一、教学环节设计要合理

就阅读课来说，教学环节的设计基本采用“四步导读”的模式。第一步，在老师诱导下学生初读课文，让学生感知课文语言。第二步，在老师引导下学生细读课文，让学生理解课文语言。第三步，在老师指导下学生精读课文，让学生品评课文语言。第四步，在老师辅导下学生进行综合训练，学会运用语言。

在这个过程中，学生的阅读实践活动始终处于课堂教学的中心地位，教师的一切启发引导都是为训练学生创造性地进行语言实践提供服务。老师的“导”与学生的“读”相互渗透、相得益彰，充分体现了师生间、生生间、师生及教材之间的双向多边的互动反溃“四步导读”模式符合《标准》提出的教学理念，这样的流程的设计是合理的。

当然，对于不同类型的课文也可以根据实际情况予以适当调整或删减，形成灵活的教学风格，但其核心理念是不变的。

二、课堂教学提问要精当

课堂提问是语文教学中不可缺少的一个重要环节，是启发学生思维、传授基本知识，控制教学过程，进行课堂反馈的一个重要手段。它贯穿于课堂教学的始终，直接影响着课堂教学的成败。教师必须细细揣摩，问到关键处，问到有用之处，问到学生心里去，问出水平来，才能更好的促进我们的教学，利于学生的发展。教师在课堂教学中，要通过问的技巧与艺术，体现出教学新理念。

：

提问要有一定的思考价值，能调动学生的主动性，集中他们的注意力，引导他们生动活泼的学习，使他们经过自己独立思考，对知识融会贯通，从而提高分析问题解决问题的能力。

提问的难易要适合不同层次学生的实际能力。教师对课堂中所提问的问题应在备课时精挑细选，严格控制数量，克服课堂提问的随意性。要做到数量适中，也要避免两种倾向，太多或太少。提问太多，学生没有思考回旋的余地，对所学知识难以理解、消化;提问太少，讲授太多，学生难有参与的机会，最终会产生厌倦情绪。

提问要有一定的艺术与技巧，杜绝形式主义的问答。学生答案与老师的答案不一致时，教师不引导，反复追问，让学生再答，直追到与自己的标准答案一致为止。这种锲而不舍一再追问的做法，在不同程度上制约了学生思维的灵性。

提问要尽量使全体学生都积极参与思考，使更多的学生有被问到的机会，并激励学生自己提出问题，对答案置疑辨析。

三、教学活动调控要灵活

教师要善于激发学生的学习兴趣。课堂上，我们不是倍受关注的亮点，应该把更多的精彩留给学生。要努力缩短学生与老师，学生与教材内容的距离，使他们从心底爱上语文课。还应该充分利用教材、图片、实物及学生情感体验来发展学生的思维，增加学生的想象力。

教师要给学生当堂练写的时间。我们的语文课多数是“老师讲，学生听;教师问，学生答”，一节课，加上学生活动，上的紧紧巴巴，写作训练常常被拖到课外，变成作业，加重了学生的负担，也大大降低了课堂效率。但实际上，如果能用一点时间，把练笔落实在课堂上，让学生当堂写，通过教师的巡视指导，可以端正态度，提高训练效果——字写得更好了，文章更通顺了。我们应该尽量把自己的活动压下来，保证学生活动时间，包括挤出几分钟完成课堂书面作业。

教师要“照顾好”每个学生，使人人都有“成就感”。在教学中，我们尽量给学生以不同程度的提示、启发，使他们均有“成就感”。比如背诵课文，可让优等生、中等生背诵并理解运用，而对于后进后，只要求他们读熟就可以了，教师还要适时鼓励，使每个学生都有冲劲。

有了这样的材料在手，学生就有了可供选择的素材，除了第1个问题，剩下的哪个问题展开来写都能有很多内容可以写，学生就不愁没有材料，也不会不知道写什么了。不过，素材多了，又面临一个选材的问题，什么样的素材最适合用于这篇自传体文章？什么样的素材更重要，更具有表现力？这都是需要认真考虑的。指导学生在作文中要表现出自己的鲜明个性，就要在选材上运用准确的事例生动地表现出来，能在众多的材料中学会取舍。

在教学过程中，我注意强调学生不能记成流水账，以免有些同学把预习所回答的问题串连起来成一篇文章。自传中一要有事实，自传不是简单的记人，我们的个性特点、精神风貌、生长经历都要在自传中体现出来。我注重引导学生写出事实，写切身的体会、真实的活动，这样让文章生动、充实，这是这次习作成功与否的关键。

