法国最著名的牧师纳德 兰塞姆聆听过一万多人的临终忏悔，他说，假如时光可以倒流，世界上将有一半的人可以成为伟人。每个人最后的反思，不到最后一刻，谁也不知道。但是每个人都可以把反思提前几十年，做到了这点，便有50%的可能让自己成为一名了不起的人。我们的教学中，多一份反思，或许会多一份清醒，多一份进步。

语文教师，我一直以为是最难当的。作为母语，似乎谁都知道都会理解都可以说上一二。前几年语文大讨论时，多少偏激之词言犹在耳，多少老教师感叹越教越不会教。我困惑，摸索，听了几位大师言谈，观摩了几堂优秀教师的公开课，偶有一些心得体验，聊且作为反思。

首先，语文教师的基本功必须过硬。听、说、读、写不必说样样精通，起码必须能镇住学生，在学生面前能有几分自信。我真正感到自己在课堂能闲庭信步，挥洒自如，是普通话培训之后。自己朗读能力提高之后，可以自如地范读，底气就足了。基本功过硬，语文教师本身就是语文。比如如果你善于听，学生课前三分钟演讲，你的评点，引申就有根据，有针对性。观摩一些优秀教师的公开课，往往会发现他们本身素质相当之高。可惜，大学、目前的培训机构对这方面的训练太少了。

其次课堂的成功，备课必须充分，要带有自己的思考见解。一千个读者就有一千个哈姆雷特。语文的魅力就在于它是很有个性的，能紧密联系生活的。陆游教孩子：“汝果欲学诗，功夫在诗外”。所以语文教师是一个杂家，必须不断地读书，不断地思考。学生如果会认为自己的语文老师知识渊博，上课能有一些新见解，就成功了一半。比如《项链》，未必就批判资产阶级虚荣心;《装在套子里的人》未必就一定要大谈揭露沙皇军警的黑暗。

教学中讲究一定的教学艺术。试看这样一个教学片段：同学们畅所欲言，对王权意识和奴性意识大加批判，我也加入他们行列，讲了几个小故事：赫鲁晓夫批判斯大林的专制时，有人质疑赫鲁晓夫为什么不在斯大林在任时指出他的过错，赫鲁晓夫拍着桌子：“谁在说话，给我站起来!”那人吓坏了，以为大祸临头。赫鲁晓夫幽默地说斯大林就是这样做的。高压专制下，必有奴性。随后讲了萨达姆的“万人坑”，讲了康熙、乾隆时代的文字狱，讲了孙志刚的遭遇。大家一下子陷入深思。这是我在教读《我若为王》一文时的一段“穿插”。将历史、现实和课文联系在一起，拨动着学生的心弦，不仅恰切的丰厚了教学内容，而且有力地烘托了课文的主题，强化了教学效果。在阅读教学中如果能有机地适度地“穿插引入”，可以让行多行多的课表现得活泼灵动。教学艺术是需要学习总结的。这一点，湖北特级教师胡明道老师做得相当成功。她将课堂可能出现的种种情况加以分析，归纳了各种各样的应对方法，所以在课堂上她能游刃有余。而我们往往还凭经验驾御课堂，有时感觉很不错，有时感觉很失败。

“路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索。”在新一轮课程改革的大潮下，我们要不断反思，与时俱进。

“写作是运用语言文字进行表达和交流的重要方式，是认识世界、认识自我、进行创造性表述的过程。写作能力是语文素养的综合体现。写作教学应贴近学生实际，让学生易于动笔，乐于表达，应引导学生关注现实，热爱生活，表达真情实感。”大多学生作文时的所表现出的共性是“眼看着事物的形象，笔下却形容不出来。”所以在实际教学中，我们必须做到：

一、要浅化习作入门眼前闪烁

对于语文教师，特别是教启蒙作文的老师来说，切忌一开始就和学生讲述许多作文的理论、技法，这样会让学生感到枯燥而有压力，觉得自己根本写不出那样的作文而厌恶作文，丧失对作文的兴趣。习作入门课上，老师可以这样告诉学生：作文就是写你看到的、听到的、想到的;写你的快乐、你的忧愁;写一盆花、一棵草、一只小蚂蚁;写和同学做的小游戏;写考试得到100分;写你犯的错误……。必要的时候，教师可以现场示范，以自己的实际写作过程引导学生动笔，将自己的的身边时说出来。至于作文是什么，怎样才能写好作文，这些都需学生在长期的作文实践中慢慢去理解、体会。

