The hot sun is like our enthusiasm, because no matter how hot the weather is, we still keep on studying English hard.

Today, the chinese teacher taught us some English songs. I like the song which is called ”seasons in the sun” very much. We all lost ourselves in the beautiful voice. Today our theme is youth. After the teacher spoke. I suddenly understand that maybe being young is our advantage, so we must value every minute. We have to do something significant.

In the afternoon, our American teacher is father who is an associate proferssor of English from central college give us a lesson. He told us something about higher education in the USA. I think it will be useful for our future.

一、创设情景，引出话题：

师：同学们，如果现在我们班来了一个新同学，或者你家附近搬来了一个新邻居，或者家里来了一个新客人，彼此想交朋友，认识对方，那就要进行自我介绍。你最想了解对方的是什么？为什么？你最想把自己的什么介绍给他？为什么？

学生纷纷诉说想法。最后教师小结：

自我介绍时可以介绍自己的姓名，家庭地址，以及自己外貌的最明显特点，好让对方在最短的时间内认识你，记住你，找到你。

其次是个人爱好特长优点，这样的话，彼此了解，可以有共同的爱好话题，或者相互取长补短，共同提高。

这时，老师转移话题：如果把自己介绍给对方一定要面面俱到吗？

同学们纷纷表示反对，但是分析原因大都是笼统地说这样太啰嗦了，这样别人会烦的诸如此类的话语，没有考虑到这样面面俱到的介绍别人反而记不住你。最后还是老师自己告诉大家：你想要交什么类的朋友你就把你这方面的内容做具体介绍。为了让这个特点明显可以举大量的事实说明。

二、尝试介绍，生成话题

教师让学生在座位上自己准备一个特点讲讲，并且把自己介绍给同桌或者前后桌同学，让别人给你提提意见，补充事实材料。接下去的场面可算是热闹，大伙儿交头接耳，议论纷纷。我走到一位同学面前开始了交流。他给我介绍的是他的爱好。我们倆交流地挺不错，从开始时他的迷惑和不好意思交流到最后的满足的微笑，我知道他明白了。起身抬头的一刹那，竟发现好多同学在嬉笑，玩闹。多年的教学经验告诉我，他们刚才一定是扯开了话题在闲聊嬉闹。没有懊恼，没有指责，接着就是正常的师生交流，生生互动的自我介绍

三、聚焦个体，共说话题

教师回到讲台问：谁愿意第一个上来向大家介绍自己。下面是冷场。后面有一个男生站起来做介绍。他说：我介绍的是我的一个缺点：我爱管闲事。我看这个话题不错，就趁机启发：你说爱管闲事是缺点，说不定是你的优点，正是你热心的反映呢！你能把你怎样爱管闲事用具体事例告诉大家好吗？本以为为他打开了思路，没想到他却因为我的参与反而不敢往下说。花了好大的功夫才结结巴巴地，语无伦次地，辞不达意地讲了两句。下面听的同学指指点点，甚至哄堂大笑。他当然是面红耳赤，不敢再吱声。我让其他学生纠正，由于没有认真思考，把自己置之话题之外，当然也说不出所以然。接下去让别的同学来自我介绍，大家都有点紧张与担忧。不知不觉中，时间已过去了大半。教师又怕时间不够又开始了唠唠叨叨个没完：什么在介绍中定要有具体事情啦，意思一定要介绍清楚啦等等等等。可以让课堂闪光的地方却匆匆过场，让宝贵的课堂时间白白流失。遗憾！

这个环节自己感觉是最失败的，是我把课堂占用，没有把其他学生放在首要位置，是我自作多情，自作聪明，包办太多，结果适得其反。口语交际的最大特点应该在交际，让学生在交际中学会表达，在交际中学会交往。在这个过程中生生互动，师生互动才是最主要的。可能是在设计上导语上欠吸引学生，没有调动说话交际的积极性，好多学生没有参与其间，变成了只有教师与站起来介绍的同学之间的事情。这样单一的交流当然到不了学生内心需求。另外，在构建和谐课堂，文明课堂中，老师总会忘却生生之间的尊重与生生之间的评价。现在想想，如果这个环节中，我把皮球替给学生也许会起到比较好的效果。比如：听了他的这一句话——我有一个缺点是爱管闲事，你有什么想说或者想问的吗？当他支支吾吾说不下去的时候，老师帮他一把，或者让同学帮他一把可能比让他当场纠正效果会更理想些。这样，也许他不会尴尬，大伙儿会在更和谐的气氛，以更积极的状态参与其中，效果一定会更好。

Nowadays, some discussions about the childrens education and management

have raised the whole social concern. It seems not only about childrens

personal development, but also about the whole countrys future.

There are two main views in debate, which of them is that children should

obey the rules set by parents and teachers. The other is that less control will

help children to deal with their future adult life.

