当孩子们满怀信心的把他们的作文本交上来的时候，我看着他们一双双纯洁的眼睛，总想给每个孩子的作文给予最恰如其分的评价。一个教师的作文评语如果给得好的话既能指导孩子们的作文水平也能提高他们的作文兴趣。我一直在思考怎么样做好作文的评语工作?我想无非作好以下几点:

其一，标准因训练目的而异。一篇作文在表情达意，用词造句等方面的好坏是有一定标准的，但这个标准可以因训练目的不同而灵活掌握。如看图写话练习，只要学生把图中主要的意思写出来了，顺序清楚，语句通顺，就可以算作好文章;写一个人，能写出他在外貌、语言、动作、心理上的基本特点，写一处景物，能写出它的层次、特色，也该是好文章;同样，写一次活动，能把主要过程记下来;写一个场面，能把主要情景写出来;写记叙文，时间、地点、人物、事件都很完整;写说明文，说明顺序清楚，说明对象描述准确;写日记、书信格式正确，真实可信……都应给予鼓励和肯定。下面是我给作文《第一次做家务》写的一段评语:“第一次独自做饭，免不了要手忙脚乱。按照做饭的先后顺序，作者依次写了淘米、煲饭、炒菜的全过程。因为经验不足，就要格外细心;越细心，就越慌神儿。好在小作者挺机灵，关键时刻能急中生智，转危为安。作者抓住了‘第一次’做饭的特点，文字不多;却写得小有波澜。别看小作者做饭时手忙脚乱，文章可写得步骤清楚。”这段评语从说明文的训练目的出发，着眼于所评作文是否圆满地完成了写作说明文的要求，如过程是否完整，顺序是否清晰，标题中的“第一次”是否充分体现出来了……这样，就使学生了解了自己的文章在什么方面达到了老师提出的训练目标，从而进一步努力。

反思一：让学生说并不等同于让学生随意说。课堂教学是一门艺术，作为艺术，学生的主动性活动是必不可少的，但绝不能离开教师的指导与约束。如果一味地让学生进行活动，而不加以引导和制约，那么课堂则将变得散漫、无序。本节课，我这一点做得较好，对于学生的发言、讨论都能够给予较为及时的评价与引导，使学生说得有层次，有顺序，有条理。

反思二：引导学生的作文写作，要首先引导学生理清思路。头脑中是怎样想的，笔下则就是怎样写的。因此，在教学本节作文时，我尽力引导学生按照“想怎么变”、“想变什么”“变化后干什么”、“故事怎样开展”的顺序进行语言交流，从而使学生把握住了写作顺序，为创作奠定了写作思路。

反思三：本节课最大的不足，就在于学生知道自己想变什么，也知道为什么而变，但在写作过程中，可以看出学生并不能很好地将自己的变化与故事结合起来，在描写过程中只是简单地进行描述，缺少了故事的要素，使得故事并不生动具体，缺乏可读性。这与老师在课堂教学中指导不到位有关，主要是课堂教学时间的不合理安排，使得这部分教学内容指导没有及时跟上。这也为今后自己的作文教学积累了一个宝贵的经验。

总之，这节课的教学取得了很多的经验，也看到了自己作文教学的不足。在今后的研究过程中，我将着重在作文教学指导上下功夫，力求让作文教学上得更加有特点，更有生命力。

所谓小学生作文中的个性，指的是用个性化的语言记录个性化视角中的事物，表达个性化的感情和见解。个性弱化现象，指的是小学生习作中普遍存在的题材单一，内容空洞，缺乏主见，语言贫乏的现象。有的学生为了交差，闭门造车，东拼西凑；有的学生为了追求高分，故作粉饰，言不由衷，起陈铺展，颇多规矩形同八股，语趋伪圣。同一题材的文章甚至千人一面，众口一词，属于“这一个”的独有体验、独到见解、独具匠心日渐稀有，一句话“个性弱化”了。

寻找隐藏在现象背后的本质根源，是我们力图改变的起点。笔者通过问卷调查，实验对照和个案追踪，归纳出以下几种原因：

一、生活时空窄化，个性体验匮乏

叶圣陶先生曾经这样阐述学生作文与生活的关系——“生活就如源泉，文章犹如溪水，泉源丰盈而不枯竭，溪水自然活泼泼地流个不歇”（《序》）丰富多彩的生活为学生提供了获得个性体验的可能，然而，审视当今学生的生活现状，我们忧虑重重。

