地球是在浩瀚宇宙之中，唯一能孕育生命的星球，本来的地球是青山绿水，一片盎然，但是现今的地球经过飓风、森林大火和高温干旱等严酷的考验，已经快要崩毁，地球开始对我们怒吼，在二零一零年时，地球已经用它的怒吼害死了二十三万六千人，地球的心声我们应该要听见，否则世界末日将提前来临。

末日的警钟一分一秒的接近，有“地球之肺”的森林逐渐的减少，地球开始崩毁，地球只有一个，而且这一个属于大家，而不是人类的，地球是我们的庇护所，我们应该找到一个和地球共存的平衡点，减少地球的怒气，让人类不再是加重灾难来临的推手，让我们有更好的生活环境，同时也替后代子孙多留一些生存空间。

要给母亲买辆好车，等我成为富翁以后；要好好学习，等我小学毕业以后；要写一本书，等我长大以后......

我们小时候都会有这样那样的想法，可最后仍然像套用数学公式一样加上两个字“以后”。那时我们都坚信理想一定会实现，可因为“以后”这些都成了梦。

我儿时也说过很多这样的话，最夸张的一次竟想成为鲁迅一样的伟大作家，留芳百世。可我现在还因为不认真学习语文而发愁作文写什么才好。真的，我现在特别想坐上时光穿梭机回到从前，大声告诉还在梦中的自己：“没有以后，要从现在开始努力。”可惜已经完了，不过还有补救的机会，我要从现在开始努力，一步一步踏踏实实地向着梦想前进。

古今中外有很多的人在混日子，迷茫地行驶在人生之路。他们难道没有梦想吗？不，他们有。只因他们太相信“以后”。以为什么梦想都会在未来某一天实现，因此他们不思进取，每天只是做着一个又一个荒唐的梦。最终他们自食恶果，不但梦想没有实现，连生活都无法继续。不过他们当中不少的一部分已经醒悟，正朝着自己的梦想努力前进。可仍有相当的一部分还每天做着甜美的梦。

你看世界上的伟人，哪个是因为做“以后”的梦而成功的呢？如中国小提琴大师李传韵，从小刻苦学琴，八岁就以能独立完整地拉完“帕格尼尼”这样难的曲子了。再如波兰化学家，数十年如一日地炼着废矿渣，就是为了得到那0.1克的镭，并获得了诺贝尔化学和物理奖。最终因长期接触放射性元素患绝症，不治身亡，对化学事业奉献了自己的一生。

同学们，记住——没有以后，有什么梦想要从现在开始努力，也许将来就会成功。如果有“以后”那么你将来老年的时候还会怨恨当时为什么不努力。

同学们，为了老年不留下遗憾，请铭记——没有以后。

I always think there is not enough time. For example， I have just taken a

three-day holiday. But when I look back， I just feel that it‘s only one day.

There goes a proverb， “Time is money”。 Now I want to say， time is more precious

than money， because when money is spent， we can earn some more again. However，

when time is gone or lost， never will it return.

Time goes without being noticed. The time for our study and work is usually

limited. So I think we must make full use of our time. But it‘s a pity that I am

你们一定还记得刚来实验时的战战兢兢，那种新奇又夹杂着陌生的恐惧感，可能让你们难受了很长一段时间，直到你们渐渐熟悉环境，认识了新朋友，结识了新老师，你们才放下防备，真正融入实验中学这个大环境。你们刚刚走过的路，别人才刚踏上征程。不要以胜利者的姿态看待刚入学的高一的师弟师妹。你们的高一之路也一定碰到过真心帮助过你、至今让你打心底里尊敬的人，也碰到过盛气凌人、不把你放在眼里、觉得你就是一个小屁孩、时时处处瞧不起你的人。现在轮到你们做选择，你们会选择成为哪种人？我想你们会选择成为前一种人：尊重别人的感受、理解别人的处境，时时谦卑为怀、真心帮助别人的人。因为，我相信，你们会愿意把美好的一面留给别人。你们的高贵也会通过一言一行传递给你帮助过的人，并会一个接一个的持续传递下去，从这个层面上说，是你们让生活变得更加美好。

学会感恩生活，感恩身边的人。

感恩，从来都是一个既陈旧又新颖的话题。陈旧是说它时时处处都会被提起，新颖是说不同的人在不同的处境对它有不同的理解和定义。无论生活给予你什么，你都应该感恩生活。感恩生活让你遇到你喜欢和不喜欢的人：遇到喜欢的人让你对生活充满希望；遇到不喜欢的人让你回望反思自己的不足和缺点。要相信，生活所给予你的，你目前所拥有的，就是最好的！你在最好的家庭！你在最好的学校！你在最好的班级！你在最好的小组！因为他们于你，是唯一的！

