云南的第二站是著名的石林公园。路上妈妈给我解释了什么叫石林，好像没什么特别的理解和感觉。等到车渐渐开进石林公园的区域，妈妈指着远近突兀峥嵘，姿态各异的石林时，才理解为什么要称之为“石林”-- 真的就是大片的石头森林啊!

还是按照爸爸的提议，先包一辆电瓶车和导游，从整个石林的外围开始游览。因为，有诗曰：不识庐山真面目，只缘生在此山中。所以，先外围远看石林是很好的方法。

导游给我们讲解了石林形成的原因：石林所在的滇东一带，是沉在海中的，当时沉积了很厚的石灰岩。后由于地壳运动，这里被抬升，海退成陆。地面受到侵蚀，赓成准平葱状态。后来这里又陷落成湖盆。喜玛拉雅造山运动后，本区又被抬升，崩塌、陷落、堆积等现象而形成的特殊地貌。1966年，中国第二次喀斯特 下降，地表及地下水不断沿节理向下溶蚀、冲刷，最终分割成石林形态。

沿途的石林真是千姿百态，导游时不时地指着某个石块告诉我们：这是大象，老虎，小兔子，甚至猪八戒等等，每次我们都会恍然大悟，而后异口同声地“噢”，语气极为赞同。

还有一个非常奇特的现象就是，每块石头都有很明显的很深的缝，像是用剑切削过一样，非常平整且深邃。常常能看到远处一大片石林，拦腰处一条清晰的“剑印”连成非常平整的一条线，让人感觉是世外高手手持宝剑在此留下神功。 但实际上是海水常年累月地溶蚀和冲刷形成的，不禁感叹大自然的神奇力量。

电瓶车游览过后，我们进到大、小石林里去近距离体会。石林位于彝族自治县内，这里将女孩称为“阿诗玛”，男孩称作“阿黑哥”，当然如果是很懒的男的则叫“阿白哥”，看来他们是“重黑轻白 ”的。于是我也换上阿诗玛的民族服装在小石林著名的唐僧形状的石林旁留念。

在石林中穿梭，没了之前看到的整片石林的气势，更多的是峰回路转的惊喜。在“剑锋 ”处，有一块断石夹杂两座高的石峰当中，更确切地说，其实只有很小的两个接触点“碰”在两座石峰之间，下面就是人行通道，看上去很是危险。听到有旅游团的导游说，如果心肠好的人从下面走过石头是不会掉下来的。但其实，这种状态从300多年前的一场7.2级地震后就一直这样相安无事。妈妈抬头仔细观察这块石头的“落脚点”，说肯定是力平衡了，所以哪怕这么细微的接触点，经过这么多年也能这么稳稳地立着。

整整一上午，我们在石林里畅游，这里的景象是我从前没有见到过的，尽兴之余，又还再次感叹大自然的鬼斧神匠。相信，这片莽莽森林会一直在我的记忆中。

十月一日正好是国庆节，也就是祖国妈妈的生日。