二、练写观察日记，积累素材

学会观察事物，提高写作能力，从何入门呢?练写“观察日记”就是一种行之有效的方法，也是作文教学重要组成部分和不可缺少的一个重要环节。我们少年儿童热情敏感，充满活力，而丰富多彩的现实生活中，我们每天都能观察到许许多多的东西，如自然景物的状态，气候的千变万化，人物的音容笑貌，社会的各种现象等，而光观察不记录，那么有多少新鲜印象，有趣的事物、生动感人的场面难免会忘记，即便日后能回忆，也是朦胧的。所以，在教导学生养成观察习惯的同时，还要养成练写观察日记的好习惯。正如鲁迅先生所说：“必须如蜜蜂一样，采过许多花，这样才能酿出蜜来。”要提高学生的写作能力，就要提倡“观察教学，”特别是语文教师，在平时，要有意识引导学生去观察.在课堂上要经常指导学生练笔,使每个学生都能练出一双锐利的眼睛，学会观察事物，提高观察能力，养成观察事物的良好习惯。从而使生活周围的人和物烂熟于心，出口成章。

三、多做游戏，在玩中写，培养写作兴趣。

爱玩是孩子们的天性，用游戏的方法教孩子们写作十分有效，可以激发他们的想象力，提高兴趣，调动积极性和主动性，启发他们的创造性思维。将游戏融入到作文训练中，教学生玩中写作，写中再现玩趣，使作文成为最轻松平常的事。这样，学生有话可写，有情可抒，有感可发，再也不觉得作文是一件痛苦的事。

四、要引导学生积累

“读书破万卷，下笔如有神”、“不积跬步，无以致千里”，只有量的积累才有可能导致质的提升。没有大量的语言积累，学生是无法写好作文的。而小学生大多缺乏自觉性，只有不断的鼓励和督促，才能帮助他们积累语言，提高语言的储备量。可以布置学生每天摘抄好词好句，定期检查;可以课外向学生推荐一些名言、古诗词、儿童诗歌，要求他们熟读成诵，并学习运用;可以开展读书交流会、朗诵比赛、文学知识竞赛、成语接龙等有趣有益的活动。除了让学生多进行课外阅读积累词句之外，还应引导他们掌握更多的积累方法。比如从互联网上查阅资料，做实验，咨询别人等等。这样经过长期的积累和内化，学生写作的语言资料库不断丰富完善了，写作时遇到的障碍就会大大减少，作文兴趣也就更高了。

五、要写好作文批语

学生的作文是他们辛勤劳动的成果，因而强烈地期待得到老师的客观、公正、实事求是的评价——或热情地赞扬、鼓励，或诚心地帮助、指点。老师在作文批语中表现出的态度、情感、准确性直接影响学生的写作情绪和兴趣因此，老师对学生的作文要用赞赏的眼光去批改，并通过作文批语使学生得到知识上的满足，学习上的动力，心理上的平衡。

总而言之，作文教学中教师要注重培养学生的写作兴趣，激发学生爱作文的情感，同时，要培养学生勤于动笔的习惯，在生活中多积累一些素材，这样，学生就不会再视写作为难事，无话说可以变成有话说，不会写可以变成会写，用词干巴可以变成行文流畅，千篇一律可以变成百花齐放。

作文教学反思2：

随着考试制度的改革，作文在语文试卷中的比重越来越大，150分的试卷，作文占60分，作文成绩的高低直接影响语文成绩。而现在的初中学生，因为中考压力，对语文学科不重视，平日也很少有读书的习惯，积累少，阅读素养差，思想水平低，表达能力弱，在写作上反映出思路不开阔，重点不突出，层次不清晰，主题不鲜明，描写不具体，讲故事不生动，不会构思立意等问题，所以作文成绩总是在30-40分之间，无形中使语文总分降了20-30分，这怎能有竞争力?所以在语文教学中训练学生的写作能力就显得尤为重要了。

