I have a cat named mimi. Its hair is as white as snow. I often play games with it. It amuses me a lot and I treat it as a little friend. Every morning, I would say goodbye to it before I go to school and mimi would wave its front-legs to me. It brings me a lot of pleasure. But it takes time and costs money to keep the cat. My parents and I spend much time taking care of it, feeding it and cleaning it. We have to clean the house from time to time, or the cat will make them dirty and smelly.

经过几周的教学工作体验，感到有一条原则较重要，即让赏识走进语文教学，可以提高教学质量，让学生爱学语文。具体从以下几个方面入手:

一、教师和学生的关系是平等的

在赏识教育中，老师和学生的关系是平等的，教师在学生面前不是一位不可冒犯的权威，学生也不是唯命是从的卑微者。师生只有建立民主平等的关系，学生才有了安全感，才能充满信心，思维才有可能被激活，才可能敢于提出问题，敢于质疑。这样，就为学生的积极主动参与，创设了一个轻松愉悦、民主和谐的环境气氛，促使学生产生了强烈的求知愿望，即亲其师，学其道。成功的教学依赖于一种和谐安全的课堂气氛，这种气氛的建立需借助一些手段，如温柔的目光，亲切的抚摸，殷切地希望，加强师生间的情感交流，使学生更加依赖老师，从而激起学生更大的学习热情，这是学生学好语文的关键所在。

二、相信每个学生都能成功

罗森塔尔效应实验，说教师给学生自信，学生就会有高成就。教师对学生的相信是一种巨大鼓舞力量。陶行知先生也这样忠告我们：“你的教鞭下有瓦特，你的冷眼里有牛顿，你的饥笑中有爱迪生。”作为老师，应该相信每个学生都有成功的希望，每一个学生都具备成功的潜能，而教师的作用，就要唤醒学生的自信。

三、阅读教学，让学生多一点自我感觉

在阅读教学中，教师要更新观念，还学生以学习和发展的地位，要珍视学生独特的感受、体验和理解。对于学生五花八门的答案，教师要充分肯定。即使学生回答的幼稚，肤浅，甚至片面、错误，教师也切忌“一棒子”打下去，而应当热情鼓励、引导、用心呵护熠熠生辉的思想火苗，这对学生的影响将是巨大的。让学生发展自己的思维，获得审美的体验，从而提高语文阅读的质量。

四、作文教学中，让学生学会体现自己

在应试教育的制约下，学生在作文中的个性和创造性已消失殆尽。作文中总是干干巴巴的几段空话，套话、假话连篇，文章脱离了自己真实内心的感受，使作文失去了鲜活的生命和色彩。在这种情况下，教师鼓励学生写随笔，观察日记，读后感，观后感、周记。此类作文往往有学生真实情感的流露，鲜明个性的跳跃、独特词语的运用，许多优秀之作常常涌现，时间久了，学生就能发现自己的写作个性。

教师可以允许学生有不同层次的发展，并抓住学生作文中的优点，加以鼓励：如好的句子，使用准确的词语，好的开头或结尾等，唤起学生写作的热情和自信。作文评语以鼓励为主，当然作文中存在的主要毛病还需用委婉的、学生可以接受的方式指出，那么以后作文，学生会更主动热情，并能更好的展现或表现自己了。以赏识的方式改变学生作文中的一些缺点，效果明显，并能很快提高写作水平。

这是我最近教学过程中的一点点思考，现作以上总结，供大家参考、指点。

前几天终于结束了说明文阅读的教学。看了近三年的中考试卷后发现，每年的阅读题都会在说明文阅读和议论文阅读中选择其中一种来考试，分值在8-10分，难度比记叙要低得多，但奇怪的是，学生似乎更怕做说明文阅读阅读。

授课时我先介绍说明文的文体知识，再让学生自己根据平时的答题经验总结了一些答题技巧，然后我再进行了一些补充，告诉了他们一些答题套路，答题术语等等，教学设计都是由知识到技能，由浅入深，最后再选择一些说明文阅读题来让学生做，教学设计及训练程序，看似不存在什么问题，可是学生难以领会，原因在哪呢？我总结了一下，得出了以下结论：

