I read the Chinese version of “Camille” a few years ago. At that time I was deeply moved by the main character Marguerite Gautier. “Camille” or “The Lady of the Camellias” by Alexandre Dumas, fils, is the story of Marguerite Gautier, a young courtesan, or kept woman, in Paris in the mid 1800s, and how she falls in love with a young man, Armand Duval, and then tries to escape from her questionable past. However, happiness didn’t last for long. When M. Duval, Armands father, came to her, pleading for her to leave Armand to save both Armands reputation and that of his younger innocent sister, Marguerite saw a way to become pure of heart, if not in body. She felt that it was her duty, because she loved Armand so much, to do this even though it meant giving up her own happiness and hurting Armand temporarily. She reluctantly returned to her former life, knowing that some day Armand would forgive her. 教学伊始，学生便交流对理想含义的理解——理想，是对未来的想象和希望，是切合实际的可实现的，不同于幻想、空想，有益于他人的理想才算是有意义的。接着，他们结合名言及名人故事分析理想对于人生的导航作用。教学进入重要环节，围绕三大习作要求导写。他们谈及自己的理想，当教师、当医生、当兽医、当导游、当作家……言谈中充满自信自豪。问及产生理想的原因，有的学生有些茫然，似乎忆不起其中原因，或不知如何表述。思考了一会儿，几个“写作高手”，陆续举手发言，我便及时小结板书：产生理想的原因——一件事、一个人、一句话、一本书、一种爱好……学生思维的闸门被打开，发言者便越来越多。谈起实现理想的方法，与我预设的一样，学生以一句好好学习作为万能公式。我便引导他们从“反思过去”、“把握现在”、“展望未来”三个方面进行思考描述，学生便能根据不同理想，不同职业、工作特点具体而实在的谈自己实现理想的打算、方法。到此，写作材料准备齐全，便引导学生确定详略，安排写作顺序，运用写作技巧。

一节课下来，绝大多数学生对这篇文章写些什么、怎样写了于心胸，部分学生似乎对如何写好以心中有数，教学达到了预期的效果，令我比较满意。

通过听课老师的评议，结合学生课后的习作，我也发现课堂教学存在着一些不足。如：教师似乎在牵着学生鼻子走，不敢放手让学生谈看法；习作指导游离于本单元课文之外，未体现“读写结合”的理念；名言与名人故事将学生向“崇高”的境界导向，让学生背离心愿唱高调迎合师生；课堂发言面较窄，对学困生关注不够，导致他们的习作依然是“无米之炊”，三言两语难以成文。

如何提高作文教学质量，我们要思考的还有很多……

Cellphones are becoming more and more popular among the middle school students at present.About that,people have different opinions.

目前，手机在中学生中变得越来越普遍。关于这个问题，人们有不同的看法。

有的人认为携带手机对学生有好处，因为这更便于他们相互联系。但是其他人不这么认为。他们认为携带手机对学生有害。因为学生会用手机玩游戏，发短信，看电影等等，这对他们的学习是有害的。而且，如果上课的时候手机响会打扰到老师和同学。

In my opinion,bringing cellphones to school is not a bad thing if we make the best use of it.As we all know,a cellphone is one of the quickest tools for us to exchange information in 21st century.Ifthere’s

我认为，如果我们合理利用它，带手机到学校并不见得是件坏事。我们都知道，在21世纪手机是我们交流信息最快捷的工具。如果发生事故，手机更方便我们立即拨打电话求助。另外，当我们学习觉得累的时候可以用手机来给稍微放松一下。在我看来，跟随手机时尚并没有错，但是最重要的是懂得正确使用它们。

Today, when I awaked up, I found the air-conditioner didn’t work. I used the control, but it still didn’t work. I knew the air-conditioner was in trouble. I went downstairs. My father told me two air-conditioner and two netputer had been broken. Because my father used electric making machine to make electric, so the voltage was not stable. It led to the trouble. Oh! Whenever the government will let the factory use electric? If it lasts longer, I will be crazy!!

