今年我校为老师推荐了一套好书《走向高校课堂》，我利用闲暇时间，认真的阅读了这本书，通过阅读这本书,我更深层次的了解了什么是高效课堂，也让我对有效教学以及如何打造高效课堂有了深深的思考和认识。

这本书以实例剖析，通过发现问题、提出问题、解决问题的形式，系统阐述了高效课堂实践的核心要素。本书主要从这几个方面论述了打造高效课堂的具体操作模式：从旧理念走向新理念;从“大班”走向“小班”;从“观模”走向“建模”;从教案走向学案;从牵生而教走向顺学而导;从学会走向会学;从以教评教走向以学评教;从被动发展走向主动发展。

这本书可谓使我受益匪浅。因为它让我知道了要打造高效课堂，学生的自主学习是前提，课堂中只有让学生自己去探究，从而经历发现问题、提出问题、解决问题的过程，让学生自己去认知、去感受、去体验，这样才能使学生对知识有全面的了解和认识，才能对所学知识记忆犹新并且能灵活运用。

1、高效的课堂是学生“自主”的课堂。

要实现高效的课堂，其前提和基础首先要实现学生的“自主”学习，离开了学生的“自主”学习，“高效课堂”就无从说起。 书中介绍了如下秘诀：让学生自己生成知识、让学生在体验中自主发展。“自主”学习的目标还体现在课堂教学力求做到：问题由学生自己去发现解决，规律由学生自己去探索应用，概念由学生自己去概括提炼，文本由学生自己去解读体悟，实验由学生自己去设计操作，作业由学生自己去布置选择。让学生被“被动”为“主动”，我想，这与我们提倡的“生本”理念是同出一辙的。只有调动了学生的积极性，才能实现我们教学的高效，才能达到教育的目的。

2、高效的课堂是学生“互助合作”的课堂。

“独学而无友，则孤陋而寡闻。”合作探究可以提高单位时间内学生学习、交往、表达的频率与效率，可以优势互补。实施“互助学习”，落实合作学习方式，这是一个提高课堂教学效果的很好的渠道。合作学习是学生进行思想的交换，在合作中培养学生相互尊重、宽容、理解、欣赏、信任，善于交流。在合作中往往学得更好、更深、更快。就如何提高课堂效率来看，“合作学习”确实是一个非常有效地途径。

3、高效的课堂是学生“展示”的课堂。

学生展示自己在学习中探究的结果，并与同学一通分享学习的快乐。在展示中体验成功、增加自信，在展示中谋求进步、促进发展，在展示中学会展示、学会学习。每一次展示都是一次难忘的的经历，每一次展示都是一次成长的过程，每一次展示都是学生进步的阶梯。

总之，通过学习高效课堂之后，本人受益匪浅，颠覆了以前的教学思路。相信在今后的教学中借助于这些好的经验，我要踏踏实实地研究“高效课堂教学”，从学生实际出发，从素质教育的目标出发，合理运用控制论的原理，使我们的课堂教学建立在更加有效的基础上。定能更轻松地驾驭课堂，让课堂变得活跃，让学生轻轻松松学到知识。

许多学生在读一读后由衷地发出了感叹：原来我们的生活中经常用到大数，这些大数末尾的0真多呀，读起来太麻烦了，而且很容易数错0的个数。此时，学生置身于“口欲言而弗达，心求通而弗能”的“愤悱”境地，他们真正体会到改写大数的必要性。他们的心理上生成了一种强烈的认知冲突。认知冲突既会激起学生激烈的思维振荡，又会引起学生学习需要的不平衡，情感领域中便会生成一种乐于学习、主动参与探索、渴求获取问题解决办法的心理倾向，从而为进一步学习在知识、思维、情感等方面蓄积了良好的准备态势，为促进学生在积极参与学习活动的过程中获得主动的、最大限度的发展奠定了坚实的基础。这时，我指出：遇到较大的数，为了读、写简便，我们常常用“万”或“亿”作单位记出来。那么整万的数怎样改写成以“万”为单位的数呢？我让学生自主讨论、相互交流。在后续的学习中，学生一直处于积极主动的学习状态，他们争先恐后地发表自己的想法，然后由学生得出“去掉个级的4个0，写上单位万。”

数据的改写是对数据表示形式的变化，它的大小并没有发生变化。在改写过程中我注重向学生说明改写后为什么要写计数单位的道理。启发学生思考5000000和500万的关系，并把自己看法跟同桌交流，然后把理由说给全班同学听。使学生明确等号左边的数是以“个”为单位，一般以“个”为单位就不写计数单位了。而等号的右边是以“万”为单位，如果这个计数单位不写，那么就会变成以“个”为单位，这样两者之间就会相差很大。这些道理，可以结合具体的情景加以说明，以便学生在理解的过程中减少错误。