在我们身边总有很多人在默默付出，我们心里一定要记得他们，当他们需要我们的时候，我们要毫不犹豫的伸出援手。我们的劳动委员任劳任怨，希望你们记在心里；我们的舍长、宿舍管理员不辞辛苦，希望你们记在心里；我们的组长、科代表、班委会全心全意，希望你们记在心里；我们的家长、老师为了你们的成长费尽心血，希望你们记在心里……要记在心里的实在太多太多，做个有心人，做一个懂得感恩的人，记得那些为你、为我、为他默默付出的人！

请不要把任性当个性。

我知道，年轻人总是喜欢标榜自我、与众不同。从发型到鞋子，总想做最个性的自己，唯恐自己被淹没在茫茫人海！我想说，爱美之心人皆有之，但美从来不是个人的事情，美是大家的事情。每个人都会在乎自己在别人心目中的形象，在乎别人对自己的评价。可是，如果我问你，什么样的人是美的？首先闪现在你头脑中的是他的品质、性情、涵养，而不是外在的穿着。这就说明，大家评价一个人美还是不美主要还是看他的内在。

我还想再问同学们一个问题：当你评说一个人有个性的时候，你的心里对这个人有什么样的评价？我想大概有两种，一是他有个性，但是我不会这样做；二是，他有个性，我心里尊重仰慕他，甚至渴望成为他。同学们，第二个“个性”是什么？那是内在的修为外化成的一种吸引人的气质。

所以，同学们，请远离任性，不断提升自我，注重修炼内在美。让人们在心底里为你竖起大拇指！

爱情常有，十六七岁不常有。

十六七岁，对爱情充满憧憬的年龄，人的一生中大概也就只有这个阶段是因为青涩而美好。

在枯燥的学习过程中，你可能需要一个伴，正好那个人出现了，于是你们偶尔一起放学、一起吃饭，于是你就傻傻的认为这就是“爱情”。我倒是希望你们能用“闺蜜”这个词和“爱情”划清界限，明确告诉自己不要越过那条界限。你们肯定也听过看过不少因互生好感而共同努力考上大学的例子，但是这里有一个前提，你首先要问问自己：你是一个自律性很强的人吗？你能及时感觉并调控自己的情绪吗？对于未来你们没有分歧并且目标一致吗？你所谓的爱情是为你提供了战斗力还是消耗了你的战斗力？也许，这些问题需要你想上一阵子。

所以，我建议，可以有闺蜜，但不能有爱情，因为爱情极有可能会毁了年轻的美好！你也许会笑着跟我讲：只是“有可能”。我会告诉你：虽然这是一个概率事件，但要知道你的人生也只有这么一次十六七岁，你输不起！

请记住，爱情常有，但十六七岁是仅有！

关于学习和成绩我想说，轻轻松松考到好成绩那是美梦注定不会成真。

任何成绩的取得，靠的都是踏实和勤奋，只不过有时你能看到，有时你看不到。而人就是这么奇怪，对于看到的总是熟视无睹，对于看不到的却总是念念不忘，觉得别人所取得的成绩不过是运气罢了！于是，你在心中开始祷告和期待，并相信有一天好运也会降临到自己头上。就这样，你晕晕乎乎的度过了一个又一个宝贵的时日，可最终你等来的是无尽的失望和自我否定，连最初的那么一点点信心也都荡然无存。莫须有的“运气”多么可怕！

其实，你一开始就错了！没有人能够随随便便成功，所有好成绩的背后都交织着血和泪。有人说，我们并不怕比我们厉害的人，我们怕的是比我们厉害还比我们努力的人！你本来就已经落后了，你还牵挂着你的手机，牵挂着你的球场……牵挂着那些会耗费你无谓的时间和精力的事情。可是更为可怕的是：那些已经走在前面的人，依然故我的勤奋努力！所以你只能眼睁睁的看着别人越走越远。

如果，你对自己还有期望，如果你对过去的自己感到不满意，是时候奋起直追了！

不要等待，不要迟疑，因为留给你证明自己的时间真的不多了。如果你对自己不够狠，将来你会明白社会会如何地不留情面！

最后，祝愿你们度过一个充实、愉快、无悔的高二。

“迈出这个家门，你就永远也不要回来”父亲愤怒的训斥变成了咆哮!

