老师，我发现，您关心学生胜过关心自己的儿女。记得有一次，某班有两个男孩子在大家，一个男孩子由于用力过猛，把另一个男孩子推在桌角上，而那个桌角正好有一枚钉子，无情地插进了那个男孩子的后脑勺，那个男孩子顿时出血不止。您二话不说，连忙骑摩托车载着男骇和他啊的班主任去医疗站去了。事后，您又多次到他家慰问……还有，我们班有很多学生都无心向学，课堂上经常捣乱，您总是不厌其烦地做他们的思想工作，尽管如此，想学习的人还是受到了影响。于是，您另外在另一个教室办一个补习班，牺牲自己的休息时间另外给我们补课……

老师，虽然您有很多优点，但是缺点还是有的，我再给您提些意见吧!记得前几天，有一位女生被调皮的男生捉弄，那位女生连忙报告了您。可是，您却不耐烦地说：“哎呀这些事去告诉班主任不要告诉我。”那女生只好委屈地走了。看到这情景，我想：老师啊老师，虽然您不是班主任，但您和班主任一样，都是老师，不是找你找谁去?学生有事需要您去解决，是因为信任您，可是您却这样回绝她，您说那位学生有多伤心啊?还有一次，我发现经过您批改的试卷中有几张都是随便改改，有时连分数都没有打，老师，您知道大家有多失望吗?我们考试，不就是希望看到自己的成绩吗?

老师，这些都是我真心实意想对您说的话。在此，我希望老师您：优点要保持，缺点要改正!