数学来源于生活，学生的生活中有许多数学问题，只有让学生在熟悉的、感兴趣的问题情境中，才能感悟、学习、和理解数学知识。因此，在初步探究完如何将一个大数改写成以万为单位得数后，我让学生自主发挥，自己先写一个整万的数，然后将它改写成以万为单位的数，这就大大激发了学生的兴趣，()然后，我又趁势让他们给同桌出一道这样的题，互相交流，互相判断，这就在检验孩子们的知识是否巩固，是否能自主进行正确检查。最后，又让孩子们写一个以万为单位的数，改写成生活中的大数，逆向思维得到训练。这个环节对于突破、重难点起到了很好的促进作用。数学课程标准强调“尊重学生已有的知识与经验”。学习改写成用“亿”作单位的数，学生运用迁移规律，很快就掌握了改写方法。

今天，本人执教了四年级一篇作文课《未来的笔》，要求同学们打开思维，充分发挥自己的想象力创造出来的，弄清楚现在的笔有什么缺点，未来要怎么改良这个缺点，所以本次习作自然也就要考察和训练学生的想象力。

语文教师要上好一节作文课，不是轻而易举的事情，要想在作文指导课上使学生获得作文的技巧与方法，教师必须精心地设计作文指导课的上法。因此，要想提高语文教学成绩，提高学生作文能力及水平，教师必须在作文指导课上下功夫。

想象作文是培养学生的创造性思维，培养学生思维的灵活性、独创性的一种最好的方法。由于小学生思考问题的逻辑性较差，虽然有时他们经过持续观察后占有的材料十分丰富，且富有生活气息和儿童情趣，但是在他们的头脑里，这些材料是零乱的、分散的，没有大小轻重之分，尤其处于作文起步阶段的小学四年级，他们不会根据中心思想选取相关的材料进行分析、比较，所以大多学生写起来思前不想后，想到什么就写什么，想到哪里就到哪里，这就难免出现词不达意、详略不当的毛病，比如：未来的笔，他们的素材就很少，可能被现实生活中的笔给禁锢了。因此，教师有必要采用“问题”导向使目标明确。因此本人在进行《未来的笔》作文指导课的时候，问到：“现在的笔有什么缺点？你

想怎么改良成未来的笔呢？”使学生能按照一定的重点和顺序，有意识地边想象边思考，循序渐进。

我在作文课上给学生提出的要求：1 、展开想象的翅膀，想象大胆、合理。2、语句通顺、生动。3、能把故事写具体，还有自己独特的想法。首先要让学生在互相的讨论中想到自己要变的未来的笔的样子，有点和缺点，这样的前提是要自己喜欢的事物或者感兴趣的事物，从学生的内心入手抓住他们可以发挥的想象，再让学生展开想象大胆地去说变成了该事物之后自己该做哪些对社会和人类有益的事情，这样做就能很好地对学生的“变成后做了什么事”引导比较到位。目前的小学生写作文时最大的难题就是没素材可写，或是不知从何想象。其实呢，不是生活中没有作文素材，而是学生缺少善于捕捉作文素材的能力，缺乏实践活动，还缺少文化知识。所以我用了大量的图片、故事……等各种设计来启发他们的思维，让学生把目光投向多姿多彩的生活中去，不断发现，捕捉在生活中有趣和值得关注的事物，开阔学生的眼界，增长学生的见识。即使是平常的小事也可写出新意来。老师要选择最佳的观察对象，安排合理的观察顺序，指导学生认真观察。这样，学生可用一个简单的生活情节来想象一个生动、形象的故事。可见作文来源于生活，学生通过生活开拓思维，想象一个新的境界。

想象性作文凭借儿童的想象展开，但儿童在想象时，情节较为抽象、模糊，可能只是一个大概的过程和结局。所以，在

学生的想象有了大致的轮廓后，教师还应指导学生围绕情节想具体。除此之外，由确定材料到下笔成文，中间需要一个说的过程，我口写我心，我心写我口。让学生把自己头脑中想象的情节说出来。在此过程中，语言与思维呈互动状态。说的收获与启发也促成了写的酝酿，将积累材料与化成文字之间的梯度大大缩小。尤其是教师让学生示范说，个别说，同位说，小组说，既是个体一次写的酝酿和尝试，也是不同个体间的一种互相启发，能使学生互相影响，不断补充，取长补短，丰富自己的内容。

我认为“没有想象就没有创造”，培养学生想象作文的途径是很多的，作为一名小学语文教师要不断地挖掘学生的内在创造潜质，培养学生思维的敏捷性、灵活性，使学生创新能力和作文能力都得到一定的提高。