本次月考试卷只有笔试部分共十个题型包括单项选择，补全单词连词成句，阅读理解，口语运用，句型转换，书面表达等。既考查了学生的基础知识和基本技能，又考查了学生的交际运用能力，但从学生成绩来看并不能达到大部分学生成绩优秀，结合学生的实际情况，反思自己的教学行为，我想应该从以下几个方面努力：

1.针对单选题及句型转换题中出现的错误，我感觉自己对学生的英语基础知识把关不够严。在以后教学中要狠抓基础知识，多提问多听写，充分利用早读让学生在有限的早读时间内掌握所学知识。

2.阅读理解是学生英语综合能力的一种体现，是学生的弱项。加强英语阅读方法的指导以及阅读训练尤其提倡学生进行课外阅读让英语阅读成为一种习惯对学生的英语阅读能力的提高将会有很大的帮助。

3.英语是一门语言，语言是用来交流的工具，因此英语的交际性显得很重要，在以后的教学中可以进行课前五分钟自由对话，在运用任务型教学法，游戏教学法等多提供给学生一些交际英语的机会。

4.这次英语考试成绩基本可以，但有两极分化的趋向，在英语教学中面对全体学生关注每一个学生的成长尤其是后进生是预防两极分化的重要途径，还可以成立“一帮一”小组帮助后进生在尽可能短的时间内提高英语成绩。

总之，每次考试都是对自己教学工作阶段性的“评价”。要及时通过考试反思自己的教学中存在的问题，在总结与反思中不断进步，不断成长这样才能在三尺讲台上表现的更精彩些!

反思二：初一英语月考反思

第一次七年级英语月考试卷充分体现了新课改的精神，切实有效地考察了所学知识内容。下面对试卷试题进行具体分析：

一、试卷题型情况

1、注重对基础知识、基本技能的考察，题型新颖、覆盖面大，涉及到了所学的全部内容，促进学生有效学习。

2、注重从实际中选取素材，考察了学生的分析和处理问题能力。

3、试卷对学生探究能力是一个重点考察，增强了学生的探究分析能力。

二、试卷结构分析

试卷充分体现了新课标课改精神，注重了对学生基础知识和综合能力的考察，因此对学生的细心程度要求很高。

1、听力部分：试题难度不大，因此学生在该部分的得分率较高，但是学生的两极分化严重，高分很高，甚至满分，而低分则太低。

2、完形填空和阅读理解：难度适中，但是得分率一般，主要原因是学生理解文章不透彻，阅读能力差造成的。

3、词语运用：此题是各大题中得分最低的一个题，主要原因是学生对词的用法掌握不好，一些固定词组记不清。

4、书面表达：该题对于学生来说是比较容易的一题，它是对学生整体知识的一个考察，但两极分化最为严重。

三、学生分析

存在问题：

1、优等生对基础知识掌握较好，但是还有一部分学生对语言的运用能力较差，对比较碎的知识点没有能够很好地掌握。

2、中等生的基础知识掌握不够牢固，并且做题比较粗心。

四、具体改进措施

1、钻研新教材，夯实英语基础。练习中很多学生“一看就会，一做就错”，这种现象比较普遍，失误原因是对于常见用语掌握的熟练程度还不够。其根本原因就在于基础不牢，只有扎扎实实从基础做起，才能最终达到“一看就会，一做就对”。

2、加强英语课外阅读。英语知识的获得与能力的提高是在不断的听、说、读、写的训练过程中逐步形成的，而教材和课堂所能提供的训练还是比较有限的，因此，要加强理解语篇的能力训练，增强英语语感。

3、规范训练，改进学习方法。要善于分析学生，找出学生的薄弱环节，合理安排好教材知识梳理、专项训练和应试技巧指导。

在今后的教学中应注意开阔学生视野，多渠道、大容量地给学生提供具有时代感的英语信息，加强语言运用能力的培养，少讲解，多给学生实际运用语言的机会，在用中学英语。

When asked about their opinion of career and family, people always respond differently. Some people deem it more important to pursue their career, while there are always other people who argue that family should be the number one in one’s life.

It goes without any question that career plays a key role in our life. In the very first place, career can give us an aim to live on. Without career, much of our living time will be certainly wasted. What’s more, career can provide us with a means to live on. Most of the people earn their income from a job. On the other hand, family is also an indispensable part of life, as many people will admit. Family is always regarded as a place where we can escape from troubles in life. In addition, we can obtain a sense of belonging to from family. Without it, anyone will feel lonely and desperate.

In my opinion, career and family are not in opposition to each other. Rather, they can enhance each other so that one’s life can become better and better. Therefore, it’s not a choice between right and wrong, but one between ideal and practical.

