那个春天多么美好！还在襁褓中的芦苇，从土中抬起头来；和风扑面，芦苇，你闻到了花朵和泥土的气息；天空中飞翔着鸟儿的翅膀，你伸手就握住了春天；感受阳光、感受雨露、感受色彩的流动、感受心中流出的音乐，芦苇，你唯独忘记了感受自己的成长；尽情地舒展腰肢，风中，你笑着舞着，嫩嫩的芽由小到大，笋样的身子由细变粗，地下的根茎也粗壮地匍匐开来……白天的星星呢？你学会思考，感觉头颅沉重时，夏季已经来临；圆锥样花穗含朵朵小花，芦苇，此时让我亲切地称呼你苇，初绽新蕾之艳，你站立成风中的美男子，在炎炎烈日中，日渐丰满地潇洒；这是夏日，苇，请用你的薄翼扇动几缕阳光；之后，我将远行，而霜将至，雪将至；让我记住，记住盈盈润润的月色照耀你，照耀你婆婆娑娑的醉意；记住你微风之中摇摇曳曳漾溢着的星光的气息；而你，而你是否像我记着你一样记住了我。

伊人是我。白羽黑翎头饰红冠，窈窈窕窕，矗立于水中；隔着秋水隔着白雾，我仰首唳天、引颈和鸣。

水草交接的远岸，秋风深了；芦絮已白，苇，你如海如涛如云如潮的舞动，我默念于心。

蒹葭萋萋， 白露未晞。 所谓伊人， 在水之湄…… 不要逆流而上，芦苇，你要把寒冷握在手中，站定冬天，等候我归来；记着，记着我们的故事；这个冬天，你将不再感到寒冷。

别离是为了再度的重逢，我们为自己的一次次背叛找到理由。是的，离开不是背叛；你一次又一次向我向我们张开宽容的怀抱；这是你的生地，渤海湾的滩头，河海的交界处，我回来了；历尽千山万水，风霜雪雨，我率领我的众姐妹回来了；寻着逝去的梦，我们———丹顶鹤、白头鹤、白枕鹤、白鹤、灰鹤、大雁、黑嘴鸥……浩浩荡荡的队伍，翔回我们的春天！

这个春天多么隆重：鹤来了，鸥来了，大苇莺也来了，全世界所有喜欢湿地的鸟儿们都飞到这里来了……

而你却睡了，浓浓地睡了； 这个春天多么温馨，你在自己的睡眠中开花了；静静地守候你，守候你的睡眠，守候你睡眠中甜美的笑；我们在你醒来的瞬间，含泪而歌而舞；紧紧地，紧紧地依恋你，我要向你讲述我丢失的整个冬天，把我，把我的灵魂寄托在你无言的爱抚和关切中……

轻轻地，我走出；走出秋天的芦苇荡；走出芦苇荡中我的遐思我的感动。

With the development of society, the competition of the entire society is

more and more intense, causing increasing pressure to people. Stress of study,

work and life are ubiquitous, but how can we deal with it? Here are some tips

that I hope can be useful.

Firstly, keep good health. A healthy body is the premise to face presure.

It’s the least capacity to cope with stress when a person is sick. Secondly, to

accept the pressure. The reason why many people can not cope with stress is that

they resist and escape it. Actually, there always is trouble and problems once

we chose a path to go, because almost everything worth doing is not so easy.

Thirdly, solve the problem, rather than complain about it. Many people complain

about the surroundings and don’t think about the solutions when faced with

problems. We all know that complaint can do nothing but only let you down. As

long as the problem not solved, the pressure is always there. Fourthly, tell

others your pressure and get help from them. Lots of pressure can’t be solved by

our own and the rational way is talking the pressure to workmates or friends to

get help from them. But the premise to do so is that we don’t intend to put

pressure to others but to seek help and support to solve problems.

Of course, there also are some other ways to cope with stress, such as

readjusting goal and expectation, playing games to relax, even shopping or

eating. But no matter how, solving the problem that causes stress is the best

way.

都说春姑娘有一支神奇的画笔，往哪儿一点，哪儿就长满了鲜花嫩草；今天，我也要见识见识春姑娘那神奇的画笔。于是，我来到了人民公园。

一进门，我就看到公园两边排着五颜六色的花儿，她们一个个都弯着腰好象在说：“国王陛下，请您慢慢欣赏”。

诗人贺知章写有“碧玉妆成一树高，万条垂下绿丝绦；不知细叶谁裁出，二月春风似剪刀。”今天被我见了，还真是佩服。不信你看，细细的树枝托着碧绿的嫩叶，犹如仙境一般。令游人赞不绝口。

看，树上的叶子都“叶落归根”了，新的叶子又一片片冒出来；那一片片新叶给美丽的公园增添了勃勃生机。

瞧，一只只小蝌蚪已经出来找妈妈了，远处，三五只野鸭正拨着水往前游，就像一只只小船在水面上漂来漂去，难怪古人说春江水暖鸭先知呢。

你看，那些老人们玩得真高兴，他们仿佛又回到了自己年轻的时候，一片欢歌笑语，高兴得嘴都合不拢了。

最忙的就数小朋友了，有的滑旱冰，你追我赶，有的在爸爸妈妈的陪同下欢快地放着风筝，不亦乐乎。

春天可是最舒服的季节了，谁要是错过了这美好时光，那可真是太可惜了……

Different countries have different customs and different ways to celebrate festival. In our China, we have a variety of festivals, of which celebrating way is different. For example, we will eat mooncake in Mid-autumn Festival and have dragon boat races in the Dragon Boat Festival and eat zongzi. But in some extend, we celebrate all the festivals in the same way. Every family will have a big meal with their family. It is a time for family gathering. No matter what kind of celebrating way for a festival, it is the time to enjoy life.

不同的国家有不同的风俗习惯和不同的节日庆祝方式。在我们中国，我们有各种各样的节日，而庆祝它们的方式是不一样的。例如，我们会在中秋节吃月饼、在端午节赛龙舟、吃粽子。但从某种程度上说，我们都是以同样的方式来庆祝所有的节日。每家每户都会和家人一起吃大餐。这是属于家庭相聚的时间。无论用什么样的方式来庆祝，这都是享受生活的时刻。
