离过年还有一天了，爸爸妈妈说：“要送我一件最苦的新年礼物。”我说：“什么，我可从来没有听说过，礼物还有苦的。”我想一定是苦药吧。但第二天“神州八号飞船 ”，来到了我家门前，爸爸妈妈送我上了飞船后，什么都没说，神秘兮兮的离开了。

现在在身边正共事着的同事们，在技术人员当中，绝大部分都是略为年轻的男性。目前，硕士研究生的数目已经接近一半。在技术工人当中，大约男性的与女性的各占一半。当上基层领导的，大多在(35－45)岁的年龄段里。

首先，在送旧年、迎新年之际，从我内心里，真的有那种心境与热情。很想给所有上述这些的，与自己在漫漫人生路上、在不同的历史时期里曾经共事过的，以及现在正共事着的同事们，表示个祝福、问个好、送个温暖什么的。细想起来，大家都是生活得很不容易的。都是成天忙忙碌碌的，都是成年累月地在与困难做着斗争的。大家何必不互相鼓励一下、祝福一下、关心一下呢？！

例如，写一点祝福的文字，寄给大家。对于自己来说，并不困难。但是，对于接受到这些祝福的别人，可能就能够享受到，一种特有的欣慰了。他们可能就会感觉到，是得到了我的温暖了。我这样做，实际上就是制造了，同事之间的相互关心与相互支持，也是我对大家的一种热情、贡献与博爱吧。

可是，送什么祝福礼好呢？经过思考，我选择的既不是钱、也不是物，而是有关养生保健的文章。

通过不同的渠道，我收集了五篇有关养生保健的电子文档。自己花了一点时间，先对这些电子文档，作了形式上的规整整理。例如，将这些电子文档的行距缩小，以减少全篇的页数，以便于打印保管与存放，等等。然后，将它们作为祝福信件的附件使用。再针对每群人的不同情况，以及自己当时的心情感受，配上了不同的含有新年祝福语的短文。这样就形成了一封封的，带有养生保健文章的新年祝福信件。那天，我从所里的园区网上，将这些信件，一封封地，分别发给了那么多的人。

结果证明，我的这个办法非常好。有的人，给我回过来祝福、问候的PPT文件。有的人，给我回过来问候的、感谢的、祝福的信件。有的人，走在路上遇到了，分外热情地打招呼、问好。还有的人，来信表示，很感谢我。而且表示，一定会好好地拜读这几篇有关养生之道的文章。

我看了这种种回应，心里也十分的高兴。认为自己是做对了这件事。通过这样的形式，既问候、祝福了别人，又给别人送去了养生保健方面的科学知识。

我寄出去的“养生保健”文章，有北京医科大学齐国力教授的一次精彩的健康科普讲座的资料，题目是“饮食、运动、心理与健康”。有国家心血管病科研领导小组组长洪绍光教授的“健康讲座”资料。……等等等等。

专家们都说，要大家多学习最新的保健知识。现在全世界的寿命算日本最长。他们的女性的平均寿命是87.6岁。而我们国家现在是比日本少20岁。日本的先进经验是以社区为单位，普及保健知识。据说，现在很多人死，都是死于无知，是很冤枉的。因此，需要加强保健知识的学习才好。

专家说，国际上在维多利亚开会有个宣言，为保健订了三个要素：1)平衡饮食；2)有氧运动；3)心理状态。这三点，国际上都知道，而我们很多人不清楚。

专家说，在“饮”的方面，国际会议上定出了6种保健品：1)绿茶；2)红葡萄酒；3)豆浆；4)酸奶；5)骨头汤；6)蘑菇汤。

专家还说，吃西红柿和大蒜都能抗癌。但是，因为西红柿里有一种东西叫番茄素，它和蛋白质结合在一起，周围有纤维素包裹着，很难出来，必须要加温到一定程度才出来。所以，生吃西红柿就不能抗癌。然而，如果大蒜加温，其抗癌作用就会被破坏。应该把大蒜先切成一片片的薄片，放在空气里15分钟，让它跟氧气结合以后产生大蒜素。大蒜本身不抗癌，大蒜素才能抗癌。

不要不在乎爸爸妈妈辛辛苦苦赚来的钱，他们很不容易。

Today is Chinese New Year, was the day of family reunion, I waipojia New Years day this year.