在初一时，因为学生负担不重，所以在作文教学上我主要以日记形式训练学生的写作能力，以每日见闻、学习心得、读书感悟、仿写片断、生活随笔等内容要求学生每日写，要求做到观点鲜明，表达流畅，内容充实，情感真切，有一定的写作速度。经过一年的训练，学生颇有收获，不怕写了，半小时能写400-500字，语言也较流畅。

到了初二，功课多了，学习繁忙了，我将日记改为随笔，一星期写二至三篇，内容随课文和生活而定，学生生活阅历少，感悟少，加之作业多，写作态度不端正了，随笔字数少了，内容空洞了，书写也越来越凌乱了，加之我工作繁忙，批阅的次数和评语少了，学生的写作停滞不前。

进入初三，随着中考的临近，训练学生的写作能力也越来越迫切，在课时紧的情况下，我每星期安排一节作文课，前一天或当堂命题，布置08年中考作文题，并进行构思立意选材的讲解指导，有时还念范文让学生模仿，通过十多次的训练，有效的指导让学生觉得话题作文有话说了，材料作文会立意了，命题作文也能出新了。但毕竟生活阅历少，认识水平有限，积累少，要写出立意深刻有见地有个性的文章不容易。学生写作的质量和积极性仍不够高。

所以我想，要想提高，首先要抓学生阅读，多读书，多感悟，多模仿，才能如源头活水，给作文教学以生机和活力。可给学生定期推荐好文章，引导学生欣赏评价，既给学生提供写作素材，又提高学生的欣赏水平。第二，紧扣生活，多给学生启发引导，交流教育，提高学生的思想认识水平，来加强作文的思想性和个性表达，来提高作文的深度和新意。第三，有意识地训练学生讲故事的能力，要求讲解加入具体细节，做到细致生动，能引人入胜;适时在班上开展一些讲故事比赛，激发学生积极性。第四，平日注重对学生进行就材料提炼观点、概括故事内容的训练，提高学生的提炼概括能力。第五，增加作文批阅的次数和激励性的批语，激发学生写作的积极性。第六，增加作文面批指导的次数，有针对性地指导写作，提高学生写作能力。第七，增加训练次数让学生多写多练，以提高写作速度。

总之，只要在主观上重视学生的作文教学，多思考，多学习，多实践，学生的写作能力定会有提高的! 作文教学的反思3：

这学期，我担任了初三语文教学工作。该班为普通班，大部分学生的基础都比较差，除了极少数对语文学习有浓厚兴趣的学生之外，我发现，我无论做多少作文训练，给了学生多少作文的指导，对学生的作文做多精细的批改，学生的审题技巧、构思以及文笔还是没有多大的起色。直到现在，有些学生还是持“作文作文，就是‘作’出来的文章”这样一种观念去写作，有时候，他们甚至捧一两部中学生优秀作文选，到上面去抄一篇上交完事。很明显，我们一直以来的作文教学思路根本没有切实提高学生作文水平。有的学生甚至根本抄都懒得去抄，让他交作文他就不交。

所以，我对我们初三普通班的整个作文教学思路进行了一点儿反思：

首先，必须让学生充分认识到写作文的重要性。

对于语文，作文分数比例是让人不敢忽视的，在150分的总分中作文就占了1/3甚至更多，这是一个很大的比重，由此可见，写作教学真可谓是语文学科教学的“半壁江山”。尤其对于普通班的学生，就算他们的基础和阅读比较差，但是却不会影响他们在作文方面拿多一些分数。因此，在语文教学中，不光我们语文教师要重视作文教学，更重要的是让学生从根本上认识到作文的重要性。要让学生知道你基础再差都要去写作文，特别是在考试中，千万不要以为自己的作文写得差就胡乱完成甚至不写。

其次，培养学生观察生活、体验生活的能力。

写作文，最重要的就是要写出自己的真情实感。真情实感从哪里来呢?那就是现在生活，我们只有在仔细观察现实生活，从生活实际出发，对现实生活进行思考，才能做到表达出自己内心的真实想法。因此，在作文教学中，我们一定要让学生充分认识现实生活，让他们体验生活，从中培养他们的观察能力和领悟能力，让他们从中学会独立表达，写出发自内心的话语。

