提起雾霾，大家可能非常熟悉。某些早晨，当我们打开自己家的门时，他便呈现在我们眼前。有些同学会感到非常好玩，但你们还没意识到事情的严重性......

近些年来，随着空气质量逐渐恶化，雾霾天气现象出现频率越来越高，它们在人们毫无防范的时候侵入人体呼吸道和肺叶中，从而引起呼吸系统疾病、心血管系统疾病、血液系统，诸如咽喉炎、肺气肿、哮喘、鼻炎、支气管炎等炎症，长期处于这种环境还会诱发肺癌、心肌缺血等情况。

雾霾我想对你说：你危害着全世界的人民，你给人民带来的只有痛苦。你让人感觉是一件很纠结的事，你赶走了蓝天，吞噬了阳光，让我们的生活危机四伏。

我记得在我五、六岁的时候，天还是那么蓝，草还是那么绿，可现在浓密的雾霾还在笼罩着城市，差距为什么就这么大呢?那些企业、厂子们你们摸摸自己的良心，你对得起广大的中国人民吗?你们为了自己的利益，来破坏我们赖以生存的地球，你们花这样的钱很舒坦吗?不光是厂子，每个人都要爱护环境，不要让雾霾再这么“猖狂”。 减少污染源，削减大气污染物是解决雾霾天气的根本之道，也是原平市迫在眉睫的大事，它需要我们每个人都积极行动起来，从我做起，多植树，少砍伐;多步行，少开车;多节约，少浪费;多环保，少污染;只有这样，才会还原平蓝天碧水，还我们健康身心。

雾霾天气尽量减少外出，外出时可戴棉质口罩来预防呼吸道受雾天“污染”。外出归来及时清洗脸部及裸露皮肤，也可清水冲洗鼻腔。雾霾天气晨练除了可以导致呼吸系统疾病亦可导致心脑血管疾病出现;雾霾天气尽量减少去人多地方，一些地方空气流通差易造成呼吸系统疾病交叉感染。平时多饮水、清淡饮食、多进食新鲜的蔬菜水果，坚强锻炼，增强免疫力。

雾霾多人体有很大的危害，这些沉淀物一旦进入我们的身体，就再也排不出我们的体外了。外出可以戴上口罩，这样可以有效防止粉尘颗粒进入体内。口罩以棉质口罩最好，因为一些人对无纺布过敏，而棉质口罩一般人都不过敏，而且易清洗。外出归来，应立即清洗面部及裸露的肌肤。

我们要保护环境、多种树、少砍树、节约每一张纸、每一滴水、每一度电。不让可恶的雾霾再次出现!

“宝贝，快来把口罩戴上”最近几天，从来都反对带口罩的妈妈总是让我带口罩。因为现在淮安的空气质量非常不好，大家总是骂雾霾，可是又有谁知道，这雾霾的背后是人们没有环保意识而造成的呢？

外面的天气是一片灰暗，我的心也跟着充满灰意。“唰”一辆大客车从我眼前划过，汽车尾部，有一股黑烟匆匆而上，让原本灰暗的淮安城又“绣”上了一层危害。我捂着鼻子跑走了，这样的环境还能让人生存吗！“咳咳”我随声望去，原来是几个没有带口罩的路人呀。看到他们紧皱着眉头，我忽然想起这样严重的空气污染给人体也带来了许多不必要的危害——

吸入了太多空气中的细菌，大家都会知道对人体的肺部很不好，并且还会缩短人的寿命，这空气的污染带给我们的危害真的太多了！写到这里，我不由的把笔放下了，望着窗外灰蒙蒙的天空，我的心中不禁多了一丝担心，担心这样的空气到底要延续多久？这雾霾还会带给我们带来哪些伤害？这些雾霾仿佛住进了我的心里，令我陷入沉思……

但世界总是充满希望，每当我走在回家的路上时，总会看见一些身穿有黄色背心的清洁工阿姨们，而只有她们这些普通的不能再普通的人，才能带给我，带给社会一丝温暖。她们不分白天黑夜都辛勤的劳动，为我们美好的生活做出一身的奉献。如果每一个人都能向阿姨们一样，那这个世界该多么美好啊！我心想这些清洁工阿姨们带给我们多大的帮助啊！

同学们，让我们放下手中和笔，抛下脑后的烦恼抄起“武器”一起保卫我们的环境，我们的地球妈妈吧！就从随手捡起一片纸屑，少开一次汽车，世界将变的如此美好。手拉手，心连心，环保就从我们脚下，起航吧！

我有着一个小小的口罩，口罩外，围绕着团团霾体，我感到失落、伤心，为何要与雾霾相约?为何不能与它隔离?我的口罩，包含的不只是这霾体，还有伤心。这个瞬息万变、万象更新的清晰大千世界，怎么会变得看不清?那华丽绚烂的霓虹灯，在雾霾下，也不过一团彩色乌云。在雾霾下，一切都是那么不如意，虽说是朦胧的，但却没有任何意境，只是憎恨和忧伤。

我们都会与雾霾相约“九八”，我为何高兴不起来?我那么肆意的破坏环境，不就是等着雾霾的到来吗?为什么?

