It was the third day of our winter holiday. Today, there are many business in my mothers company. So my mother told me to help my uncle who is the manager of my mothers company. 今天晚上，我去上菁华浩扬英语课时，徐老师让我们分成两组举行了一场对抗赛。首先她让我们给自己的队伍起一个好听的名字，于是在叽叽喳喳的叫嚷中我们选中了“雏鹰队”这个名字，而对手却选择了“猛虎队”来做他们的队名。

竞赛开始了，老师在我们两个队各挑了一个人，让他们到黑板前写单词，“斗”了几个回合后，我们组领先了两分，对方恼羞成怒，拼命想把比分给扳回来。可是在读单词环节中他们又输惨了，结果现在我们已经领先四分了。到最后一个抢答的环节了，老师说：“这个项目是考验你们的反应能力的，猛虎队还有扳回比分的机会，要加油呀！”猛虎队员们一个个跃跃欲试，摩拳擦掌，看起来要和我们拼一个你死我活，鱼死网破了。你看在比赛中他们都反应神速，你争我抢的回答问题，可我们的队员也不是好惹得，个个争的面红耳赤，最后徐老师统计比分，我们“雏鹰队”以26：17这样悬殊的差距赢得了比赛。徐老师说：“下次你们猛虎队要加油啊！”

下课了，我们的队员还嘲笑地说：“你们地上跑的还是不如我们天上飞的吧，哈哈哈！”

On small year day,my dad took me to skate.that was very fanny.i fell all the time.it was a little ache,but i still skated.

国庆长假的第四天早上妈妈叫我起床去接我的舅舅、舅妈和我的哥哥去常州嬉戏谷玩。坐了一上午的车子终于到了，那里的停车场一望无边，进去以后我们先看瓦族人的表演看完表演以后，我们去坐览车，等了两个小时终于轮到我们了，我们又去看水上摩托一共有三辆。然后出了大门去无锡吃晚饭。。。。。。。

第二天我们去三国城玩，我们先去看“三英战吕布”，他们真的好厉害啊，能再马背上打仗。然后我们又去坐快艇，好刺激啊，特别在拐弯的时候，总感觉船要翻了一样。这个长假我玩的非常开心!

爸爸今天宣布了一件事情：今天我们去罗山。听完后，我十分的激动，据我所知，罗山，又名罗山国家森林公园。位于山东省招远市欧家夼北，北接龙口，东连栖霞，总面积是480公顷，1992年9月罗山被国家林业局批准为国家级森林公园。吃完找饭后，我们一家子就出发了，虽然一路的颠簸很累，但是到了罗山下我就不怎么觉得累了。

一进去，呈现在眼前的是一条林荫小道，我们面前的小路有阴凉又清爽。

上山不到一会，我就开始气喘吁吁，爸爸鼓励我说：“加油!”在后面，路越来越陡，越来越高也越来越险。人也越来越多。很多人都气喘吁吁，很多人也放弃了，我也想放弃时，爸爸说：“加油，快到了，开弓没有回头箭，这里没有下山的路，只有山顶有下山的路。”慢慢的我也爬上了罗山，山顶有三面雕像，叫做三圣坛。在三圣坛右边有一个小亭子，在小亭子里往下看山里的风采站在山顶上一览无余，美不胜收。

过了一会，我们顺着小路就下山了回家了。

今天，我从楼底下举办了陀螺大战斗项目，有好多人来参加，我带着我的“宝物”炽焰神鸟，其中有我的朋友王梓纯，我们抽签来决定，我抽到了跟王梓纯对战，他拿的是轩元灵豹。

陀螺对战的时候分两种一种是攻击，一种是持久，我们先玩攻击，因为我知道王梓纯陀螺不擅长攻击，所以，我才用诈来赢王梓纯，但最后，我还是觉得我太骄傲了，因为，王梓纯竟然赢了。我放弃了，王梓纯看见我这样，就跑到我面前说：“赵正宇，我告诉你，失败不可怕，可怕的是被失败__。”这句话倒提醒了我，我心里暗暗的想：“对，失败只是一个开始，只要坚持就一定能成功。”然后，我说：“咱们再比一次。”王梓纯说：“这才是一个男子汉。”