笔者以本班69名学生为对象，开展了问卷调查。

分析：学生的生活以学校和家庭为主，两点一线，往返于两点之间的路程原本是学生自由的接触社会，亲近自然的机会，但是大多数学生都是坐在父母亲背后的车座上一闪而过，他们因此失去了感受周围变化的机会，不能自由地观察身边的草木、景致，没有机会体察人情世俗，生活的空间无意中缩小为家庭和学校两点。笔者曾经在作文课上组织学生沿着学校附近的护城河漫步。沿河马路是许多学生每日上学的必经之路。一路上，学生走走停停，有的兴致勃勃地拾着各式落叶，惊叹于它们的多姿多彩；有的打量着建筑物上的各式广告，评头论足；有的细数沿途公共设施，如：电话亭、指示牌的污损情况，感慨市民素质有待提高……在一处绿树成阴的路边小公园附近，有一个小女生提醒大家：“听，好像有鸟叫！”全班竟然都悄然驻足。笔者也随着他们侧耳倾听。果真，不知林中何处不时传来清脆的鸟鸣。当时，笔者感动莫名，看看身边的学生，这些天性好奇的孩子，眼里也都亮闪闪的。如果他们每天都有一段自己步行的时间，他们将会有多少属于自己的发现和感动呀，被家长接送使孩子在接受关爱的同时失去了很多。

分析：亚里斯多德讲过“闲暇出智慧”，有闲暇才有属于自己的自由时空：独立地思考，自主地发展，自信而能动地挥洒才智，才能心理坦然，心情轻松，释放个性。从调查来看，我们的学生 没有时间看看外面精彩的世界，读读自己喜爱的书，做做自己喜爱的事，没有属于自己思考的时间。 爱因斯坦说过，负担过重必然导致肤浅。闲暇出智慧、闲暇出思想、闲暇出想像力。个性中举足轻重的自我意识和独立精神往往是在闲暇时间中主动选择和自我反省获得的，满负荷的生活导致学生自主意识淡薄，个性兴趣磨灭。

分析：学生的休闲方式单一，由于长期缺乏自主安排闲暇时间的锻炼机会，学生甚至丧失了主动探索周围事物的能力，即使拥有难得的闲暇，也只会选择看电视来打发时间，积累生活经验，获得切身体会的途径更窄了，生活的源泉不丰盈，作文的溪水面临着断流，更谈不上有个性了。

作为学生主要生活时空的学校和家庭，也因种种原因，使得学生的生活贫乏。前者，因学科本位的影响，升学阴影的威慑，不能提供充分的活动机会；后者，因家庭规模的缩小（越来越多的家庭是三口之家，父母又忙于工作），孩子生活的圈子也缩小了，这一切都加剧了孩子个性生活的贫乏，个性体验的匮乏。

对策：学校教育率先解放学生，把活动还给学生，让丰富多彩的各类活动回到学生的生活中，增加学生人际交往，增加面对问题，解决问题的机会。少先队活动、体育活动、综合实践活动、探究活动、体验活动……不是可有可无的装点，而是学生丰盈生命，发展个性的必需天地。

为孩子争取更多的自由时间，不要用作业填满学生的课余生活，还时间于学生，还自由于学生，还灵性于学生，还个性于学生。让他们有可能在闲情暇致中自由地交谈，敢说想说的话，能做想做的事，可读爱读的书！

二、阅读量小，精神缺少滋养，思维浅表化，缺乏个性化的见解和情感。

场景：在一次活动作文课上，笔者组织学生分成四小组，按分好的小组每人写一个词或词组，分别满足“谁”“在哪里”“干什么”“怎么样”的条件，写好后按顺序组合成一句话。因为事先要求对自己所写的内容保密，所以重组以后的句子笑话百出，有“阎王爷在落满雪的校园里往返跑，惨不忍睹。”的，有“萨达姆在马路上抢鸡腿愁眉苦脸。”的，有“杨心仪在花生壳里吃面条，难过极了。”……

活动结束后，笔者要求学生以本次活动为材料，自由发挥，写一写自己的所见所闻所感。许多孩子在习作时满足于记叙当时的有趣情境，边写边嘻嘻哈哈乐不可支。只有一个孩子表达了这样的思考：“四个人四个脑袋，四种思维，组合成的句子当然不合情理。看来要知道别人的心思真不是一件容易的事。所以，就是被别人误解了也没有必要生气，把自己的想法说出来，让别人了解才是最重要的。”

