这次的考试，我综合分析了一下，主要问题在数学，语文这方面，数学错了三道本不应该扣分的题2道选择，一道填空，这是老师翻来覆去讲的题，我仍然错了。错在没有错题收集，分析。语文前面只扣了12分，大部分的分扣在了作文上，我只得了35分，连基本的42分都没达到，我分析了一下，主要是没有真情实感和文章描写中心，英语主错在听力和选择题上。
当我静下心，再仔细浏览一次试卷时，我真的发现，其实只要我在细心一点，只要一点点就可以了，因为这一点点就是几十分的差距。我明白了距离就是这样出现的，因为我的粗心，造成了严重的后果，我感到沉痛万分。
所以我下定决心，一定要在期中将这个距离拉近，我不会让它远离我，而是我慢慢地靠近它。
这一次的失败也让我总结了许多学习方法：
(1)理解性背诵易考点;
(2)用错题本收集错题;
(3)改正以前“闻风动”的习惯学习xxx“雷打不动”的精神;

+ 加入清单《一路花香》是一则寓言故事，讲了一只有裂缝的水罐在完好的水罐面前感到惭愧，挑水工却告诉他说，从它的裂缝漏出的水浇灌出了美丽的花。我挺喜欢这个故事，因为这个故事的题目很美，一语双关，既写了花美、花香，还暗含着对浇灌鲜花的挑水工和破水罐的认同。更重要的是告诉学生如何正确地看待自己和别人，帮助学生树立正确的人生价值观：世上任何一件东西一个人，都有其自身存在的价值，我们即不要骄傲自大，也不要妄自菲薄，只要恰到好处地利用其本身的特点，就能充分发挥作用。其蕴涵的人生哲理学生是容易理解的，但对于四年级的孩子，多元解读文本、辩证分析问题却是有一定难度的。于是，在教学这一课时，我把“理解故事所蕴含的真正寓意，学会正确地看待别人和自己。”确定为本课的学习目标。为了更好地达成目标，我将学习目标分解为两个学习任务：
如何让学生真正读懂“我们即不要骄傲自大，也不要妄自菲薄，只要恰到好处地利用其本身的特点，就能充分发挥作用。”为此，我引导学生对课文中的角色惊醒一分为二地辩证地分析：那只完好无损的水罐，它总是能将水满满地送到主人的家，是值得骄傲的!主人家不都需要这样的好水罐吗?但是这只好水罐如果为自己的成就而感到骄傲自满，看不起别人那就不可取了。用同样的方法分析了破水罐，让学生在辩证的思想中揭示了课文的寓意，“收获了一路花香”。这种说话练习锻炼了学生的说话能力，也帮学生树立了正确的人生价值观。
但是教学中还存在这样一些问题：
一、读得形式不够多：
在教学时由于时间紧张，导致给学生读书思考的时间较多，各种形式的朗读和展示较少。语文教学课堂上没有把握好读书的时间，缺乏一定的读的训练，特别是文中的一些重点句，孩子们朗读的不够到位，学生的情感没有在读中深化。
二、牵着学生走：
课上完了，课上呈现孩子氛围较好，但总感觉牵着孩子走的痕迹严重。也是这节课的最大缺陷，因为教师的理性和牵制过多，限制了学生的思维，导致学生思维浮于表面，不能深入思考，课堂上没有生成，所以也没有火花。我感到问题的设计，教师的引导，特别是运用学生的生成性资源，还有待进一步的提高。放手让孩子学感兴趣的人物，让学生多思考、多读书是我下次磨课应该特别注意的地方。

