大家好!

大家在百忙之中来参加这样一个会议，我代表我自己和所有的任课教师对大家的到来表示热烈得欢迎和衷心得感谢。

今天的会议有四项议程，一是结合这次期中考试和开学以来学生的表现向大家作一下汇报，并对这一阶段学生的情况作一反映，二是请几位学生讲一下各科的学习方法及综合学习法，三是请我们班班长管娟同学介绍一下班级情况和管理经验，四是请一位成绩优秀的学生的谈谈自己的教子经验，与大家共享。

初三是初中阶段最后的冲刺时期，没有了初一对中学生活的新奇和暂时压力，有的是毕业升学的压力。

这一时期的学生发展具有以下特点：

12-16岁年龄段上，教育学和心理学把这一阶段称为“少年期”这段时间上，心理和生理变化比较迅速,身心各方面都比较矛盾。父母要高度重视对这一关键期和危险期的监护和把关。这一时期他们精力充沛，好奇心强，任何事总想试一试，但他们的愿望与自己的实际能力是有很大的矛盾的，他们的独立性增强了，总想摆脱对教师和家长的信赖，总认为自己不是孩子了。有事不愿和父母及师长交流，处于一种半封闭状态，和同龄人诉说又冒着曝光的危险，所以他们感觉没有朋友没有人可以理解他们，特别是处于青春期的女生这种会更加强烈。他们的情感很脆弱，最容易冲动，做事也很莽撞，后果意识能力差，前些日子《齐鲁晚报》上刊登一篇三个初中生因完不成作业，学习成绩差，被老师批评，家长训斥，联合出走，后在济南天桥下被人发现。便是一个典型的例子。

这一时期的另一显著特点是生理发育的逐步成熟，他们一方面为自己身体各部分的发育感到新奇，另一方面又充满羞涩和不安，不愿让父母进自己的房间了，有自己的秘密了。心理上的表现是容易兴奋和冲动，神经敏感，产生了爱情的萌芽，大多数早恋的孩子是发生在这一时期，在这一时期，作为家长要高度重视，决不能有不良的刺激对孩子产生影响，特别是性感之类的刺激，要注意从家庭生活到电影，电视节目，一定要有适度的选择。冲动是他们这个时期的最大特征，好奇是他们一生中的高峰。他们虽达不到辨析是非的能力，但很自信，自我抑制能力在这段时间最低。所以父母和老师，一定要加强教育和引导。

这一时期他们的思维具有以下两大特征：

1、抽象的逻辑思维有了发展，但很大程度上还属于经验型的，在认识事物和考虑问题，还经常需要具体的感性经验来支持。

2、独立性和差别性已发展到一个新的水平，不满足于老师和课本中的解释，有时提出相反的看法，最喜欢争论，在家长面前更是如此，有时很片面，很有主见，有时自信到过分的程度，“谁是中国目前最好的歌唱家?”“我，只是未被发现”一个学生郑重其事地回答老师的提问。

当家长老师的总是觉得这个时期的孩子不如小学时期听话，很喜欢顶嘴，所以父母常骂他们“越长越调皮了”。实际上用教育学和心理学的观点分析，这是少年时期孩子的一种心理特征的反映，是人生第二次反抗高潮的具体表现，父母对这一时期的孩子在教育方法上更应该讲道理，态度不要粗暴，语言不要挖苦，要讲究分寸。如果还用小学时期的简单说教是不行的，父母要提高自己的教育方式和水平，使他们提高了认识又明白了道理，和家长统一认识，只要从内心服了，教育效果就是良好的。

针对以上学生特点，在此我强调如下问题：

一、 强化家庭教育意识，努力提高家庭教育质量。

孩子是我们国家未来的公民，孩子是我们晚年的继承和希望，正确合理的家庭教育是人一生的幸福，错误和不良的家庭教育就是我们自己的晚年的痛苦和辛酸，未来的社会是一个文明平等竞争的社会，若不具备一定的知识储备和能力，就难于在激烈的竞争中维持自己。人生最大的烦恼莫过于儿女的不成器，为人一生最大的欣慰莫大于孩子的有才有德，在教育子女的问题有一个不成定论的公式，现在多付出一点，尽了自己的努力和职责，否则就会欠账，欠帐越多就会还债，还债有三个方面：一是升学，二是就业，三是婚姻，他们在社会上无法维持生存时，需要你的不断接济和帮助，有的家庭父母现在只考虑自己的欢乐和轻松，不注重教育付出，只能是一代惩罚一代，恶性循环，然而有知识有见地的家庭则是一代负责一代，一代孝敬一代，一代胜过一代，为国家社会培养了栋梁之才，自己也有一个幸福的晚年。