背景：这个孩子平时很爱看书，而且阅读的面很宽，涉及少年百科类，小说，散文等，有写随笔的习惯，经常把自己的所思所想及时记录下来。

分析：小学生作文是观察、思维、表达的有机结合，是运用语言文字表达自己主观见解的直接方式。个性飞扬的习作无一不体现着学生深刻的主见，独有的丰富情感。但是，许多学生不善于用自己的大脑去思考，用自己的心去体会。我们不难发现，离开教师的指导，学生习作无从下笔的并不是少数，然而，一旦指导，习作中充斥的大多是教师的见解，教师的情感，学生只是简单接受而已，个性的鲜花总是难以展开她美丽的笑颜。究其原因，是学生阅读生活贫乏，精神缺乏滋养，心不够敏感细腻。叶圣陶认为：文学作品直接触着人生，它所表现的境界是个有机体，以整个人生为它的范围。阅读能吸收了许多好的意思，获得许多人生经验，不仅调节了学生的大脑，还成了学生思想、感情和内心感受的源泉。

阅读其实是在和作者进行超越时空的精神对话，语言文字为阅读者提供了无限的想象空间，每一个字，每一句话都通过他的感觉、想象以及他以往的经验，转化成一幅幅栩栩如生的画面，呈现于他的脑海，使他如身临其境，感受欢乐、痛苦、喜悦、悲伤……简直就是亲历了另一种浪漫奇异、惊心动魄的生活。作品中表达的人类社会的一些共同的基本准则，如正直、勇敢、忠诚、互助等；流露的人类最美好的感情，如母爱、友情、手足之情等；以及洋溢的对美和理想的永恒的追求，潜移默化地滋养少年人的心灵，丰富他们的思想和情感，建立起属于他们自己的审美观、道德观和价值观。如果说生活是“源”，那么文学作品就是“流”，沐浴其间，接受的是一个人的精神的启蒙，人性的铸造。我想，这便是钱理群先生所说的“打下精神的底子”吧，有了丰厚的精神的底蕴，生活的点点滴滴都会在学生的心灵中激起个性纷呈的情感浪花，也就会有属于每个学生的个性化流露——个性化作文。

对策：

1、控制作业时间，减轻不必要的负担，为孩子留出阅读的时间。

2、组织班级读书会，营造阅读氛围。班级读书会的组成，有助于学生交流读书感受，在群体阅读中，获得读书的乐趣，持久地保持阅读地兴趣。

3、提供阅读指导，把握阅读内容的质量。

4、警惕阅读中的功利主义，提倡全效阅读。阅读地功利主义表现在要求阅读能在短期内提高习作或语文水平，忽视了阅读的娱乐，认识、心理调节等功能。

三、缺乏安全感，封闭自我，抑制个性

场景：窦桂梅讲过这样一个典型的案例：北大研究生卢迪给一个小学生当家教。一天，卢迪看到了孩子的一篇作文。卢迪就问：“孩子，你的作文是不是抄来的？”

孩子生气了，说：“根本就不是，那是我自己写的。”

于是卢迪就问他说：“我问你，你热爱你的家乡吗？”

孩子看了看卢迪的表情，说：“你想听真的？”

卢迪说：“对。”

孩子说：“我根本就不爱我的家乡，这里污染特别严重，经济非常落后，这里的人我都不喜欢。说句心里话，叔叔，我就想像你那样出国留学，最后到北京、到上海这些大城市。”

卢迪说：“既然你心里这样想的，为啥不这样写？”

孩子说：“这是我的心里话，这不叫作文。作文一定要写健康的，一定要写向上的。我们这样写，老师那里过不了关，同学会笑话。”

分析：

有人说，孩子是天生的艺术家。尽管他们对现实生活的把握还不够充分，但他们的内心世界却有着很成人完全不同的色彩，那是另一种艺术，另一种精彩，只要释放出来，便会以它炫目的美丽令人惊叹。“我口抒我心，我手书我口”（叶圣陶）式的小学生作文，是一种供学生展露心灵的渠道。然而，大多数的孩子并没有幸运地找到让内心袒露出来的途径。写作文时，不是考虑我想说什么，而是思量我该说什么，把自己的真实的想法和情感关在心的最深处，还在出口落下了重重心锁，唯恐他们一不小心溜出来，被老师和同学笑话、指责。这样一来，作文中的个性自然无从寻觅。