我们的比赛很激烈，我躲来又躲，王梓纯追来又追，最后，我看见王梓纯的陀螺快不行了，我就用拉绳推着陀螺向王梓纯的陀螺撞去，王梓纯也有诈，他也想躲，把我的陀螺体力耗尽，但他刚动绳陀螺就停了。

国庆节期间，我、妈妈和两个姐姐到东坡运动广场游玩。

来到了这里，我们看到了人山人海的广场显得格外狂欢。小朋友们有的在广场里快乐的玩耍，有的在喷泉下戏水，有的在沙滩上垒城堡，还有的在旱冰场里滑旱冰。啊!他们玩的可真高兴!大人们在亭台下休闲的聊天。

为了提高自己的英语水平， 把知识和实践结合，在朋友的介绍下，我来到了龙海学友教育补习机构，开始了我的执教之路。该学校是经教育行政主管机关批准成立的专业中学学培训机构，我的实习地点是福建漳州龙海市，这里是风景秀美的旅游区，这里有我的汗水和欢乐。我的实践内容是教培训班的学生英语课程。由于教学经验很浅，对于教学活动的程序和要求都不熟悉了，我对于教学工作不敢怠慢，认真学习，深入研究教法，虚心向学校里有经验的老师学习，获得了不少的关于中学英语教学现状的信息和对于英语教学的知识技巧。学校总负责人也为我安排了一位专门的指导教师——赵老师。在王老师的耐心指导下，我学会了如何写备课笔记，如何活跃课堂气氛，如何用简单的英语句子和同学们进行课堂交流等等。特别是她和另几名教师教我的小游戏，使我在课堂上很好地调动了学生的积极性，令我受益匪浅！

实习日志二

今天新来了俩个同事，都是漳州师院的。她们都比我一个大二，一个大三，但是她们看起来挺干练的，一问才知道她们从大一起就在周末兼职了，因为家里经济压力比较大的原因她们从大一起就自己解决生活费了，一个女生告诉我大一的时候她每个周末会骑两个小时的自行车到一个小学生家里当家教，上课的时间也是两小时来来回回的感觉一天都在忙碌虽然钱不多一个小时20元但是很充实。她面带微笑的给我描述那些但是还是想我想到了很多，想想在大学的时候有多少学生在学校攀比挥霍，他们可曾想过穷人家的孩子为了区区40元要如何去努力呢。包括今天新来的两个同事，住在一起的老师一共9个，有教数学，化学，物理和英语的。虽然中学的时候我的物理还是不错的，但是我还是选择了自己的专业英语。学友负责人是个挺帅的男老师，他姓卓他自己是教化学的是化学组的组长。他给每个老师分配了一下各自的教学任务额课件。我是英语教研组的组长助理也许是因为我是大四的学生吧就把这个职位分配给我了，不知道能不能做得很好但是我会尽力的，既然来了就要做好。她还给老师没人发了两套工作服和工作牌挺职业的感觉。整理好自己的东西我就进了房间，还好有空调不热，美美地睡一觉明天好好工作。相信自己能行的。

实习日志三

今天早上我们一早起来就唱了学友教育的主题歌《我相信》感觉充满了斗志，接着我们看了一集《赢在中国》感受颇深，这是在学校的时候从来没有去关注过的东西。下午我们沿街发学友教育的传单，要每个店面一家一家的发过去每人发300张，发的过程中你要去给每家店主介绍学友教育，还要收集20条建议，发传单不难一家一家的介绍过去才是最难的。因为以前很少主动和陌生人说话现在一说还要说那么多，刚开始进到店里的时候还好店主没有对我表示反感，耐心地听我介绍了学友教育可能是因为他也有小孩在中学读书吧。聊着聊着的时候店主还给我倒了杯水。进入下一家店的时候是一家服装店，里面很都客人我给店主和客人都发了传单，但是店主好像不欢迎我的样子，说她们不需要这些，我突然意识到可能是我影响了人家的生意了换位思考要是我是店主我也不希望我在做生意的时候被别人影响的。接着我就学聪明了看到店里没人的时候我才进去。和店主们谈了很多他们也给了我们很多很好的建议，比如暑假期间能不能解决孩子食宿问题啊，小班教学人数能不能再少点这样老师就能顾及班上每一个同学了等等。我都记录好了回去可以总结下反馈给负责人。300份总算发完了，好像完成了个巨大的工程。晚上老总请我们吃了海鲜大餐还不错哦。