写作是“源于生活而又高于生活”的，生活是写作的源泉。许多学生写作文，往往缺乏真情表现，语言干巴巴的，情思不见影。其原因就是学生手头缺少素材，没有“真事”，缺乏“发现”。素材在哪里?其实，素材就在我们身边，在我们丰富多彩的生活里。只要留心生活，就会发现生活中有许多值得写得素材。生活中的题材来源有：一是当天的所见所闻所感，可以真实地记录下来，为以后写作积累素材;二是关注事实新闻，国家大事等。如，5月12日汶川大地震，通过看新闻或者报纸，及时了解灾区动向，学生可以写日记、写感想，给灾区儿童写信等;5月30日奥运火炬传递到达宜昌，学生可以写观后感;2008年奥运会在北京召开，可以给喜欢的奥运健儿写信;三是自己做的事和学校组织的活动，及时记下来，如为汶川班级组织的捐款活动、学校组织的义卖活动、“迎奥运，讲礼仪”活动、紧急疏散演习等，这些都是学生亲身经历的事，只要留心，写作素材无处不在。

可见，引导学生留心生活，观察生活，从生活中积累素材是写好作文的重要途径。让学生充分认识现实生活，让他们体验生活，不但能有效地培养他们的观察能力和思维能力，而且能让学生把自己的真情实感通过自己的笔墨描绘下来。因此，我们平时应该多引导学生去参与社会活动，仔细观察，认真寻找其中的素材，那么他们的习作一定会绚烂多彩。

第三，避免面面俱到。

在以前的作文训练中，我们教师往往会要求学生在文体、立意、谋篇到谴词造句做到面面俱到，且字数一般不得少于600字。但是，这样的要求却并不一定能收到良好的训练效果，因为大多数学生完成这样的一篇作文需要花费不少的时间。而且，由于一次作文花费的时间多，而语文又不能仅上写作课，写作的次数很有限，每学期仅六至八次作文，训练重点又不突出，学生的写作能力自然难以提高。并且，每次作文要求面面俱到，学生很难取得成功，受到老师的表扬。长此以往，在多次失败的打击下，学生就会对作文产生厌倦、害怕甚至对抗的心理。在这种消极情绪的支配下，又怎能写出好作文呢?因此，在作文训练中我们最好进行某一方面的训练，而不应面面俱到，希望学生能一次性地就写出一篇上好的作文来，对普通班的学生更是如此。

总之，写好作文的方法技巧还有很多，在这里我只是简单地谈谈我的一些想法。我想，即便是普通班，只要我和全玫同学共同努力，在作文课堂上互相的进步，那么学生必然会喜欢写作的，老师也必然会喜欢教这门课程的，我们的作文课就会上得有声有色。进而提高全班学生的写作能力，为不久以后的中考打下良好的基础。 作文教学的反思4：

在教学过程中，发现不少学生害怕作文，一提起笔就抓耳挠腮，经了解有几方面的原因：1、觉得无内容可写，乱编的多。2、语言积累少，干巴巴的，难以写具体。3、对周围事物没有留心观察。4、缺乏想象力。5、题材千篇一律，难以表达真情实感。针对以上问题，如何来提高农村孩子的写作能力呢?下面谈谈本人的几点看法。

一、激发学生写作兴趣。

学习兴趣是学生学习自觉性和积极性的核心因素，学生一旦对学习产生兴趣，学习便不再是一种负担，而是勤奋的探索，执着的追求。爱因斯坦说过：“兴趣是最好的老师。”我国古代教育家孔子也说过：“知之者不如好之者，好之者不如乐之者。”如何激发学生写作兴趣呢?

1、让学生写熟悉的内容，以“趣”激趣。作文命题应开放，出宽题，紧紧围绕学生所熟悉的生活，以他们周围的人或事、景或物作为作文内容，以激发学生的习作兴趣，使学生感到有一种表达的愿望，有一种冲动想把自己想说的意思表达出来。如根据学生的思想情况，命题为《××，我想对你说》。又如根据学生最喜欢做游戏的特点。我们可以精心设计游戏内容，游戏前，告诉学生要留意游戏的过程，注意同学的言行和表情。游戏后组织学生说过程，讨论从游戏中懂得的道理。学生玩得兴高采烈，自然会说得兴致勃勃，写起来就不难了，而且有兴趣了。