今天是农历的大年三十，是阖家团圆的日子，今年我在外婆家过年。

吃完午饭后，我发现挨家挨户都挂着红灯笼，贴着春联，我也迫不及待地想贴春联，于是对妈妈说：“妈妈，我想贴春联。”妈妈答应了。我就去请姨父帮忙，把梯子和春联拿了过来。姨父先把贴在春联上的双面胶给撕下来，然后再把春联小心翼翼地贴在墙上，左看看、右看看，对齐了没有，这样春联就贴好了。

我们吃晚饭的时候，外面就有“啪啪啪”的鞭炮声了。我已经按捺不住，情不自禁地跑到外面观赏美丽的烟花，有的像菊花，有的像桃花，还有的像小雨点儿，真美!看着看着，我也蠢蠢欲动了，想自己亲手放鞭炮。外公让我去点大的鞭炮，开始我有点儿不敢，先旁观看了一会，发现有大人在，并不是很危险，最后我提心吊胆、小心翼翼地把鞭炮的引线给点燃了，马上我飞似的往回跑，“噼噼啪啪，噼噼啪啪……”好过瘾哦!

晚上，我们全家人围坐在一起，一边吃零食，一边看春节联欢晚会。晚会真精彩!有相声，有小品，有舞蹈，还有魔术……

新年真是热闹，到处张灯结彩，家家户户都洋溢着过年的喜气。祝大家新年快乐!

元旦放假，大多数的孩子都在家里玩耍，而我依旧要去上课。因为我知道初三是多么重要的一年。母亲要给我买一件新年礼物，让我选一件，作为补偿。我一时半会儿想不出，便匆匆忙忙地上课去了……

我一边苦苦地在空无一人的车站等待，一边想着新年礼物的事。终于，车来了。我一下窜了上去。车门缓缓关上。我熟练地拿出车卡，在刷卡机前一刷。可那刷卡机却发出“震耳欲聋”的报警声!我意识到我的卡里没钱了，我的脸也似乎在刷卡机前刷了一下似的，一下红了起来。“学生，你的卡没钱了，过来买张票。”售票员对我说。我犹豫地走到了售票员面前。“我没带钱。”我从嘴里挤出了这几个字，手紧握着车中的扶手，低着头，不知所措。此时的气氛像凝固了一样，车里死一般的寂静。车里的空调吹出温暖的风。“一元钱够吗?”一个人温和的声音在我耳边响起。这是一位中年的女人，个子不高，一边说一边把手中似乎已经准备好的钱递给了售票员。她冲我笑了笑，说：“别着急了。”“谢谢您。”我也给她了一个微笑。售票员把那一张车票递给了我，我紧紧地捏在手里，像是手中有一件宝贝。我的心始终不能平静，思绪万千。便还想再表达一下自己的感激之情，因为我就觉得这不是简简单单的一句谢谢能表达得了的。然而那位帮助我的人早已下车，走进繁华的街道，融入茫茫的人海中了……

回到家，我把这张车票珍藏了起来。我收藏的不是简简单单的一张一元钱的车票，我收藏的是一份沉甸甸的爱心，它在我心中没有价格。因为爱心无价!

后来，母亲问我考虑没考虑好想要的新年礼物，我说我已经得到了……

My New Year`s ResolutionsWell, New Year`s Day is coming. Do you want to know what I am going to do next year? I am going to leave my home for Xiamen with my family . We are going to there by plane .And after we are getting there, we are going to eat delicious food, climb the mountains, visit the Jin Bang Park and the Bai Lu Zhou Park.We are also going to go shopping , play basketball with my uncles at the same time. And we are going to stay there for a month . After a month , we are going to come back to our home.We will have a good time there. How about yours? What are you going to do next year?