高中阶段的学生已经具备一定的写作能力，但是学生在写作上还是存在明显的个人差异的，写作能力与学生个人的兴趣、个人的阅读量、创作灵感以及对个人的语文表达能力都有很大的关系，有的学生本身对写作有极大的兴趣，所以在日常学习中都会善于动笔写作，有的学生喜欢阅读，长期的阅读对学生的写作思维产生潜移默化的影响，使学生在写作时能够自然地应用所读作品的写作手法或语言，这些都是影响学生写作能力的重要因素。但是就高中阶段的大环境来考虑，学生面临着众多学科的学习，繁重的学习任务加上高考的压力，学生没有大量的课外时间进行写作训练，而且在语文学科的教学中，作文批改是一个非常耗费时间的教学环节，如果学生的作文都是通过教师先进行批改，然后进行讲解，那前后的时间就会特别长，最终可能导致教师在讲解时学生的听讲效率不是很高。

因此，为了保证学生有更多的时间进行写作训练，也为了使学生能够在刚写完一篇作文的情况下就进行作文学习，保持新鲜感，教师可以在作文批改上进行一定的创新批改作文方式的尝试。首先，教师可以采取让学生进行互批的形式，教师拿出专门的时间让学生进行写作，然后教师可以大体的找几份学生的作文进行了解，然后让学生进行互批，高中阶段的学生也都是有好奇心的，学生也都会对其他同学的观点感兴趣。高中阶段的作文一般都是话题作文，都是给出一段材料，让学生根据自己的理解进行写作，不同的学生就会有不同的理解，可能就会产生不同的观点。教师通过让学生进行互批作文，不仅可以满足学生的好奇心，而且可以利用学生的这种好奇心，使学生通过阅读批阅其他同学的作文，了解其他学生的看法，从而拓展自己的写作思维。为了防止学生流于形式，教师可以挑选几位同学对自己所批阅的作文进行分享并发表自己的看法。

除了互批，还可以进行自批自改，这种形式的作文批改主要是为了训练学生修改作文的能力，批改作文的最终目的就是为了培养学生自主修改作文的能力。所以，教师训练学生在写完一篇作文之后，对自己的作文进行反复阅读，对自己的文章进行全局的把握，然后进行修改。最终教师可以要求学生对自己的作文进行公正的评价，然后教师可以根据学生的评价进行有针对性的作文讲解。

学生自主批改或是互相批改作文，都是为了训练学生修改作文的能力，但是教师在指导学生写作方面还是要根据学生的情况来进行的，因此，在学生批改之后，教师要对学生的作文进行二次批改，然后根据学生的写作情况和批改情况进行有针对性的讲解，通过指导写作方法和修改方法，提高学生的写作水平和能力。除了统一的写作训练，教师还可以组织学生形成写作监督小组，每个周以小组为单位进行一次写作训练，教师定期收集学生的作文进行监督促进。通过这种小组形式，学生可以根据个人兴趣进行作文话题的写作，从而有效的培养写作能力，也能够使得高中阶段的语文教学更加契合创新教育的原则。

二、阅读教学立足于学生的主体地位，培养学生的阅读赏析能力

阅读作为一项技能，是获取信息的重要手段，在语文学科的教学中，阅读则是一项语文技能，是需要教师进行格外培训的一项技能。高中阶段的学生应该具备一定的课外阅读量和对文学作品的赏析能力，但是现在很多教师在阅读教学上存在很大的误区，很多教师只是为了培养学生的阅读技巧而进行的阅读模块的教学，从而忽视了学生的主体性。所以，教师在进行阅读教学时应该使教学立足于学生，着重培养学生的内在阅读能力。比如说，教师可以在日常教学中，根据学生的兴趣点，选择学生感兴趣的作品，然后通过选择有一定代表性的文章拿到课堂上，通过泛读、精读或是寻读等方式，根据学生的能力和作品的性质，采取相应的阅读方式，泛读主要是为了拓展学生的文学知识，教师给出学生自由的阅读时间，结合文章内容给出一定的文化背景方面的知识，让学生自由阅读，然后让学生进行自由的表达。泛读主要是拓展学生的文学知识，而精读则是为了训练学生的阅读技能，阅读本身就是一种灵活的主观性的题目，教师在讲解过程中可以与学生共同讨论，关注学生的问题，

针对学生的想法进行讨论。这种形式的阅读教学需要摆脱试题类型的禁锢，使教学立足于学生的主体性地位，尊重学生的想法和在阅读方面的奇思异想。这种精读的形式可以使学生更加了解文章内容，通过对文章内容的熟悉掌握，学生可以逐步培养出对文章内容的赏析能力，这是创新教育大环境下学生应该具备的一种阅读能力。阅读理解是一种主观性非常大的题目，教师在閱卷时，也都是根据参考答案来进行评分的，只要学生的答案言之有理即可得分，所以，教师不能把阅读教学限制在应试上，而是应该培养学生真正的语文素养。