I’m very glad to tell you about my winter holiday .It will be both relaxing and meanful . Let me tell you in detail.

First, studying is the most important thing for me, so I have to finish my homework carefully and do lots of exercises everyday .I’ll probably have two or three lessons so that I can make more progress.

三年级学生的作文写不好，关键在于老师，三年级作文教学反思。老师要精心设计，悉心指导，激发他们表达的欲望，教会他们表达的方法。

一、在教学实践中自己摸索切实可行的指导方法

第一步以本为据，总结写作方法。课本是范本，课文是范文，每次作文指导，细心的老师要从课文中寻找出切合学生实际的写作方法，作为科学依据，文本结合让学生效仿训练。第二步出示“下水”范文，进一步印证课文中的写作方法，让学生明白运用这种写作方法并不难，很容易掌握。第三步点拨指导，让学生明确应用这种写作技能最容易出现的几种毛病，进一步加深印象，进而掌握这种写作方法。第四步当堂作文，强调学生实际运用新的写作方法，这样就有效地避免了学生抄袭他人习作的现象。第五步习作改评，紧扣指导重点，凡能正确运用新的写作方法作文的学生，尽可能给予满分鼓励。当然，这种教学模式不一定科学，大家可以根据各自的教学实际，总结出既合学生实际，又有个性特点的教学规律来指导作文的实际教学，小学三年级作文《三年级作文教学反思》。

二、精心撰写下水作文，体验学生写作的甘苦

在学生看来，教科书是专家、名家的文章，太神秘，且高不可攀。如果教师能运用新授的写作方法写1、2篇下水文给学生以示范，那效果就大不一样了，定然会使学生产生一种新鲜感，感到运用新的写作技巧其实并不难。因此教师写下水文不但可以释除学生的神秘心理，激发学生的写作热情，同时也可以使教师体验写作的甘苦。还能使教师经常地练练笔，给学生以勤动笔的示范，还可以了解到学生习作实际，作文的重点、难点在哪里，学生最容易犯毛病的地方又在哪里。这样就能在备课与指导时更能有的放矢地进行突破。

三、批改作文紧扣重点，让学生收获成功的喜悦

批改学生作文是老师最感困惑的事情，最容易形成两个“极端”，要么字、词、句、篇、语、修、逻、文，面面俱到，教师实在感到力不从心，也难做到;要么只阅不批，只阅不改，写上批阅日期了事，这两种方式都不可龋笔者以为，批改作文必须紧扣指导重点进行。每次作文训练都有一个训练点，翻开学生作文，便可一目了然。对运用得法的学生，老师尽可在“眉批”栏中用简短的语言予以肯定和赞许，在“尾批”处予以总结性褒扬，在评定等级与分数时尽可能往高处靠，让学生切实感受到“我行”、“我能”!至于对运用不得法的作文大可不必求全责怪，因为训练目标比较单一，一般学生稍加提示，便会明白，因而，只须予以巧妙的点拨与鼓励，便可矫正习作的问题。至于综合性的错误，如错别字、典型病句等可用少量时间集中加以解决。

四、及时反馈评讲，让学生再生写作冲动

农民种地有“三分种，七分管”之说，指导学生作文也应该是“三分导，七分评”，有效地评讲作文对提高学生作文水平，激发学生写作兴趣是至关重要的一环。

1.评讲必须及时。讲评是反馈的一种重要形式，必须讲究其时效性，学生作文后一般2、3天，最多4、5天就必须反馈评讲，不能欠拖不评，拖久了就会模糊学生对训练重点的印象，冲淡学生写作兴趣，进而阻碍学生急切获取新的写作知识的欲望。

2.评讲准备必须充分。评讲的目标必须明确，评讲的方法必须不断创新，评讲的程序必须清楚，评讲的材料必须详实。

3.评讲必须紧扣重点。训练什么，评讲什么，必须有针对性，不能胡子头发一把抓，正反例证也必须来源于学生习作，通过对此评讲，加深学生的印象，让学生进一步掌握新授的写作方法。

总之，小学作文教学是培养小学生综合素质的一个重要内容，也是新课程改革中必须探究的一个重要课题，加强作文教学有效性的研究，必须引起每个管理者与执教者的高度重视。笔者坚信，只要我们主动地去探究，不断地去实践，认真地去反思，就不难从中总结出带规律性的作文教学法则来。
