英语教学即兴演讲（汇集20篇）

在实际写作过程中，有的学生感到无从下笔，即使能写，也仅仅是简简单单的句子;有的学生甚至对英语写作望而生畏，消极应付;总体上学生存在严重的英语表述上的困难。写作能力不高主要表现在：母语影响、词汇量少;单词造句、搭配不当;不懂句型、语法不通;信息不全、条理紊乱;语言连贯性差，缺少锻炼;缺少整体的谋篇布局和前后呼应。因此，如何有效地改进英语写作教学，结合自己的教学心得，我认为，培养学生的写作能力可从以下三方面入手。

一、扩展语言输入，奠定写作基础

英语作为一门语言，它具有一定的工具性和人文性，它的结构应是：词—句—篇。“词”是基础，“句”是过渡，“篇”是则是目的。整个训练遵循“词不离句，句不离篇”的原则，由浅入深，循序渐进，不断提高。为了提高学生的写作能力，我在日常教学中，尝试了“词、句、篇”三步曲的写作教学。在教学中做到 “教、学、用”三者的统一。

(一)巧记单词

书面表达需要一定的词汇量，学生书面表达时容易忘记单词或把汉英词汇等同起来。因此，要求学生坚持每天听写、默写、循环记忆单词，掌握巩固词汇。还要求学生给出与单词有关的同义、近义、反义和词形相似的词，使词汇量得到最大限度的复现。

(二)用词造句、连词成句

造句是英语写作中极其重要的一环。可以说，会造句就会写作。要学会造句，需要注意以下几方面。

1、熟练记忆词汇和短语

这个环节是最基本、最重要的。记忆单词和短语时，可以从五个方面入手：词性、拼写读音、意思、用法。抓住了这一点，就像打好了万丈高楼的地基。否则，写作就无从谈起。

2、熟练记忆各种句型和结构

在牢记词汇和短语的基础上，还要记忆各种句型和结构，为造句进一步打下坚实的基础。像There be / How many / How much / be+adj / be+V-ing / make sb. do sth /plan/wish/hope/want to do sth.等句型和结构。在表达某个意思时，注意让学生尽量使用学过的结构造句，不可随心所欲地造出汉语式的英语句子。

3、掌握各种时态及语态的含义和用法

要写出一个英语句子，就要明白时态和语态。也就是说，谓语动词使用什么形式。这就要求学生对八种常用时态和两种语态非常清楚。因此，熟练地使用各种时态语态对于造句尤为重要。

4、掌握句子类型和成分

简单句的五种基本句型是句子类型中最基本的型式，每个英语句子都是以它们为模型写成的。掌握了它们，适时引导学生扩大句式，鼓励学生利用课文中的句型造句。另外还要训练学生“一句多译”的能力。有时候，拿到一个中文句子，可能不会译，这时，就要想办法，换成其他的表达方法，迂回曲折，达到目的。通过这样的训练，可以增加学生的多渠道的语言思维，提高应变能力，从而避免“中国式”的英语。

(三)连句成篇

此项训练的主要目的是培养学生把语法项目、教材内容和文章体裁有机结合起来的能力。

1.要求学生仿写。掌握在英语学习中所学到的连词。只有连词才能把句子连成语篇。

八年级所学课文都有一定的篇幅，老师在引导学生理解课文的基础上，可要求学生用所学过的短语和句型，用自己的话把课文的基本内容简要的表达出来。如在教授八年级第二单元阅读理解，说明篮球的发明者是谁?是在说明情况下发明的。在老师的帮助下，学生可以吧短文改编为对话的形式展现出来。这样既吧学生的读、说的能力和写的能力同时训练了。也大大的提高了学生的兴趣

2.列出提纲，引导学生写作。

引导学生书面表达有许多形式，教师要从学生“学”的角度来设计教学活动，使学生的学习活动具有明确目标，并构成一个有梯度的连续活动。我首先采用给出文中的关键词或短语，整理素材和文章要用到的信息和关键词。帮学生做好铺垫和理清思路，让学生的大脑里有东西，这样学生才有可能写出东西来，帮学生树立信心，克服心理恐惧，从写作中获得了成功的快乐，树立了写作的信心。

