我们上了车，三十分钟后到了滑雪场，导游带领我们来到了一个小木屋，让我们去前台那排队拿钥匙牌。原来，那个钥匙牌是开鞋柜的。鞋柜里有雪鞋，雪鞋的样子很特殊，前面有个小长块。这时，爸爸也拿回了雪服。雪服跟我们原先穿的衣服不一样，衣服和裤子是连在一起的。我先把两条腿放进去，然后再穿上衣服，拉上拉锁，雪服也穿好了。我们开始穿雪鞋，雪鞋本身很硬，上面还有个带，是把鞋子扣紧的。另外，雪鞋很凉，妈妈拿了鞋套，把我的脚给包起来，然后让我的两只脚伸进雪鞋，又用带扣紧，雪鞋就穿好了。我和爸爸妈妈就去拿雪杖和雪橇，准备出去滑雪。

我看着这些新奇的玩意，更加高兴了。这可是我第一次滑雪，我以为滑雪很简单。可是，我穿上雪鞋，才发现，我连站都站不稳!爸爸马上过来指导我走路，不一会时间，我终于能走路了。然后爸爸又教我滑雪，膝盖微微弯曲，拐弯时膝盖要往左右用力、刹车得成内八字……我练了一会，尝试了一下滑雪。

这个滑雪场可真刺激啊!雪下面是一层冰。速度非常的快。我前两次滑雪都摔倒了，而且每次滑雪都提心吊胆的，没有一次不心慌。经过我苦苦磨练，我终于练会了滑雪。我站在一个高坡上准备往下滑，爸爸松开了我的手，我拿着雪杖，脚固定在雪橇，“跐溜”一下的滑下去。我当然非常害怕，只感觉越滑越快、越滑越快，风从我的耳边划过，全身轻飘飘的，一下子就到了头。我连忙刹车，雪橇慢慢的停下来。这样反反复复的滑了好几次，滑雪真过瘾呀!这次滑雪真好玩，希望以后还能来到这个滑雪场。

Today, as I have nothing to do, my father decides to take me to the gym. There are people playing all kinds of sports. I see my father play badminton and he teaches me how to play. It is so easy for me to learn, after a while, I can play with my father. I fall in love with this sport, I will play it on the weekend.

今天,当我无事可做的时候, 爸爸决定带我去健身房。人们在玩各种各样的运动。我看到我的父亲在打羽毛球,他教我怎么玩。这对我来说很容易学习,过了一会后,我可以和父亲一起打。我爱上了这项运动,我会在周末去玩。