笔者认为这种情况与教师对作文的认识和态度有关，许多教师认为，语文教学的一切成果都体现在学生的作文中，对作文寄予的期望太高，作文承载了太多的东西，孩子的作文背负了太多，以至于许多孩子在一开始就对作文敬畏三分，甚至怕得要命。加上作文的评价历来要求偏高，即使很出色的作文，也只能获得80、90的高分，永远有20分左右被扣除，被否定，孩子对自己的习作缺乏自信。

小学作文教学的成人化与文学化倾向，使我们的作文教学忽视小学生的年龄特点、生理和心理特点，重视小学生独有的认识规律和心理规律（兴趣规律、注意规律、思维规律、记忆规律等），而要求小学生以成人成熟的心理去审视社会现象、人际关系，以成人思考的方式去解释、分析和解决问题，以成人的语言去表述自己的见解、认识和思想，使学生惶恐，不敢用自己的独特视角，独有语言，表达独具的情感。

教师在面对学生作文时居高临下的判官地位使学生在习作时始终处于心理弱势的状态，每一句“白底黑字”的话都将面临着教师的审视，面临着教师的评点，在这样的心灵状态下，学生很容易就采取自我防卫，关闭内心世界，选择公认的语言和思想，去迎合评点者的标准。同时，也避免了因为袒露出太多的真实自我，而可能招致的批评和否定。

总而言之，学生对袒露心灵缺乏安全的认可，必然带来封闭自我，淡化个性的结果，作文的个性就在其间弱化了。

对策：

1、给作文减负，放低作文的门槛，让更多的学生敢说话。

其实，孩子的作文只是孩子生活的反映，是简简单单的“用笔说话”。尤其是在小学习作起步阶段，孩子的只要写了就是好的，哪怕写的是流水帐，也是值得表扬和保护的。有的孩子在最初的作文中，难免有些不合语法，有的甚至不乏土语，那也无关紧要，随着语文知识的增长，孩子自然会知道怎样把他想说的话说得更明白。至于写作的技巧之类，那是以后的事，是在当孩子有了大量的写作尝试之后，才能，才有可能提及的，早了，难免拔苗助长，吓倒了孩子。教者不妨唱一唱这样的作文教学三步曲：启蒙——揭开作文的神秘面纱，让孩子敢写；提高——引导孩子观照自身，关注生活，使孩子有得写；深入——启迪孩子对现实生活的现象进行分析，形成自己的观点，丰富自己的感受……

2、多一些赏识，为孩子营造一个宽松的表达环境。

教师不吝啬自己的赞美之词，赏识孩子的习作，绝不是显得你水平低，缺乏鉴赏能力，而是恰恰显出教者的智慧——他们毕竟是小孩子，语言的发展还没有完成，怎能用一个成人的水平去衡量呢？不要用成人的水平去对孩子的文字评头论足，多一份赏识，多一份理解，孩子就多一份信心和兴趣，在宽松的气氛中，孩子也就会捧出更多，更有情趣，更精致的文字在你的面前。笔者深深地体会到，教者的溢美之词，对这些刚刚尝试用笔表达的孩子来说，是多么重要而可贵呀，往往就在此时，在教者不经意的一句赞美中，孩子对语文，对文学的兴趣被点燃。作文的神秘面纱被揭开，对作文的恐惧被消除。

3、蹲下来看孩子，发现孩子世界的合理性。

A、“蹲下”了，意味着我们抛弃高高在上的指点和说教，我们能与学生靠得更近，能发觉孩子在成人看来微不足道的小事在孩子的世界里有着举足轻重的影响，才能感受到孩子因为丢失了妈妈买的橡皮而郁郁寡欢不是小题大作；和伙伴拌嘴有着维护尊严的意义……教师只有“蹲下”，看到学生的心理，也才能在阅读他们的习作的时候多一份理解和尊重。

B、“蹲下”了，意味着我们“用一双孩子的眼睛去看”，我们能了解学生的千差万别。孩子本就各不相同，每个人都是一个完整的“小宇宙”。“蹲下来”的教师才可能领略到这些差别的美丽，才能和孩子一样流连童真童趣，从而赞同“我的疑问和米袋里的米粒一样多。”是意蕴生动的语言。有了这样的心境和视角，我们在评点孩子习作的时候必然多了欣赏和赞美，孩子产生的便是对教师的信赖和亲近，打开心锁，让内心的感情流出来，也就不是遥不可及的期待了。

