寒假中的趣事数不胜数，最有趣的得数放烟花了。

年三十到了，爸爸买了许多烟花。有大筒的，大到我抱不过来；有小个的，我能一手拿一大把。据说各个图案不同，形态各异。这可引起了我的好奇心。

早在我们家还在吃年夜饭时，邻居们就开始放了。只听见“嗖”的一声，一个大火球冲上了天空，紧接着绽放开一朵菊花，淡黄色的花蕊星星点点，向四周溢开的花瓣桔黄色，卷卷的。好美！我情不自禁地赞叹，心也更痒了。

大人们漫长的年夜饭终于吃完了。我和姐姐缠着爸爸放烟花。爸爸搬出一个庞然大物立在门口的空地上，轻轻地拨出它的引线，掏出打火机点燃它，自己迅速跑开。几股圆形的火焰拔地而起，冲向天空，在空中交织在一起，金丝银线向四周散发开来，银光闪闪，竟然是一个空中鸟巢！最上方还有象征辉煌的火炬，太神奇了！

伯伯也不甘示弱，精挑细选了一个大家伙。我心想：这回又是什么图案呢？没让我失望，我看到了一只栩栩如生的蝴蝶，身子是金黄色的，翅膀颜色从内到外一点点加深，触须是浓浓的红色，最上端还有两块“翡翠”，蝴蝶方佛仿佛飞到了鸟巢的上空，太美了！

我选了一个比较安全的小家伙。我小心翼翼地拿出打火机，伸到引火线那边，捂着耳朵，闭着眼睛望回冲。可是等到花也谢了，草也枯了，我的心也碎了，回头一看，竟然没有点燃。我鼓起勇气再点一次，这回看到冒烟了我才跑开，一朵美丽的烟花在我我身后绽开了。妈妈说它尤其美丽。我心里美滋滋，原来放烟花是这个滋味儿啊！

夜已经很深了，可我的心一直没能静下来，因为那姹紫嫣红的烟花还在点缀着夜空。

Step 9,2011 Sunday Today my classmates and I went to the Old The nursing home on foot at 3 oclock in the afternoon. As soon as we got there, we began to clean the rooms and wash clothes for the old people. Some of us talked with them. After that we gave them some performances. The old people enjoyed themselves very much. We stayed there for two hours. At about 5 oclock we walked home. I felt very happy (for what I had done) although I was tired. I think everyone should look after and respect old people.

Nowadays it is common to encounter a scene when people want to see things

happen but can‘t make things happen for various reasons. The most important

reason is that they just refuse to create and innovate. With the accelerated

pace of our society,more and more people recognize the importance of creation

that is bound to make a difference in social productivity.

As far as I am concerned,we should all have the notion of being the

participants of supporting creation. First of all,creation is the most vital

factor to improve the inner competitiveness of our nation. For another,it is

certain that creation is so essential that enables many people to find their

positions in the company and careers in their lives.

Measures are also needed to encourage creation . First and foremost,the

government should establish certain rules to sweep up the obstacles of

invention. Some people have already complained much about complicated procedure

of patent applications or high fees to do experiments of inventions.

Additionally,high schools and universities can provide students with

scholarships or overseas learning opportunities,which will stimulate more

youngsters to join the group of invention and innovation.

One day, after we got home from the kindergarten, my mother went into the bedroom and stayed in bed. I didnt know what had happened. I sat beside her and wanted to cry. My mother said to me, "It doesnt matter, mum has only a stomachache. I will be all right after a while." Although mother said so, I found tears in her eyes because of pain. At that time I knew adults also got ill and cried. I decided I would take care of my mother from then on.

Like many children, I had a happy childhood under the care and love of my parents. My mother took me to the kindergarten and home every day. thought mother was so kind and healthy that she would never get sick..com

But one day, my father went to the kindergarten to get me back. I asked, "Why doesnt my mother come?""She is sick, and she is in hospital. "said Father. I felt sad and frightened.
