叶圣陶先生对《一张画像》这篇作文作了仔细的推敲、修改，主要是从以下六个方面修改的。

(1)

把用词不准确的地方改准确。除课文已经举到的把“一张画像”改为“一幅画像”、把“书皮”改成“包书纸”外，还有：作文中写“我递给同桌小强看，还不停地给他讲着”，叶老将“不停”改为“悄悄”，这就更符合当时正在上课的实际情况。作文中写“原来拿画的正是王老师”，叶老将“画”改为“几何课本”，因为王老师拿的是带有图画的课本，并不是一幅画。作文中还写王老师“谈到今天，也谈到了明天，并不断地问我”，叶老将“并不断地”改为“最后他”，因为王老师不可能不断地问同一个问题，叶老这样一改就合乎情理了。

把不通顺的句子改通顺。作文中写“口里还不住地呐喊：‘冲啊，向几何进军！’”这个句子用词不准确，因为呐喊是大声喊叫、助威的意思，而画面是不可能出声的，叶老改为“从口里还吐出来几个字……”这样就既符合画面的意思，又表达确切。作文中写“我的脸顿时变得通红”，还有最后一句“我的脸顿时臊得通红”，这两句都不真实，因为这时自己是看不到自己脸色的变化的，叶老分别改为“我的脸顿时一阵热”“臊得我脸上顿时火辣辣地一阵热”，这就真实可信了。作文中写“我被他的兴致勾引起来”，这句话没说清楚“我”的什么被王老师勾起来了，所以叶老调整了词序，改为“我的兴致被他勾引起来了”。作文中还写道：“我看见他的粗眉紧皱着，像拧成了一股黑绳。”“拧成了一股黑绳”比喻不当，言过其实，叶老改成“我看见他紧皱着眉头”，不仅文字简洁，也符合当时的实际情况。

(3)

把长句断成短句。如，把“那站在门口手里拿着大三角板和大圆规的王老师，就是我们的新班主任”，改为“我们的新班主任王老师站在教室门口，手里拿着大三角板和大圆规”。把“左边又画了两个少先队员拿着两簇鲜花”改为“靠左边又画了两个少先队员，手里拿着鲜花”，这样把长句断成短句，不但表达得清楚明白，而且读起来也朗朗上口。

(4)

删去重复啰唆的词句。这类修改的地方非常多。如，“他从班上的小事情一直谈到了国家的大事情，谈到了今天，也谈到了明天”，这句话中“了”字用得太多，显得啰唆，叶老都删去了。再如，“看见王老师一个人在桌旁画着什么”，“桌旁”一词没有必要，叶老也删去了。删去重复啰唆的词语，句子就干净简洁多了。

增添一些词句，使表达的意思更清楚、更完整。如，作文中写“我跟你一样，也喜欢画画，尤其是人像”，叶老把“尤其是人像”改为“尤其喜欢画人像”。因为“尤其是人像”也可以理解成尤其喜欢人像的图画之类，加上了“喜欢画”三个字，意思就清楚明白了。再如，作文中写“小强突然告诉我，王老师叫我到数学教研组去。没料到王老师见到我来了，就笑着问……”这里的前后两句话衔接得不好，“没料到”的意思没有体现出来。叶老添上“我以为准是要挨‘斥儿’了”，这样，句与句之间的衔接就比较紧密，意思表达得也比较准确完整了。

改正错别字和使用不当的标点符号。作文中有好几处将“像”写成“象”，叶老一一加以改正。标点符号方面的修改也比较多，有的逗号改成句号，有的句号改成逗号，还有感叹号改成句号，这些修改都值得仔细琢磨，都是很有道理的。还有几处比较明显的标点错误，如，“我就轻轻地叫了声：‘王老师’。”这句话中间不能用冒号。“心就像刚上岸的鱼‘扑腾、扑腾’一个劲儿地跳。”中间要用逗号断开，“扑腾扑腾”不必加顿号。“就像是在欢迎着家长似的……”“吹得我心里甜滋滋的……”两句话中所使用的省略号也没有必要。所有这些，叶老都一一加以修改，可见叶老对这篇作文的修改是多么仔细、认真。

这次习作指导以巴金《给家乡孩子的一封信》为依托，通过开发学生的生活资源，唤起学生对他人的感恩之情。学会以书信的方式，表达感恩之心。现结合学生的习作情况进行以下反思：