As for the former, the advantages of it seem to be very apparent, which of

them is that children can make a distinction between right and wrong things. And

they will have a sense of principle and responsibility. Of course, the

disadvantages are also very clear. Firstly, children will be lacking in

imagination and creation. Secondly, they cannot make up their mind on their

own.

Concerning the latter, the view seems to be reasonable because in this ways

these children are more clever and active to create something special. However,

the drawbacks couldnt be ignored as a result of a problem that children cannot

get a clear understanding of their lifetime.

Combining the both points, as far as Im concerned, parents and teachers

are supposed to instruct children to obey the primary principle when they do

some deeds. Moreover, children need more freedom to realize their dreams. Only

in this way can the problem be solved perfectly.

In conclusion, we cant only support one side simply. On the contrary, we

ought to choose different measures to educate children flexibly.

As it is known to us, Ping An was chosen to perform on the CCTV Spring

Festival Gala with his melodious and strong voice. Also, he had a great

achievement on this dream stage. Although he hadnt gain the popularity among

the audience at the beginning, he always kept his dream in mind and never gave

it up. It is his success that brings home to me the power of dream.

A life without a dream is a life without a sun. Therefore, in no

circumstances can we give up our dream. Unquestionably, dreams are of great

importance. For one thing, a person having a dream will be considered to be more

responsible and unswerving. For another, in pursuit of our dream, there is a

chance that good habits and positive attitudes can be formed, contributing to

our success.

As for our students, what we should do is to choose a healthy seed and

plant it on fertilized soil. Firstly, knowledge is the foundation of dream

realization, so we should spend much time in study to enrich ourselves.

The Value Of Time

I always think there is not enough time. For example， I have just taken a three-day holiday. But when I look back， I just feel that it‘s only one day. There goes a proverb， “Time is money”。 Now I want to say， time is more precious than money， because when money is spent， we can earn some more again. However， when time is gone or lost， never will it return.

Time goes without being noticed. The time for our study and work is usually limited. So I think we must make full use of our time. But it‘s a pity that I am always not aware of the importance of time until it’s too late.

[高中英语作文:时间的价值

周五上百花园五之前，我没有注意到原来上课的时间和学习的进度有这么一个契机。

周五是一个星期的尾声，而百花园五是学习第五单元的尾声。如果用这个契机来做导入的话，相信效果一定会不错的。可是，我在备课的时候却没有想到，而到了上课的时候，突然有学生提到今天是星期五，好多“五”啊!后来，我接着他的话，将导入的预设变了一下。于是，生成的课堂气氛顿时活跃了起来。都说万事开头难，而事情若是有了个好的开始，结果也差不了哪里去!这节课在师生互动方面比较明显，还好没有出现尴尬场面。现在想来，有时候生活中有很多契机，但是需要我们用心去发现。生活中有时会出现意外，而课堂中也如此。当预设受到冲击时，教师的教学机智便要登场了。若处理得不好，生成的课堂可能就无法受控，尴尬的只剩下我们老师了。

生成的课堂对于刚在教育站线上的我而言，无疑是一种考验。看来，路还长，很长，很长……

过完暑假，我就升三年级了，因此妈妈想让我去学英语，刚好有位邻居阿姨向我们介绍她女儿上的英语补习班，所以我们就决定去试听。

英语班的老师上课很有趣，她用联想法教大家认识英文字母和音标，她说A长得像铁塔，在铁塔旁种了小绿豆就是a，小绿豆长大开花了，飞来许多蝴蝶，大家看到蝴蝶很开心，所以笑得嘴巴都裂开了。老师也会用夸张的动作，吸引大家更认真的听课，但是如果有人上课不专心，老师就会不客气的拿出水枪对着他喷水呢!

每次上课，老师都会小考，第一次小考时，我有好多题不会写，我紧张得哭出来了，老师不但没骂我，反而安慰我说：“不会写没关系，我们就是不会才要来学呀!只要回家再多练习就好了。”回家后，妈妈每天帮我复习，我一遍又一遍的练习，到了下一次上课时，我终于考到一百分，老师称赞我进步很多，我听了好开心!

