蔡伟，曾是一位很有知名度的新闻人物，因为他能从三轮车夫跃升为复旦博士。

这样的角色变换，实在有些天方夜谭的意味。但这不是天方夜谭，它是一个真实得见人见事的故事。一位高中生，不甘心自己在高考中落榜，虽然为了生活，不得不以登三轮车为生，但从来没有放弃过对再度参加高考，能够金榜题名的梦想。

可是，三轮车夫一当就是近20年，把一个青春少年变成了37岁的中年男子。但命运就在这时发生了逆转，蔡伟，这位三轮车夫，在2008年8月被上海复旦大学破格录取为博士研究生。不了解他的经历的人，定然感到惊奇，而了解他的人，就觉得这是一个平凡人应该获得的回报。蔡伟没有文化的家脉，没有贵人的相助，但是，他从读中学时起，就独自钟情于对我国古代典籍，就是这用心倾情的热爱，成就了他后来的博士之名。

高二时的蔡伟在《文史》杂志上偶然看到一篇古学大师的论文，一下子激发出他对古学的兴趣。用他自己的话来形容，从此20年，除了吃饭睡觉蹬三轮车，他唯一钟情的事就是研习古文献。没有导师，甚至没有更多的可查资料，全靠他的的热情与顿悟。我们经常在说，兴趣是最好的老师，兴趣是走向成功的动力。但只会说，是不会像蔡伟那样去实实在在地做的。一旦自己钟情于某一事物，就要对它忠贞不二，为它坚持到底，为它呕心沥血。如果要问每个人，没有人说自己不想走向成功，实现梦想的;如果再问每一个人，往往那些失败者，理想破灭者，多半都没有像蔡伟那样，为自己的目标与梦想如此用心倾情的。

这就是人生的怪异诡谲。不过，古往今来，有很多像蔡伟这样对自己所追求的事业与理想情有独钟的人做我们的榜样，无论是失败了1600多次后才发明了灯丝的爱迪生，还是被拒绝了1009次后才找到了合作伙伴的肯德基老板山德士上校。所以，不要轻易放弃自己的爱好和兴趣，因为它可能是你爬上理想峰巅的石级。当然，在为自己的兴趣爱好坚持的过程中，肯定会遇到艰难的时候，也许有人不理解，也许有人对你无信心，也许有人根本不给你应有的支持。

但是，只要你自己能坚守就好，因为只有坚守才会有成功的可能。再有，还要具备另一种心理，那就是准备接受彻底失败的可能。这样的心理其实很容易具备，只要你想到能享受过程，而未必需要得到结果就够了。

想想看，香港大学的校工袁苏妹，用心为大学生们做饭扫地，44年如一日，她何曾想到，香港大学会授予她“荣誉院士”的荣誉?巫溪县乡村教师赵世术拖着病残的身体，20年独守讲台，何曾想到会被评为“感动重庆”十大人物之一?从蔡伟、袁苏妹、赵世术，乃至更多人的身上，我们不难感悟到，人应该给自己定位一样值得倾心的人或事，然后一生为之钟情，定然会使人生别有意义。

[从蔡伟说起高考学生满分作文

北京市举行2017年高考评卷工作媒体开放日，位于清华大学（分数线，专业设置）、北京大学（分数线，专业设置）的数学及语文阅卷点面向媒体开放。到底评卷点有多神秘？评卷老师如何挑选而来？具体怎么打分？一一为你揭晓。

另外，据北京大学语文评卷点老师介绍，目前的阅卷过程中已经有满分作文出现。不过出于保密原则，作文是不可能在阅卷过程中流传出去的。

北京2017评卷工作何时结束？

北京教育考试院副院长臧铁军介绍，北京2017年高考于6月8日结束，高考共需阅卷约20万份。根据工作安排，评卷工作已从6月9日开始，预计将于22日结束，23日12时发布高考成绩，高招各批次录取最低控制分数线以及高考成绩一分段情况也将同日向社会发布。25日8时至29日20时，统考考生填报本科志愿，单考考生填报单招志愿。

2017年北京继续实行高考全科目网上评卷，全市共设立6个高考评卷点。其中数学阅卷点设在清华大学，语文阅卷点设在北京大学。

评卷教师为何人？

北京市按照教育部要求，精心遴选评卷教师。进一步完善评卷教师资源库并进行动态管理，严格控制评卷教师组成、结构比例及选聘方式。在今年的高考评卷中，各区教研员和中学教师人数保持稳定，这部分人数超过高校教师人数。同时，将各区评卷骨干教师、往年曾被评为优秀评卷员的教师优先进行了遴选。

