本节课教学有以下几点反思之处：

反思一：让学生说并不等同于让学生随意说。课堂教学是一门艺术，作为艺术，学生的主动性活动是必不可少的，但绝不能离开教师的指导与约束。如果一味地让学生进行活动，而不加以引导和制约，那么课堂则将变得散漫、无序。本节课，我这一点做得较好，对于学生的发言、讨论都能够给予较为及时的评价与引导，使学生说得有层次，有顺序，有条理。

反思二：引导学生的作文写作，要首先引导学生理清思路。头脑中是怎样想的，笔下则就是怎样写的。因此，在教学本节作文时，我尽力引导学生按照“想怎么变”、“想变什么”“变化后干什么”、“故事怎样开展”的顺序进行语言交流，从而使学生把握住了写作顺序，为创作奠定了写作思路。

反思三：本节课最大的不足，就在于学生知道自己想变什么，也知道为什么而变，但在写作过程中，可以看出学生并不能很好地将自己的变化与故事结合起来，在描写过程中只是简单地进行描述，缺少了故事的要素，使得故事并不生动具体，缺乏可读性。这与老师在课堂教学中指导不到位有关，主要是课堂教学时间的不合理安排，使得这部分教学内容指导没有及时跟上。这也为今后自己的作文教学积累了一个宝贵的经验。

总之，这节课的教学取得了很多的经验，也看到了自己作文教学的不足。在今后的研究过程中，我将着重在作文教学指导上下功夫，力求让作文教学上得更加有特点，更有生命力。

连续两年在高三参与作文复习备考工作，在备课组老师师的帮助和指导下，进行了作文复习的尝试，有得有失，总结以下几点心得体会：

一、首先意识上要高度重视作文的复习。很多老师认为写作能力是长期以来形成的能力，高三作文复习收效甚微，所以不是很重视作文的复习，或者只是简单的讲评考试作文。诚然，作文能力是通过基础年级的积累和训练，一步步得以提升的。但考试作文的规范和出彩却需要高三的精心打磨。不同阶段的作文课有不同的教学重点和难点，两者相辅相成，缺一不可。

二、其次要制定科学合理的复习计划。高三练习多，考试多，所以高三的作文课大多是讲评课，考什么作文，讲什么作文，每次讲评缺乏重点，一般都是审题立意选材组材开头结尾统统讲。作文复习缺乏科学系统的复习计划，或者说有计划，由于各种原因不能很好地贯彻。这些问题严重阻碍了我校高考作文得分的提高。

三、再次要发掘多元的复习途径和方法。以往我们的复习是以讲练为主，学生很容易对这种单调的作文复习产生厌倦，进而达不到预期的效果。所以开发多元的复习途径和方法，不单是调动学生复习积极性，而且有助于我们全面引导学生进行作文复习。

四、最后要善于借鉴他校经验和总结本校的作文教学成果。教无定法，作文教学更是没有规律可循，作文教学方法的选择和教学计划的制定，一定要全面科学。所谓他山之石，可以攻玉，善于借鉴他校的成功经验，有助于我们提高高三作文教学水平。当然，摸索一条有本校特色的作文教学之路显得更加重要。我们许多老师在作文教学上都有自己的经验，教研组牵头进行及时的总结，可以更好的完善我们学校的高三作文复习。

6．鼓励优秀，耐心帮助差生。充分利用板报、专栏进行优秀作文展览，或者也可采用传阅方式进行。但不能放弃或岐视差生，要经常帮助他们树立信心，掌握写作方法和技巧。

7．基础知识和能力并重，听说读和写并举。教师在平时教学中应充分利用一切可以利用的机会启发引导学生提高自己的写作水平。如遇到优秀的句、段或篇提示学生注意欣赏作者的表达法，把它们作为范例，在自己写作中加以模仿和运用。又如遇到英汉表达方法不同之处，提示学生注意英语的正确表达法，切忌出现汉语式的英语。要帮助学生养成正确运用标点符号的好习惯，切忌一点到底的错误方法。

8．要求学生在写作中宁简勿误，不能养成随随便便的习惯，要养成严谨推敲的风气。

三、训练写作的常用方法。

写作训练应考虑循序渐进的原则，采取逐步提高的形式进行。

1．用学过的词、短语或句式，模仿课文中的表达法造句。2．换课文中的人物、时态、语态或体裁等改写课文。3．看图作文。4．填补式作文。5．写课文复述材料或写心得体会。6．将打乱顺序的句子按事件发展的时间顺序或逻辑关系等整理成一篇完整的短文。7．教师给出题目和提纲让学生写作。8．写日记或周记。9．材料作文。教师给出汉语提示让学生用英语表达。

四、注意纠正学生英语作写中容易出现的错误。

学生最初写作时，教师要给予必要的指导，使他们少犯错误。教师还要经常性地例举错误的表达法，提醒学生注意避免。在批阅作文时教师要随时标出学生错误之处，还要随时记录学生所犯错误，把学生的错误加以归类总结，把普遍性的错误提出来，让学生集体改错，使他们的语言表达尽可能地规范正确。

总之，学生英语写作能力在老师有计划的组织和耐心帮助、正确引导下，在学生长期积极密切的配合下是能够得以逐步提高的。

今天上了三年级第一次习作课，感觉真的很郁闷!不过，我相信通过我这样不断的实践、思考，应该会有进步的!所以，把今天的课堂进行一次反思!