上英语课有很多作业要写，也要常常复习，不过老师说，虽然现在比别人辛苦，以后就会比别人轻松了。所以我要继续努力坚持下去，把英语学好。

课堂观察就是指研究者或观察者带着明确的目的，凭借自身感官(如眼、耳等)以及有关辅助工具(观察表、录音录像设备等)、直接或间接(主要是直接)从课堂情境中收集资料，并依据资料进行相应研究的一种教育科学研究方法。

第一，课堂是学校教育的基本单位，是研究教学活动最重要的场所，它蕴涵着丰富的、有价值的研究要素。课堂研究正是要通过对这些要素的研究，揭示课堂的事实和规律。课堂观察是课堂研究的最基本方法之一，它能够为课堂研究提供可靠的资料。

第二，课堂情境具有变化迅速，事件发生的同时性、即时性等特点，如果像日常听课那样凭经验而为，这样观察的成效就不大。而现代课堂观察已经成为专门的学问，有一套比较系统的理论与技术，能够对转瞬即逝的课堂情境作更加细致、深入地记录与研究，这是一般听课所无法做到的。

第三，课堂观察是教师获得实践知识的重要来源，也是教师用以搜集学生资料、分析教学方法的有效性、了解教学与学习行为的基本方法，是促进教师专业化发展的重要途径，同时也为教育决策与教育评价提供有力的事实依据。

通过学习，我对课堂观察和实践有了更深的理解。

首先，课堂实践观察对教师个人成长起着至关重要的作用。

第一，教师参与的课堂观察是教师探究课堂的重要方法。教师要开展课堂观察首先就要研究被观察的同行及其课堂，提出清晰的观察目的，制作观察量表，还要充分考虑适合自己的观察与记录方式。教师进入现场后，要将课堂中连续性事件拆解为一个个时间单元，将课堂中复杂性情境拆解为一个个空间单元，运用量表对一个个单元进行定格、扫描，搜集、描述与记录相关的课堂信息，再对观察结果进行反思、分析、推论。这无疑是一项严肃而专业的研究工作，事实上也是一种适合教师实践场景的研究方法。

第二，教师参与的课堂观察是有系统、有计划的观察活动。教师在实践中参与课堂观察要经历课前会议、课中观察与课后会议三个环节，才能构成一个完整的课堂观察活动。课前会议是为观察者与被观察者提供讨论、反思教案的机会，着重解决两个问题：被观察者说课与确定观察点。进入课堂观察环节，观察者根据观察点，选择观察位置，运用量表做好课堂实录。课后会议时，观察者与被观察者分享观察收集到的信息，主要完成三项任务：被观察者进行课后反思、观察者简要报告观察结果、形成几点后续行动的改进建议。

第三，教师参与的课堂观察是一种合作行动。从教师所要经历的活动可以看出，课堂观察不是一个教师所能为的，或者说仅凭一个教师的力量是难以确保课堂观察的质量的，它需要教师间的合作，要由既彼此分工又相互合作的团队来完成。参与课堂观察的教师(包括被观察者)之间，要基于有主体的意愿、可分解的任务、有共享的规则、有互惠的效益等要素构成一个合作共同体。教师借助于合作共同体，探究、应对具体的课程、教学、学习、管理上的问题，开展自我反思和专业对话，促使合作共同体的每一位成员都得到应有的发展。

第四，增进专业反省意识。课堂观察为教师提供了反思的有效刺激，课前会议的讨论，课后会议的反馈、反省与评议，足以使观察者、被观察者对于自身原有的专业实践认知与行为之间形成不平衡，进而引发批判、质疑先前行动假设的动机。如果教师持续地开展课堂观察，这种反省行为就会不断得到强化，进而迁移至其他的学校专业活动，扩大反省的范围与对象，提高教师对专业的领悟与反省能力。

其次，课堂观察有利于促进学生的学习

第一，通常教师们通过听课或观看录像来观察其他教师的课堂教学，观察的主要内容包括：教师的教学取向、教学方式、教材运用、教学目标的落实、教师的导引和提问技巧、教师的观察力和调控能力、学生的主动性、学生的认知表现、学生真实地思维表现、课堂氛围、学生的学习习惯、学生的学习与非学习行为、教室内外的情境等等。教师参与课堂观察更深的意义是关注、研究与促进学生的学习，因为学生学习是课堂的重要组织部分，教和学是紧密联系在一起的，不管是观察教师，还是学生，最终都是指向学生的学习，由学生的输出结果来检验，课堂观察的起点和归宿就是为了改善学生的课堂学习。因此，教师参与课堂观察所产生的意义是面向学生，以便更高效地促进学生学习。

第二，课堂观察有利于改善学生的课堂学习。在真实的课堂里，教师的教和学生的学是相互交织在一起的，学生通过倾听、与教师对话、交流建构自己的学习方式，改善学习行为，获得新的认知与情感体验。可以说，教师的课堂行为、学生的学习习惯及课堂环境都在影响学生的学习。当观察者进入课堂观察学生的学习，关注学生是如何学习、会不会学习、以及学得怎么样时，在一定程度上会引发学生行为上的改变。如以学生学习的互动为观察视角，观察学生有哪些互动行为、学生的互动能为目标达成提供怎样的帮助，通过观察实录还原学生在课堂中的表现，提供分析报告与改进建议，进而影响上课教师关注学生的后续学习行为，使其发生新的变化。观察课堂中的其他行为或事件，如教师教学、课堂文化等，通过教师行为的改进、课程资源的利用或课堂文化的创设，都会直接或间接地影响学生的学习。

