Since I went to middle school, I grew up very fast. On the one hand, I live

in school from Monday to Friday, so I need to learn to get along with roommates.

Today, as the economy develops fast, people can buy what they need, the

producers provide them all the new things, so the factory produce many products,

in order to make the biggest profit, they don’t deal with the pollution. Water

gets polluted, it does harm to people’s health, we drink water everyday, the

Every year, the thing I expect the most is the Spring Festival. My parents

work far from home and they come back one or two times a year. The Spring

Festival is the time they come home. Every time they come back, they bring mangy

The people I respect the most is my father. He is a doctor. He always busy

with work. Since I can remember, he never spent a whole weekend to stay with me.

He goes to the hospital very early before I get up, and comes back home after I

sleep. But I doesn’t matter at all, he is hero to me. He devotes almost all the

time to his patients, many lives are saved. He always said, a man should have

dignity, integrity, honor, and most of all, be helpful to others. This affected

me deeply, so I work hard so that someday I could be the man like my father.

泉州，素来有着“生态文明，美丽泉州”之称，而泉州，是一座历史悠久的古城，一座风景秀丽的名城，一座多元文化的侨乡，一座我深深爱着的城市。

记得我第一次游览泉州，就被她独特的风采迷住了。那是一种古典美，一种现代美，一种自然美。

爸爸告诉我，泉州的名胜古迹可多了：千年古刹开元寺，涂门街的清净寺，灵山的圣墓，长寿的老君岩，美丽的洛阳桥等等，泉州的名俗文化也是享有国际声誉的，其中泉州木偶艺术就拥有“中国一绝”的美称；妈妈告诉我，泉州可是海上丝绸之路的起点，在宋元时期就是我国和世界各国友好往来的重要港口。“海上丝绸之路”，不仅是一条交流货物之路，更重要的是交流思想，意识，情感，信念之路。如今，梨园戏，高甲戏，打城戏，提线木偶，南音演唱，花灯和别具古城风情的文艺踩街，给来到泉州的客人们留下深刻的印象。

每年到泉州，她每年的变化都不一样，一年又一年，取而代之的是经济发达带来的繁荣兴盛。一座座美丽的公园错落有致，那可是大家清晨锻炼的好去处。改革开放以来，泉州进入了经济发展的黄金时期。中心市区的科技电讯产品，晋江、石狮的鞋帽服装、南安的建材、惠安的石雕、安溪的茶叶、永春的芦柑、德化的瓷器、肖厝的石化产品驰名省内外，并已出口国外。石油化工、电子信息、旅游服务已成为泉州的三大主导产业。泉州基本实现宽裕型小康的目标，成为富裕，文明、安定的现代化工贸旅游港口城市。

我爱泉州，泉州是我的家乡，她像母亲一样养育着我，激励着我，我要努力学习，打好基础，继承泉州人爱拼才会赢的精神，为将来建设古城奉献聪明才智，为美化古城增光添彩。