二、 努力培养孩子的智力和素质，适应世界和社会变革潮流。

用知识爆炸已无法形容现在知识的迅速发展。教材的逐年更新，对家长提出一个问题，要努力配合学校的教育，把孩子的智力开发和训练好，就教育的潜在力分析，学校教育的潜在能力远不及家庭教育潜在能力。特别是人的智力开发问题，就目前人的成长规律和生活习惯而言，人的素质能力也就是从家庭的童年时代便开始了大幅度的拉开差距，因为家庭的文化层次和教育形式的影响差别是很大的。

三、理智爱子的问题

大文学家高尔基曾说过一句话“溺爱是误入孩子口中的毒药，如果仅仅是为了爱，连老母鸡都能做到这一点。”溺爱是一咱低本能的爱，真正的爱是理智高尚的爱，吃喝拉撒睡是爱，教子吃苦教子成材更是爱。

四、家庭教育与学校教育紧密配合的问题。

作为家长，首先明白，孩子的智力基础和品质基础是在家庭中奠定的，人的智力和品质是在家庭的塑造下成型的，学校是接过这块毛坯进行继续加工的，从家庭，幼儿园，小学到初中，这已是第四棒，在学校塑造和加工的全部过程中，离不开正确家庭教育的配合，倘若没有良好，正确合理的家庭教育配合，再好的师资和学校都不可能产生好的教育效果。

学校的教育形式是群体性的教化形式，它的德智其它教育都是群体性的教化，主要任务是以传授知识为主体，一个老师负责几十人的教化任务，所以学校不可能象父母那样有足够的时间和精力，把教化的对象，集中在一个学生身上，无论从教育的时间和精力上来讲，还是从教育的对象情感上来说，家庭教育占有特殊的优势作用和地位，其潜在能量是巨大的，开拓的前景是广阔的。

孩子在同样的年龄段里，同时走进同一的学校，在同样的班级里就读，授课的时间是相同的，教化环境是一致的，教则教规是一致的，然而接受教育的效果则是区别很大的，这种大优大劣分化的原因。并不在于学校教育质量，而在于家庭教育的配合上。所以只强调学校教育质量，而不检查自己家庭教育配合的家长，一定是教育知识空白的家长。如果这样比喻，老师好比医生，父母好比护士，学生好比住院的病人，医生的主要任务是下药，父母的护理是十分重要的。

父母要全面而准确估计孩子的智力。作为孩子的父母要对孩子的智力水平作全面的考核，并做出切合实际的准确估计，这种评估不能过高，也不可过低，过高和过低都会导致家庭施教的不准确。错误和不准确的估计会影响孩子的学习成绩和学习情绪。有的家长在没有全面摸清孩子智力水平的情况下，单凭某一学科或某一单元的学习成绩就盲目断定孩子“笨”，还有的家长盲目过高估计自己孩子的智力水平。错误的作纵向比较，拿自己儿时的水平与当代孩子作比较，这种比法误差也很大。那时你的童年只会玩弹弓、掏鸟窝，现在他们是会踢足球、上网吧，农村中有句古话叫“庄稼看人家的好，孩子看已的好”这一习惯意识在当代人中还是十分明显。所以在自己孩子婴幼阶段怎么看也觉得自己的孩子很聪慧，有的还误认为自己的孩子是“神童”做过一两件让自己吃惊的事就会念念不忘，但到了上学后比较就看到了差距，再到中学阶段就灰心意冷，这就是对孩子智力估计失误所造成的。作为智力好些的孩子父母，一定要看到“人外有人，天外有天”

六、认识到家庭教育是一项艰苦而又细致的长期教育工程。

“十年树木，百年树人”一个人材的培养没有几十年的精心培养是成不了人材的，靠朝夕之功是培养不成人材的，靠侥幸心理也是断然培养不好孩子的。

同时还要注意以下几个方面

1、堵不如疏，比如一点不让看电视，这也不现实。

2、不负责任的放任，不管不问，有人说，我大哥在农村两口子目不识丁，孩子也照样上名牌大学。其实农民的吃苦耐劳，朴实的品质，在潜移默化的培养和塑造着孩子的性格。

3、 盲目的严管型

对家长的几点希望

1、 重日常修养，只有受过教育，才能关注教育。孩子就是父母的一面镜子 。

2、 注重家庭教育的一致性

3、 树立自己的威信，不是吹胡子瞪眼摆架子，一个不爱学习只顾自己吃喝玩乐的人，一问三不知的人，品质恶劣，行为庸俗，自私自利不孝敬老人的人是不会培养出好孩子的。你看看孩子的政治课本，我们培养孩子的是什么，你的行为是什么?