“不回来就不回来!”她颤抖的肩膀很明显地抖了一下，接着便大步迈过那破旧的木门槛，哭着向远方奔去。

外面的精彩无时无刻不在诱惑着这穷山沟里的每一个人，她也一样。高考的失败让一度优秀的她变得心灰意冷。十几天来，她情绪极不稳定，家里人都怕触动她的那一根弦：母亲变得更加体贴入微，哥哥也十分顺从她，常笨手笨脚地给她叠小时常玩的纸飞机。我也对这个姐姐百依百顺，常撒娇地在和她说那些自己也笑不出来的笑话。

只有父亲的表情，依然是冷冷的!

面对这三个子女，父亲劳累半生，但他从不将任何苦痛带给我们，可也从不和我们过于亲近，我们也只能敬而远之。这次例外，姐姐终于和父亲爆发了那不可思议的战争!

山里的娃想要迈出这穷山沟无可厚非，父亲也一直支持我们读书，哥哥落榜后种了田，父亲就从未笑过。但大家都明白：他将所有重担都压在了姐姐和我身上。我尚小，姐姐的压力就更大了，这次高考的失利，我们完全相信她是被压力压垮了!姐姐再没有勇气来面对自己的失败!

父亲的态度定会让事情有改变，我们都在期待着!

“让娃再读一年吧!”父亲深深地吸了一口烟，吐出一个烟圈，在空中慢慢消散。

母亲的眼睛亮了起来，急忙地说了一声好。我和哥哥也分外高兴，同时将目光瞄向了姐姐。

姐姐“突”地站起来，涨红了脸，眼光布满了血丝，声音非常镇定地甩出来一句：我不读了，我要去打工，我要供妹妹读书，其实迈出这个山沟，我照样可以成功……

话还未说完，姐姐的脸上就多了一记响亮的耳光，原本涨红的脸上愈发火辣，姐姐很愕然，父亲很愤然。

“我和你娘吃这么多苦就是为了让你们能迈出这个家门，迈出这个穷山沟儿，但咱要轰轰烈烈地迈出去，可不能打了败仗逃出去!打工能有多大出息?你学的文化都让你给糟蹋了，要用上，用到正地儿去，将来再回来时也是带着大伙过上好日子的……”

但这番话仍未能留住姐姐的脚步，姐姐终于气愤地迈出了这个门槛，但父亲却微笑着点点头。

他太了解他的孩子了!

黄昏的时候，姐姐回来了，她微笑着，脸上光彩照人。姐姐终于没有迈出这个家门槛，她将失败的痛埋在了心底，在奋力拼搏着，为了能迈出去，能迈向成功，迈向未来!

为搞好新学期的班级管理工作，现将这学期的班主任工作大体工作安排如下：

一、认真建立班级规章制度和班级考核制度，

使学生自己规范自己的行为，把学校要求内化为本班学生自觉的行动。

上学期我班已经建立了班级规章制度，经过一学期学生反应是不错的，本学期我要引导学生认真研究班级规章制度的完善问题，总结上学期的经验和不足，力争进一步提高班级规章制度对学生的约束力和学生自觉遵守班级规章制度的习惯。

二、继续做好促优转差工作

对于优秀生了解他们存在的问题，既包括学习也包括生活，进一步提高他们的成绩和在年纪的竞争力;对于差生多找他们他们谈话，认真了解他们内心思想的变化，寻找思想上的闪光点和开展思想工作的突破口，鼓励他们赶上去;特别是对贫困生，做好他们的思想工作，使他们丢掉包袱，轻装前进，努力思想人生价值，不为眼前暂时的困难压倒。

三、继续树立和培养学生的集体注意观念和主人翁意识，

心胸开阔，顾全大局，让学生自觉地维护集体荣誉，树立我班的良好形象，

四、指导班干部开展工作，做好日常班级管理工作

班主任要发挥班干部、小组长、课代表的带头作用，百分之百杜绝恶性事件的发生，坚决抵制社会上的一切歪风邪气向班级进攻，使我班保持健康向上的发展势头。

五、注意调动各个方面的教育因素

班主任力争做到：不间断与学生尤其是贫困生和差生及的家长的联系，进行沟通和交流，及时把握这些学生的思想动向;注意和各科任教教师交流和协调，听取他们的意见和建议，明确把握班级的动向。

六、大力抓好学生的学习

认真总结学习中的问题，组织优秀学生介绍自己的经验，组织学生交流自己的学习方法，相互取长补短，力争优化所有同学的学习方法。每次月考结束以后，及时组织学生自己进行自我分析，让学生学会如何学习。