I will eat more fruit and green vegetables.Become fatter because somebody says that Im so thin.I want to lighten my backpack.I cant grow taller with that heavy bag.I want to read more books,but I wont become a bookworm.At last,I hope I can keep my resolutions this year.

送什么礼物好呢？我左思右想，就是想不出，我把自己的疑问告诉妈妈，希望妈妈给我更好的建议。妈妈说：“你爸爸不想你浪费钱来给他买东西，他希望你能通过自己的努力，用成绩来报答他。”哦！我明白了，爸爸平时最担心我的数学，我决定要在第二单元的考试中拿到好成绩。

我于是开始行动，在学第二单元的内容前，我先提前预习，不懂之处做上记号，老师讲解时我专心听讲，当有些问题还未听明白时，下课我便追问老师，潘老师很耐心地解释给我听，直到我弄懂为止。就这样，我学数学的兴趣越来越浓。“工夫不负有心人”，我在第二单元的考试中终于取得100分。当我看到数学试卷上那又红又大的数字“100”时，我高兴得一蹦三尺高，我终于有礼物送给爸爸了！

就在新年的那天，我把试卷叠好放进礼物盒里，又用胶纸把它封好。当大家都送完礼物了，我才从书包里拿出礼物递给爸爸说：“祝爸爸身体健康，新年快乐！”又加了一句“祝爸爸永远快乐、永远幸福！”爸爸接过礼物说：“咦，轻轻的，什么东西？”我说：“这礼物是您盼望已久的，希望它能带给您快乐。”爸爸终于拆开了，当他看到醒目的“100”分时，爸爸高兴地抱起我，说：“这件礼物最珍贵，我最喜欢，谢谢你。”

我终于实现自己的心愿，那天是我最高兴的一天。

Spring Festival ，known as the Chinese New Year， is the most important holiday in China.From late January to early February，Chinese people are busy preparing for the New Year.They clean their houses ，have their hair cut，and buy new clothes .Jiaozi or dumpling is most popular.To those who live far away from their home，this festival is also a framily reunion occasion.

And they often go back home to celebrate the festival with their family.The first day of the new year is the time when people visit their friends adn wish each other good luck in the new year.

I have a party on my eleven birthday, many friends give me the present. There is a doll, a pen, a music box, a notebook, a book and a flower. My faverite present is the flower. The flower is very beautiful. Its colour is red. I like to smell it. I put it in a bottle of water. My mother says it is a rose. I can plant it in the pot. I water the flower everyday. I wish it can be beautiful forever.

The celebration actually starts on New Years Eve with the family reunion dinner. By New Years Eve, you should have done the following

Clean the entire home to get rid of all the things that are associated with the old year.

Put away all brooms and brushes.

Pay all your debts.

Resolve differences with family members, friends, neighbors and business associates.

Buy the following

Red money envelopes,

Oranges and/or tangerines,

Fill a “Cheun hup(a circular red tray separated in eight compartments) with melon seedslotuschocolate coinsnuts etc.

Flowers (especially plum blossoms, peach blossoms, water lilies),

A new set of clothes and shoes for children, preferably something red or orange.

Get new dollar bills from the bank. Insert the new dollar bills into the red envelopes. Now the red envelope is called a lai see or lucky money envelope.

On New Years Eve

Get together with close family members (not including married daughters and their families) for the “reunion ” dinner.

Pay respect to ancestors and household gods. Acknowledge the presence of ancestors because they are responsible for the fortunes of future generations.

Open every door and window in your home at midnight to let go of the old year.

On New Years Day

Decorate your home with symbols of good fortune. Here are some suggestions

Colors: Bright red (happiness); gold/orange (wealth & happiness)。

Fruits: Oranges and tangerines (good health & long life); tangerines with leaves intact (long lasting relationships; being fruitful and multiply); persimmons (happiness and wealth

“Chuen Hup” circular candy tray (candy for sweet and circular for togetherness and continuity)。

Flowers: If flowers bloom on New Years Day, it will be a prosperous year.

Red banners or couplets with New Year.

Chinese New Year this year, back to her husbands home. Days at home, I get everything handed to a blessing.