1、给孩子一根写话的扶杖和一定的写作依据对作文起步的孩子来说是至关重要的。为此我组在小专题《如何在阅读教学中渗透“写”的训练》中把仿写列为阅读教学中渗透写法的重要策略之一。仿写又分为内容的仿写和格式的仿写。以上案例中就用到了格式的仿写这一策略。也就是让学生仿照巴金《给家乡孩子的一封信》的格式学写感谢信。通过学生的习作来看，大约95%的同学能够按照书信的格式正确表达，达到了预期的目标，对于个别没有按照要求去写的同学，在批改习作的过程中给与指导纠正。

2、为了让学生在习作中有话可说，有东西可写，开发学生的生活资源是最有效的方法。我组老师在小专题研究中进行了大胆的尝试，从观察身边的人和事开始，以小练笔的形式反复练习。本案例中我也借用了这一方法，让学生回忆发生在自己身边感人的事，使学生产生情感共鸣，懂得感谢，学会感恩让习作建立在学生已有经验的平台上，激发学生的表达欲望和习作的兴趣。从学生的习作来看，表示感谢的对象较多，有感谢父母的、感谢爷爷奶奶的、感谢老师的、有感谢同桌的、还有感谢校园清洁工的……从习作内容上来看，大多数同学能按习作要求去写，表达自己真挚的感情，能将感激别人的事情表达清楚，所列举事例感人。存在的问题是：有些作文语言空泛贫乏，整篇内容三言两语说的都是感谢的话，但为什么要写这封感谢信却没有表达清楚；语言缺乏条理，显得杂乱、罗嗦。为了让习作能力差的同学感受一下同伴的优秀作文，在批改完作文以后我把写得好的作文在全班进行了泛读，然后有针对性地让这些同学去评价，说说写得好，好在哪里，指出不足，应该怎样修改。这样在说的过程中，对他们的写作也是一次训练、一种提高。最后我把没写好的作文重新发下去进行修改。仅过这样的反复训练，相信他们的作文水平会不断提高。

这次语文考试之所以没有考好，平时没有养成细致认真的习惯，考试的时候答题粗心大意、马马虎虎，导致很多题目会做却被扣分甚至没有做对。 粗略看后就急于下笔，，导致阅读部分成绩不理想，得分太少。

一、课内重视听讲，课后及时复习。

新知识的接受，语文能力的培养主要在课堂上进行，所以要特点重视课内的学习效率，寻求正确的学习方法。上课时要紧跟老师的思路，积极展开思维预测下面的步骤，比较自己的解题思路与教师所讲有哪些不同。特别要抓住基础知识和基本技能的学习，课后要及时复习不留疑点。首先要在做各种习题之前将老师所讲的知识点回忆一遍，正确掌握各个知识点，庆尽量回忆而不采用不清楚立即翻书之举。认真独立完成作业，勤于思考，从某种意义上讲，应不造成不懂即问的学习作风，对于有些题目由于自己的思路不清，一时难以解出，应让自己冷静下来认真分析题目，尽量自己解决。在每个阶段的学习中要进行整理和归纳总结，把知识的点、线、面结合起来交织成知识网络，纳入自己的知识体系。

二、适当多做题，养成良好的解题习惯。

要熟悉掌握各种题型的解题思路，从基础题入手，以课本上的习题为准，反复练习打好基础，再找一些课外的习题，以帮助开拓思路，提高自己的分析、解决能力，掌握一般的解题规律。对于一些易错题，要备有错题集，写出自己的解题思路和正确的解题过程两者一起比较找出自己的错误所在，以便及时更正。在平时要养成良好的解题习惯，不要总是依赖答案，培养自己的信心。让自己的精力高度集中，能够进入最佳状态，在考试中能运用自如。越到关键时候，所表现的习惯越要接近平时练习。

三、调整心态，正确对待考试。

把主要精力放在基础知识、基本技能、基本方法这三个方面上，因为每次考试占绝大部分的也是基础性的题目，而对于那些难题及综合性较强的题目，要认真思考，尽量让自己理出头绪，从作者和中心句里找出文章主题，做完题后要总结归纳。调整好自己的心态，使自己在任何时候镇静，思路有条不紊，克服浮躁的情绪。特别是对自己要有信心，鼓励自己。