3.注重平时的词句积累

鼓励学生收集好词好句，以便于在写作时能信手拈来。

二、进行有效指导，扎实写作训练

1.巧设课堂，限时作文

训练时当场发题，促使学生瞬间接受信息，快速理解信息，迅速表达信息，提高实际应用和应试能力。这一步是关键，也是学生的难关。首先必须使学生明白书面表达题既不是汉译英，也不是作文，不可任意发挥，要求的是将所规定的材料内容经整理后，展开思维，目的在于考查学生运用所学英语知识准确地表达意思的能力。必须要求学生在写作过程中牢牢记住以下口诀：“先读提示，弄清要点与格式;时态语态要当心，前后呼应要一致;句子结构和搭配，语言习惯莫违背;文章写好细检查，点滴小错别忽视。”学生明确目的并掌握要领后，要严格在规定时间内完成作业。训练的初级阶段，每次时间可放宽一点。随着学生写作能力增强，时间相应缩短，逐步做到20分钟内完成任务，决不能养成拖拉的坏习惯。

2.优化习作批改，及时讲评

作文的批改与讲评是写作教学的最后一个环节，也是其重要的一个环节。由于班级人数多，批改的工作量很大。因此，教师可以让学生动手参与，互相评改。由于学生之间的了解更深刻，他们之间的相互交流往往能收到很好的效果。而当学生意识到教师并不是他文章的唯一读者时，他们会更认真地写好作文。因此，让学生相互传阅和批改作文不仅增加了写作时的真实感，更重要的是，能训练学生的语言意识和语境。

我们高二的几位老师都有同感：学生的作文越来越难改，批改一篇作文花上的时间要比写一篇作文的时间还要多，而学生也越来越害怕作文，不喜欢写作文，甚至讨厌、不写作文。这个既令学生又另老师伤脑筋的问题还真不容忽视。为此，我们几个一起查询资料、讨论，以求找到解决的办法。现简单小结一下，以促进今后的英语教学。

一、 向学生解释英语写作的重要性。

英语写作能力的提高需要持之以恒的长期训练。如果学生对写作重要性认识不够，他们就不能积极主动地去配合老师搞好写作训练，甚至产生逆反心理，产生对立情绪，英语写作就会半途而废，达不到预期目的。因此在平时教学中，老师要经常性地有意识地对学生进行写作重要性的教育。学生一进入高中就要让他们了解初中和高中英语教学要求的异同。

二、指导学生写作时值得注意的几个问题：

1.教师要有明确合理的教学计划和教学程序，组织系统规范的有序训练。刚开始的时候，我们要求所有学生至少每周写一篇作文。而不少学生因为英语基础太差，写作相当困难。因此作文迟迟交不上来。基于这种情况，后阶段作文我们对于部分学生适当放宽了要求。

2.坚持循序渐进的训练原则。写作要先易后难，先短后长，先学会运用简单句、并列句，后学会用复合句表达，先写正确句子逐步过渡到围绕一个人、一件事、一个观点去写有中心的文章，由不限定时间到限定时间，由限定时间长到限定时间短，由限定字数少到多……同样，不少学生，尤其是对英语不感兴趣的一些男生每次写作时总是以“不知道”为由不写。我找他们谈话，鼓励他们哪怕是先写自我介绍。第一次就写出自己的姓名，出生年月和出生地。第二次你还可就自己的爱好写一两句或者介绍自己的家庭也可。学生哈哈笑了：这个容易。但事实上就这么简单的他们也犯了不少错误。这使我更明白了对于学生不能急于求成。

3.分程度要求。当今的素质教育主张分层次教学，对学生的要求不能一刀切，对学习好的要求要高，对学习差的要求要适当低一些。要避免有些学生轻而易举而沾沾自喜，而有些学生却无从下手。