让我们的作文教学为孩子创造一个毫无顾忌的表述空间，不要对学生发自内心的真情流露之作加以过多的评头论足，吹毛求疵，允许孩子自由地表达自己的感受 ，多一点理解和欣赏，做孩子们的知音，让孩子们的作文走近其本色与本质，让孩子的个性“像野花一样自由地生长”，换来一个作文个性化的春天。

高中阶段的学生已经具备一定的写作能力，但是学生在写作上还是存在明显的个人差异的，写作能力与学生个人的兴趣、个人的阅读量、创作灵感以及对个人的语文表达能力都有很大的关系，有的学生本身对写作有极大的兴趣，所以在日常学习中都会善于动笔写作，有的学生喜欢阅读，长期的阅读对学生的写作思维产生潜移默化的影响，使学生在写作时能够自然地应用所读作品的写作手法或语言，这些都是影响学生写作能力的重要因素。但是就高中阶段的大环境来考虑，学生面临着众多学科的学习，繁重的学习任务加上高考的压力，学生没有大量的课外时间进行写作训练，而且在语文学科的教学中，作文批改是一个非常耗费时间的教学环节，如果学生的作文都是通过教师先进行批改，然后进行讲解，那前后的时间就会特别长，最终可能导致教师在讲解时学生的听讲效率不是很高。

学生自主批改或是互相批改作文，都是为了训练学生修改作文的能力，但是教师在指导学生写作方面还是要根据学生的情况来进行的，因此，在学生批改之后，教师要对学生的作文进行二次批改，然后根据学生的写作情况和批改情况进行有针对性的讲解，通过指导写作方法和修改方法，提高学生的写作水平和能力。除了统一的写作训练，教师还可以组织学生形成写作监督小组，每个周以小组为单位进行一次写作训练，教师定期收集学生的作文进行监督促进。通过这种小组形式，学生可以根据个人兴趣进行作文话题的写作，从而有效的培养写作能力，也能够使得高中阶段的语文教学更加契合创新教育的原则。

二、阅读教学立足于学生的主体地位，培养学生的阅读赏析能力

阅读作为一项技能，是获取信息的重要手段，在语文学科的教学中，阅读则是一项语文技能，是需要教师进行格外培训的一项技能。高中阶段的学生应该具备一定的课外阅读量和对文学作品的赏析能力，但是现在很多教师在阅读教学上存在很大的误区，很多教师只是为了培养学生的阅读技巧而进行的阅读模块的教学，从而忽视了学生的主体性。所以，教师在进行阅读教学时应该使教学立足于学生，着重培养学生的内在阅读能力。比如说，教师可以在日常教学中，根据学生的兴趣点，选择学生感兴趣的作品，然后通过选择有一定代表性的文章拿到课堂上，通过泛读、精读或是寻读等方式，根据学生的能力和作品的性质，采取相应的阅读方式，泛读主要是为了拓展学生的文学知识，教师给出学生自由的阅读时间，结合文章内容给出一定的文化背景方面的知识，让学生自由阅读，然后让学生进行自由的表达。泛读主要是拓展学生的文学知识，而精读则是为了训练学生的阅读技能，阅读本身就是一种灵活的主观性的题目，教师在讲解过程中可以与学生共同讨论，关注学生的问题，

针对学生的想法进行讨论。这种形式的阅读教学需要摆脱试题类型的禁锢，使教学立足于学生的主体性地位，尊重学生的想法和在阅读方面的奇思异想。这种精读的形式可以使学生更加了解文章内容，通过对文章内容的熟悉掌握，学生可以逐步培养出对文章内容的赏析能力，这是创新教育大环境下学生应该具备的一种阅读能力。阅读理解是一种主观性非常大的题目，教师在閱卷时，也都是根据参考答案来进行评分的，只要学生的答案言之有理即可得分，所以，教师不能把阅读教学限制在应试上，而是应该培养学生真正的语文素养。

除了不同形式的阅读形式，教师可以适当拓展学生的课外阅读量，主要以中外文学著作为主，使学生多接触一些西方著名的文学作品，对不同的文学形式有一定的了解可以帮助学生在进行阅读赏析时，以更加全面的思维去考虑，从而提高学生在文学作品上的赏析能力。总之，对于阅读教学教师要尊重学生的主体地位，使阅读教学能够真正的对学生产生有益的影响。

总而言之，高中语文学科在作文和阅读方面的教学都应该进行不同于传统教学方法的尝试，通过多样的教学形式，结合学生的实际情况，打破应试教育下语文教学的局限性，使学生能够真正的养成阅读和写作能力。

