今年新年，爷爷拿出一个礼盒，说：“你想知道你的新年的礼物是什么吗?”“想!”我冲上去打开，只见一只很Q的小狗，正精神焕发地坐在里面。“谢谢爷爷!”我道了谢。爷爷走后，我拿出一袋狗粮，倒在狗食盘里，亲切地对它说：“快快吃吧!”小狗竟然理都不理我，把头一扭，还向我吐了舌头。我心想：“不饿?那就先不喂你吧!”可是，它一天也没有动那狗粮。“唉，你真是奇怪!我先去吃点零食。”我打开冰箱，顿时傻眼了!冰箱里的零食昨天已被一扫而空，只剩下一块巧克力!我关上门，开始思考是谁偷吃了。这时，小Q狗笑眯眯地爬上冰箱，一脚踢开门，跳进去，马上叼着巧克力跑出来，享用美食。“外星狗!”我不由自主地叫起来。这时，礼物盒里飘出一张纸，上面写着：“查理九世‘英国皇家犬、神探使者’。”我不由张大了嘴。

但是，有查理在，也有好处呢?比如，有一次，我在上奥数课，老师提出一个问题，把我难住了，可老师偏叫我回答问题，我正不知所措，突然一个声音帮我回答了!这声音是我自己的声音啊!我也没有张嘴呀!老师也肯定了!下课后，一个黑影冲过来，是查理!原来，查理有一个变声领结，刚好它也会那一题，于是就用我的声音回答了。

我的新礼物是很怪，可是也很好，你的新年礼物如何?

小朋友们喜欢很多很多的东西，而我一直就很喜欢书，因为书，是用来读的，用来增长知识的。读书对我来说是享受、是乐趣。我每天都要读书，所以我每天都在享受和乐趣中度过。

新年到了！我渴望的不是压岁钱，而是用压岁钱去买一本本书来品尝，来细读。

新年期间，爸爸带我去新华书店买书，我听了这个消息后，高兴得一蹦三尺高呢！到了书店后我跑向儿童文学一类，看见了《非常老师》、《非常男生》等杨红樱阿姨写的书，上次我买了一本《非常女生》，觉得很不错，不如今天我就让爸爸给我这几本书吧！正当我高兴时，我才想起忘了问爸爸他要在哪里看书，我东看一眼、西看一眼还是没有找到，这可如何是好啊。要是找不到爸爸，我可要慢慢地走回去了，正当我在想这些的时候，一个熟悉的声音传人我的耳朵。“是爸爸，是爸爸！”我高兴地叫喊着，并跑向发出那个声音的地方。啊！真的是爸爸，真的是爸爸！我高兴极了。这时我才想起“正事”，我对爸爸说：“爸爸，爸爸，给我买那几本书好吗？”“好啊，但是那几本书不是买给你的，是送给你的。”“什么意思？”“意思就是，这是买来给你当新年礼物的。”“哦”我欣喜若狂地点了点头。