本来课堂的状态是这样的：

第一课时

1.老师谈话引入，小学作文教学反思。一是说昨天口语交际的感受，二是把自己写的课余生活的文章念给孩子听——这两个环节中，第二个学生虽然听得很起劲，但实际上对学生习作没作用。虽然强调老师写下水作文，但是必须运用得当。

2.学习范文。昨天，我从孩子们都有的材料上找了三篇课余生活的文章让孩子们回家读，并做了一篇读书笔记，还积累了一些感受。今天课堂上让孩子们从反问里体会这些东西：注意文章有开头，有结尾;注意要把自己的事情写清楚，为了写清楚就必须抓住一些关键的地方——比如动作。(反思;这个环节设计不好，意图好，但是和学生的交流没有建立好的耳屏台，学生是被动体会，收获也不深刻。原因还没找到。)

3.小组里说，全班引导。接着让孩子们在自己小组里自己说，然后请每个小组的代表来说，结果发现说得很不好。于是马上改变教学计划，立刻选择了其中一个同学的来和大家说，引导学生把事情说明白——抓住动作，教学反思《小学作文教学反思》。为了这个我让孩子们一边做动作一边说，还让他们说，我来做动作。(反思：这里处理得比较好，发现问题立刻改变计划，并且比较好的引导学生做动作、体会动作。但是，失败就在于前面的环节的节奏太慢，耽搁时间了，所以在这个关键的时候，第一节课下了)

第二课时

1.带着学生总结了方法：一要主要开头和结尾;二要注意把事情写清楚——为了写清楚就必须把顺序安排好，还要注意写好动作。

2.接着让学生自己写，我在全班观察。特别针对几个孩子做了指导。发现了孩子们时间上是没有管我刚才和大家总结的经验的(看来前面的学习多半都是无用功，为什么这样呢?)

3.全班评改。我把几个写得比较好的孩子的文章在大家面前读了读，边读边点评。最后选择了一个孩子的文章来集体修改。原文如下：

有一次，爸爸和妈妈都出去了，没人帮我折被子。

我不如自己来折被子吧，我拿起被子，先对折，然后折，最后再折，就把被子折好了。我一看我折的被子……

很显然学生还没写完。我把孩子的文章抄在小黑板上和大家一起来修改。我们读了文章后，大家发表了个人的意见，慢慢把文章修改出来了。最后文章是这样的：

折被子

有一次，早上很早爸爸妈妈出去玩了，没人帮我折被子，我想：既然爸爸妈妈出去玩了，我就不能自己折被子吗?

于是我回忆起爸爸妈妈折被子的样子，然后我一边回忆一边折被子!我拿起被子，首先把被子铺开，走过去把每个角落拉直，这时看看被子，被子铺展得很平整，看起来非常的听话。于是我就开始折被子了!接着，把被子对折，被子就变成了长方形了。然后，再提着被子的两个角，往另外两个角上折。这个时候被子就变成正方形了。

这时候看看自己折的被子……

其中的“首先”“接着”“然后”我们用波浪线来表示，还特别提醒大家这样就能把顺序写清楚。在用到动词的时候，特别强调孩子用准确的词语。正在这个时候，又下课了。

第三课时

1.学生自己修改。学生经过了上面的环节，老师总结了经验：要注意把事情写清楚，要注意把该写的地方写明白。孩子就开始自己修改文章。我特别指导了一个孩子，发现他的标点使用很不好，连分段都不会分，或者说是太懒。不愿意分。

2.誊抄作文。

{准备把作文改一下，指出每个孩子的问题，包括其中的字、词等很小的细节。然后结合习作里要求读给爸爸妈妈听，让家长帮助修改。再用一节课时间，专门针对文章的开头、中中间的清楚、结尾进行一个部分一个部分的指导，指导一个部分修改一个部分。}

下课后经过自己的反思，有以下想法：

1.第一课时设计不好，有的环节浪费时间，而没实际效果。比如小组代表在小组里说的环节。

2.这样的上法，会让基础差的孩子很吃力。效果也不好。

3.习作没有乐趣了!

4.最好的环节就是和孩子一起表演动作，然后选择动词。第二是在和全班孩子评改作文的时候，这里指导很好。

5.作文教学是个难题，要慢慢实践和思考同时好文章的确是修改出来的。一定要指导孩子针对一篇文章反复修改!

6.中年级还要注意保护他们的兴趣!!
