As we all know, pollution is harmful to living beings. There are many

different types of pollutions in this world. For instance, water pollution, air

pollution, noise pollution and so on. Water pollution cause many kinds of

disease that have negative effects on human beings, sometimes the diseases will

take people’s life away. Dirty air will increase the rate of getting lung

cancer. While the noise pollution will cause insomnia. People’s health condition

will be damaged.

In my humble opinion, people should take measures to control the pollution.

Today, as the development of the technology, people live a much better life than before, the average wage is promoted highly. The economy develops at the cost of polluting the environment, we can see the pollution everywhere, like the river water is dirty, the situation is so serious that we must take some action to control the environmental pollution. First, we should not throw away the rubbish, whenever we have rubbish at hand, we should keep the habit to throw it into the dustbin, sometimes the garbage can be recycled. Second, the government should make some measure to punish the industry which is not deal with the pollution well. With the government’s intervention, the businessmen will pay special attention to the pollution and dare not to ignore it. The environmental pollution is worse and worse /more and more seriously today. Water is polluted; we have no clean water to drink. Many trees are cutting down, some animals is getting less and less. Some factories are pouring dirty air in the sky, the population is increasing faster and faster, resources are getting less and less…etc. Not only does it affect our lives and health, it but also has a great affection in the future. Peoples health has been greatly affected by air, noise and water pollution. Many people died of diseases. In order to live a better life, we need protect our world。

We shouldn’t throw away rubbish everywhere. We want to recycle, reduce, reuse things .Don’t waste things. This saves money and reduces pollution. Use things for as long as possible. We don’t use plastic bags. We must plant more trees and stop the people cutting them .We hope our world becomes more and more beautiful。

Today was sunny and i was in a good mood.Tired of studying and a bustle of

city life,I came to ecology park to enjoy the gorgeous scenery and get relaxed

in the afternoon。

when I arrived at the park ,the first thing came into my sight were the

thick green trees，therefore，the air was fresh,in addition， i could clearly see a

path skirting along the pond。laying on the lawn which was decorated by a various

of followers and seeing the blue sky,I felt at ease because all I wanted was

some peace and quiet。All thing formed a beautiful landscape, and you couldnt

imagine how romantic they were!

However，with the time passing so quickly，The day(不是sun) was dying in the

west. So i had to go back home! I would never forget such a memorable

experience, which was really beyond description!

今天阳光普照，我的心情也很好，厌倦了学习和城市的繁忙景象，我在下午来到了生态公园去享着美丽的风景，来得到放松。

总之，我刚来一中没几天就体会到一中严谨的治学、育人态度，令人吃惊的是一中学习之外的环保教育也抓的如此严格，我也希望今后的一中人当步入社会也能将母校带给我们极强的环保意识不仅宣扬更重要的是以实干服人。

随着我国的经济发展越来越好，大家都逐渐忽视了一个重要的问题——环境污染。

工厂不断的向清澈的小溪排放污水，让一只只小鱼没有了亲人；人们疯狂的砍伐树木，让很多小动物没有了家园。许多地方堆满了白色的塑料袋，影响了人们的生活；无数的旅游景点被垃圾覆盖，世界瞬间少了不少美景……看到这些相信有很多人都会觉得我们生活的环境已经快变成垃圾堆了！我们为了自己的生活而毁掉了美丽的大自然，地球妈妈该多伤心呀！

大家想一想，如果所有的河水都被排放的污水污染，那么我们最后连一滴干净的水都没有了！如果我们大量的砍伐树木，说不定最后世界上连一口新鲜的空气都没有了！不仅小动物们没有了家，而且人们还没有了干净的空气，最后世界毁在了自己的手里，大家还大声的对着天怒吼说上天对自己的不公。

所以，从现在开始，我们要保护环境！看到工厂在向湖里排放污水，我们要上前制止。遇到有人在伤害大树，我们要去警告他。发现地上有垃圾，我们要把它捡起来扔到垃圾桶里。如果有人破坏环境，我们就要告诉他这么做的危害。这样我们就能挽回一滴干净的水，一口新鲜的空气，一个美丽的环境和一个温馨的家园。

保护环境，人人有责！让我们从小事做起，从身边做起，一起保护我们美丽的家！

First day of losing weight

Today is the first day of my plan of losing weight.This morning , i drunk

only a cup of milk oatmeal as plan,and then i started to studied my english.when

it was 10：00 am, the inner man began to crave the nourishment, i couldnt

concentrate my attention to study， and there fried all kinds of delicious food

in my brain:hamburgers、dumplings、egg fried rice and omelette…… .After ten

minutes strugling，I couldnt help that anymore! I rushed to the kitchen, in

which then i ate whatever that was eatable!After that i finally gave up to lose

weight, thinking that im not that fat to need to go on a diet. Anyway, i should

continue to enjoy delicious food which i think is most beautiful thing in the

world.