课堂上写作学生一下子不习惯，所以完成的情况不太好，相当一部分同学都没有完成。也跟学生平时写作速度慢有点关系，写作速度的训练在要以后的作文中加强。

在学生互评习作和全班修改作文这两个环节上做得不够到位，可能是因为学生平时缺少训练，一下子没有适应这种情形，也由于我没有灵活地引导，这个环节有点流于形式。

从学生交上来的作文来看，这次作文教学取得了一点小成功。在取材上，有的写自己的缺点优点和这些优点缺点带给自己在学生、生活上的影响；有的回忆了自己童年时代的趣事；有的写了父母对自己的关心和自己的打算；有的写了与同学之间的相处对自己的影响；有的写了在街上看到小乞丐后自己的想法和改变；有的回忆了生活中影响自己比较大的事；有的谈了自己的理想；有的谈了自己是如何喜欢打乒乓球的……总之，从内容上来说，不再像以前的作文那样单一。以前老赖着不交作文的同学都把作文交上来了，写的内容虽然还是不够具体，但是真实；语句也还是不够通顺，但是我起码知道他想表达什么。平时绝大多数写“搭架子”作文的同学这次的作文都言之有物，虽然在具体生动上还欠缺为火候；平时写作还算比较可以的几个同学这次的作文也是表达得更加富有真情实感。不过，这次的作文也存在一些问题，最明显的是开头和结尾过于雷同。因为我在课堂上举例讲了开头可以介绍自己的姓名、年龄等内容入手，而结尾可以总结一下自己，所以不管写什么内容的同学，都套用了我所举的开头和结尾的例子。从这里可以看出，学生自主高效地完成一篇习作还是有待努力的。

时间如流水般淌过，转眼间期中考试也已经结束了，成绩也已经公布了。望着试卷上的分数，我惊讶了。因为这并不是我真正想要的分数。六年级下册的第一次英语期中考试开始了这次考试已成为我学习生涯中最低分的一次考试。在这次英语考试，我竟然考了73分，从三年级开始，到六年级，我从未考过如此低的分数，于是，我开始自我检查。

我次，一到考试的时候总因紧张而很着急，为此，我总结了我没考好的原因：

1.平时没有养成细致认真的习惯，总是不把题目读完就答题，考试的时候答题粗心大意、马马虎虎，导致很多题目会做却被扣分甚至没有做对。

2.在做阅读理解的时候，我根本看都看不懂，这个脑袋都是晕乎乎的，就随便乱蒙了一下，这都是因为单词没有记熟，看到认识的单词，更本想不出意思来，所以，我的阅读理解扣了8分。

3.在考试的前一个晚上没有复习，以前每次英语考试我都会在前天晚上复习好，而在这次考试，我因放了两天假就忘得一干二净了，到了学校才想起来要考试，但我以为这次考试也会像以前考试一样很容易，在考试前10多分钟也不复习，从而导致了考得很不理想。

4.平时回到家的时候，不复习一下英语，但到了星期六、星期天也不把英语书拿出来复习一下，只顾看电视、玩电脑。

5.在平时听单词的时候，总是死记硬背，就在听的时候默得出来，蒙混过关，到了第二天，就全不记得了，导致了在做选出不同类的单词这一题的时候，扣了6分。

自己有很多兴趣，作为一个人，一个完整的人，一个明白的人，当然不应该同机器一样，让自己的兴趣被平白无故抹煞，那样不仅悲惨而且无知，但是，如果因为自己的兴趣严重耽搁了学习就不好了，不仅不好，有时候真的是得不偿失。第一，这次失败的原因是什么?要认真思考，挖掘根本的原因;第二，你接下来要干什么?确定自己的目标，不要因为失败不甘心接着走，而是要正确地衡量自己。看看想要什么，自己的优势在什么地方，弱势是什么;第三，确定目标。明确自己想要的，制定计划，按部就班的走。

时间仿佛过的很快，一眨眼的功夫，却已学期过半。我仔细的倾听钟表的声音，仿佛感到了时光的流淌，生命的流逝。时间仿佛是一片大海，我仿佛是在大海中行舟的那个人。我在着大海中慢慢的成长，进步。刚上海时，由于不适应海上的生活，很长时间里，没有找到行舟的诀窍，因此，并没有比别人划得更好。等到花了六分之一时，才发觉原来划船在海中遨游是如此愉快，虽然需要费力，虽然需要慢慢的学习划船的技巧和精确度。但，我却依然感到快乐无比。因为在这个探究的过程中，我发现了一种超越自我的快乐。

Summer can be very hot in southern taibei where the temperature usually goes up to 32"C or more. Because of the heat it is a trying experience to go to school or do anything else in a place that is not air-conditioned. Also because of this I stay at home most of the time during the summer vacation and only occasionally go to the beach to plunge myself into the cool water as a way to keep my body less sticky. Actually I like swimming and think nothing is more refreshing than a swim. In the summer vacation that has just ended I went swimming many times with my classmates and we all had a good time. This summer vacation, however, was not spent entirely in seeking fun. As a second-year senior student I had to prepare myself for the college entrance examinations that were only a year away. In other words, I must find time to study, too. So I divided my time between work and play during the summer vacation and derived much benefit from this arrangement.

I spent this summer vacation in quite a different way. I used to run about every day in previous summer vacations, but this summer vacation I simply could not afford to do so. I would soon be in the last year of my high-school education and would after graduation be up against the college entrance examinations. Though those examinations were still a year away, I had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things I had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this. At first I was rather dismayed at the thought of this, but later I thought it was better this way because by working hard this summer I could count on endless happy summers to come. The people I respect the most is my father. He is a doctor. He always busy

with work. Since I can remember, he never spent a whole weekend to stay with me.