最后，我认为在开展观课活动中要注意的几个问题：

第一，明确观课目的，不宜将课堂观察搞成大大小小的“赛课”。 “赛课”的情景往往不是真实的，不是自然状态下的真实教学，这种形式的本身有很多值得研究的问题。一定要排除各种功利的干扰，旨在促进教师的专业发展而非考核、分等级，不是褒贬某一教师的教学能力和水平，而是用相互促进的策略和方法，互相取长补短，有效地改善课堂教学。

第二，采取包容的态度，不宜居高临下指责被观察者。由于教师各人的学习经历、人生阅历、教学经历不同，教师对人生、对教师职业、对教育教学活动、对学生培养的思考、规划与计划不同，甚至教师的情感、意志、欲望等都不同，造成了对教学理解和教学行为的许多差异，课堂观察活动中，会因此出现许多的争论和冲突，有时甚至是非常激烈的。遇到这样的情景，应正确处理，相互理解，相互包容。

第三，创造和谐人文气氛，反对激进做法。课改的任务是繁复和艰巨的，由于客观的诸多原因，目前教师普遍对课程改革存在各种焦虑的情绪;伴随着急剧变化的时代和生活在教育改革不断加速的环境，教师会产生许多的困惑和恐慌，社会对教育的高度重视使教师给自身徒添许多的责任。因此，在开展课堂观察活动中，去除繁文缛节，减少教师的精神负担。创造和谐人文气

你知道我妹妹为什么要学英语吗？都是因为那个爱攀比的老妈。一天下午，我看妈妈回家时抱了一大摞英语绘本和卡片，我感到十分好奇，便问：“妈，这些给我学有些幼稚了吧？”妈妈立刻还了我一个大白眼：“我说这是给你买的了吗？这是给你妹学的。人家儿子四岁，英语口才已经达到了四年级的水平，再不买就来不及了！还有，从今天起，你就是妹妹的英语老师！”我很想反抗，可能是为我自己，也可能是为了妹妹，但我知道妈妈的脾气，只好极不情愿地答应了。当起了妹妹的第一位英语老师。

首先，我要教妹妹读26个英文字母。也不知什么原因，妹妹读得挺好，进度出奇的顺利，可能是因为妈妈一直给她听字母歌的缘故吧。

妈妈过来晾衣服了，也顺便把单子卡片拿了过来，让我教会前三个，就可以下课了。单词可比字母难教多了，我顺手翻了一下单词卡，前三张分别是“fish”、“apple”和“Pear”。我先教妹妹读一遍，可是妹妹根本就不会读。我只好把一个单词读上好几遍，让妹妹学着我的口型去念，当我把“fish”读到第136遍时，妹妹终于会读了！我十分高兴，不停地嘟囔着：“苍天啊，大地啊，我妹终于会读了！”但我又转念一想：总不能每个单词都得读100多遍吧？不然，这些单词卡要教到猴年马月啊！我急中生智想出了一个好办法。

我立刻从冰箱拿出一个红彤彤的苹果和一个黄澄澄的鸭梨，把它们洗干净，切成小正方体，装进盘子，挤了一些沙拉酱，叉上几根牙签，再以迅雷不及掩耳之势的速度端进书房。对妹妹说：“这些水果是用“apple”和“pear”做的，你要是会读“apple”和“pear”，你就可以吃掉它们。”没想到这一招还真灵，妹妹不一会儿就会读了，我激动地宣布：“下课！”再不下课我就要疯了，妹妹则津津有味地吃着水果沙拉，美滋滋的。

我教妹妹学英语后，才知道我们的老师有多辛苦，教妹妹英语的日子还很长，而我才上了第一节课就快疯了。唉，我太难了！

I have a cat named mimi. Its hair is as white as snow. I often play games with it. It amuses me a lot and I treat it as a little friend. March 12th is Tree Planting Day. This year our school bought enough  the trees before that day . On that day , we didnt had classes . The teachers and our classmates planted trees around our the school.

We began to planted trees as soon as we got to school . some students dug the holes . Some students put the trees into the holes.

Some students put the earth back to the holes. Then we pushed the earth hard with our feet . At last we watered the trees as much as possible.

From then on we looked after the trees carefully and the trees grew very well . It made our shcool more beautiful .And How happy we are !

Cellphones are becoming more and more popular among the middle school students at present.About that,people have different opinions.

Some think it is good for students to bring a cellphone because its more convenient to contact to each other.But othersdo not think so.They think it is bad for students to bring acellphone.Because the students will use mobile phones to play games,sent text messages,watch movies and so on,which will do harm to their study.Andthe teacher and students would be disturbed if cellphone ring during the class time.

Body language is used by people for sending messages to one another. It is very useful because it can help you make yourself easily understood.
