After you come back from guilin to play， in order to let me have a full，

and happy summer vacation， I made a plan.

In the aspect of learning in the first place. Because I read too much time，

so in the summer vacation I want to read some books more， ensure to read 1 hours

a day， and to "engagement" and the book. Every day recite an ancient even， to

write a diary， practice calligraphy for 20 minutes. In order to let my English

This morning is cool.I am going to play basketball.After play basketball，I

feel tired，but I very happy.Because basketball is my favourite sport.My body is

As a child, when people give me the things to play or eat, I will be very

happy and then accept them. But recently, as there are so much news about the

children being cheated, my mother starts to worry about me, she tells me that I

should not accept the strangers’ things, or I will be hurt. I listen to her

words and I take care of myself carefully.

I went to the supermarket the other day with 10 yuan. I was a bit hungry,

so I decided to buy a small pack of cookies which cost me 4 yuan. After I ate

them, I was still hungry, so I decided to buy a small bag of potato chips which

cost me another 3 yuan. After I ate them both, I was no longer hungry. However,

I was very thirsty and wanted to buy a large bottle of milk to drink, but I

didn’t have enough money left because even a small box of milk would cost me 2

I am at present a student at Mary High School, Hong Kong, where I have been studying for the past five years. During the years of suffering, a super hero called Maze was facing the war

of the Americans. One day he was planning a vacation, that was going to be

amazing; when a big giant octopus attacked the whole city…

He had no choice but to stop his vacation, and to stop the octopus. He was

transforming into a big octopus, and ready to battle Maze. Maze was ready; he

got his sword and shield ready for battle. When he came, everybody cheered for

him; the octopus was not very happy…

He used his legs and arms and kicked Maze right up into the air. Maze said

to the people; “I have a plan, but I’ll need you guys to help me with it;”

everybody agreed to help Maze, and so they all gathered around to listen to

Maze’s plan. He said to the people, “I need a person, to help and pull a string;

that way, when the giant octopus reached me, you guys just pull the string, and

it will trip; then I will need a guy that is good at tying knots, that is when

the giant octopus trips, that guy will tie his up and give it to me; then rest

of the problems I will deal with it…”

Everybody agreed to his magnificent plan, and so they got to work. First

Maze went to get a very long string, and gave it to two people that were very

good at strength to pull it, instead of pulling it let us make it that Maze’s

plan was not at length that good, for the octopus knew all about his plan; and

so could very easily pass the test…

When they failed, Maze thought about this problem; they all knew that the

octopus it always listening to their plans. Now what? Well since Maze could tell

the other people his plan, he had decided to show them his plan. He drew it on a

piece of white paper, and showed it to the people, he made some moves of how it

was done; they all understood, but the giant octopus didn’t. His plan was the

same, but the giant octopus didn’t know it.

He decided to be careful, but he couldn’t, because the string was

invisible; instead of the string part, Maze changed it into plastic paper; that

way the giant octopus couldn’t see what they were up to; this plan was good, but

let us see how it ends.

Then two men were pulling the plastic, the plastic paper broke; and so

maybe Maze didn’t think it all the way through. He changed a magnificent plan:

First of all, some people distract the giant octopus; and then Maze tied his

legs and arms; and threw him into the ocean, where he was gone and 100 percent

drowned with his legs and arms tied behind his back.

And so Maze saved the day once again, and when his mom and dad returned

home; they were very proud of him. But maze was still sad, his mom and dad

asked; “What is the matter Maze?” “Well, I did save the day Hooray! But I still

didn’t get a chance of relaxing like little children, they were like holidays!”

then his mother and father decided to hold him a holiday celebration, and lived

happily ever after.

The octopus did return, and it was all to his mom the scientist. Maze did

defeat him again and again; until the octopus was tired, he knew that he was not

the guy to beat Maze, so he changed his mind and left the city and gave lived to

Maze’s fans in peace.

I have moved to my new school since Septmber. It is a modern and nice

school which is in _。It has a playground, a library, several labs, classrooms

I have a big family. There are four people in my family： my mother， my

this morning i got up early. after breakfast, i helped mom with housework.

then i did my homework. the homework was very interesting, so i did it well. in

I saw your advertisement for "the perfect lighter" in Sunday Times last week and immediately sent off a ￡2 postal order and the completed form for the lighter.

Imagine my surprise when all I got in return was a box of matches! I could understand a mistake. I might even pardon a joke. But in this case, your advertisement is a deliberate lie since a friend of mine who also sent the coupon got the same result.

I think its a shame to promise an economical lighter when in fact you are not selling a lighter a1 all. Instead of saying it works quickly, you should admit that you are offering matches. And what about "only" ￡2: I usually pay 10 pennies for a box of matches, and they are often given away free.

I regard your advertisement as a serious deception and demand that you send me my money back immediately. Otherwise I will take active steps to make sure the Consumers Association hear about it.

