What is the most important thing in the world? I think it is health.You can

take away our money, house, car, or even our clothes and we can survive. But if

our health was taken away, we would surely die. That is why we always try to eat

In order to eat healthily, I usually avoid eating food high in fat, like

french fries or cookies. I also eat little meat. I eat a lot of vegetables and

fresh fruit which are full of vitamins. Taking exercise every day helps us build

我立刻寻找起实验的材料：一些生鸡蛋，一瓶醋喝一口锅。准备就绪，我信心十足，便开始做起实验来了。

我拿起一支笔，蘸了蘸瓶子里的醋酸，往鸡蛋壳上写字。突然，在耳边响起了“啪”的一声，我眼睁睁地看着鸡蛋从我手中掉落在地上，心情也一下子从兴奋变为难过。虽然只是我心情不怎么好，但是我还是有一种想要把实验做成功的欲望。于是，我又拿出一只鸡蛋做实验。我还是重复着刚才的步骤，用笔蘸了蘸醋后往蛋壳上写字，接着，我把写过子的鸡蛋放在沸水之中煮，没想到拿出鸡蛋剥开蛋壳后却发现没有显现出一个字。我纳闷了：我是按照实验的步骤做的，怎么会是这样的结果呢？于是我上网查了一下资料，才发现自己是在一个环节出了错呀！

可是，我并不甘心，还是想继续做这个实验，我就这样重复着步骤做了好几遍。终于，功夫不负有心人，当我再一次剥开蛋壳时，我看到蛋白上已经呈现出蓝色的字迹，我高兴的喊着：“我成功了，我终于成功了！”

就在这时，一个问号浮现在我脑海中——为什么会产生这一现象呢？我翻开《十万个为什么》，书上说：这是因为醋被涂到蛋壳表面时，会有一小部分渗透到蛋白中，而蛋白石有氨基酸组成的球蛋白，这种球蛋白在弱酸的条件下发生水解，生成的化学物质与硫酸铜溶液中的铜离子反应，就会呈现出蓝色或紫色的印记。所以，如果用醋在生鸡蛋表面写字，然后煮熟，就会在蛋白上呈现出字迹。我看了后恍然大悟。

我做成功了这个实验，感到很开心。父母也表扬我勇于实践，坚持不懈，就加倍给了我压岁钱，（(*^__^*) 嘻嘻！我更加高兴了。