2、以成功的喜悦，激发写作欲望。要使学生坚持不懈地自觉作文，最关键的是让学生尝到成功的喜悦，并逐步养成习惯，满怀乐趣地去学习，在实践中我具体做好以下工作：首先用肯定给学生自信心。学生的作文被拿到班上作范文宣读，小作者的眼睛会一亮，神情高兴。哪怕学生写得很不成功，也要给予鼓励性的评价，甚至把一些差生的作文修改好后在课堂上讲读，以此激发学生特别是差生的作文兴趣。其次在作文评语中给予鼓励，为作文中的优点“喝彩”，哪怕只有一个词用得生动、一个句子写得好或一个地方有新意，也要为其叫好。让他们觉得“我也会写”，从“怕写”向“要写”、“乐写”迈步，循序渐进，最后达到共同的目标。第三是办好班级的习作园地，把优秀的篇，段张贴在上面，供全班学生学习、品赏。还可以鼓励并指导学生向报刊投稿等。

3、开展形式多样的作文活动，激发写作兴趣。学生好奇心强，爱表现，形式多样的习作活动能调动学生的习作兴趣。如开展课前读报活动，让学生到讲台宣读自己的优秀习作，或是宣读从作文选上看到的好文章，精彩片断等等，使每个学生都有参与和表现的机会。为了表现自己，在课外时间他们就会趣味盎然地寻找或写出自己满意的习作。又如开展作文竞赛活动，竞赛是激发学生写作兴趣的有效手段。心理学家的研究表明，由于竞赛中学习兴趣和克服困难的毅力增长，因而多数人在比赛的情况下学习和工作一般比没有比赛的情况下好得多。小学生喜欢表现自己，好胜心强，开展竞赛活动，给他们更多的参与和表现机会。这样不但可以调节以往习作所形成的氛围，激发学生“我要写”的兴趣，还可以大面积地提高习作的质量。

我们还可以用导语激趣，创设情境激趣等等来培养学生的习作兴趣。培养写作兴趣是作文教学的突破口，是指导学生作文迈向成功的基点。

二、从读学写，读写结合。

阅读是吸收，写作是表达，阅读是写作的基础，学生从阅读中汲取营养，利于学生从读学写，促进写作能力的提高，这也是作文教学的基本途径。

1、从阅读中学习文章的结构和表达方法。

我们在写作教学实践中，作为教师要有意识地把作文指导渗透到阅读教学中，指导学生学习作者观察事物、分析事物、遣词造句、连句成段、连段成篇的方法。每学习一篇课文后，注意对该文的结构和写作方法进行分析。

2、联系课文，适当摹仿，仿中求创。中外作家历来强调创造，但在写作中可以适当摹仿。

3、加强朗读背诵训练，培养语感。常言道：“读书破万卷，下笔如有神”，“熟读唐诗三百首，不会作诗也会吟”。其中道出一个深刻道理：文章源于积累。只有语言积累到一定的程度，才可能文思如涌，笔下生花。否则，纵有思绪万千，笔下也难有片言只语。古代的一些文人学士，如韩愈、苏东坡……他们压根就没学过语法，修辞、逻辑，但能写出千古流传的好文章，其奥秘在于他们熟读乃至背诵过大量的优秀作品，形成了敏锐的语感。所以语言的积累，语感的形成，有懒于多读多背，实践证明，运用语言文字，写作能力的的形成，也需多读多背，课内多读，课外也需多读多背。在教学中，必须加强朗读训练。要求正确朗读好词句篇，读时做到眼到、口到、心到，还要适当增加背诵的量。通过读、背使学生把课本的语言转化为自己的语言储备起来，提起笔来就不会难了。

4、做读书笔记。

读书笔记指的是人们在阅读书报时所作的一些文字记录。写读书笔记是一种很好的读书方法，写读书笔记可以提高我们的思维能力和写作能力，养成良好的读书习惯。③所以要提高学生的写作能力就要指导学生做好读书笔记，要做好课内课文的读书笔记，但这还远远不够，还要指导学生大量阅读课外读物，并作好读书笔记。具体的方法在阅读时摘录书中的优美词语，妙语妙句，精彩片段……并反复吟诵，只有经过长期积累，语言才会丰富，写作时大量生动的语句就会涌向笔端。

阅读是学生获得作文范例的基本途径。学生可以从读中学到“怎样写”，但这也需要我们老师们长期有目的地培养，让学生从阅读中积累语言材料。从读中学写，读写结合，提高写作能力。