4、 建立良好的朋友关系，放下架子。

5、 纠正孩子的关键性缺点时一定要注意考虑成熟，选择最佳地点和时机。

6、 创造和睦、祥和、稳定的家庭气氛。一个成天吵架问题成堆的家庭是无法教育好孩子的。

7、 创造一种良好的知识环境，起码孩子学习要有一个好的小环境，不求高档，但求氛围，避免不必要的家庭闲谈，无知的人，尽量少在家中接待。

8、 教给方式方法，不做保姆或警察。

Our school is far away from the downtown. As a result, it is a good place

说实话，在今天做老师难，做班主任难，做一个优秀的，同学们都认可的班主任更难，而要做好让同满意，家长放心，领导信任，仅仅凭我个人的努力和热情是远远不够的，需要同学们的配合。我愿意并渴望和你们成为真诚的朋友，让我们一起努力，建设这个属于我们自己的崭新的班级。

我写给同学们这些话的时候，对15名新同学还不是太熟悉，也不太不了解你们，但在我心里你们都是优秀的，自觉，独立，理性，善解人意。我真心的希望你们不要打破这个印象。

作为你们的班主任，我将会和大家一起共同面对学习和管理中的一切事情，作为高二2班中的一个分子，任何人都不要推卸自己的责任，都以主人翁的态度以一名家庭成员的身份和精神投入到班集体的建设中去，为她的强盛做出自己应有的贡献。

However, my ideal job is teaching. Firstly, I’m told that teachers have a high income. With the high income, I can open a training school to help the children in poor families with their education. Secondly, teachers always have summer and winter holidays, thus I will have more free time to relax myself. More importantly, teachers are angels to students, who can pass on the knowledge to students as well as help them develop their hobbies and interests. I can’t imagine how happy I will feel when I see my students become elites.

Every year a lot of people are killed or injured in road accidents. How can

we make the roads safer? Remember the following traffic rules.

When you ride a bike, keep to the right side of the road. Dont cross the

road or turn left at a red traffic light. Give a hand signal if you want to turn

or stop.

Before crossing the road, stop and look both ways, right and left. If the

road is clear, it is safe to cross. The correct way to cross is to walk quickly,

but not to run. If you run across the road, you may fall down.

If you see small children or old people waiting to cross the road, it is a

kind deed to help them to cross in safety. We should teach small children not to

play or ride on the roads.

Always obey these rules, youll find it much safer to walk or ride on the

road.

The plan for the new term

Another new term comes again,so i should have a study plan to promot myself.

Firstly,i descide to finish my homework more carefully than

before.And pay more attention to the knowledge which i didnt know it clearly.

Secondly,i will do a lot of read to widen the range of my knowledge.and try to combine thoery to practice.

Finally,i will learn to adjust, to be more positive and more helpful.Thats what i plant to do in a new term.

They may easily have different opinions with others, but they never understand what is animosity. They enjoy making friends but they never think about making social communication net. Every child talks from the bottom of his heart without evil plans hidden and never intrigues against each other. Only in children’s way can adults make our life simple, more real and more enjoyable.

I wish everyone’s heart would keep as innocent and lovely as they ever did in their childhood. Then, the walls between our hearts can be broken down and the world would be a better place to live in.

我希望每个人的心都会保持他们曾经拥有的童年时期的天真可爱。然后，横在人们心中的心墙会坍塌，世界将是一个更好的住所。

Newspapers and websites are two major new media in the world today, both of which can provide us with lots of news and information. But they’re different in some ways.

Newspapers enjoy a longer history and often come out daily with more reliable news and information. They can be carried and read almost anywhere you like. So many people like reading them. But they can only contain texts and photos.

On the other hand, websites are quite new and popular, especially among young people. Websites have not only texts with pictures but also audios and videos, which makes stories more interesting. What’s more, they are updated from time to time. So the latest news is always seen on websites instead of in newspapers. But it is not quite convenient for people without a computer connected with the Internet to get information from websites.

我，从小就似乎受到了大海的召唤，对那无边无际的大海充满了向往，梦想去那儿走走沙滩，玩个痛快。今年暑假，我的梦想终于得到了实现，我们五位同学的家庭去青岛旅游。青岛是个海滨城市，有许多海水浴场。一天夜幕降临时，我们便向青岛第一海水浴场进发。

晚上七时许，我们旅游团一行人望着蓝色的大海，心潮澎湃。在水天相接的地方，一个雪白的浪花迎面而来，冲在脚上，凉丝丝的，天边暗红的云彩分外鲜艳，漫步在柔软的沙滩上，心旷神怡。突然，远处一个大浪，把一个坐在沙滩上的小孩卷入海中，没多远，他抬起头来，“真爽!”