4.注意讲评。任何人都喜欢听好话，学生也一样。因此我们要经常指出学生的优点，提高他们的积极性，同时委婉地指出缺点和错误，避免以后重犯。

5.基础知识和能力并重，听说读和写并举。在平时教学中应充分利用一切可以利用的机会启发引导学生提高自己的写作水平。如遇到优秀的句、段或篇提示学生注意欣赏作者的表达法，把它们作为范例，在自己写作中加以模仿和运用。又如遇到英汉表达方法不同之处，提示学生注意英语的正确表达法，切忌出现汉语式的英语。要帮助学生养成正确运用标点符号的好习惯，切忌一点到底的错误方法。

6.要求学生在写作中宁简勿误，不能养成随随便便的习惯，要养成严谨推敲的作风。

英语语言学习的外延和生活的外延相等。平时学生怕写作文，是因为话题与生活实际联系不够紧密，而本次习作，让学生在不受空间、金钱等的限制下自由想象作文。学生根据生活实际谈自己的梦想，徐徐道来，构思奇特，颇具匠心。

写作是一个由浅入深、由易到难、由简到繁的训练过程，任何一个环节出问题都会影响学生写作能力的培养。因此，盲目的训练往往多做无用功，我们必须在平时就十分注重方法与技巧。

1、注意多种训练方法相结合。

与任务(task)相结合。目标明确， 如写“我的梦中小屋”，有目的的引导学生画画、描述、说明想要的小屋。调动学生的积极性，所以在培养学生这方面的能力时，我尽量与教学的多种任务相结合，而不是纯粹布置一篇作文。贯穿这节写作课的也是一系列的任务。

2、平时注重解题技巧的养成：

1). 准备工作 ①.仔细审题，明确要求 ②.紧扣要点，寻求思路。

2). 写作之中 ①.开门见山，紧扣主题。②.语言正确，规范地道。尽量使用学过的、最熟悉也最有把握的句型、结构，应尽量避免中国式英语。要养成正确运用标点符号的好习惯，切忌一点到底的错误方法。③.重短轻长, 就易避难。④.过渡自然，表达流畅。注意前后句、上下文尽量过渡自然，正确使用and, or, but, because, so, then, after等词，保持行文的流畅。不重复使用可置换的词，如描述“我的梦中小屋”时，可以用firstly, secondly, then, after that等表示先后的序列词。

3).成文之后

鼓励学生学会批改自己的习作。

①.一般语法项目的检查——英语中的人称、时态、单复数、习惯用法等都是非常重要的，即使在朗读中好像全理解，但在动笔的实践中就往往出错。如我们这篇作文多用一般现在时，第一人称。

②.注意语序——英语中的疑问句、感叹句和宾语从句都是通过语序的变化来构成和体现的，不注意会出现错误和意义上混淆。本篇作文要注意感叹句的语序。

④.书写规范，卷面整洁。卷面不整洁，使人无法看清你写的究竟是什么，那么就可能按错处理。所以在写时，我让学生一定要先打草稿。

So one can never be locked alone inside his own room, doing his research work and dedicated to book knowledge

How can an isolated person be well-informed enough to go ahead of othersIf so, that could be ridiculous. Success is what one desires. So long as one is perseverant, hard working and up-to-date, I am sure success is near at hand

Last week, I took part in an English speech contest which was held by our teachers. There were twelve students in the final contest. I was one of them.

Fifteen minutes before my turn, I picked my topic and prepared for it. I wrote down the outlines and organized what I was going to say. However, when I stood in front of all judges and students, I was extremely nervous. My mind was totally empty.

Then I took a deep breath to relax myself and started my speech. The result was not as good as I expected, but I preferred to regard it as a challenge to myself, whose process was the most important for me. I can learn a lot from this contest. I am sure I will be better next time.

