为搞好新学期的班级管理工作，现将这学期的班主任工作大体工作安排如下：

一、认真建立班级规章制度和班级考核制度，

Nowadays we see supermodels on almost every magazine cover and one might wonder what life will be like being one of them. One of the most memorable time I travel is to go to Ocean Park in shenzhen. As soon as I went in I jumped with joy, wow, a towering building, how so like a private house, I began to doubt. The house was full of praise for me.

今天是腊月二十一，再过九天，就是大年三十，首先借这个机会，提前给大家拜个早年、衷心的祝福大家新春快乐、阖家幸福!同时、我也代表高二年级管理团队，真诚的感谢各位一学期以来艰辛的付出，感谢你们对年级管理团队的理解、支持，以及对我们工作中的不足的包容、海涵!

一、学期工作回顾

首先，我们的班主任队伍和任课教师在学期初由于各方面的原因，进行了一定程度的调整，这些新上任的班主任和新进入年级组的科任教师，在各自的岗位上恪尽职守，给年级组带来了生机和活力。暑假里，我们顶着巨大的压力，进行了四十天的补课。顺利地推进了2、5班淘汰机制。我们坚持了月考制度。在全国卫生城市和文明城市的评比中，高二年级无论是学生还是教师，都作为排头兵，不掉链子，不拉后退，做出了我们应有的贡献。期中考试后，我们成功的召开了全年级家长会。对于美术班，从学期初的强化行为规范管理，到举行学生座谈会，以及部分任课教师座谈，再到期末参加三个学校的美术联考，美术班的进步有目共睹。此外，年级组配合政教处，对行为规范不合学校规范的学生进行强力干预，以处分、通报、劝退等手段对不良行为坚决说不、形成高压态势，学生在早自习、午休、第九节课等方面表现中规中矩，年纪规范基本形成。英语备课组组织的圣诞歌曲比赛，极大的调动了学生的积极性。

当然，也有列入计划的想法，由于各方面的原因，最终没实施，比如，我的电脑桌面上排好的班级教导会时间表，已经列好流程的美术班动员及表彰会。

二、收获与反思

因为以上一些措施的实施，更重要的是各位班主任及教师的智慧和汗水，我们在期中考试时取得了58位同学过一批线的骄人成绩，这得到了校长室的极力肯定。

但是，期末考试有所下滑，我们只有48位同学过一批，其中文科14名，理科34名。也就是说，与期中考试相比，文科多了一名，理科少了九名。我试着用去年联合体300人上线的数字去做了一个统计：我校文科8人、理科19人，合计27人，这也比期中考试时用300人划线得到的37人少了10人。27人，比我们初次亮相联合体及第一次期中考试的26人，只多了1人。

怎么看待这一数据?我想到了去年的高二，也就是张磊去年的一年，几乎他们是伴着批评在一步步进步，当时我就曾想：我们几乎是一路伴着表扬在前进，那么我们的表扬能够持续多久?究竟是伴着一片表扬进步好呢，还是伴着一片批评声进步好?我个人更倾向于后者，毕竟，太多的表扬会掩盖缺点和矛盾，而批评可以让人更加清醒和理性，更有利于前进。所以，在这样一个期末总结的时刻，我们不妨梳理一下本学期的不足。

班主任方面：

1、日常常规工作中，预见性不足，前瞻性、目的性不强;

2、有的班主任对班级工作的重点突破口抓不准，工作主要还是低水平的“勤”，没有和高水平的“巧”相结合，只是满足于学生不出问题，而没有在提高学生成绩上下功夫;

3、不能结合学校的现实目标、年级计划等去整体长远规划班级目标;

4、与家长的沟通要加强，争取更多的教育力量;

5、后进生的转化力度不够，违纪学生处理措施要进一步加强和完善;

6、学生学习动力和危机意识不足。

教师方面：

1、坐班有待进一步加强;

2、个别教师的作业和考试随意性较大，没有明确的针对性，存在为布置作业而布置作业、为考试而考试的现象，没有对题目和试卷认真研究，甚至于，很多时候试卷发到学生手上，再去纠正试卷的错误;

3、课堂教学的管理力度有待加强。

学生方面：

1、对个别不学习的学生仍然缺乏有效方法激发其学习动力;

2、对杜绝早恋现象缺少有效方法;

3、考试作弊现象有所反弹;

4、使用手机现象比较普遍。

三、下学期展望

我想，教学是学校工作的中心，成绩是学校的生命线。我们的各项工作都应紧紧围绕这个核心。

1、根据2015年湖北省高考的特点，充分考虑到本年级优秀生不多这一劣势，初步规划了从高二到高考的教学，合理地进行目标管理，切实推进班级目标管理，保证高考质量有突破。

2、加强常规管理和落实。

3、召开学生代表座谈会了解了学生的情况、要求，对教师的评价、建议，为下一阶段制定教学策略收集了资料。

4、重视学习方法的改进和学习效率的提高。利用班级黑板张贴高中学习方法的介绍。