先生道："有的人原来写文章，东拉西扯，词不达意，颠三倒四，杂乱无章。经过一段时间摸索，渐渐摸到了门儿，有了章法，上了轨道，所以说它‘像作文’了，就是说，它符合了作文的规范。有的人文章越写越成熟，看上去就和常见的作文不一样：没有常规的套路，不沿袭惯用的话语;或为时而作，或为事而作，是真情的自然流露，有事理的巧思顿悟;似在意料之外，又在意料之中;有章法却不死守定法。这时说它‘不像作文’，是说它对学校作文规范的超越。从‘不像作文’到‘像作文’，是进步，再从‘像作文’到‘不像作文’又是一种飞跃。"

作文可以作两种解释，一是指写文章，这里的"作文"是词组，《现代汉语词典》里对此还作了一个补充说明：多指学生练习写作;二是指学生作为练习所写的文章，这个"作文"是名词。现在通常讲"作文"大概就是指学生习作，"像不像作文"想来也是从这个意义上来说的。

我们现在教作文往往是就作而教作文，课堂上宣讲作文法，然后是出题目练作文，接下来是按作文规则评作文，有的地方还组织学生背作文选。总之，"学作文"、"像作文"的意识太强。一些学校写作教学搞得成功，或是通过读书来带动，或是通过自由创作来带动，在一定程度上淡化作文意识。

有的人能在文章中道出别人看不出、想不到、说不明的东西，这里面有语言上的功夫，为文技巧的功夫，更有学养上、识见上的功夫。一篇文章里可以看出作者非凡的才智，可以看出作者十年、几十年的功夫。功夫表现在文章之内，但却修炼于文章之外。

人们谈健身之道，重在营养和锻炼这两条。我们的语文教育，历来也强调多读多写，与所谈健身之道暗合。目前语文教学的手段，也还不外乎大量的摄入与大运动量的操练这两个方面。不过尽管如此，人们还是发现学生较普遍地患有语文营养不良、发育不正常之症。病根在哪里?恐怕在于补养与练功不得法。这些年来，我们根据"科学配方"，采用大剂量的按照"科学法则"提炼的补药加以喂养，丸散丹膏过量，瓜菜米面不足。现在许多学生对文学作品不感兴趣，有的学生虽有兴趣却苦于没有时间去欣赏，还有的学生则不敢萌发兴趣，在好些个中学里各种文学作品都成为违禁的书，仅有的阅读材料便是课本和作文选。另一方面，机械化的操作早已成了包括语文在内的各门学科教学的全部内容。这种教法学法，借一句练功的行话来说，属于意念太紧，训练不当，难免走火入魔。

为文当有法，然而并无定法，优秀的作文就在"有法"与"无法"、"像"与"不像"之间;教育须有模式，然而又不可死守定式，出色的教育大概也在有模式与无模式之间。规则有序的钟摆声和紊乱无序的噪声都不是音乐，优美悦耳的旋律总是存在于有序与无序的和谐配置之中。在即将迈进21世纪的今天，我们的作文教学，乃至整个语文教育，正在呼唤"绿色食物"，呼唤产制绿色食物的"绿色工艺"，呼唤生长出绿色工艺的"绿色培育思想"。

作文批改时语文教师倍感头疼的事，老师一节课详批只能批4、5本，四五十人的作文有时一个星期还批不完，但老师辛辛苦苦批改的作文发到学生手中有几个去看老师的批语，他们在乎的只是作文等级，我感觉效果不太好。以前带五、六年级时，为了批改有实效性，有时自己偷懒，曾私下让优秀学生批改过作文，告诉他们批改的方法，感觉效果不错，但不敢让领导知道。

在近几次的作文批改中，我感到学生的能力超乎我的想象，我原先的目标是优等生批改差生作文中的错字，对每次作文的习作目标进行评价，再进行面对面交流，至于差生只是阅读优等生的作文，学习别人的作文，错别字、不通顺的句子改不出来都不要紧，因为我还要再批阅，打出评价目标，没有想到，差生也能改出部分错别字，有时会争吵起来，吵着让我裁判谁说的对。我感觉这有利于学生作文的共同提高。

我在批阅作文时，发现有几本批的特别好，但不知是谁批的，于是我又让学生写上批改人，这样在讲评时我即对作文情况进行讲评，又对批改情况进行表扬，提高了学生批改的积极性。