在小学的英语教案的阅读中，教师有时往往为了培养学生对英语学习的兴趣，经常会利用游戏，因为游戏受到学生的喜爱。课堂上唱唱跳跳，说说演演，形式花哨，十分热闹，使学生在快乐中接受教师预设的价值取向。但时间一久，我们不难发现：很多学生原有的最初的学习热情急剧下降，原始的兴趣正逐渐地不复存在，他们会因为有些游戏的重复，而显得无精打采。在课堂教学中经常会遇到这样的情况：课前教师不遗余力的精心设计游戏组织来吸引学生兴趣；课上学生走来走去，又是叫又是跑，甚是热闹，这样的教学次序直接影响教师的教学流程，教学环节流于形式；往往一堂课后，学生懵懵懂懂，一知半解；长此以往，学生捧着课本迷惑地望着你，不知道自己到底要学习和掌握书上的哪些内容。究其原因不难发现，课堂环节安排不合理，所学的知识没及时巩固，知识没能螺旋上升，直接导致教学的畸形，学生的学习成绩往往大家都不满意。面对如此频频告急的教学危机，这不能不引发我们的反思。

我个人认为，激发学生对学科兴趣的过程中，不能只停留在课堂表面的“活”，“乐”，“玩”中。我们更要注重学科本身，从学得后产生的成功体验来不断滋长兴趣，挖掘学生学习的内驱力。在教学中我们应该做到如下几点：

一、面向全体，分层教学

在游戏教学过程中，不可回避的如何对待优中差生。我们设计的游戏要注重面向全体学生，难度适中，让大家都参与。可以根据学生的个人素质，性格特点，记忆力反应速度等，因材施教，分层要求，以求最有效的激励机制促学生不断上进。

二、组织得法，严谨有序

做好游戏的组织工作，做到有条不紊，活而不乱。小学生天性爱游戏，争强好胜，有些学生做起来容易忘乎所以，甚至在课堂上，有时会情不自禁地高声喊，因此，首先，有开始游戏之前讲清规则。纪律要求，评分标准，防患未然。在游戏过程中即使还出现一些混乱，要能理解学生的心理，不一味批评，而是积极讲清楚，在集体活动中，大家应该遵守规则。

三、适时适度

我认为不能力求面面俱到，游戏过多，而忽略了主要教学内容的讲授和训练，喧宾夺主，把英语课上成游戏娱乐课，那就适得其反了。课堂游戏应该为课堂教学服务，当他成为一种摆设，或者是为游戏而游戏的时候，课堂游戏就失去了他的魅力了。

今天，我把所有作业都做完了，闲着没事干，便萌生出一个想法：教奶奶学英语。于是，我对奶奶说：“奶奶，我教您学英语吧？”“好！”奶奶爽快地答应了。我递给奶奶一张预先准备好的“新生报名单”。上面写着：“欢迎您加入花朵芬芳学校英语初级班，请填写您的英文名字。”奶奶一看新生报名单就愣住了。“我哪有什么英文名字呀？”“没关系，我帮您取。”我对奶奶说。

我想了一下，问奶奶“lavender,怎么样？”

“好，好，好。”奶奶没有经过思考就回答着。可当我问她“您叫什么英文名字呀？”她却把刚才的lavender忘得九霄云外了。于是，教奶奶学英语就从教奶奶学读英文名字开始了。

我不厌其烦地把lavender反复读给奶奶听。奶奶看着我的嘴型认真地学着。“la--ven--der”，可她的发音很不标准。

“奶奶，您的嘴巴再扁一点，行吗？”“?—?—?。”我把奶奶读的不标准的地方，抽出来单独训练。我记得自己学小提琴的时候，老师一直叫我把掌握不好的地方抽出来单独练，这样效果很好。所以我也用这种方法教奶奶。还别说，经过我的耐心指导，奶奶终于学会读自己的英文名字了。生怕下次再遗忘，奶奶拿来纸和笔，认真地记着笔记。

真认真啊！我在心里默默想着，奶奶年纪这么大了，学习起来还这么认真，真值得我学习呀。

奶奶学会了自己的英文名，我又教了奶奶一些水果类的单词，每学一个单词，奶奶都非常认真。

“奶奶，今天学的单词，我下节课要抽背的哦。”在下课前，我对奶奶提出了要求。“好的，我会认真复习的。”奶奶说。

就这样，一节有趣的英语课结束了。从中我不仅感受到了当老师的快乐，还体会到了生活的乐趣。

爷爷退休后觉得无聊，我就想教他学英语。于是，我对他说 ：“爷爷，我教您学英语吧?”爷爷一愣，然后说：“这么大岁数学英语，能行吗?再说，学了有什么用呢?”我就知道爷爷会这么说，早就准备好的劝说辞便一股脑儿地倒了出来 ：“退休后学一门外语，正是好时机，虽说您年岁大一点，记忆力差了些，但时间很宽裕，只要肯花工夫，学起来不一定比年轻人差。再说，您老外出旅游，遇上外宾还可交谈几句，怎么就没有用呢?”