首先是学生对说明文的阅读量不大，还不能准确地把握说明文的特点，对说明对象的特点不能精确地把握。

其次是学生对说明文没有阅读兴趣，因为它不像记叙文那样有动人的故事情节，这样一来，学生连仔细看一遍文章的兴趣都没有，又怎么能答好题呢。

另外，我在评讲过程中，不能抓住关键环节。如某种考点的提示语，甚至题后的分数的暗示作用，加上学生在答题技巧上积累不多，得到的答案就不够精确了。

还有就是说明文的练习量不够，以为简单就可以少训练，在学生记忆中没有形成“定势”，常常会与“议论文”相混淆。

基于以上情况，以后说明文阅读训练可作如下调整：

（一）多读一些典型的说明文，加强学生对说明文的感性认识。

（二）让学生积累一些答题技巧。这些技巧知识可在训练前听写，以加深印象。

（三）训练形式要多样化，以增加趣味性。

一、孩子感到快乐是写好作文的前提

“知之者不如好知者，好知者不如乐之者。”要想动笔习作，首先要喜欢习作，要让孩子从内心深处真正体验到作文是件快乐的事情。观察自己的家乡、做游戏等都是作文课的形式，习作可不是只有一种形式，不是只有一个阵地──课堂。广阔的大自然，应是孩子们学习的大课堂，到操场上去，到大自然中去，让孩子们感到高兴，增加体验，增强学习的信心，这样对于孩子们来讲，作文的过程将是一个快乐体验的过程。

二、知识积累是写好作文的保证

“我们的乡村，无论什么时候，什么季节都是一个五彩缤纷的世界。”“红红的柿子像一个个红灯笼，挂在树上，你挤我碰，等着人们去摘呢。”这些语句，是需要平时在阅读中去积累的，在习作中才能灵活去运用。有的同学在习作中能写出优美的语句，有的同学就写不出来。因此，平时建立一个摘抄本，是解决在写作时腹中空空，无话可写的好方法。在阅读时，把碰到的好词好句随时记下来，积少成多，这样就会在习作时产生下笔如有神，文如泉涌的奇妙境界了。

三、充分利用好身边的资源是作文的源泉

第六单元的习作内容是写乡村的生活，根据学生的生活实际，我组织了学生去观察乡村的田园风光，了解乡村的生活，拍摄乡村的图片，搜集乡村的资料，然后在课堂上介绍自己的乡村，学生讲得生动有趣。有个学生说：“我们乡村有趣的事很多，有时钓鱼，有时放牛等，我们玩得最有趣的是‘西班牙斗牛’……这是一节很成功的作文课，我充分利用了可以利用的教育资源，相信孩子们对于这样的作文课一定会很喜欢。

通过这节作文课，我体会到我们的语文课堂有着广阔的学习空间，让语文学习的外延与生活的外延相接是我们每个语文教师的责任。

实习日志

——《想北平》教学反思

老舍一直是我喜爱的作家之一，生平第一次上课，上老舍的《想北平》，那份激动也是“想说而说不出的”。

我从准备教案、课件开始就一直神经紧绷，直到今天上午上完课，激动的余波还久久不能散去。

第一次上课，我有着太多的惊喜。

我没想到除了师父以外还有其他两位教师在后面听课；我没想到师父会拿着手机在给我拍课堂实录；我更没想到老爸站在门外悄悄地注视着他的女儿??

下课后，走出教室，刚好遇到和我实习的同学。他说我好厉害，那么多老师在下面听课我都不怕！确实，紧张，已经不是我的软肋了。在这之前，师父带着我一段一段，一句一句的把文章树立了一边。说道这里，我很惭愧。读透文章，透到每一个字，每一个注释，是我目前需要下大力气的地方。

此外，可能是在大学里参加各项活动随便讲习惯的原因，我过于自信，连详细的教案都没打印出来，只带了自己手写的一页简简单单的纸片就上课了。这就造成了这堂课的一个主要缺陷——各环节之间衔接不自然，有停顿。态度决定一切，细节决定成败！要想做到，需要我更加的努力。

下午师父给我看了他拍的课堂实录，回家后老爸也把他看到的告诉了我。虽然在声音的高度方面有了提高，但是肢体语言、表情方面还有待提高。

总的来说，在上课的过程中，我还是比较快乐的，因为学生在回答问题时，在我的引导下经历了：说的不完全——语言不简练——提取关键词——完整表达这么一个过程。我期待着下堂课会有不一样的快乐，不一样的欣喜。 文学院 073班

传统的英语教学方式一般以组织教学、讲授知识、巩固知识、运用知识和检查知识来展开，在教学中就亲身感觉到学生在课堂上容易走神，倦怠，提不起兴趣，参与课堂极少。而新课改下的“英语高效课堂”，我校探索出了“导，启，主，动”式教学模式，是通过教师引导启发、设置情景，使学生能够主动思考、积极探索，热情参与，实现学生多方面能力综合发展、培养学生能力的一种教学模式。