根据北京2017年高考评卷教师遴选结果，全市共有1137名教师参加今年的高考评卷工作。其中，统考评卷1107人，来自高校的评卷教师547人，占总人数的49.41%；来自区教研部门、中学教师560人，占总人数的50.59%。单考评卷30人，全部为高校教师。

其中数学阅卷点共有280多名评卷老师，其中约170名来自清华大学，各区教研员和中学教师占比与去年基本持平，约占40%。

评卷场所管理有多严？

严格按照《国家教育考试考务安全保密工作规定》要求开展评卷工作。评卷场所实行封闭管理，所有人员须凭有效证件入场，继续设立安检门与手持扫描仪等设备，对评卷人员实行严格安检，同时实行武警保卫、公安巡逻、昼夜安保值班等措施，要求每班值班人员不得少于3人，无关人员不得进入评卷场所。

严格执行计算机网上评卷的技术要求。网络连接采用局域网形式与外网实行物理隔断，并确保网络安全畅通，保障信息传输安全，防止病毒感染和黑客入侵；将存有答卷数据信息的服务器放置在专用机房，关键评卷场所配备视频监控录像设备，视频监控全方位，无死角；评卷数据库备份管理、异地存储。

建立处理突发事件应急工作机制，对评卷工作实施全过程风险管理。实施评卷工作日报制度。

评卷过程如何打分？

正式评卷前，学科工作组组织各题小组长以上负责人集中学习研究《答案及评分标准》，通过试评统一认识。由学科工作组对全体评卷教师集中进行上岗前业务培训，经过实操性考试合格后才能正式上岗，防止评卷过程中出现偏宽、偏严或宽严不一的现象。对评卷过程中发现的违规卷、雷同卷或有政治问题的异常情况，及时上报，对评分有分歧的试题，须由学科工作组集体研讨，达成一致意见后确定处理方案。加强评卷质量监控，各科目全面实施“背靠背双评”，建立严格的质量检查制度，明确规定每天都要进行一定量的抽检，确保评卷给分科学、准确。对经过三评或四评的试卷，都要全部进行再次核查，坚决杜绝漏判、错判等现象的发生，保障评卷公正、科学、客观和准确。

清华大学招办主任刘震指出，有些考生和家长比较担心数学阅卷中“过程对了但结果有误是否得分”。从专家组的反馈来看，在数学的阅卷中，非常注重对过程的评价。比如有考生做题的过程很好，但最后计算错了，“丢分不多”，“可以得到大部分的分数”。

就网友关注的一些热点问题，北京教育考试院及评卷点老师也做了解答。

1.作文阅卷时间有限定吗？几十秒？

北京大学评卷组老师解释道，作文有两个，阅卷时先阅第一个，再阅第二个。实行无纸化阅卷，采取“背靠背双评”。若是两个评卷老师的分数差距超出一定范围，还会有三评、四评。确保评卷公正、客观、准确。

此外，不存在几十秒看一份卷子的说法，北京语文卷子不到6万份，一共有300位老师评卷，人手相对充裕，老师能够静下心来看每一份卷，阅卷质量有保证。

臧院长表示，评卷时间不是评价评卷质量的唯一标准，时间长短要根据实际情况看。

2.评卷老师是封闭式管理吗？

评卷老师并不是处于封闭状态，而是像上下班一样按时到各个评卷点参与评卷。

3.2017北京高考有满分作文了吗？

北京大学评卷组张彬福介绍，在两个作文话题中，选“纽带”这个议论文的学生超过六成，选择“共和国，我为你拍照的”不到四成。大多数学生选择议论文主要是因为高中阶段议论文写作比较多，因此很多学生比较熟练。

他说，在目前的阅卷过程中已经有满分作文出现，“但不要相信网上流传的那些所谓满分或零分作文，那些都是有人模拟的。”

As we all know, volunteering has a meaningful and positive impact on the community you serve and the people you help. In the meanwhile, it can have many benefits for you, too. In my opinion, there are two reasons to

volunteer: feel good about yourself while helping others; build your portfolio.

On one hand, volunteering makes you feel good about yourself on a purely selfish level. There are few things more satisfying than helping people. Walking or running to raise funds for a cause close to your heart helps to give you a sense of purpose and helps you realize just how lucky you are. As a volunteer, you will gain new perspective, for it’s so easy for us all to get a little too wrapped up in our own lives. On the other hand, from a professional standpoint, volunteering is a great way to add to your portfolio. From press releases to design pieces, from public speaking to fundraising,

you will have the opportunity to build your portfolio. This is especially beneficial for students or young professionals, although all of us should continually work on building our portfolios.

Apart from the benefits of building up your confidence and making your portfolio better, there are probably many other benefits you will find in your volunteer work. So it is time for you to participate in more volunteer work to help others as well as help yourselves.