我心里也禁不住痒痒起来，妈妈也心有灵犀，看出了我的想法，立刻让爸爸陪我一起到海里去游泳，爸爸欣然答应。俩人换好衣服，坐在沙滩上，一个大浪把我们俩双双卷入海中，我站起来后才发现，海水并没有我想象中的那么深，只到我的嘴巴，还没漫过我的头。爸爸对我招招手，示意我游过去，我换气时不小心喝了一口水，呸!太咸了!都咸得我快不行了，连忙上岸，要求妈妈给我租一个游泳圈，这样就不会“受苦”了。当我正在“享乐”的同时，同学们却在沙滩上堆城堡。有人试图想下来，但却被一个个浪头打得心惊胆战。

最好玩的可要算是“搁浅”游戏了。先坐在沙滩边，第一个浪可以把你卷入海中，第二个浪又可以把你冲上沙滩，如此反复……感觉真是不错。还有坐进泳圈，在大海里随波逐流漂移，也别有一番情趣。在大海里，我不仅玩得开心，还表现了自由泳，真是一举两得啊!游累了，上沙滩走走，走在“面粉滩”上，走一个脚印就会被冲掉，细沙也会随之流入海中，但海水还是如此清澈。我在沙滩走了长长的一段，时间不知不觉到了八点半。为了留作纪念，我特地在海水冲不到的地方，留下了我深深的脚印。

时近九点，我们依依不舍地离开了海水浴场。海是蓝色的，我的心情，也是蓝色的。

Nowadays, many female students are idolaters. In order to chase after their

idols, they always do extreme ways. For example, they listen to their idols

songs almost every minute in their daily life. With a smart phone, they do it

when reading books, doing homework, having meals, and even walking on the road,

which may have many bad effects on their health and even cause safety problems.

Besides, plenty of girls think they like their idols so much that they chase

after their idols wherever they go, just to get their signatures. They also

daydream of dating with their idols and get psychological problems at last. All

of these are worth our attention. We should educate girls that their idols are

some people who are lucky enough to be famous, and listening to their songs and

watching their photos are the things they should do in their life. Thus, they

are supposed to balance chasing after idols and their daily life properly.

我是一个盲人，但我的世界却是多姿多彩的。

每天早上起来，母亲都会不厌其烦的为我穿衣，帮我梳头，15年来一直如此。天气晴朗的时候，母亲还会用她那粗糙的手拉着我去河边散步。走在小石子路上，阳光照在我身上暖暖的。我问母亲，阳光是什么颜色的?母亲总会轻柔的抚摸着我的头说，阳光啊，是黄色的，金灿灿的。哦，我知道了。于是，独自在心中立下誓言：我要让我生活的小小世界变成了金黄色的，让每一个生活在这个世界的人都能感受到暖暖的阳光。从此以后，孤独的小朋友身边，有我为他唱儿歌的身影;劳累的父母身边，有我为他们捶背的身影;寂寞的老人身边，有我和他们聊天的身影…。。

每天中午坐在屋门前，父亲都会给我讲历史名人。“项羽是中国古代着名将领，历史上说的西楚霸王就是他……”通过父亲，我的知识面更广了。到12点了，小学生们都放学了，他们经过我家门前，一阵阵谈笑的声传到了我的耳朵。我问父亲，孩子们的谈笑声是什么颜色的?父亲停顿了一下说，红色的，对，就是红色。我有点儿不解，红色?红色什么样的啊?父亲笑了几声说道，红色是充满朝气的颜色，是刚毅的代表，我给你讲的项羽还记得么?我们就能说他是红色的。哦，我明白了。是红色给予了我们快乐的生活;是红色让我们充满活力;是红色让我生活的世界更加美好。

吃完晚饭，傍晚的时候，我会陪着奶奶在河边乘凉，听奶奶和一些老人讨论今天一天他们的世界所发生的一些有趣的事情。因为是盲人，所以我的听觉比较灵敏。耳边隐隐约约会传来细细簌簌的声音，于是问奶奶：“那是什么声音?”奶奶告诉我说“那是清澈的河水拍打石头的响声。”“清澈?那是什么颜色的?是黄的还是红的呢?”“呵呵，都不是的，是蓝色，淡淡的蓝色，就和你穿的衣服一样的颜色。”我的世界里又多了一种颜色。

通过我的亲人、朋友，我的世界才会有那么多的颜色，才会变得五彩缤纷。纯洁的白，热情的红，暖暖的黄，清澈的蓝……每一种颜色在我的小世界都有属于自己的一个小角落。

My mother is pretty.My sister has a long hair. And I`m a good student. However， my home is near the school， I often get up early.
