I went to visit the Great Wall with my friends during the summer vacation.

We went there by bus. It took us about two hours to get there. It was hot and

windy that day. There were thousands of people. When we saw a group of

foreigners,we went up and talked with them. We told them lots of history of the

Great Wall. They were very surprised when they saw that our English were

exellent and we knew a lot about the Great Walls history. They thanked us a lot

and we really had a good time. We felt proud of ourselves and being Chinese.

Failure exists in every stage for everybody. As students, I think the most common failure would be failing in the exam. Yes, I have failed in the exam for many times. It is very common, because on one can keep the name of ever-victorious generals forever. But some students do not figure out this. When they fail in the exam, they need a long time to recover, even have directly negative effect on their inner heart. This is not the right way to deal with this problem. We need to figure out the reason why we don’t do well in the exam. And then correct it. Try our best to get better next time.

初一上学期飞快地溜走了，我期末考试完踏出校门的那一刻，感觉压在心中的一块儿石头落了地。但仔细一想，我还是有一些小遗憾在身。

就拿数学来说吧，那试卷的大题都需要我们深入思考，倒数第二道大题是先找出规律，然后再算得数。这是一道很平常的算术题，而我就在算法这“跳坑”了，一出考场信心满满，可到估分时就傻了眼。我心里很后悔，后悔没有更加认真仔细的做题，从而宝贵的“四分”从我笔尖上擦肩而过，如果就因为这“四分”与年级前100名隔开距离了呢？

再比如我的语文，那份试卷上有两个猜字谜的题。第一个是：家中有一口；第二个是：十个哥哥，我一看是这种题，就有点不知所措，第一道题我就开始从“问”、“回”类似的字想，虽然我觉得不可能，但是也不知从何字去想。第一场下了后，我们都开始纷纷议论这道题，我们的答案各不相同，讨论了好久才知道，答案原来是“豪”和“克”。我又一想，真是这样，我也不知考试时是怎么想的，为什么就没有想到呢？我这“两分”丢的心甘情愿，也为我以后学习敲响了警钟。

这次期末考试说明，我还有很大的进步空间，需要我趁寒假的机会弥补我的不足之处。

I have stayed in shanghai alone for a week. it’s time for me to go to my

real home—it is in beijing. my parents are waiting for me. although outside is

no matter how beautiful, beijing is still my home. in fact, there is many fresh

It was the third day of our winter holiday. Today, there are many business in my mothers company. So my mother told me to help my uncle who is the manager of my mothers company. I sat in my mothers office and help her answer the telephone. While I was free, I was writing my homework. Although I also have a lot of time to do my homework, I still do it. In the coming summer holiday, I am going to do a lot of interesting

——期末考试，这号称学生致命弱点的考试！

这噩梦般的名字，深深地刻在每个学生的心底。一年级开始，老师、家长，甚至连门卫叔叔都无时无刻不在强调考试的重要性！成绩决定你上什么样的中学、大学，找什么样的工作，成绩是最重要的，其它都是其次、都是假的，没什么能与它伦比的！

考前，堆积如山的作业、卷子，老师、家长一刻不停地唠叨，我们不断地刷题、巩固。但凡有一个知识点没有掌握，他们都急得焦头烂额，如同热锅上的蚂蚁，不断地让我们做这方面的卷子、题库，我们就如同战士场上的将军，带领着铅笔，亲自上阵杀敌，敌人杀不尽，像长江黄河之水一般涌向我们，我挥舞着刀枪，砍向一个个敌人，最终，还是被淹没在这茫茫的江水中！这种日子似乎看不到尽头，无休无止，在我心中祈祷，家长啊，老师啊，能不能不要在考前布置这么多作业，不要再让我刷题，可是，他们根本就没听见，依旧我行我素……

考试时，敌方带领着数学军团，语文军团，英语军团朝我杀来，我毫不示弱，见招拆招，你一枪我一剑，我仿佛身穿金黄色的铠甲，足蹬长筒马靴，手持一柄长剑，浑身上下金光闪闪，奋勇杀敌，额头上沁出晶莹的汗珠，战场上烟火袅袅……

