在07年快要结束，08年快要来临的元旦节假日的前夕，我给所里的几十位同事，都送了祝福礼。

我送的对象，包括有下列几种人员：1)现在在身边正共事着的；2)早年共事过，而现在不直接共事的；3)早年共事过，而现在已经当了领导的；4)早年当过我的领导，但是现在已经下台了的；5)原来当过我的领导，但是因为干部交流，已经换了领导岗位的；6)当前正在当着我的直接领导的；等等等等。

从年龄方面来说，在他们当中，各个年龄段的人都有。小到20多岁的，老到接近70岁的都有。

现在在身边正共事着的同事们，在技术人员当中，绝大部分都是略为年轻的男性。目前，硕士研究生的数目已经接近一半。在技术工人当中，大约男性的与女性的各占一半。当上基层领导的，大多在(35－45)岁的年龄段里。

首先，在送旧年、迎新年之际，从我内心里，真的有那种心境与热情。很想给所有上述这些的，与自己在漫漫人生路上、在不同的历史时期里曾经共事过的，以及现在正共事着的同事们，表示个祝福、问个好、送个温暖什么的。细想起来，大家都是生活得很不容易的。都是成天忙忙碌碌的，都是成年累月地在与困难做着斗争的。大家何必不互相鼓励一下、祝福一下、关心一下呢？！

例如，写一点祝福的文字，寄给大家。对于自己来说，并不困难。但是，对于接受到这些祝福的别人，可能就能够享受到，一种特有的欣慰了。他们可能就会感觉到，是得到了我的温暖了。我这样做，实际上就是制造了，同事之间的相互关心与相互支持，也是我对大家的一种热情、贡献与博爱吧。

可是，送什么祝福礼好呢？经过思考，我选择的既不是钱、也不是物，而是有关养生保健的文章。

通过不同的渠道，我收集了五篇有关养生保健的电子文档。自己花了一点时间，先对这些电子文档，作了形式上的规整整理。例如，将这些电子文档的行距缩小，以减少全篇的页数，以便于打印保管与存放，等等。然后，将它们作为祝福信件的附件使用。再针对每群人的不同情况，以及自己当时的心情感受，配上了不同的含有新年祝福语的短文。这样就形成了一封封的，带有养生保健文章的新年祝福信件。那天，我从所里的园区网上，将这些信件，一封封地，分别发给了那么多的人。

结果证明，我的这个办法非常好。有的人，给我回过来祝福、问候的PPT文件。有的人，给我回过来问候的、感谢的、祝福的信件。有的人，走在路上遇到了，分外热情地打招呼、问好。还有的人，来信表示，很感谢我。而且表示，一定会好好地拜读这几篇有关养生之道的文章。

我看了这种种回应，心里也十分的高兴。认为自己是做对了这件事。通过这样的形式，既问候、祝福了别人，又给别人送去了养生保健方面的科学知识。

我寄出去的“养生保健”文章，有北京医科大学齐国力教授的一次精彩的健康科普讲座的资料，题目是“饮食、运动、心理与健康”。有国家心血管病科研领导小组组长洪绍光教授的“健康讲座”资料。……等等等等。

专家们都说，要大家多学习最新的保健知识。现在全世界的寿命算日本最长。他们的女性的平均寿命是87.6岁。而我们国家现在是比日本少20岁。日本的先进经验是以社区为单位，普及保健知识。据说，现在很多人死，都是死于无知，是很冤枉的。因此，需要加强保健知识的学习才好。

专家说，国际上在维多利亚开会有个宣言，为保健订了三个要素：1)平衡饮食；2)有氧运动；3)心理状态。这三点，国际上都知道，而我们很多人不清楚。

专家说，在“饮”的方面，国际会议上定出了6种保健品：1)绿茶；2)红葡萄酒；3)豆浆；4)酸奶；5)骨头汤；6)蘑菇汤。

专家还说，吃西红柿和大蒜都能抗癌。但是，因为西红柿里有一种东西叫番茄素，它和蛋白质结合在一起，周围有纤维素包裹着，很难出来，必须要加温到一定程度才出来。所以，生吃西红柿就不能抗癌。然而，如果大蒜加温，其抗癌作用就会被破坏。应该把大蒜先切成一片片的薄片，放在空气里15分钟，让它跟氧气结合以后产生大蒜素。大蒜本身不抗癌，大蒜素才能抗癌。

专家说的内容很多，也很细、很基本。

A new year has come.