Hello!

I am an ordinary student in the school, I have lived in the school for more

than five years, our school is a beautiful big garden, is the teachers,

classmates common home. Here, I can smell the fresh air every day, I feel happy

for I can study in such an environment. However, I found that some students are

destroying our "home". Look at the plastic bags of bread "dancing" in the

hallway. However, none of the students passing by will pick it up. In order to

provide a better environment for the school, I would like to make the following

suggestions:

1. Tell the students about environmental protection with the red scarf

broadcast and publicity column.

2. Set up an environmental protection team and invite students to

participate voluntarily. Students from the environmental protection team will go

to the corridors of each floor for inspection at regular times every day. If you

see a student throw it, give appropriate criticism. And give rewards to those

who find out.

3. Call on students to make a handwritten newspaper about environmental

protection to enhance their awareness of environmental protection.

4. Set up a "green mobile red flag" rating column. Let the students from

the environmental protection team go to each class at 2:30 p.m. every day to

check the health situation and urge the students to pay attention to health.

Since the swallow had brought back the prince’s red gem, he could at last

stay; but one night as soon as he was about to return to the Egypt, the happy

prince said to the little swallow, “OH little swallow, please stay with me for

one last night?” the swallow replied, “Oh dear prince, I couldn’t stay with you

any longer, my friends are waiting for me and…” “Oh please little swallow, you

must obey me;” the swallow sighed and said, “All right I shall stay with you for

swear! Because…” “No little swallow, you must do what I say, and help that poor

man!” at these words, the swallow had no choice but to obey, he took out the

other prince’s eye; with a squeak, as if he was helping the poor prince to

recover from his pain.

When the swallow flew to the man with the blue sapphire gem, he felt the

warm wind of the spring dancing around in his brain. When he arrived, he placed

the gem under the man’s face, and flew back to the prince. When he returned, the

prince asked the swallow, “Did you succeed?” asked the prince joyfully, “I did,

and I hope the man enjoys it too.

The man awoke eventually, when he saw the blue sapphire gem; he said

happily, “What on the world is this? somebody actually likes my plays, yes! Now

I can finish my play;” and he began to write. The next day, the swallow flew

away to Egypt and before that he said to the prince, “I am going to fly away to

Egypt today and…” “Oh please little swallow, oh please can you stay with me for

one last night?” but the swallow was very satisfied, “But, dear prince; I can’t

do that, my friends are waiting for me and it is getting colder and colder here;

I have to go to Egypt, where the sun is hot, and it is warm and cool there;”

“You must little swallow, you must stay with me for one last night,” “Dear

prince, I couldn’t and…” “Swallow this can’t be, you have to stay with me; I

command you!” the little swallow had no choice but to obey.

“Okay prince, what is your command?” “See that poor little girl on the

road, she is selling matches; it is Christmas day, and she hadn’t even sold one

match. But she dares not to go home; because her father was a cruel man, and he

would punish her and hit her hard and say mean words to her if she doesn’t bring

home any money. She is crying bitterly, and I want you to do something that I

want; which is very important, I now realize that helping people is good since

it feels good.”

“Well what do you suggest me to do dear prince?” “I want you to take my

sword’s red gem off again, and give it to her so that she can bring home,” “OH

my dear prince!” shouted the swallow in the loudest voice, “I can’t do that, you

will lose your sword’s red gem and…” “No swallow, you must do what I tell you,

or face your doom!” and so the swallow brought the red gem to the little girl by

wings, the little girl looks at it and smiled, “That is nice! But it is still

not enough as my father wished me to give it to him;” then she began to sigh and

cry again, the swallow heard what the girl had just said; he said to himself,

“What a picky girl!” when he flew back, he didn’t tell the prince the message

that he had just received from the little girl; but he still was very cold.

He knew that since he did not help the poor little girl, he felt bad; and

so that was the reason why he was cold. He was very sad; and when he was about

to fly to Egypt, the prince said to the swallow, “I see that you are very sad

these days; I wonder what is the matter, tell me?” the swallow did not speak,

the prince forced the swallow to tell him; but he still didn’t say anything. At

last the prince said, “If you don’t tell me I will put dynamites on your head

and blow you up! I was trying to help you!”

At these words the swallow was so scared that he said out loud, “I heard

the little girl say that that wasn’t enough to pay for his father, and so I

didn’t tell you because I thought that you would not like it and…”

“Oh my dear swallow, why on earth would you think I will not help a little

girl? And why on earth would you not tell me about this?” the spell was broken,

the prince turned to real life, and jumped down from the statue’s stand, “Thank

you dear swallow, you have broke the spell, and now I can live on land once

more.

That was the end of the happy prince. During the lives when he was a golden

statue, he realized how important everybody was to him, and that how important

helping people is.
