不能用英语阅读小说的人。在这样的目的驱使下，可想而知学习效率会如何之高。

最近在学习英国文学史，下载了海量的英美小说和诗歌。可以这么说，不读小说，不知英文的精妙，不读诗歌，不知英文的优雅与靓丽。

当下国人学习英语的目标，个人认为，不是纯粹的审美层面的。或是为了高考、大学英语四六级之类的等级考试，或是为了留学考试。真正静下心来，读一首英文诗歌，或许你会爱上英文的。

可以说，我的英语学习是为“雪耻”，小学的时候英语考试睁眼瞎，题都读不懂。到了初中，凭借优秀的语文和数学成绩，进入了英语实验班——是的，有一些滑稽。于是，在老师的悉心、严格的教学下，在我的努力下，英语终于按部就班地提高起来。中考英语以146分位居年级第一，进入了理想的直升班。

现在回想起来，简单的动机，为我打下了坚实的英语基础。当时，最开心的事情，就是每周的英语考试，可以读到新鲜热辣的时文。

不过，与那些英语原版世界名著相比，英语说明文就显得黯然失色了。当然，那些来自于《时代》周刊的英文消息，是很值得玩味的。至今记得那篇略显晦涩的对乔伊斯《尤利西斯》的报道。

今天，又窝在家里听英国文学史，打开一本诗集，顿时沉醉其中。

如果，能够以审美的维度，重新审视英语学习，我想，大家对英语学习的兴致，大概会浓厚很多了。

请假条(written request for leave)是英语学习者必须掌握的常用应用文之一，它包括请病假(note for sick leave)和请事假(leave of absence)。请假条是用于向老师或上级领导等因身体状况不好或因某事请求准假的场合。

英文请假条写作需注意三点：

1.英文中请假条的写法和汉语请假条相同， 它一般由四部分组成，即时间、称呼、正文和签名。