一、教学环节的设置

我把整个教学过程分为几个部分：

1、出示孙悟空图片导入。通过让学生观察图片及阅读悟空的自我介绍让学生明白应该从哪些方面介绍自己的特点，从而引出课题。

2、教师做范例介绍自己，然后让学生评老师说了哪些方面内容，哪些内容印象最深。

3学生大胆介绍自己。同桌相互自我介绍 p评价；接着由个别学生上讲台作自我介绍，其余学生评价。

4. 游戏活动。

二、教学中反映出的问题。

虽然自己经过准备，并且做了大量的铺垫，但是在实际教学中学生掌握的情况却并不理想。主要存在以下问题：

1、学生的概念模糊不清。在教学中涉及到“特点”、“身材”、“衣着”等词语。由于我并没有做详细的讲解和比较，许多学生理解模糊，没有弄清楚含义，从而导致了学生到后来不知道该怎么写。

2、教学设环节设计混乱。在教学一开始，我就将“特点”这个抽象化的要领抛给学生，学生在没有深入理解的基础上，一知半解，使得后来我在后期虽然做了大量的讲解，但学生还是没有明白。

3、没有考虑到学生的需要。在教学中给学生设置了较低程度的要求，对学生指导过细对人物描写外貌不需面面俱到。

4、课堂最后一个环节，全班学生一齐观察我，造成学生的作文雷同，思路没有打开，缺乏个性，如果最后分组讨论：你准备写谁？小组交流，全班交流的环节效果会更好一些。

语文课程标准提出：“让学生乐于写作，易于表达。”我们对于三年级的学生的口语交际能力不能提出过高的要求。

我们生活在这个社会，不可以没有自由也不可以没有纪律。纪律是在一定社会条件下形成的、一种集体成员必须遵守的规章、条例的总和，是要求人们在集体生活中遵守秩序、执行命令和履行职责的一种行为规则。纪律具有社会性、历史性，阶级性和强制性的特点。自由和纪律既是对立的又是统一的。自由是在纪律约束下的自由，俗话说,没有规矩,不成方圆，纪律带有一定的强制性，但没有这种强制性，自由也就无法实现。试想如果每个人随心所欲、为所欲为，那么学习环境、工作环境、生活环境、社会环境就失去了正常的秩序，个人的自由还能得到保障吗?当然，这是所有人都不愿意看到的。所以，自由只有在纪律的框架内，遵守相应的游戏规则才能得到充分的发挥。

另外从另一个角度讲，纪律只是约束违反纪律的人和行为，只要不违反纪律每个人都会有充分的自由。课堂纪律是教师进行课堂教学的重要保证。每一个老师都希望自己的学生在课堂上能够遵守纪律，善于思考，积极发言，努力学习，不讲闲话。然而，好说好动是我们的天性，加上思想不成熟、自控能力较差，常常会身不由己地违反课堂纪律，诸如交头接耳、左顾右盼。如果没有了课堂纪律，这后果可就严重了。 总之，纪律是生活中不可缺少的一部分，纪律也是班风的保证。有了良好的纪律,同学们才会保证投入的学习,才会规范自己的言行;才会缔造好的班风,才会缔造优秀的班集体.有了好纪律,那我们的班级定会蒸蒸日上。

人总是在衰老的过程中看到自己的成熟，而我，还不衰老，所以不成熟也是应该的，初一作文教学反思。但是，直到现在，我认为，在作文教学中我也许还只是一个门外汉。我对我的同行经常如是说：语文这行当力，颇让人有些手足无措的竟是作文的教学。我那样说着的时候只是一脸的坦诚和无助。

也许，写作就源于一种冲动吧，即是说激情是写作的动力。激情决定了学生能否进行写作，比如很多学生，在学习过程中往往摸索到了一些学习的诀窍，如果把它表述出来与同学们交流，至少能对同学们有所启发，对自己方法的改进也不无裨益，可真正能这样做的仅是少数。又如我们的师父常说，老师在教授完一篇课文之后往往会又一些新的想法，或者探索，如果能把它写下来并坚持这么做的话，一定大又长进。听着他这般述说时，我竟又几分惊奇，因为于我说来，上课之前倒还有着某种激情的话，一节课两节课下来，除了偶尔瞬间的反思，大抵松弛÷懒散，所以一直以来我就如蜗牛的爬行。究其原因，不一定是他们不会写，不一定是我们不会写，而是没有意识倒自己需要去写，应该去写，即没有写作意识。没有意识，谈何写作的激情，写作的冲动呢?

