My father is a typical man, who is not very talkative. When other fathers

say how much they love their children, my father just keep quiet. He barely says

sweet words to me. But he will never miss every important moment for me, like

the performance in school. He is always one of the audience and watch my

激动人心的十六天的奥运旅程即将结束。我早早的坐在电视机旁慢慢等候着闭幕式的到来。我想闭幕式一定比开幕式还要精彩。

奥运会闭幕式开始了，闭幕式在大型的舞蹈中拉开帷幕。演出的演员众多，配合特大屏幕。那一个个精彩的瞬间又把我带入到这十六天激动人心的回忆中去。

接着，是运动员们入场，这不像开幕式，在闭幕式上，运动员们可以随意入场。他们欢呼着，做着各种手势；有的戴着自己获得的奖牌，但没得到的运动员同样高兴。

紧接着，是奥运会旗交接仪式，先是升希腊国旗，唱希腊国歌；接着是升中国国旗，唱中国国歌；下面是庄重的降奥运会旗，唱奥运会国歌。中国奥组委主席刘淇发表闭幕式演讲词，奥运会主席罗格先生对中国奥运会表示高度的评价。接着罗格从刘淇手中接过会旗交给伦敦市市长。

随后，英国人们给我们带来了8分钟的精彩演出。

最后奥运会在人们的歌声中圆满结束。虽然奥运圣火熄灭了，但是它始终燃烧在我的心中。

During last summer vacation, I paid a visit to my uncle’s. It was the first time I had seen the sea. Tow years ago my uncle, a closed friend of my father, transferred from Shanxi to Yantai, a beautiful port city; and then my aunt joined him a couple months later. And a year later I became their guest and was going to stay with them for a week. I was fascinated by the vastness of the sea, the clean and soft sand on the beach, the seagulls flying in the sky and the beauty of the golden sunset clouds over the dark blue water. But I missed the sunrise each day, for I couldn’t get up early enough.

On the fifth day, the alarm clock woke me up when it was still dark outside, I hurried to the beach and stood in the cool breeze there, the sky was turning grey little by little, the sea was calm and all was so quiet that I felt I was surrounded by mysteries, then suddenly, in the faraway horizon, golden beans of light were shooting up into the sky. A moment later, a corner of the sun appeared. The sun was rising very slowly and reluctantly as if it was unwilling to leave the sea. At last the entire sun lay on the horizon, so big and so red, it looked like a huge ripe orange or a tender half-boiled yolk. It hesitated and shivered a moment, then said goodbye to the sea and rose into the air. The scene was very beautiful, touching and magnificent which I’ll never forget.

在这个周末，我观看了《美国队长3》这部电影，美队1,2我没有看，可是一直比较喜欢看美国的科幻动作大片，所以还是想看。在咋舌美国队长3同样有美国标志的炫酷科技之外，我觉得这部电影带给我很多很现实的思考。

美国在当今世界中，充当&qut;世界警察&qut;的角色，影片作为一种重要的文化输出，其中更是少不了带有美国的本土色彩。美国科幻电影多设置”英雄角色“，这个英雄角色往往有着巨大的甚至是”拯救世界“的责任和非凡的能力。而复仇者联盟，正是这样一群各自拥有超能力的人们的聚集地。在美国队长的带领下，活跃于打击极端的反恐主义，极端势力等来拯救世界、维持秩序。他们运用强大的科技装备、设计发明及自身的天赋奇能在一次又一次的战斗中完美获胜。

最后被坏医生误杀了挚爱父亲的提恰拉决定不能让仇恨吞噬自己，放弃杀死巴恩斯，这一举动触动了我。我觉得这是电影的一个亮点，在闹得沸沸腾腾的内战和厮杀中还存在这么一个人，看到了事情的真相，并能从万恶的仇恨中抽身出来，获得那份稀有的宁静和祥和。我相信，这也是他父亲带给他的最好的教育，也是他内心那份平静的信仰的真实写照。

其实”仇恨的力量“在普遍存在当今社会中。从小事到破坏社会、危害公众的大事，处处隐匿着仇恨的身影。”不怕敌人有多强大，只怕团队不够团结。“想破坏社会秩序的人其实没有多大能耐，而我们只是被抓住了愤怒点，被仇恨的力量蒙蔽了双眼，于是有了香港的”占中“、旺角事件、雨伞革命......等等。

我想，这部影片让我意识到的是仇恨是多么可怕，这与我们当今社会息息相关，我们能做的，只是在没办法抑制多发的仇恨的时候，尽力让仇恨的危害降到最低。

Last autumn we took a trip to Qianshan by bus.It is about thirty miles from the city.We planned to put up in a hotel there in order to watch the sun rise the next morning.

As soon as we got there,we began to climb up the mountains.How great the sight is!We felt as if we had entered amother world full of beauty,peaeefulness and loveliness.There are hundreds of mountains,one after another.there are magnificent cliffs,one above another.We climbed up vigorously and breathed the fresh air greedily.As the sun was going down,we descended to a little hotel at the foot of the hill,where we had a big dinner,and then went to bed early so as to regain the energy ior the expedition next morning.

We were completely amazed at the wonder and the greatness of nature.We jumped and shouted like innocent children and we bathed in the first rays of the sun with the peak till it was time for our return.

这个星期，我们绍兴市举办了第一次马拉松。人非常多，还有外国人。

星期六上午，我好奇地和爸爸妈妈骑车去看马拉松。参加马拉松的人可真多，比看得人都多，听说有几万人，从这些人跑过来到全部跑光，应该也要半个小时吧！他们有的拿着旗，边举起来边喊：“加油！”有的什么也没拿，但还是显得很累，全身都是汗，脸都红了。有的边看手机边跑，好像这次马拉松一点也不重要，对他来说无所谓。

据说马拉松是因为两个国家打仗而来的。从前有两个国家打仗，一方胜了，于是那一方派一个“飞毛腿”去送信，这个“飞毛腿”想让故乡人快一点知道这个消息，于是一个劲地跑，等他跑到时，已经上气不接下气，说完话后就死了。为了纪念这一件事，在以后的奥运会上，把从战场到国家的长度43。123千米作为马拉松的全程，但一般都是取43。125千米为马拉松的全程。

我觉得这次马拉松好像不重要一样，有些人跑一半就走掉了，有些人跑不动了就不跑了，变成走的了。但跑一次马拉松也不容易，每个人都会喘很大的气，有的还住院了。

通过这次马拉松，我懂得了，做什么事都要坚持，坚持就是胜利这个道理。