了全国一纲一本的格局而出现了一纲多本、多纲多本，这对于拓展符合各地不同的人文环境、不同教育水平和与社会发展相吻合的教材空间，形成新的教学格局起到了积极的作用。但毕竟人们的国家太大了，地域广阔、人口众多、经济发展又是如此的不平衡，要用几套教材来作“教学之本”，实在是勉为其难。。就从我们浙江省新编的“九年义务教育教材”来说，这套教材八十年代未开始编，九一年开始在部分地区实验使用，九三年在全省推广使用。编写这套教材最初的定位是“较发达的农村地区”使用，这从九十年代初全国经济发展的.势态看浙江省的经济发展地位，无疑是准确的。可问题是，仅从一个面积不大、人文背景相对单纯、经济结构跨度也不是很大的浙江省，其经济水平的差异也是显面易见的。经济发展的不平衡，必定还来教育文化的差异。可我们使用统一教材，就是对这种事实上存在的差异视而不见，这与教育学的基本大批量是相悖的。
另外，一本教材从编写到使用的周期很长，对教材重新作出修订则所需的时间更长。在现今知识爆炸、社会发展和经济增长日新月异的时代，人们的价值观、道德面、人生观、美学观无不时时处处都在变化着，而唯有我们的教材不变，要学生唱的歌曲不变。这怎么可能让学生对我们的音乐感兴趣，对我们所唱的歌感兴趣？
再有，我们对“教科书”那种根深蒂固的虔诚，执行起来从不打折扣的那种严肃认真态度，一些教师对教材的依恋及所有管理层面上的考核、评估、督查都是以此为据，更加剧了这种不例题。因此，我们什么时候能做到不再以“教材是教学之本”而以“教学以人为本”，让每个教师都能根据教学对象的实际情况来接待教学内容（这里暂且不论我们音乐教师是否都具备这种水平与能力），才能出现我国自己的真正意义的教学法，才会有中国自己的“奥尔夫”、“柯达伊”。
教材内容并非经典，没劲！我们一些教学内容不受学生欢迎，也无法得到音乐老师的认同。在许多人的头脑里，一提到审美教育，便自觉不自觉地把教育目的提到德育的“高度”。因此，教材编写中什么时候该唱什么歌，那段时间是什么节日该安排什么内容，这两年在号召学生什么教材就该有所体现德育都成为必须考虑的第一因素。这就使得我们的教材始终离不开正当附庸的臼巢，在强调音乐教化功能的同时，削弱了音乐本身，音乐的本体失落了。另外，从音乐学习、情感体验的角度说，经典音乐亦并非*别人去持牌指认就成了，大家去听了、去唱了，觉得好听，好美，好感动，就牢记在心了，也自然而然地成了“他”心目中的名歌、名曲了。就像在调查中所反映的“你最喜欢的乐曲”。在三成以上都写的是《梁祝》，那无疑这《梁祝》就成了我们大家共同的名曲了。如果我们的教材歌（乐）曲，学生不喜欢去唱、去听，再有伟大教育意义的音乐作品又通过什么去教他们呢？用什么来达到我们的教育目的？又怎么能使学生学习音乐有劲？

+ 加入清单对于学生的教学，自己已经进行了有将近三周了。总体来讲，对自己的教学还是不太满意，应该说非常不满意。自己在教学中出现了很多很多的错误，自己认为都是能够避免的，但是还是出现了，这应该是我之后在教学中应该必须反思与避免的。
首先对于课前准备，自己感觉自己每次多课的准备都不是太充分，总不能想全学生所想的，而这就导致了自己在教学过程中不能及时处理有些学生所提出来的问题，而且有的时候自己还要让学生来给你讲，我想应该就是自己在教学准备时的不充分的地方，以后需要积极改正，不能对问题模棱两可，要把问题想全想透。
其次是在上课方面。在上课上面总的来说自己还是比较反对老教师的那种一言堂的教学模式的，但是在自己实行新的教学模式的时候，出现了许多的问题，比如说在讲课时纪律的问题，可能是自己上课把学生的激情激起来了，然后自己又控制不住课堂，最后就导致了自己的课堂相对来说乱哄哄的，这也就相对的影响了自己的教学和学生的学习，这是我以后再教学中应该着重进行改正的地方，既要让学生在快乐中学会知识，也要让给学生一个教好的学习环境。
最后，自己在自我反思上面感觉还是非常的欠缺的，在进行了一天的教学之后，不能很好的反思自己，最后导致想通的错误再次发生。以后一定要及时做好反思。
做的虽然与自己想的相差很远，但我相信随着时间的推移，自己一定可以越做越好。