实习日志四

卓老师给我们说前几天的培训重点还是放在备课上，备课一定得充分，只要能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。上课内容要丰富，现实，教态要自然，讲课要生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。学友有一对一的学生还有小班的学生，所以在备课的时候我格外关注细节，作为老师每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。我们都知道英语是一门外语，对初学者而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学也无法学下去。教案也是教学前的重头戏，以前从来没有备过，为了做出实用的教案，我专门在网上查找了相关的资料。为了第一节课的教案，我接连奋斗了两个晚上，总算捣鼓出一篇像样的教案。虽算不上精品，但至少在上讲台前要有充足的准备。教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性，曾有一位前辈对我说：“备课备不好，倒不如不上课，否则就是白费心机。”我明白到备课的重要性，因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。

实习日志五

这几天还一样都是培训期今天上午卓老师还没有让我们上课，他让我们在三楼的教室里继续备课，但是从今天开始就要互相试讲了，卓老师告诉我们备课的最终目标是要脱离课件，我虽然备课是挺充分的但是要脱离课件我觉得好难啊因为内容实在是太多了。下午再进行正规的上课指导。在教室里刚开始的时候会有点小紧张虽然我们是老师之间互相的练习，但是毕竟以前没有过这方面的经历，所以有点摸不着头脑。不知道如何去把握课堂的节奏。师院的老师还是很专业的从她们的站姿和板书的内容就可以看出了，轮到我上去了，开始的时候声音还会颤抖连我自己都感觉到了，但是每个老师都用鼓励的眼神望着我我就不那么害怕了，想想现在算什么啊还是磨枪的时候呢。后来我就很自如的讲了自己刚才准备的东西，到现在我还记得自己第一次试讲的内容是定语从句。我还是没有脱离课件，我觉得是要多试几次把自己要讲的东西思路理得非常顺的时候才能脱离吧。在我一遍又一遍的试讲之后我感觉好多了，好像更自信了。现在才明白了practice makes perfect的含义呵呵。但是我感觉大学里学的东西好像和现在的内容联系也不是很大还是要花好多时间去备课的。还要自己去补充很多的知识，这样才是对学生负责的。我现在才明白老师的压力其实很大的，你要保证你会回答学生的每一个问题还要保证都能回答对，其实老师不是圣人也有不会的时候。我在想上课的时候要是学生问我的问题我不会怎么办呢？唉下午要去请教高人了。

实习日志六

今天卓老师让我去听听学友元老级英语教师赵紫刚老师上的英语课，听说他上课上得很好，作为实习老师的听课与以往的听课应当不同的。可叹自己做了16年的学生，听了各色各样的老师讲课，或严谨或幽默，或深入浅出，或步步深入，习惯了听课只是记笔记，学知识，从来没有留心去观察老师上课的方法，但是这堂得听课，我的重点就是去观察一个老师是如何组织她的教学活动的。赵老师讲课声音很宏亮，我坐在最后面还可以听得非常清楚。第一次听课听的便是新单元的对话与短文理解。那些对话与短文我倒是可以讲清楚是什么意思，但是对于其中体现的语法，新单词的运用等我却并不能一一指出。尤其是那些什么形式宾语，定语，状语之类的术语，自己最是难以说清。再加上大学里学的英语多是欣赏阅读，很少涉及到句子结构语法分析。大二时讲的语法课是全英文的厚厚的一本，当堂课还知道讲的什么。课后全不知什么了，发现自己的英语知识只是零散的东一块西一片，没有形成整体的结构框架，不知道怎样串起来，也不知道哪里是重点。看见赵老师给同学们一条一条例举的详略得当又重点突出，觉得自己在教学太欠缺了，得好好学习一下了。但是我还没有直接问他因为我感觉自己能解决的问题自己先解决比较好。
