2、为学生提供自主学习和直接交流的机会，以及充分表现和自我发展的一个空间。

3、鼓励学生通过体验、实践、合作、探索等方式，发展听、说、读、写的综合能力。

4、创造条件让学生能够探究他们自己的一些问题，并自主解决问题。

二、关注学生情感，创造民主、和谐的教学气氛。

学生只有对自己、对英语及其文化有积极的情态，才能保持英语学习的动力并取得成绩，刻板的情态，不仅会影响英语学习的效果，还会影响其它发展，情态是学好英语的重要因素，因此我努力创造宽松民主、和谐的教学空间，做到：

1、尊重每个学生，积极鼓励他们在学习中的尝试，保护他们的自尊心和积极性。

2、把英语教学与情态有机地结合起来，创造各种合作学习的活动，促进学生互相学习，互相帮助，体验成就感，发展合作精神。

3、关注学习有困难的或性格内向的学习，尽可能地为他们创造语言的机会。

4、建立融洽、民主的师生交流渠道，经常和学生一起反思学习过程和学习效果，互相鼓励和帮助，做到教学相关。

三、加强对学生学习策略的指导，让他们在学习和适用的过程中逐步学会如何学习做到：

1、积极创造条件，让学生参与到阶段性学习目标，以及实现目标的方法。

2、引导学生结合语境，采用推测、查阅和协调的方法进行学习。

3、引导学生在学习过程中，进行自我评价，并根据需要调整自己的学习目标和学习策略。

四、对学生进行有效的评价。

评价可以使学生认识自我，树立自信，有助于反思及调整自己的学习过程，评价或采用测验及非测验形式，平时重视形成性评价，对学生回答学习过程中的表现所改进的诚绩，及反映的情感、态度、策略某方面进行及时的评价，如有口头评价、等级评价、学生之间互相评价等方法，充分发觉学生的进步，鼓励学生自我反思，自我提高，测验以学生综合运用能力为目标，侧重于学生理解和获取信息，能力减少客观题，增加主观题，通过评价学生学会分析自己的成绩和不足，明确努力方向。

新课程改革不是纸上谈兵，后必须要与实践相结合，即将努力学习，积极进取，积极参与课程改革，在课改中不断学习，不断实践，不断反思，愿与新课程共同成长。

现就中学作文教学谈一下自己的看法：

首先，必须让学生充分认识到写作文的重要性。

写作文，最重要的就是要写出自己的真情实感。真情实感从哪里来呢?那就是现在生活，我们只有在仔细观察现实生活，从生活实际出发，对现实生活进行思考，才能做到表达出自己内心的真实想法。因此，在作文教学中，我们一定要让学生充分认识现实生活，让他们体验生活，从中培养他们的观察能力和领悟能力，让他们从中学会独立表达，写出发自内心的话语。引导学生留心生活，观察生活，从生活中积累素材是写好作文的重要途径。让学生充分认识现实生活，让他们体验生活，不但能有效地培养他们的观察能力和思维能力，而且能让学生把自己的真情实感通过自己的笔墨描绘下来。因此，我们平时应该多引导学生去参与社会活动，仔细观察，认真寻找其中的素材，那么他们的习作一定会绚烂多彩。

“哎，又要写作文了！”“我不知道写什么。”“要是语文学习不要写作文，那该有多好啊！” 中年级孩子写作文时，总是不知该如何下笔，更不懂如何谋篇布局。在接受写作文的任务时，免不了怨声载道。有的孩子甚至对父母说：“我最怕写作文了。”怎么把孩子们这种畏惧作文的情绪排除掉，让孩子们充满激情地写出富有童趣的文章来。这是所有语文老师都困惑的问题，更是我们三年级语文教师思考的问题。

在实践中，我发现学生喜欢做实验、做游戏。我想如果把实验引进我们的作文课堂，增强学生的情感体验，借此题材引导学生学会观察、学会表达，是否能收到好的效果呢？于是，我进行了“实验作文—鸡蛋浮起来了”的作文研究课，从学生的反应和交上来的习作效果分析，这样的作文形式确实能提高学生的作文兴趣和表达能力。

现在结合自己的理解，对这节作文课进行一次反思。

一、成功之处。

在这节课中，我在下面的地方做得比较好：

1、课堂的流程比较顺畅。

在这节课中，我通过让学生猜一猜、做一做、想一想、说一说、写一写、评一评的形式，让学生主动参与。

2、突出重点、突破难点。

学生经常在习作中会胡子眉毛一把抓，抓不住重点，也不会具体写。在这节课中，我通过让学生在小组内说一说实验的过程和同学的反应，再进行全班交流反馈，教师结合学生的说话内容进行指导，如可以用上哪些好词好句等，从中让学生知道如何具体地写出实验的过程。

3、片段练习，落实写作。

在习作指导课上教师往往会说上一大篇，结果习作的时间就没有了落实。以往我都是一节课指导，一节课写作。在这次作文课上，我在课堂上用十分钟的时间，让学生写出重点片段，扎扎实实地进行习作训练。

4、自评、他评结合，提高学生修改作文的能力。

为了提高学生的修改能力，结合实际，设计好评价要求，让学生对照着里面的要求进行自我评价和同学互评。课堂上教师示范指导，课后学生进行自主评价。

二、不足之处。

1、个人素质方面。 在《鸡蛋浮起来了》这节课中，我能明显地感到自己在作文指导方面还需要加强，由于平常都习惯于两节课进行作文指导课，（一节指导说话、一节习作）而现在一节课里面包含了说、写、评，结果发现自己在教学中显得很拘谨，不够灵活，简单说就是课堂调控能力、个人综合素质还要加强，在以后的作文教学效率提高方面还要加强和研究。

2、学生的行为习惯方面。在这节课中，由于我之前的准备还是不够充分，结果在课堂上，我顾着自己的教学流程，而忽视了对学生行为习惯方面的要求和训练。从录像上，我看到很多的学生都没有集中精神参与，特别是在评讲这个环节。甚至还有一个学生还在自顾自地搅拌鸡蛋，而没有参与到课堂上。

三、感悟之处。

在这节课中，我觉得开展实验作文的效果是不错的，它是提高学生习作能力的有效途径。

1、实验作文有利于激发学生的习作兴趣