要想写好一篇文章，没有充足的词汇量是不行的。课文中的俗语和谚语的识记是通过背诵来完成。背诵是语言学习的重要手段，也是语言学习的必经之路。
1.背词句，背诵课文中的重点句型和短语尤其是课文中的俗语、谚语和经典句子。
2.背范文，将近几年高考中的作文和课文中好的段落以及报刊上的各种各样的体裁和优秀文章让学生多背，这样学生才能在自己的脑子中形成一定的写作框架，做到心中有数。
3.多读书，用英语进行思维。为了培养学生用英语思维的定势，增加对英语国家文化、社会风俗、风土人情、思维方式的了解，扩大视野，选择课外阅读，提高学生分析、判断、猜测、推理和领悟的能力。部分学生在写作时习惯用汉语思维，然后再逐句译成英语，结果写出来的文章是汉语式的英语。要想学会用英语进行思维，就要有计划、有目的地培养学生的语感。一个重要的方法就是大量阅读，选择精彩的词句、文章和佳句，引导学生阅读，摘抄或背诵来培养语感。
二、亲自动手，自己写作
教师应注重基本功训练，严格要求学生正确，工整，熟练地书写字母，单词和句子，同时注意大小写和标点符号。进行组词造句，组句成段练习时，要学生写出最简单的短句，为以后英语作文打好扎实的基础。这种练习可以安排在刚开始的训练中，要求学生能够用最基本的时态去完成写作。另外结合高中英语基础知识的复习，对学生提出较高写作能力的要求。
1.范例引路
学生在进行短文写作训练时，教师应提供各种文体的范文，讲明各种文体的写作要求和注意事项，如日记，便条，书信，通知的格式等，并给予必要的提示，并掌握各种体裁文章的格式。在平时的教学中，教师应该指导学生应对高考中各种体裁文章。
2.限时训练

3.多想精炼

三、培养学生良好的写作习惯
写作教学是一项“由简单到复杂，循环往复不断上升的”过程。不是一蹴而就的，需要教师在教学中由浅入深、由简入繁、由易到难、循序渐进。起始阶段，培养学生良好的写作习惯是非常重要的。要求学生做到以下几点：
1.认真审题。要求学生认真审读图表或提纲，领会意图，捕捉信息，确定文章时态及体裁。
2.写提纲。教师引导学生构思文章要点，写出每个段落主题句、关键词，然后确定细节和内容要点。
3.写初稿。经过审题和列提纲后，学生开始写作，教师指导学有意识地使用固定句型，使用关联词，把段落按逻辑顺序连成一体，形成基本连贯的初稿。
4.检查错误。检查是书面表达不可缺少的环节，学生完成初稿后，老师指导学生从以下六个方面进行修改和查错：(1)看要点是否齐全，有无遗漏;(2)体裁是否恰当，有无偏题;(3)内容是否连贯，有无缺词;(4)语法是否正确，人称、时态、语态、冠词及名词单复数等有无错误;(5)用词是否得当，有无习语及固定搭配等方面的错误(6)最后注意句与句、段与段之间有无合适的连接及过渡，经过有效的训练，学生犯的错误会逐渐减少，同时学生的书面表达能力会逐步提高。
总之，教学有法，教无定法。教师面对的教育对象是多样化的，因此在教学中一定要关注学生的个体差异，采取相应的措施，激发学生写作的兴趣。让学生参与实践，体验成功的快乐，循序引导，学生点滴积累，不断磨练，这样能达到理想的效果。