He goes to the hospital very early before I get up, and comes back home after I

Above all, if we human beings cannot recognize theseserious problems and try our best to solve them soon, we would finally lose theenvironment suitable for us to live. So, it is our duty to protect theenvironment ,but what should we do to protect it?

In my opinion, the first and important thing is tounite all forces ,that is to say---gather all hearts together. Next we shouldprotect and plant more trees, which can dispose of the dust in the air. As forfamilies, it is effective to ride bicycles rather than drive cars. Don’t litteranywhere as you like. In addition, sorting and recycling the rubbish also playan essential role in the protection of our earth. We’d better call on everyone aroundus to lead a low-carbon life, as it may make a difference to the environment.

Thus, it’s high time that we did something to improveour surroundings. Everybody should raise the awareness to protect our motherearth. Let’s appeal to more people to join us.

All in all ,there’s no doubt that keeping the balanceof human and nature ,we will benefit a lot.

Nowadays, pets become so close and friendly to our human-beings that more

and more people enjoy keeping them. Pets can bring them a lot of joys and

happiness, because playing with pets is a good way to communicate with the

nature. Besides, pets can comfort old people who live alone. With the companion

of pets, they won’t feel lonely. Nevertheless, I’m not interested in keeping

pets at all. For one thing, keeping pets is bad for environmental protection,

since pets usually make a lot of noise and contaminate the roads. For another,

the virus carried by pets may cause fatal disease. What’s more, sometimes pets

may attack people when they are unhappy. Consequently, we had better not keep

too many pets, so as to ensure our health and security. Besides, those pet

lovers must take some effective measures to prevent their pets from hurting

people and polluting our environment.

Yesterday,I went to have a picnic with my old classmates.We dated with each other several days ago.And we were all expecting the days come. At last, the excited day came. We went to the part where we have decided to have the picnic. During the picnic ,we talked with each other,played games,and so on. On balance, I had a nice day and I will never forget it.Because it is so happy in the picnic and we remaided so many pleasures things in our childhood.

2we had a picnic in fall last year. first we climbed to the top of the hill. we saw many pupils there. we talked ,laughed and played together. then at picnic time, we shared our food .we saw a beautiful stream near by. but there was much rubbish in it. thats a pity .we thought we should tell the people to protect our living environment. so after our picnic, we put up several signs near the stream. we wrote "please keep the stream clean and beautiful" on the signs. time to go home, we said goodbye each other and we made an appointment of next year.. on our way home, we all thought thats a very interesting picnic.

从事初中作文教学过程中，发现学生厌烦写作文的现象非常普遍。造成厌烦心理的原因很多，也很复杂。但分析起来，根本原因还在教师身上。教师学是否高、艺是否精、业是否有道、品是否端正、责任心是否强?往往就决定了学生的兴趣和爱好的方向和程度。为此，解决学生的厌烦心理，首先要从教师入手。

(一)敬业精业，授课精彩。要努力认真钻研教材，精心构思、设计课堂环节，力争每一堂课都是精品。让学生感到听老师讲析作文或课文就是一种享受，以自己全身心地投入来感染和引导学生。精湛的艺术，高尚的品格，本身就具有极强的吸引力。久而久之，学生就会在这种氛围中逐渐萌发对文学、对写作的兴趣。

(二)教师下水，现身说法。身教胜于言教。教师的一举一动，比千言万语还要有说服力和感召力。长期的作文教学中，凡是要求学生写的作文，我都坚持与学生同题写作，平等研讨，共同修改。本人的写作水平也有了较大提高，在省级、市级各家报纸、杂志发表诗歌、散文、消息、通讯百余篇。更重要的是，我的这种做法使学生感到写作不再那么难，作家也不是高不可攀。“作文其实就是写身边的人和事，抒发自己对生活的感悟。好的作文必须要有独到的思想和艺术见解。”学生对作文一旦有了全新的认识，就会彻底打消畏难、厌烦心理。

(三)典型引导，正面鼓励。对学生要多鼓励、多表扬，不说打击和挫伤学生积极性、自信心的话;不做打击和挫伤学生积极性、自信心的事。坚持多从学生的作文中找评析范文，不求完美，但求有独到之处，力争每学期绝大多数学生的作文都有被选做范文的机会。同时，注意在学生中培养写作爱好者。本人所教学生中有多名在省、市级中学生征文竞赛活动中获得一、二、三等奖。榜样的力量是无穷的，学生的写作成就鼓舞了其他学生的写作热情，许多学生纷纷表示，也许将来我也能成为一名作家。继而实现了教师教得顺手，学生学得轻松的喜人局面。

总之，随着课程改革的深入，对语文教师的要求也更加严格、全面。需要教师具有丰厚的文化底蕴和良好的职业道德，更要有对教育事业、对学生赤诚的爱。很难想象，一个对现实生活冷漠、对学生漠不关心的教师会写出情真意切的作品，会培养出品格高尚具有良好素质的人才
