信内地址一般位于信函的左上角，位于信纸的左边顶格，低于信头一两行写起。

3．称呼(Salutation):对收信人的称呼用语

称呼是写信人对收信人表示尊敬的敬称。称呼从信纸的左端顶格写起，比信内姓名和地址低一行，。称呼有多种，视写信人和收信人的关系而定。每个开头字母用大写，结尾用逗号不用冒号。

对男士的称呼，多用Mr.,对女士的称呼,多用Mrs.,Madam,Miss或Ms.,但是需要注意的是,这些称呼用在姓氏前或姓氏和名字前,但是不能使用在名字的前面。

看完这个视频后，我认为一个故事可能并没有像别人所说的结局一定都是最美好最快乐的。邓先生的背后有一位最勇敢最顽强的女人——许鹿希。对于她所等待的28年，是漫长的。每一天的日子里都盼望着那个他，打开房门，走进来，悄悄地对她说：“希希，我回来了。”而在这28年中，邓先生和他的同志们创造了中国第一颗原子弹和中国第一颗氢弹。这个消息传遍全世界，每一个中国人都引以自豪。

邓先生回来时，已成了一个白发苍苍的老人。在他日子还剩363天时，他竟还在工作，临终时只说一句：“死而无憾。”这句话应该刻在我们每一个中国人的心上，让我们记住了邓稼先同志。

邓先生离开后，许女士做出了一个我们无法想象的事情，她竟用了28年晚年时光，写了一本《邓稼先传》，询问了100多位和邓先生的同路人。

前28年漫长的等待，后28年漫长的追寻。那后28年所创作的《邓稼先传》是许女士一个字一个字写在纸上。创作成功时，她可能早已成了一个80岁-90岁的老太太，可她并没有后悔，值得写成这部著作。

时间过了一大半，西边的选手士气高昂，钓得一个比一个多。东边选手士气低落，有很多人弃权了。可我旁边的叔叔还是不死心，使出最后杀手锏――换鱼竿，从一米四的竿换到了一米七的竿，所有的竿子都试了遍，还是没用，他也索性坐在那里不钓了，满脸的不甘心。

“时间到！”穿着雨衣的裁判大声喊道。最后还是西边的一位叔叔得了冠军，他钓了20多条鱼呢。

在回家的路上，我望着车窗外淅淅沥沥的雨，想起一句爱因斯坦的一句名言：“兴趣是最好的老师”。也许是兴趣让他们聚在这冰冷的水库上钓鱼吧！

Christmas is annual festival in western world that is one of the most important festivals forthem. Previously, only westerners or Christians celebrate it. But in recent years,more and more Chinese people celebrate it, especially among young people. Thereare many activities in that day. I think there are the following reasons thatmake Christmas popular in China. First, it’s a western holiday and it’s new toChinese. Second, with the development of the world, the mutual influence betweenChina and the west makes it work. Last, the merchants make great contributionto its popularity.

前几天，年仅30岁的广西驻村第一书记、北师大定向选调生黄文秀在百色洪水中不幸遇难的消息令人悲痛。她将知识带回家乡，用行动建设家乡，她将30岁的大好年华定格在扶贫路上，用生命谱写扶贫乐章。身体力行，不忘初心，知重负重，砥砺前行，她是脱贫攻坚道路上的践行者，同为选调生的我们，更要以她为标杆，主动担起带领群众脱贫攻坚的重任，扎根基层，脚踏实地，用实干谱写未来。对此，我有以下几点体会想与大家分享。

新时代的党员干部，心里要燃气一团火。要像黄文秀一样，在选择理想的时候，要让自己真正热血起来，要主动响应祖国和社会的需要，投入到真正可以发挥拳脚的地方，要走向基层，拥抱基层，不忘初心，脚踏实地，将自己的勤奋和汗水挥洒在基层这边给祖国谋复兴，为人民谋福祉的地方。

新时代的党员干部，手里要攒起一股劲。要像黄文秀一样，放下自己的舒服圈，撸起袖子加油干，不怕泥泞和荆棘，不怕风雨和烈日，像钢铁巨人般，将自己置身于愈挫愈勇的战场，那些走烂的鞋子，那些轮胎压过的纹路，那么干裂的嘴唇和晒黑的皮肤就是一枚枚军功章，刻印在祖国复兴和人民幸福的史册上。

新时代的党员干部，眼里要汇成一面旗。要像黄文秀一样，将党纪国法作为自己工作生活的准绳，严格要求自己，高标准督促自己，在履职的道路上，时刻不懈怠，在尽职的途中，永远风雨兼程。驻村的工作不好干，没关系，那就加班加点干，那就流血流汗干，脱贫致富的工作不好干，那就精疲力尽干，想法设法干。

黄文秀的故事，是在给党员干部竖起一面精神旗帜，鼓励大家要将个人的成长成才之路与祖国的建设发展之路紧密结合起来，牺牲小我，成就大我，不忘初心，牢记使命，在奋斗的路上干出一番新天地。

一、作为一名幼儿教师，优良的师德、高尚的师风是搞好教育的灵魂。教师是幼儿的一面镜子，言谈举止，为人处世，衣着穿戴……都是幼儿私下议论的话题。为人师表不能说一套做一套，应严以律己，言行一致，表里如一，成为幼儿的表率。

二、师德的魅力主要从人格特征中表现出来。我要每天都带着一份好心情、以平和的心态、饱满的情绪投入到工作中，带着微笑迎接孩子，真诚的对待每一位孩子。

三、教师的文明动作行为也是影响孩子的行为因素。教师应当以得体的语言和动作行为来指导幼儿的一日生活。久而久之，孩子也会形成文明的行为规范。让孩子得到周围人的尊重和喜爱，从而增强孩子的自信心。

总之，态度决定一切，不管做什么事情，态度是非常重要的，在生活中如此，工作中亦如此。既然是工作，就要爱岗敬业，用职业道德标准来要求自己，做到细心、耐心、用心爱孩子。幼儿园的孩子像刚出土的嫩苗，需要呵护和培养。只有幼儿身体健康、心情愉快、学习进步，作为老师才能真正感觉到工作的快乐。

The winter vacation, we came to Harbin, mom and Dad took us to the Yabuli ski resort.

A sight that I was shocked, a silver white snow, coming from across the slope, each snow road length is different, with a narrow width, high and low, spectacular.

In the dressing room, the skiing suits are changed. Everyone gets together. The coach teaches us how to skate and how to stop. Oh, its too simple. Skiing is the two feet parallel, knees bent forward, and slippery dry ice like, two feet open, a big point inside the eight words.

We entered the snow road and started my first skiing trip. Unexpectedly, I did not bother to slide down the slope down the slope.