我一番恳切的话，终于把爷爷的心说动了。心动之后是行动，自此，我每天抽空教爷爷学国际音标。在我的辅导下，爷爷学会了元音、辅音的发音方法，并 将 48 个 音 标 背 得 烂 熟 于 胸。 之 后，我又教爷爷单词的拼读法，并授口诀 ：“辅音轻，元音重，两音相撞猛一碰。”同时，我还教爷爷一些简单的日常用语。爷爷肯下功夫，学得很快，不久之后就能说一些句子了。

那段时间奶奶刚好去姑姑家住了一阵子，一天她回来刚进门，爷爷就给奶奶个“How are you”，搞得奶奶一时摸不着头脑。当她弄清了是英语问候语“你好吗”时，乐得直捶爷爷的背，说：“你这老头子，驴子学马叫，这么大年纪了还开什么洋荤。”我听了，在旁帮爷爷的腔 ：“奶奶，爷爷现在求上进学英语哩。他说他学会了还要教您学呢。”看着奶奶惊讶的表情，爷爷得意地说 ：“Yes !”

看着爷爷的高兴劲，我庆幸自己这步棋走对了。

Youth is not a time of life, it is a state of mind ; it is not rosy cheeks , red lips and supple knees, it is a matter of the emotions : it is the freshness ; it is the freshness of the deep springs of life .

Youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity of the appetite , for adventure over the love of ease. This often exists in a man of 60 more than a boy of 20 . Nobody grows old merely by a number of years . We grow old by deserting our ideals.

Years wrinkle the skin , but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul . Worry , fear , self –distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust .

Whether 60 of 16 , there is in every human being ‘s heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of what’s next and the joy of the game of living . In the center of your heart and my heart there’s a wireless station : so long as it receives messages of beauty , hope ,cheer, courage and power from men and from the infinite, so long as you are young .

When the aerials are down , and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old ,even at 20 , but as long as your aerials are up ,to catch waves of optimism , there is hope you may die young at 80.

任何一门课程的教学目标都不是唯一的，但是，任何课程都有一个基本目标。那么小学英语教育的基本目标是什么?(英语课程标准(实验稿))对此作了一个明确的回答，这就是“学生的发展是英语课程的出发点和归宿”。这里，“学生的发展”的内涵是丰富的，但是决不能被泛化而失去其最基本的学科特征。它应当主要地是指学生英语语言能力的发展。在一个以英语作为外语教育的国度里，学生英语语言能力发展的主要途径还是靠课堂。这就给我们的小学英语教师提出了一个问题，即如何通过课堂教学来促进学生的英语语言能力的发展。对于这个问题，许多小学英语教师一直在实践中艰苦探索，努力在实践中做出了一些改进，也或多或少取得了一些成效。但是，从总体来看，这个问题并没有得到令人满意的解决。

一个重要原因是，我们的教学研究只是试图不断调整我们那些不恰当的教学行为，而并没有真正触及英语课堂教学改革的灵魂，即没有真正解决制约英语教育发展的理论与理念的问题。在新一轮基础教育课程改革的进程中，建构主义教学思想犹如一缕春风，向我们扑面而来。源于西方哲学思想又被认知心理学所广泛应用的建构主义，其基本原理一经应用于课堂教学。就产生了奇迹般的效果，建构主义教学思想也因此应运而生。与西方以往外语教学法各种流派不同的是，建构主义教学思想不仅突出强调了“以人为本”和“促进人的发展”的思想——这与我们的新课程改革在本质上是完全一致的——更重要的是，它是有其坚实的哲学基础的。辩证唯物论认为，世界是普遍联系的；建构主义教学思想则认为。任何学科知识都是具有联系性的，真正的语言能力是综合运用语言的能力，而不是孤立的、机械的、僵死的应答操练。

建构主义教学思想对于促进学生英语语言能力的发展也不可能是万能的。然而，在我们研究了(英语课程标准(实验稿))所倡导的六大理念时，竞发现这六大理念无不与建构主义教学思想相关联!这决不是一个巧合!如此说来，在我们苦思冥想如何通过改善课堂教学来促进学生的英语语言能力的发展这个问题时，我们是否应该从建构主义教学思想中得到一些启示呢?