当务之急，是要培养一种写作意识，或者说写作的激情。有写作愿望，但没有具体的生活作依托，这种激情也只是一种毫无现实根据的冲动，只有立足于现实，立足于生活，才可能产生除锦绣文章来。“文生于情，情生于哀乐，哀乐生于治乱”，一个人深入生活的程度究决定了他是否会产生写作激情。如果鲁迅先生没有对旧中国社会生活的实际真切体验，没有对中国社会诸多矛盾÷弊病产生原因的苦苦探索，没有改变这种现状的迫切心情何强烈的社会责任感，他是绝不会拿起笔来改造社会的。一切作家之所以要去深入生活，体验生活，除了可以积累素材外，更主要的原因就是感受生活的脉搏，让生活去碰撞，激发自己的写作激情。

我想倒了已故语文教育家黎锦熙先生提出的作文教学的观点“日札优于作文”，日札就是修养日记和读书札记。我的语文老师历来推崇周记(或者日记)可以理解为是它的一种变式，我们似乎也需要这样的理论支撑。我始终认为周记(或者日记)应该成为学生尝试各种叙述的一个平台：在内容上，可无所不写;形式上，叙述描写抒情议论随意选用。这种没有精神压力和文法顾忌的写作一旦养成习惯，在量的不断积累下，定会有质的飞跃。许多大文学家就都有写日札的习惯，不但增强了笔力，还以此为素材创作了许多文学作品。

哈佛有句名言：思想决定行为，行为形成习惯，习惯形成性格，性格决定命运。在我们的作文教学中，应该大力提倡和督导学生不间断地写周记(或者日记)进行这种自由地写作，学生会养成一种用文字来表情达意的习惯，并将有利于他们去发现和捕捉生活中遇到的一些可能引起思索或争议的事件。有话可说，就有了写作的冲动。刚开始尝试着用文字表情达意时，也许不能很准确地把所想所说都准确地表达出来，这种词不达意的现象只是因为对文字的陌生。坚持下去，待对文字熟悉了，驾轻就熟了，作文实在是一件小事。我们对作家的钦佩，很大以部分源于他们说出了或者说着我们想说的话。当表达成为一种需要，成为一种意识，如果我们学生能用自己的激情去写作，一定也能弹奏出时代的强音。当然，这肯定需要一个艰苦卓绝的过程的蜕变，就像蛹化蝶一样，但我们应该去期盼那些美丽的蝶的出现，那将给我们一个缤纷的世界。

我在从事初一作文教学过程中，发现学生厌烦写作文的现象非常普遍。造成厌烦心理的原因很多，也很复杂。但分析起来，根本原因还在教师身上。教师学是否高，艺是否精，业是否有道，品是否端正，责任心是否强，往往就决定了学生的兴趣和爱好的方向和程度。为此，解决学生的厌烦心理，首先要从教师入手。

(一)敬业精业，授课精彩。要努力认真钻研教材，设计课堂环节，力争每一堂课都是精品。让学生感道听老师讲析作文或课文就是一种享受，以自己全身心地投入来感染和引导学生。精湛的艺术，高尚的品格，本身就具有极强的吸引力。久而久之，学生就会在这种氛围中逐渐萌发对文学，对写作的兴趣。

(二)教师下水，现身说法。身教胜于言教。教师的一举一动，比千言万语还要有说服力和感召力。在这一点上我做的不够好，我准备在以后的教学中弥补这一点。

(三)典型引导，正面鼓励。对学生要多鼓励、多表扬，不说打击和挫伤学生积极性、自信心的话;不做打击和挫伤学生积极性、自信心的事。坚持多从学生的作文中找评析范文，不求完美，但求有独到之处，力争每学期绝大多数学生的作文都有被选做范文的机会。同时，注意在学生中培养写作爱好者。

总之，随着课程改革的深入，对语文老师的要求也更加严格、全面。需要教师具有丰厚的文化底蕴和良好的职业道德，更要有对教育事业、对学生赤城的爱。很难想象，一个对现实生活冷漠、对学生漠不关心的教师会写出情真意切的作品，会培养出品格高尚具有良好素质的人才!