除了不同形式的阅读形式，教师可以适当拓展学生的课外阅读量，主要以中外文学著作为主，使学生多接触一些西方著名的文学作品，对不同的文学形式有一定的了解可以帮助学生在进行阅读赏析时，以更加全面的思维去考虑，从而提高学生在文学作品上的赏析能力。总之，对于阅读教学教师要尊重学生的主体地位，使阅读教学能够真正的对学生产生有益的影响。

总而言之，高中语文学科在作文和阅读方面的教学都应该进行不同于传统教学方法的尝试，通过多样的教学形式，结合学生的实际情况，打破应试教育下语文教学的局限性，使学生能够真正的养成阅读和写作能力。

In my childhood, summer holidays left a deep impression on me. They brought me many happy memories now.

Everyday we got up early then. Though there was not much modern entertainment, we could still be content with climbing trees, swimming in the small river, catching butterflies , bees and or something. Anyway, we could give a full play to our imagination and intelligence to enjoy ourselves.

The most enjoyable time in a day was night. All people would go out to be cool. They talked with each other freely and happily. Sometimes we would gather around an old grandfather and listen to an old story, which would always attract a lot of children. Our grief and joy all came from story. Sometimes we would carry out a small stool, made it as a horse, and then we would ride on it in a circle. We acted as knights. The front part of the stool was moved up and down to knock at the earth and sent out the sound of “du du…”. It was often followed with our folk songs. But parents could not accept this game because it was too noisy, and they couldn’t bear it. We were always forced to dismiss. But soon we could find a new program.

About the midnight, people would go back to sleep one after another. Under the pressure of parents, we had to go home, too. But as soon as we got to bed, the plan of entertainment next day appeared in mind. Then we could sleep with a smile.

The summer holiday is coming. Our class have had a discussion about what to do during the holiday. Some are in favor of staying at home. They think its both convenient and comfortable. Whats more, they can save money for other purposes. But they will lose the chance of getting to know the outside world.

However, others prefer to go out for traveling since it can increase their knowledge and broaden their horizons. But they will spend more money and meet some difficulties while traveling.

In my opinion, it would be much better to stay at home, for I can do what I like, such as reading books, watching TV, and helping my parents with the housework.

The First Day in High School

Today was the first day of my new life. I looked at my new books and checked everything for the new school year. I was excited as well as worried.

今天是我新生活的第一天，我翻看我的新课本，检查了新学年的一切。我既激动又担心。

Entering new school, I was curious about everything, new classrooms, new teachers, new classmates etc. It would be a new start for each student. And what I was worried about is that I had no friends here. I wondered if no liked to play with me. Were the teachers strict with students?

进入新的学校，我对所有事情都很好奇，新的教室，新的老师，新的同学等等。这对每个学生来说都是一个新的开始。我所担心的是在这没有朋友。我想知道是不是没有人喜欢和我玩。老师对学生是不是很严厉？

I fell relaxed when the teacher asked me, What else could I help you, freshman?". I found that the teachers were kind and polite, and the classmates around me were friendly. While I was thinking about how to get on well with my classmates, my desk mate showed me his favorite Ipad4s. He wanted to play with me, but I didnt know how to play, so he taught me patiently, and we played happily.

The quality of human life has improved greatly over the past few centuries, but Earth is being harmed more and more by human activity. As we develop our technology, we demand more from our planet. Eventually, this will harm people as well.

Our planet gives us everything we need, but natural resources are not endless. Strip mining devastates whole regions, leaving bare and useless ground. Deforestation removes old growth trees that cant be replaced. Too much fishing may harm fish populations to the point where they cant recover. We are too careless in taking what we want without giving anything back.

There are more people than ever, living longer that ever. So is it any surprise that many areas suffer from too much development? Anyone living in or near a city has experienced "urban sprawl". There is a new shopping area on every corner and new houses, townhouses and apartments everywhere. Traffic gets worse and worse because planners cant keep up with growth. Keeping up with human demand is hard enough. Environmental concerns come in last.

With growth comes pollution. Companies and communities dump waste into water. Landfills are full of trash. Emissions from factories pollute the air. Barrels of industrial waste and worse, radioactive waste, have no safe place to go. If were not careful, we can harm our planet beyond repair.

People need to respect the Earth and try to preserve it. If we dont, what kind of future will we have?

Yesterday my classmates and I went to on a picnic. According to our plan we would climb the West Mountain.

昨天我和我的同学去野餐。按计划要爬西山。

Early in the morning all of us gathered at the gate of our school, we started of at seven, soon it began to have a little rain. We kept on riding for an hour till we reached the foot of the mountain.