写作是一种语言输出的过程，这种语言输出的能力不是一天就练出来的，而是要经过长期不懈的训练才能获得。然而在实际写作过程中，有的学生感到无从下笔，即使能写，也仅仅是简简单单的句子；有的学生甚至对英语写作望而生畏，消极应付；总体上学生存在严重的英语表述上的困难。写作能力不高主要表现在：母语影响、词汇量少；单词造句、搭配不当；不懂句型、语法不通；信息不全、条理紊乱；语言连贯性差，缺少锻炼；缺少整体的谋篇布局和前后呼应。因此，如何有效地改进英语写作教学，结合自己的教学心得，我认为，培养学生的写作能力可从以下三方面入手。

一．扩展语言输入，奠定写作基础

英语作为一门语言，它具有一定的工具性和人文性，它的结构应是：词—句—篇。“词”是基础，“句”是过渡，“篇”是则是目的。整个训练遵循“词不离句，句不离篇”的原则，由浅入深，循序渐进，不断提高。为了提高学生的写作能力，我在日常教学中，尝试了“词、句、篇”三步曲的写作教学。在教学中做到 “教、学、用”三者的统一。

（一）巧记单词

书面表达需要一定的词汇量，学生书面表达时容易忘记单词或把汉英词汇等同起来。因此，要求学生坚持每天听写、默写、循环记忆单词，掌握巩固词汇。还要求学生给出与单词有关的同义、近义、反义和词形相似的词，使词汇量得到最大限度的复现。

（二）用词造句、连词成句

造句是英语写作中极其重要的一环。可以说，会造句就会写作。要学会造句，需要注意以下几方面。

1、熟练记忆词汇和短语

这个环节是最基本、最重要的。记忆单词和短语时，可以从五个方面入手：词性、拼写读音、意思、用法。抓住了这一点，就像打好了万丈高楼的地基。否则，写作就无从谈起。

2、熟练记忆各种句型和结构

在牢记词汇和短语的基础上，还要记忆各种句型和结构，为造句进一步打下坚实的基础。像There be / How many / How much / be+adj / be+V-ing / make sb. do sth /plan/wish/hope/want to do sth.等句型和结构。在表达某个意思时，注意让学生尽量使用学过的结构造句，不可随心所欲地造出汉语式的英语句子。

3、掌握各种时态及语态的含义和用法

要写出一个英语句子，就要明白时态和语态。也就是说，谓语动词使用什么形式。这就要求学生对八种常用时态和两种语态非常清楚。因此，熟练地使用各种时态语态对于造句尤为重要。

4、掌握句子类型和成分

简单句的五种基本句型是句子类型中最基本的型式，每个英语句子都是以它们为模型写成的。掌握了它们，适时引导学生扩大句式，鼓励学生利用课文中的句型造句。另外还要训练学生“一句多译”的能力。有时候，拿到一个中文句子，可能不会译，这时，就要想办法，换成其他的表达方法，迂回曲折，达到目的。通过这样的训练，可以增加学生的多渠道的语言思维，提高应变能力，从而避免“中国式”的英语。

（三）连句成篇

此项训练的主要目的是培养学生把语法项目、教材内容和文章体裁有机结合起来的能力。

1.要求学生仿写。掌握在英语学习中所学到的连词。只有连词才能把句子连成语篇。

八年级所学课文都有一定的篇幅，老师在引导学生理解课文的基础上，可要求学生用所学过的短语和句型，用自己的话把课文的基本内容简要的表达出来。如在教授八年级第二单元阅读理解，说明篮球的发明者是谁？是在说明情况下发明的。在老师的帮助下，学生可以吧短文改编为对话的形式展现出来。这样既吧学生的读、说的能力和写的能力同时训练了。也大大的提高了学生的兴趣