人们口头上的抱怨，都是浮云，没有任何用处。最管用的是好好保护大自然这位脆弱而又暴躁的“先生”吧!

好了，闲话不多说，我之所以题目取为“与雾霾相遇”，尽管这是大家不想要的，是因为我想让大家明白，这样做的后果，将不堪设想啊!

关于雾霾

Thank you very much for your concern. Last months several places in Beijing were blanketed with thick yellow fog. Everything around disappeared from oursight. Some highways were closed. Traffic jams were commonly seen in the streets. Many people, especially children and seniors, even found it difficult to breathe. As a result, local hospitals were crowded with people who had problems with their noses and lungs. Part of the cause was the dry weather, but the severely damaged environment contributed a lot to this nightmare. Personally I didn’t get any health problems in the haze because I stayed mostly indoors.But to make a significant change we really have to do more to protect our environment. To live a better life we have to push on with the economy, but it wound be meaningless if we have to achieve it at the cost of our breathing air.

今天，还是往常的时间醒来，看见外面还是一片漆黑，难道才刚刚过了五点？看看表，已经五点四十分了。虽奇怪，但还是按照平常的习惯收拾好准备上学了。母亲突然叫住我，拿出口罩，让我戴上。

今天雾气很大，路上的一切都是朦胧的。我揉揉眼，还是如此。向前走了一段，忽然发现，骑车的、走路的，不是戴着口罩，就是用手捂着嘴。偶然间瞥了一眼手表，发现快迟到了，我便加快速度往学校赶去。

从学校“解脱”时已是傍晚，路灯洒下的孤零零暗黄色的光，不远处的立交桥上车来车往，响声不断，显得渠水更加孤寂。穿过繁乱的车辆群，到达马路隧道口，抬头，不禁停住了呼吸：朦胧的烟环绕在隧道山洞里，黄色的光给了人较为宽阔的视野，更为那视线尽头的出口增添了神秘感。我不由得感叹道：“真美！”

悠悠地驶进隧道，我看着自己的影子忽大忽小，有时像个孩童，有时却像个年过花甲的老人。我有些恍惚，或许，这隧道是一个未开启的时光机。走过这隧道，我或许就到了自己的未来。未来的我是什么样的？是否达成了我最初的愿望？当穿过隧道之后，一切又成了泡影。我回过神来，顿了顿，向家驶去。

天色渐晚，我加速向前，不一会又被路旁的树迷住了——风轻拂过，树叶发出“窸窸窣窣”的优美乐曲。有的树叶经不住风的温柔与自由的诱惑，离开了大树，随风飘扬。这本是很平常的秋色，但在黄色的暖光和雾的衬托下，显得荒凉又孤寂。抬头看看天上的月亮，不那么明亮，却因为这雾感觉分外好看。车的鸣笛声将我唤醒，想到自己一人站在那里，一动不动，不知被多少人行了注目礼，脸有些发烫，飞快奔回家！

回到家时，大厅的灯还亮着。我把车推进门，边把书包递给母亲，边说：“今天的雾，真美！”母亲笑道，“这不是雾，是霾。霾是由空气中的灰尘、硫酸、硝酸、有机碳氢化合物等粒子组成的，会对人体的呼吸道造成伤害。”我不由感叹道：“原以为这朦胧的雾很美，谁料竟然对人类健康有危害！”

看来，看事情不能只看它的表面，要看清它的实质。不然就会被它美丽的外表所欺骗。

During the 15 days from New Year’s Eve to Lantern Festival， Beijing was affected by smog for more than half the time， because of which people suffered a lot. On the road people drove slowly because they could not see clearly. People also suffered from many illnesses caused by smog.

The smog in Beijing has been caused by many factors， in which the increase of cars in the city area plays an important role. The cars send off a lot of poisonous gases， which in turn adds to the already serious air pollution.

In my opinion， the number of cars should be limited. We should call on the people to use more public transport. Only in this way can we expect to have more sunny days.

在15天从除夕到元宵节,中国受到烟雾的影响超过一半的时间,因为人们遭受了很多。在路上人们慢慢开车,因为他们无法看得清楚。人也患有许多疾病引起的烟雾。

北京的烟雾已经由很多因素引起的,汽车的增加在城市地区扮演重要的角色。汽车发送了大量的有毒气体,进而增加了已经严重的空气污染。

在我看来,汽车的数量应该是有限的。我们应该呼吁人们多使用公共交通工具。只有用这种方法我们才能期望有更多的晴天。

我下课时，望着远处，看着那灰蒙蒙的天，心情也变得忧郁了。

雾霾是由于汽车尾气的大量排放和人们对大自然的破坏而产生的，要想改善现在这恶劣的天气，就要保护环境。这不仅仅是个人的责任，还是我们每一个地球公民的责任!
