First day of losing weight

Today is the first day of my plan of losing weight.This morning , i drunk

only a cup of milk oatmeal as plan,and then i started to studied my english.when

it was 10：00 am, the inner man began to crave the nourishment, i couldnt

concentrate my attention to study， and there fried all kinds of delicious food

in my brain:hamburgers、dumplings、egg fried rice and omelette…… .After ten

minutes strugling，I couldnt help that anymore! I rushed to the kitchen, in

which then i ate whatever that was eatable!After that i finally gave up to lose

weight, thinking that im not that fat to need to go on a diet. Anyway, i should

continue to enjoy delicious food which i think is most beautiful thing in the

world.

今年我已经是二年级的小学生了，这已经是我过的第二个寒假了。一年级时的寒假由于我刚上小学，经过一个学期的学习后，只觉得累，寒假什么也不想干了，只把老师留的作业做完就好，其余时间只想玩，不知道寒假可以干好多事。到了今年，我长大了，我要计划一个有趣的寒假，让自己的寒假过的更有意思!

首先，是学习上。我要把老师留的作业做完，只有这样才能有时间做其它的事情。还要利用寒假多看一些好的课外阅读书，妈妈常常对我说，只有多看书在写作文的时候才能有资料可以想，多看一些各类有意思的书也可以开阔我们的思维，锻炼我们的想像能力。妈妈对我说寒假是一个“充电”的好时间。不需要太多时间，只要养成好习惯，每天看一个小时的书就行了。

我在寒假还继续上我的街舞班，我很喜欢街舞，跳舞时听着好听的音乐，和小朋友们一起跟老师学习各类好看的动作，真的好开心。有时候，我跳的好了，妈妈还奖励我可以在体育场里和小朋友打一会儿乒乓球和台球，虽然我不会打，但真的很好玩。

我在寒假里还要到电影院里看我喜欢的电影。妈妈说辛苦了一个学期了，要放松一下，才能更好的学习。我准备看两场电影，一个是喜羊羊和灰太狼—开心闯龙年;一个是3D的大闹天宫，我已经约好小朋友了，到时间，妈妈给我们买好票，我们就可以看电影了。

寒假过年时，我还要和爸爸妈妈一起回奶奶家过年呢。奶奶家在农村，妈妈说要带我看一看农村冬天的景色。

这就是我心中计划好的寒假生活，有意思吧!

看到了客人送的奶油酥饼，不禁让我回忆起过年时那难以忘怀的情节。

当天，是一个艳阳高照的好日子，因此爸爸妈妈就心血来潮，提议要去奶油酥饼的故乡——大甲。在全家一致同意下，我们便来到了目的地。

一到那里，就看到了一座座人墙，而且当我们进去时，场面更是惊为天人，不仅涌入大量的观光客，摊贩贩售的商品更是琳？满目呢！虽然没有每一家都去光顾，但我还是觉得很满足。接着，我们便来到了那里的名胜景点——镇澜宫，它的人气和那里的人潮成正比，就连想踏进去一步都很困难。所以我们只好速战速决，赶快从人群中逃了出来。后来我们全家就来到了一家很有名气的奶油酥饼店，虽然人群大排长龙，可是我们最后还是成功的买到了。最后，我们便带着依依不舍的心情，离开了大甲，回到温暖的奶奶家。

这次的过年，虽然几乎都在下雨，可是能去大甲一日游，我感到非常开心，而且那边不仅人声鼎沸，每个摊位也都各具特色，是休闲度假的好地方喔！

老师先帮我们分好小组并发给我们桂花小树苗，然后告诉大家种植地点。只见同学们还未等老师说开始，便一呼百应，迫不及待地登上了一处小山坡，准备植树。寂静的大地顿时热闹起来，耳边响起了乒乒乓乓的“交响奏”：有的拿着沉甸甸的铁锹，鼓足气准备开挖，可用力过猛，差点仰面而倒；有的小组为使小树能茁壮成长，竞与别组为地盘争得面红耳赤；还有的为了给小树浇水，不知跑了多少弯路，浑身上下汗流浃背……

我们组也不示弱，很快作好了挖坑的准备。只见游阳手提铁锹，大步流星地走到挖坑地点前，那样子好像不费吹灰之力便能把树坑挖好。我们一个负责去打水，另两个则负责扶树苗。别看扶树很简单，其实要很小心的。我先小心翼翼地树苗轻轻地放在地上，然后慢慢用手靠着树干，生怕碰掉了半片叶子，让小树受伤。

大家忙得不亦乐乎。时近中午，树差不多都植好了，我们望着自己亲手种植的树苗在微风中摇曳，心中有种说不出的喜悦之情。大家不禁畅谈起来：“几十年后它定会长成一棵参天大树。”、“我要每个星期都来看它。”……我的眼前仿佛浮现出树苗长大时的样子，仿佛闻到了一阵阵清新淡雅的桂花香，仿佛看到了一簇簇洁白的桂花，繁星点点，如一座喷花的飞泉，仿佛感受到它那蓬勃向上的旺盛生命力。

这次有意义的活动不仅放松了我们的心情，还使我们亲近了大自然，更让我们为家乡增添了一份绿意。这次活动真让我快乐！

理想的学校,即一所好学校,总的评判标准是其在育人方面的贡献程度.而要有高质量的教育教学水平,我认为有以下方面.

首先,在器物层面上,我认为一所好学校不一定要有现代的高楼大厦,简朴、富有文化底蕴的建筑物或许更有利于教育教学.但是,良好的绿化环境和干净整洁的面貌必不可少.

其次,在制度层面,学校要有高效率的管理制度、教学制度.这些制度好比人体的骨架,起着贯穿和支撑全局的作用.

再次,在精神层面,学校要有先进的、明确的办学理念,这是学校一切教育教学活动的指导思想.

最后,教育是培养人的活动,由教师具体完成.一所学校必须有高水平的教师,所谓高水平包括：扎实的专业知识、过硬的教学能力、良好的道德素养等等.

拥有以上几点,即是我梦想的学校.