在实践的这段时间，也有许多困惑和不满意的地方。今后会逐渐调整自己的教学思路。我的愿望是好的，但不知效果如何。

我也在用最渴盼的眼睛，去寻找着学生随笔中的生活――几天来，张玉洁的恐惧、担心、侥幸、疼痛、让我如同身受身受：因为腮腺炎的流行，人人自危，每天的道听途说，都让她感到紧张、恐惧；接下来的日子里，她也开始发烧，于是她很担心，赶紧去村里医生那里求治，被排除了腮腺炎之后，我听到了她虽然疼痛却又十分侥幸的“谢天谢地”的祈祷；而接连几天的让她筋疲力尽，让她毫无神采，一天天肿起来的脖子让她的痛苦更加深重：她除了疼痛，还有怨恨，都是那个医术不精的郎中让她格外受苦，真是庸医害人！一字一句，一行一段，读着这样的随笔，我体验到了成功：生活随笔已经引导学生走进了生活。我看到了孩子们眼中的生活在丰富起来，我听到了孩子们心中花开的声音，在征得作者同意的基础上，我在班上将她的随笔当众朗读，让孩子们体味到作文其实很简单：那就是把自己最独特的体验、最深刻的感受写出来！

渐渐的，我发现孩子们的随笔越来越丰富，越来越精彩：从张丽娟的笔下，我看到了一个家境不算宽裕、父母又十分勤劳、厚道的家庭剪影；从姜美清的随笔中，我听到了他们

同桌俩在自习课上的窃窃私语；从于琪的随笔中我认识到了一个个足球明星；从王宇坤的随笔中，我感受到了他的困惑与迷惘，偏激与固执；而从王雪慧的随笔中，我读到了生活的尴尬：妈妈改善生活包了包子，让她送给奶奶，去了才知道那天是奶奶的生日，孝顺的父母竟在奶奶生日这天送去了人们在这一天最忌讳的包子（按我们当地的风俗，生日吃包子一年都

是受气包）……还说什么呢？孩子们笔下的世界早已经比我们眼中的生活更丰富了：那里面有真实的生活，还有他们独特的体验！

批阅孩子们的随笔，零星的写下一点自己的评价，是我觉得最美好的事情，但没想到，我又遇到了新的挑战――那天在我批阅的随笔中，我发现了这样的文字：“老师，为什么别人的随笔都有评语，而我的只是一个阅字？”“老师，每次发下随笔本，我最着急的是翻看后面，寻找你的评语！”这些语言让我何等的窘迫！但同时我更是一种欣慰

：孩子们已经发现了生活，他们愿意把他们的生活捧来与我共享，他们希望看到老师的评价，哪怕是三言两语，可是，我确实为难了：一个班50多名同学，两个班就是100多名啊！每天仔细地阅读他们的随笔已经是极大的工作量了，更何况要给他们每一个人才是写下自己的评语，而且，那评语必须让他们感觉亲切，觉得中肯，恐怕我真的是“春蚕到死”“蜡烛成灰”也完成不了的啊！虽然我感到了为难，但学生观察生活，体验生活的热情之火已经被我点燃了，我就绝不会让它暗淡。于是我在黑板上写下了这样的话：“见过一面就让你难以忘怀的人，肯定有自己最独特的地方，让你的文章用自己最独特的面貌出现，让每一个读过它的人都有一种与之交流的愿望，老师的评语只给那些最有特色的文章！”由于我的激发，学生的热情更加高涨，他们已经从对生活的简单的观察，细致的描述深入到对生活底蕴的挖掘、对写作特色的追求。

当初那些记流水帐的孩子，如今已经是毕业班的学生了，无论课业多累、生活多忙，他们都忘不了写生活随笔。很多时候，这本生活随笔已经成了他们最知心的朋友，与随笔对话，不再是他们的作业，而是他们心灵的宣泄，是他们忙碌生活中的修憩的小站。他们的随笔内容已不再是当初老师硬性规定的、学生勉强应付的二三百字，他们已经能洋洋洒洒的、淋漓尽致的描写出自己周围的生活，突出自己的独特感受，有个同学竟创了一天晚上写下七页的纪录。

学生们的作文更是在不知不觉中发生了很大的变化，从当初的言之无物到现在的文约意丰，从当初的优美词句的堆砌到现在的直抒胸臆，从当初的改头换面的抄袭到现在的力求“人人心中有，个个笔下无”的特色追求。体味着他们的变化，我总有一种非常感：这也许是做母亲的对孩子的偏爱吧！

感谢生活，赐予我的厚礼，感谢生活随笔，记录下孩子们成长的足迹，引导孩子们走进了生活，走进了生活中的写作!
