From the sixteenth of January to the seventh of February is our Winter

Holiday. I think everybody did a lot of things in the Winter Holiday. But I

didnt. Let you to listen to my story of Winter Holiday.

I spend a lot of time on the homework… Every day in my Winter Holiday，I

always got up late. Then I listened to the tape，it was nine oclock. Then I ate

Im worried and feel unlucky on my weigh. Last term，I was 48 kilogram but

now I am 51 kilogram!I must to do banting!

But most important，I have gone to Shanghai Ocean Aquarium，I want to go

there very much because I want to see the horse，the monkey…in the sea. Now Ive

A new experience

Yesterday I did commonweal in library to earn my public service

scores(which is similar to the compulsory credits).I arrived library at 8’clock

in the morning,a librarian let me to wipe the mirror in every toilet from one to

six floor.Then I started to wipe the mirrors.It was been two hours after I

finished all work.I was very tired,but looking at the shiny and clean mirrors I

had wiped, I felt very happy.To be honest,I had never done the things like it at

home,so it was a new experience to me,and it make me realize the hard work of my

The protection of the border is not a new problem for us, and our government has long proposed clear targets for governance. Our planet gives us everything we need, but natural resources are not endless. Strip mining devastates whole regions, leaving bare and useless ground. Deforestation removes old growth trees that cant be replaced. Too much fishing may harm fish populations to the point where they cant recover. With growth comes pollution. Companies and communities dump waste into water. Landfills are full of trash. Emissions from factories pollute the air. Barrels of industrial waste and worse, radioactive waste, have no safe place to go. If were not careful, we can harm our planet beyond repair.

People need to respect the Earth and try to preserve it. If we dont, what kind of future will we have?

What Can We Do for the Environment

Hello,everyone. Im Li Hua. Its nice to speak about what we can do for the environment,and I think each of us can do a little bit to help with this problem.

The first thing we can do is to use cloth bags in stead of plastic bags when we go shopping. It helps to protect the environment. The second thing we can do is to reuse the old textbooks as possible as we can. We should also never forget to turn off the lights when we leave the classrooms in order to save energy. Whats more, it would be better if we walk or ride a bike to school. We should try our best reduce pollution and waste.