所以，在以后的教学中我要同学生一起练笔，这样才能在思考中进步。

《春联》是一篇介绍春联的小品文。本文用生动优美的语言介绍了春联的作用、种类、特点及读背春联的好处。中心突出，通俗活泼，短小精焊，语言生动优美。是引导学生去赏读春联，感受春联丰富多彩、情致优美的内容，讲究对仗、用词精当的技巧和抑扬顿挫、和谐动听的声律，熏陶、感悟、领略祖国语言文字的博大精深、无穷奥妙。

一、创设情境，在良好情境中学习课文

施教之功，先在激趣。兴趣是最好的老师。我在教学伊始通过激发学生的学习兴趣来调动学生的学习欲望。并且要为学生创设愉悦的课堂氛围，让学生兴奋起来，为学生积极主动地学习课文作好准备。再让学生融入浓浓的文化气息中，在这样的情境中赏读课文，品味春联内容之美与形式之美，感受汉民族语言文字魅力，了解中华民俗文化。

二、赏读感悟，在阅读感悟中欣赏春联

对春联丰富多彩、情致美好的内容之美的欣赏以及对春联对仗之美、声律之美的品味，都要建立在学生对春联阅读、感悟、体验的基础上。在学生找到课文中的春联后就尽情地诵读这些透着美的文字，插上想像的翅膀，借助绚丽的图片，将春联描写的美妙意境描述出来，这是以读促悟。再引导学生带着理解读好这些对联，这是以悟促读。在读中领略春联所表现的丰富多彩、情致美好的内容。再接下来，让学生按照春联的内容来送春联就水到渠成了。在美美的朗读中，学生自然体会到了春联讲究对仗及具有声律美的特点，这时，教师只要引导学生将这一点上升到理论的高度即可。语文的教学重在让学生积累，在本课教学中教师有意识地为学生创造和提供积累优美语言文字的机会。

三、自主探究，把学习的权利交还给学生

学完课文，我们应安排一系列练习，以巩固今天的所得。本课教学中安排了几个有意思的练习，在练习中学生进一步体会到了春联内容丰富，对仗工整，读起来抑扬顿挫的特点，并掌握了使用文字的一些技巧。在练习中给学生一些思考的时间和空间，给学生一些自我表现和尝试成功的机会，让学生在自由平等、自主探究中自己去获取知识，解决问题，求得发展，他们学习的积极性更高，教学效果更好，更能激发他们课后再学习。

四、拓展延伸，在联系中建立语文大课堂

好的结尾会产生余音绕梁、三日不绝的效果。结尾处要令学生对本课内容咀嚼不已，欲罢不能，促使他们在课后开展拓展阅读，使他们的文学品味得以提升。所以，学完课文，在学生掌握了课文内容的基础上，我们要引导学生充分地开发和利用课外学习资源来充实对文本的解读，拓宽语文学习的内容、形式、渠道，让学生在更广阔的时空学语文、用语文，把生活看成是学习语文的大课堂，使学生获得的知识和产生的情感更加立体、丰厚、久远。

三年级习作教学，首要的任务是拓宽学生的思路，调动生活的积累，从而激发学生的习作欲望。本次习作和口语交际的训练紧密结合，由于在习作前的口语交际课上，学生已对如何“介绍自己”有了一定的认识，因此，本节课把引导学生如何写具体作为贯穿课堂的主轴，课堂先通过师生互动激发学生兴趣，通过教师的“导”帮助学生明确写作思路，引导学生抓住自己特点进行写作练习。导“析” 、导 “评”环节则以例文的形式，让学生在品析中掌握把特点写清楚、写明白的方法。使学生下笔时有章可循。对初学写作的三年级学生来说，写作通常是“无话可说”，甚至“无材可写”，仅仅靠教师传授抽象的写作知识，是难以提高学生的写作水平的。通过多媒体的辅助，学生在这节课上概念清楚，方向明确，笔下的文章语句优美，事例真实，但这堂课我觉得安排内容太多，解决的问题多反而达不到预期效果。再有就是学生写作结构上有千篇一律之嫌，形式拘泥，如何让学生在习作时能“心中有法，表达多样”在写作结构千篇一律的基础上百花齐放是下一个要解决的问题。至于信息技术在作文教学中的作用我在上面已经谈了认识，在这节课上虽然只是几张幻灯片，但我始终认为语文课姓“语”，信息技术能为作文课插上腾飞的翅膀，但启航时却必须有方向，否则会喧宾夺主，浪费学生宝贵的时间。

总之，作文教学没有止境，我会在教学实践中踏踏实实努力，觅得科学有效的方法，提高自身素质，让学生快乐幸福地生活，轻松愉快地习作。