2.列出提纲，引导学生写作。

引导学生书面表达有许多形式，教师要从学生“学”的角度来设计教学活动，使学生的学习活动具有明确目标，并构成一个有梯度的连续活动。我首先采用给出文中的关键词或短语，整理素材和文章要用到的信息和关键词。帮学生做好铺垫和理清思路，让学生的大脑里有东西，这样学生才有可能写出东西来，帮学生树立信心，克服心理恐惧，从写作中获得了成功的快乐，树立了写作的信心。

3．注重平时的词句积累

鼓励学生收集好词好句，以便于在写作时能信手拈来。

二．进行有效指导，扎实写作训练

1.巧设课堂，限时作文

训练时当场发题，促使学生瞬间接受信息，快速理解信息，迅速表达信息，提高实际应用和应试能力。这一步是关键，也是学生的难关。首先必须使学生明白书面表达题既不是汉译英，也不是作文，不可任意发挥，要求的是将所规定的材料内容经整理后，展开思维，目的在于考查学生运用所学英语知识准确地表达意思的能力。必须要求学生在写作过程中牢牢记住以下口诀：“先读提示，弄清要点与格式；时态语态要当心，前后呼应要一致；句子结构和搭配，语言习惯莫违背；文章写好细检查，点滴小错别忽视。”学生明确目的并掌握要领后，要严格在规定时间内完成作业。训练的初级阶段，每次时间可放宽一点。随着学生写作能力增强，时间相应缩短，逐步做到20分钟内完成任务，决不能养成拖拉的坏习惯。

2．优化习作批改，及时讲评

作文的批改与讲评是写作教学的最后一个环节，也是其重要的一个环节。由于班级人数多，批改的工作量很大。因此，教师可以让学生动手参与，互相评改。由于学生之间的了解更深刻，他们之间的相互交流往往能收到很好的效果。而当学生意识到教师并不是他文章的唯一读者时，他们会更认真地写好作文。因此，让学生相互传阅和批改作文不仅增加了写作时的真实感，更重要的是，能训练学生的语言意识和语境。

首先，我讨厌英语高考试卷中最后一道试题被叫做“书面表达”，叫做“（英语）作文”难道有困难吗？如果说尽管是高考，实际写作情况算不上“作文”，那么，我们汉语考试中，小学生写的文章应该叫什么呢？叫“神马”吗？现代高考英语写作从本质上讲，写的水平大约也只能算是等于中国小学生汉语作文的水平。我们的孩子写作文，很难写出自由的、真实的内容来，高考英语作文从内容看、从形式看也是空空如也。如果持怀疑态度，你大可以看看高考以来英语作文的参考范文。正因为如此，我的学生在我的倡导下，开始了双腿走路的英语作文习练：也就是，作业本练习应试作文（100词左右的试卷末题“书面表达”）；日记本练习自由作文，无字数、题材、体裁限制，随便写。

一般而言，应试作文是“八股文”的翻版.每一种文体或题材内容都有相对固定的格式，也就是作文被“格式”化了，它是可以用来检阅学生英语习得的一些情况的。但是如同选择题的标准化一样，作文按照作文的“标准化”写作，根本就不如干脆考单句翻译或者句群翻译，免得徒有其名，未有其实。

下面是借用博友博文中的一个片段，对于其中的现象，不知你以为然否？华东师大的一位研究者曾经在中学做过一个简单的即兴调查：“作文写过自己妈妈的，请举手。”课堂上的学生几乎都举起了手。“文章里写自己生病，妈妈送去医院的，请举手。”多数又举起了手。“写去医院的时候，是半夜，天正下着大雨的，请举手。”举手的仍然是一大片。“写妈妈吃力地背着自己，身上被雨水淋透的，请举手。”下面不仅举起了一大片手，而且还有哄堂大笑。