现将从以下三个方面汇报学习总结与感悟：

一.机会难得，热情高涨。

首先感谢杨老师和学校领导多次给我外出学习的机会，让我开阔眼界，丰富知识，提升能力，逐步成长，更好的工作。不胜感激!说句实在话，真的有些累，学习内容安排的满满的，甚至是计划多了，时间不够，可激情深邃的报告与热情精彩的公开课让你来不及去思索累与不累，只有沉浸其中……

二.内容丰盈，异彩纷呈

1.咸慧校长的报告---先哲苏格拉底。

咸慧是一位女校长，干练的外表，激情的语言，的确有感染力与号召力。她的报告内容深刻，意义深远，作为女校长，有如此超前的教育意识，丰厚的文化底蕴，锲而不舍的钻研精神着实令人欣佩。她向我们介绍了先哲苏格拉底的哲学思想、教育思想等，震撼了我的心灵，启迪了我的智慧。在以后的学习与工作中我将不遗余力的感悟其哲学思想与教育思想并彻头彻尾的实践在教育教学此文转自斐斐课件园中。

2.李梦康老师的三节公开课。

三节公开课分为说读课，听写课，综合课。大致是用这样的三节课结束一单元的学习。听之前就很难苟同，听之后也很难谋和。李老师的课无非是打破上课的常规，打乱教材的顺序进行灌输性的教学，跨越太大，内容太简，结构太乱，违背学生的认知规律。再者教师的基本素质也很一般，总之，感觉不是很舒服。但是李老师的执着与奉献，勤奋与钻研的精神让我陷入深深的思考，从他身上，我学到的是他执著于教育事业、孜孜不倦、严谨勤奋、潜心钻研、尽心尽责的那种热爱工作，热爱生活的高品位的生命形式。这些，促使我反思以前的工作，更好的展开现在的工作。

3.张秀玲老师的公开课

张老师是日照市一位优秀的英语教师，多次参加省级讲课比赛，战绩赫赫。有幸听张老师的课犹如丰盛的大餐，营养丰富，回味无穷。张老师那镇静的教态，流畅的口语，严谨的组织，活泼的教学，精心的设计，让整堂课如行云流水般的舒畅，蓝天碧水般的清澈，柠檬怡人般的清新。Wonderful ! 受益匪浅，我将不断学习，不断思考，不断更新理念，全新的投入英语教学。

4.阅读课教学的设计与组织---徐庆仰

日照市教学研究室的徐主任对阅读课教学的设计与组织给出了精辟的的理论和独到的见解，他那种最前沿的思考与指导对进行阅读教学有很明确的指导意义。主要从以下几个方面给我启示：

(1.)阅读教学设计步骤要分析课文的真实语义、语境、语用目的;设计恰当的阅读技能与学习目的;确认图式差异---即学生尚无课文理解却需要的图式;设计目标。

(2.)阅读教学应遵循：意义理解在先，语言学习在后;体现层次;先主旨后细节;先表层后深层;阅读技巧贯穿于始终;知识学习基于语篇。

(3.)阅读步骤。分别阐明Pre-reading While-reading Post-reading 三环节的aims﹠strategies.有很强的可操作性和实用性。

三.收获颇丰，感悟至深

每次的学习对于工作在教学第一线的我，感觉是幸福而又充实的，因为面对不同风格的名师，不同类型的讲座，能感受到思想火花的冲击。耳濡目染的东西很多，但要采他山之玉为我所用，纳百家之长解我所困却需要一个消化吸收的过程，作为一线教师的我会坚定不移的走下去，前边的路很长，我不能走到最前沿，但我会朝这个目标去努力。所谓“高山仰止，景行行止，虽不能至，心向往之”这是我一生的追求。

I met my best friend in senior one. She is a girl with long legs, white skin, and small face. I didn’t live in school dormitory, but she did. So, I slept with her at noon. Sometimes we argued, but we both checked our mistakes and recovered our relationship soon. Last night, my friends and I went back to the primary school. We walked around the school and talked about the funny things that happened at that time. We were going to college soon, so we would be apart soon, but we were happy about our future school life. Suddenly, an idea came across my mind, I said to my friends that we could make a deal about four years later, we would graduate at that time. My friends were so excited about it, they agreed with me. So we made the deal that four years later, we got together here.