考场里，学霸们在奋笔疾书，他们神情激昂，仿佛只是一些小打小闹，只要稍微注意，便可大获全胜，不浪费一兵一卒！再看看那些学渣们的表现吧，他们个个愁眉苦脸，慢吞吞的写着，仿佛一切都是宿命！监考老师也不一般，他们的眼睛如雷达一般，只要看哪位同学稍敢妄动，就会被立马盯上，老师在讲台上居高临下，所有同学都心惊胆战，生怕被盯上……

何时为止？

在刚刚结束的期末考试里，我犯了很多不该犯的错误。

首先我要改掉考试不细心读题目的坏习惯。有时候我往往看着题目前面就顺手把后面的问题写上了，但是却错了很多。这也许也和答题技巧有关系。总之，通过以后的练习，我一定要在考试的过程之中认真审题，自习读题，把题目看准、看好。时间允许的时候要多检查几遍，绝对不允许自己再犯类似于这样的无谓的错误。

其次，我还要加强语文、数学、英语三门主科以及政治、历史、地理、生物和物理的习题强化。通过考试，我终于明白山外有山，人外有人。平日大家都聚在一起做一样的题目，感觉不出来有什么明显的差异。可是一当考试，才发现原来那么多考试题目是我从来看都没看过的。只怪自己买的练习题做的少。不能允许自己再继续这样下去，所以，我一定要加倍努力，从这次考试之中汲取教训，增加力量，为下一次考试做好准备，打好基础。

考试技巧贵在练习。生活之中，我还要多多加强自己的练习和复习，考试之前制定周详的复习计划，不再手忙脚乱，没有方向。平日生活学习中学会积累，语文积累好词好句，数学也要多积累难的题目，英语则是语法项目。对做完形填空等练习题也是提高英语的好方法。

对于各科老师，我希望老师不要对我失去信心，虽然我这次考得并不理想，但是我相信自己的实力。下一次考试，我一定会努力的！

I was born in an ordinary family, but the love my parents gave me made me

feel that I was the happiest girl in the world. Before I went to middle school,

my parents decided to let me live in the hometown, where I spent the good time.

I was surrounded by green trees and clean water. Every day, I would play funny

games with my friends. When I went to middle school, I left hometown and moved

to the city to live with my parents. I needed to focus my attention to study.

Every night, my father would check my homework and if I had questions, he would

help me to solve them. My mother always made delicious dessert for us. When I

finished homework, we ate them together and talked happily. I had the good time

of my childhood.

Next week I would like to go to Kaifeng and parents. Kaifeng has many great

snacks， such as steamed buns， sesame seed Gaul. Kaifeng also on the famous

Qingming River Park， I think it has to be very beautiful. My parents will be

opened to see my uncle and live in his house one night.

“叮咛”、“叮咛”上课铃声响了，今天第一节课就是我喜欢的英语课，我们的英语老师，束老师满脸笑容的走进了教室。

老师像往常一样首先带我们复习了前一个单元的内容，紧接着老师让我们一个一个打背书，老师抽查到我背书的时候，我不慌不忙的背起了课文，背完之后，老师还夸我：“不错，不过还要再熟练一点。”

抽查完背诵之后，英语老师就让我们代开书第42页上新的一颗，今天的内容是教我们认识水果，比如苹果用英语说：“apple”、香蕉用英语说：“banana”等！原来这些水果用英语说出来是这么多好听！

今天课堂上老师还让我们同桌之间相互表演课文内容的小对话，我扮演的角色是妈妈，张永祥扮演的是Sarah，我们都很用心地在表演着这段对话，老师站在一旁默默看着我们的表演，对我们做出一副夸赞我们的表情，我当时看着老师心里非常的开心。

其实每一节英语课我都觉得很有趣，也很认真的听老师讲课，我喜欢英语我要好好的学习英语，要像我们束老师一样说一口流利的英语，长大以后能到国外去看看。

How happy I am. Yesterday I finished all the work very quick, so I have a

lot of time to do myself. Sometimes finish work early is a good thing, we can

have more interests to do the next work. Because of this, I write English dairy

eight in the morning. But I wrote it in the evening in the pass day. Everyone,
